Food was good and the staff was really great, especially a guy name "Vekat" was super helpful.

It's okay, the fried chicken is dry, but just average

No place available, miserable service with tables filled with waste, forgotten orders, this KFC is to be avoided, the floor has a vomit-inducing smell, I had to eat standing up with the lack of chairs

Excellent if you're taking away, quick service. Very limited seating area. Very convenient location, Literally a 30 second walk from the tube entrance.

Quite disappointing that on a busy day they closed their toilets!!! Reason!! Short staff!!! So your customer has to suffer!!!!

Bah. They only make chicken, so I expect it to be at least good. Tasteless nuggets. Gravy sauce so liquid that it literally "wet" the chicken, it looked like dirty water.

10pm I ordered a chicken burger with the machine but ticket was not able to print out. Asked the staff at the couter and seemed not able to understand me and directed me to the othe staff. Time to call the number for pick up, the same guy, instead of calling 456, he shouted 356:).. The burger was so bad.. the bun and the patty was so dry and cold - it looked as if it had been pre-made. The pops were pre-poured as well.

My clumsy boyfriend accidentally knocked over an entire large popcorn chicken. A devastating turn of events. But a huge thankyou to William Cary Yathakula who saw this unfold and not only rushed to help clean up but even replaced the lost chicken. Thankyou William!!

Enough screens to order without queuing. Drug dealers who hang out in the restaurant pull down as much as the classic KFC food pulls up. Interpret it as you will.

Food is cold , fries are sturdy and cold , there’s no cleaning services , the whole floor is covered with litter and every table is dirty , need to employ more staff , front of house look like they want to off themselves …. Honestly idek as a former employee I’m disappointed

Quick order, juicy chicken but if you want to keep a good memory of your meal, don't go to the toilet... Harsha was a good server who cleared the trays and kept the tables clean before and after the meal.

Place was really tide and staff very helpful, in particular Harsha was really nice when I requested him something.

Wonderful experience with this KFC. Food was halal and so tasty ... Coming to the environment even though place was so busy their are maintenance was so good and clean .... I noticed every staff was dangerous their excellent job.. so nice keep it up KFC leciester square .. see you again love KFC 😍

The food is just not worth it. Had KFC a lot before but this is not KFC. I went with my friends and we couldn’t eat anything they put too much salt in chicken and gravy. All the good reviews here seems to be fake or made on site by employees. Just don’t fo there even if you are dead hungry!

Horrible, a trap for lost tourists. It's empty, they barely have any food, the chicken is raw and poorly done. If you use it as a wild card in case your children don't eat anything in Chinatown, don't go here because you're going to get a piece of cake.

Just a horrible London town KFC. Very disappointed, no proper toilets where to have a wee or washing hands. They don't put attention to the detail, dirty place.

I usually enjoy visiting this KFC- the food is consistent and the service is generally good . However,I’ve noticed an issue where the correct change isn’t always returned ,especially small amounts like 1p or 2p. While it might seem insignificant, it’s the principle that matters . Customers should feel confident that every transaction is accurate, no matter the amount. I hope this can be addressed as it would improve the overall experience and reflect better on the professionalism of the brand .

Formal complaint about the food and the taste off oill as a junk food I was so hungry and I give them one chance and I eat kind everything but after that I have Vomited because off the oil wich was Not clean in to the food I think they never changed that oil , I will never eat there in my life.
