We met a guy named Madhu from India. He is such a nice, friendly, and humble person, and he did his job nicely and clearly

Fresh and tasty chicken but sadly gravy, garlic mayo and ice tea out of stock.

I can in the morning on Sunday and this lovely girl served me on drive thru her badge said Sarah and she was so kind and happy and helped me work out what I wanted.

Very busy and you will not have much place to sit.

But there was some missing wings

Served by an Indian female staff today, they never give changes. Keep saying there‘s no change left in their register, if the KFC company is not preparing any changes for clients, please write the correct price.

Tiny pieces of chicken. Nicely cooked though.

Brand new dirty place They didn't give us the complete order We went to claim it and they told us no, they took the ticket from us when we gave us the food and then we couldn't do anything Of course, I have photos of the place, but I don't know how to post them, they'll be lucky, because it was embarrassing

I ordered takeout the other day. The service was good, and the guy at the till was nice and understanding. However, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was dry, with barely any lettuce or mayo in it. Compared to what we got, I think it was expensive. KFC is a big brand and should be more attentive to the quality of the food it serves.

I tried it because my daughter was curious and wanted to eat this chicken. Inedible. I don't understand how it can be so full of customers.

The new KFC burger is a real rollercoaster. First bite: wait, is this kinda nasty? Second bite: hold on… maybe it’s actually kinda fire? By the third bite, I’d fully accepted that I was enjoying it, even if I couldn’t explain why. It’s crispy, saucy, a little messy—basically everything you’d expect from KFC, but with a weirdly addictive quality that keeps you coming back for more. Will I order it again? Probably. Do I fully understand why? Not at all.

The place is good, but the only issue is they always close the washrooms with a pin code. Hate that!!

Terrible experience, we bought a family package for dinner because it is one of the few that closes late during the week. Because of the rush we did not check everything they put in the package (not that we wanted to open the bag and take out everything packed out of mistrust). In the end they didn't give us puree or the “sweet beans” that they give here, they gave us two jars full of just gravy. What can we do or how can we consume a kilo of gravy? The worst thing is that they didn't even notify us that they didn't have a product or that they were going to replace it, as described to us at the hotel. Additionally, the place is dirty and does not seem made to consume there.

Atrocious!! Self service machines do not work and the staff look at you like you’ve got 6 heads if you try and order if them, added to that the toilets are probably the dirtiest that I have ever encountered

Compared to most kfc, this kfc is very run down, and needs a full make-over... everything was very aged, and how the staff kept it clean I have no idea... This made it an uncomfortable environment to eat in with my family... Food was great!

We got less than half of what we ordered. A "large" was the size of what you'd imagine a medium would be. The food wasn't crispy at all, the chips were saggy and the cookies were burned. The customers prefer sitting at the table filming TikToks after they're done rather than giving up their table to the people waiting for a table and the staff does nothing about it! And on top of all of this the place looks like a pigsty!

Don't eat here unless you're desperate. Food took quite a while, and when we recieved it they watched us walk out the door with less than half of what we ordered. No available tables, the popcorn chicken tasted of pure pepper and the fries were soggy and some nearly raw. The "large" was not large. The place smells weird. I fear I am no longer enjoying London.

I gave it one star for the poor attention of the staff, in our group there was a Celiac person, they don't have gluten-free food but they don't have any interest in communicating either.

Filthy dirty and a steady stream of customers bringing back their orders because they were wrong. Avoid.

First time eating kfc here. I ate here directly after landing at Heathrow. The food was okay but there was really much people. But what can i expect from a restaurant in the middle of London. Its a good place to eat if you are in a hurry. The place is right around the corner of the underground station of Leicester Square which makes it easy to find if you never been there.

