Absolutely disgusting the food is way overpriced for what you actually get the chicken burgers half the size of the bread and then people passed out in the seating area all the tables left dirty had to clean our table ourselves

Madhu was a good server and good person

Yikes. Just yikes. Poor service. No hello, no goodbye, no pleasantries at all. Just shouted my number and slid the box across the counter. No bag, no tissues, just the box. The food itself cost me £4.29 for a snack box. Fries only cover the bottom of the tiny box and they were barely warm. Breading on the chicken was a bit soggy one side. Disappointing. Just disappointing.

So I decided to go for a quick value lunch on my lunch break and with KFC being a good quality choice for chicken and value I decided to go. However when ordering I wanted a drink, but the only drinks being offered were pepsi or Robinson's drinks with no sprite or tango. So I was disappointed there were no soft drinks for anyone who doesn't like coke. Furthermore the new double tax on food here was terrible, not only has the price everything going up, but the size of the meals have shrunk to a point that they are hardly a meal for the value prices you could get. Overall extremely disappointed in KFC and will not be going again if this is the future of the KFC's chain on cutting costs and saving money in this economy.

How sad.... The first time I ate with them, when they were still in Piccadilly, I prayed that they would also arrive in Italy. Today I was there (the one in Piccadilly they closed or moved!?!) .ok with the reservation on the screen and the ultra-fast preparation but I found myself with zero napkins, the chips that had died a long time ago (they were sooo bad) and the tables were dirty and had rubbish on them (customers are often worse than animals!). The super crispy chicken was starting to not be so super anymore. As with any place, a bad evening can happen, so if you want, give it a chance, I don't think, for my part, it will happen Damn I even rhymed

The food was good and relatively cheap considering it is in the middle of London. But then there is the staff. The worst experience of all fast foods I have ever experienced. Food was taking forever to make and the staff took FOREVER to accept my order. DEFINITELY I dont recommend going there. 1 star, I would have given less if it was possible.

The portions were abysmal. I could count how many fries I had just from looking at my snack box - that’s how ‘generous’ they are at this branch. Not to mention they also served me the smallest piece of chicken they could find… wouldn’t recommend. spent £5 on 12 fries and one piece of chicken!

We did not receive Fries and Pepsi max and Popcorn chicken in the order

I ordered takeout the other day. The service was good, and the guy at the till was nice and understanding. However, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was dry, with barely any lettuce or mayo in it. Compared to what we got, I think it was expensive. KFC is a big brand and should be more attentive to the quality of the food it serves.

They did not deliver the drink, will not order again

The new KFC burger is a real rollercoaster. First bite: wait, is this kinda nasty? Second bite: hold on… maybe it’s actually kinda fire? By the third bite, I’d fully accepted that I was enjoying it, even if I couldn’t explain why. It’s crispy, saucy, a little messy—basically everything you’d expect from KFC, but with a weirdly addictive quality that keeps you coming back for more. Will I order it again? Probably. Do I fully understand why? Not at all.

Terrible experience, we bought a family package for dinner because it is one of the few that closes late during the week. Because of the rush we did not check everything they put in the package (not that we wanted to open the bag and take out everything packed out of mistrust). In the end they didn't give us puree or the “sweet beans” that they give here, they gave us two jars full of just gravy. What can we do or how can we consume a kilo of gravy? The worst thing is that they didn't even notify us that they didn't have a product or that they were going to replace it, as described to us at the hotel. Additionally, the place is dirty and does not seem made to consume there.

Atrocious!! Self service machines do not work and the staff look at you like you’ve got 6 heads if you try and order if them, added to that the toilets are probably the dirtiest that I have ever encountered

Compared to most kfc, this kfc is very run down, and needs a full make-over... everything was very aged, and how the staff kept it clean I have no idea... This made it an uncomfortable environment to eat in with my family... Food was great!

Don't eat here unless you're desperate. Food took quite a while, and when we recieved it they watched us walk out the door with less than half of what we ordered. No available tables, the popcorn chicken tasted of pure pepper and the fries were soggy and some nearly raw. The "large" was not large. The place smells weird. I fear I am no longer enjoying London.

We got less than half of what we ordered. A "large" was the size of what you'd imagine a medium would be. The food wasn't crispy at all, the chips were saggy and the cookies were burned. The customers prefer sitting at the table filming TikToks after they're done rather than giving up their table to the people waiting for a table and the staff does nothing about it! And on top of all of this the place looks like a pigsty!

I gave it one star for the poor attention of the staff, in our group there was a Celiac person, they don't have gluten-free food but they don't have any interest in communicating either.

First time eating kfc here. I ate here directly after landing at Heathrow. The food was okay but there was really much people. But what can i expect from a restaurant in the middle of London. Its a good place to eat if you are in a hurry. The place is right around the corner of the underground station of Leicester Square which makes it easy to find if you never been there.

Excellent. Delicious food and they go really fast, the fastest KFC service i've ever seen, nice workers and definitely one of the bests KFCs i've been in my life. The only thing i would like to complain is the prices, this is personal opinion tho, i gotta admit the prices are kinda acessible to be London. 10/10

The food was cold and the chips was saggy and not cooked properly had to chew on them like a gum

Came here to grab a quick snack & was very underwhelmed. Staff at counter were friendly enough & service was very quick. The disappointment was with the food. Zinger burger was dry & not very hot so seems it's been sitting around premade for a while. The fries were soggy & not hot either. Popcorn chicken was ok I'm guessing the fast service is what compromises the good quality. Personally I would rather wait a few minutes for burgers to be made up to order as my order was ready for collection in less than 2 minutes from ordering. This was my 1st visit to this branch & as 1st impressions count I won't be returning.