Excellent. Delicious food and they go really fast, the fastest KFC service i've ever seen, nice workers and definitely one of the bests KFCs i've been in my life. The only thing i would like to complain is the prices, this is personal opinion tho, i gotta admit the prices are kinda acessible to be London. 10/10

The food was cold and the chips was saggy and not cooked properly had to chew on them like a gum

Came here to grab a quick snack & was very underwhelmed. Staff at counter were friendly enough & service was very quick. The disappointment was with the food. Zinger burger was dry & not very hot so seems it's been sitting around premade for a while. The fries were soggy & not hot either. Popcorn chicken was ok I'm guessing the fast service is what compromises the good quality. Personally I would rather wait a few minutes for burgers to be made up to order as my order was ready for collection in less than 2 minutes from ordering. This was my 1st visit to this branch & as 1st impressions count I won't be returning.

Ordered Fried Chicken 6 piece bucket combo 16.99 £, couldn't able to take a single bite it was excessively salty. Asked the staff to replace item but they have given another set of same salty chicken, it was one of the miserable experience with KFC. Also the chicken texture was greasy, complete loss of money and spoiling the mood to eat, throwed complete stuff in the garbage bin.

My Experience with KFC I ordered a family meal for £42, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food was extremely bad, overly greasy, and completely undercooked. This experience was far from satisfying, and I do not recommend trying it.

It was pleasant to be there. Would like to give you a shout Madhu. For his service and kindness.

The food was not good at all. The staff didn’t assemble the order properly. Tables were really dirty. A branch in such an important location. I am very disappointed.

I don't understand how it is possible to provide such deplorable service! My brother and I went to this KFC on a Thursday evening where, admittedly, there were a lot of customers. Seeing that all the places on the ground floor were occupied, I went upstairs to see if there were any free tables. Upstairs I am greeted by stifling heat. A real furnace almost made me run out of oxygen because there were so many people. No ventilation present! Seeing this we then decided to take away. We will order at the terminal, my brother specifies that it is a take-out order and we wait while our order is prepared in the kitchen. Once our order is ready I realize that the waiter serves our order on a tray as if it were an order to eat on site. I then asked for a bag so that we could take our order without mentioning to him the fact that we had specified that we wanted to take takeaway, because we were in a hurry. The waiter, looking obviously annoyed (??), then begins to put our items in the take-out bag. Once the bag was full he then pushed it on us before we left! It was very unpleasant but as there were a lot of people we decided not to disturb the other customers and we left. Once we opened the bag it wasn't our surprise to find all of our fries thrown and spilled in the bag!!! The bag of fries was literally upside down! We had to pick up the fries! Not to mention the fact that there were no napkins but that’s a big habit in all fast food restaurants unfortunately… As if our experience with this kfc wasn't already catastrophic enough, when I opened my sandwich, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding myself faced with a piece of what appears to be dehydrated chicken between 2 pieces of bread and a salad leaf that duels with 2 milligrams of sauce! It was very bland! (See photo) If you are currently in this KFC and have not yet ordered, run very far away urgently and find a fast food restaurant that will have better service, that is not what is lacking around here.

Service VERY slow. None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing and kept shouting at each other. Food was cold when it finally arrived and the order was wrong.

Food was warm at best. All of the chicken was extremely dry. Not good at all. For a flagship restaurant in the centre of London it should be hot and fresh. This was the total opposite. Avoid!!!

I'll be clear: there were too many things that were wrong (I'm not the type to quibble over little things but this was excessive) it's the worst service I've seen my order was upside down , just go 3min walk there's something called "SALT" it's clearly better.

order not delivered , not happy, requested to call to conform delivering place as he couldnt able to get our adress. we requested to wait and share his current location.we tried to find his location. but we confused with place. meantime we requested to make a call. but he didn't wait for anything and just send sorry. thats it. we found that so many just eat vehicles passing through this way. we are so unsatisfactory with your service, atleast he can make call for the confirmation. very bad.

Food was good and the staff was really great, especially a guy name "Vekat" was super helpful.

I ordered pepsi max, they sent me tango orange, i ordered southern rice in the order they sent gravy instead and i ordered chilli sauce and they sent me supercharger dip in the trilogy box meal all messed my order
