Good spot by not so great on space. Guess it's do with the location. Oxford Circus, busiest place ever

It was terrible! It was my badest KFC experience, the food was disgusting (i know KFC don‘t have the best food, but it was the badest kfc that i eat), anywhere in the KFC was trash. I thought I was getting food poisoning!!!

Well, a KFC. Without further ado.

Literally the worst KFC location I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to KFC locations all over the world. This location has the rudest and most vile employees you will ever come across ANYWHERE. When my fiance and I went to this location after a theatre show, we went to use the kiosk. The kiosk did NOT print a receipt. However, we took a picture of our order number on the machine. After a lengthy time of the employees ignoring everyone waiting for food, they FINALLY called our number and I announced that it was my order. The female employee handed me the bag. After I had the bag in my hands she asked to see the receipt. I tried explaining the machine didn't print a receipt but I have a photo, but this evil monster didn't bother to let me speak. She came out from behind the counter and literally tried to wrestle the bag out of my hands, ripping it. Whilst this was going on, a male security guard without bothering to figure out what was going on because he doesn't have the mental capacity to actually assess a situation, decided he was going to place his hands on me. My fiance finally was able to show the picture from the kiosk that it was in fact our order and the moronic security guard who ASSAULTED me let me go, and the female employee just laughed and sheepishly retreated back behind the counter like the simpleton with the room temperature IQ that she is. While she was trying to rip the bag out of my hands, the bag tore apart. I was never given another one. After being assaulted by two employees, we had to walk back to our hotel with the food in our coat pockets. The follow-up? Corporate couldn't have cared less. They acted like they were going to conduct an investigation but all they offered me was a free meal, which is such a slap in the face. Both of these employees should have been arrested and terminated immediately. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! THE EMPLOYEES ARE LITERALLY CRIMINALS!

I always found a cold chicken here.. Today i have been here for the third time..unfortunately, Alaways have a pathetic experience..On the top, when i gave it back to change, he refused to change the cold chicken.. Very Poor quality of food and behaviour..

I tried to order but I think they were short staffed because they were only cooking and packing orders. Nobody in the till. The restaurant was dirty and it was not rush hour.

Kfc, Kfc, Kfc. This is a pretty in-the-middle branch. I like it. The design of the restaurant it quite nice, and the service is okay, staff don't really interact with you at all, so I can't day anything bad about the service. They're not rude when you ask for help or get your food. The food is nicely cooked, especially the popcorn chicken. Definitely one of the best popcorn chicken boxes I've had, other branches have went quite downhill with their popcorn chicken and chicken in general. I'd recommend this place for the food, there's better branches but this one is very nice. Just be careful though, it is a bit expensive, as are all kfc's.

Takes forever before you get your food, my food was cold and fries were soft. It also smells weird especially going up the stairs and the place is generally dirty. Would never eat here again

Fast service and great value for a share bucket

A kfc central...not a good place to get from. Food very greesy.yes you night say its kfc but there's a difference from using fresh oil and old. Chips were fried again chips and had to change them. Changed to a rice box. Again don't expect magic

Staff are overworked causing issues

Working at LEICESTER SQUARE, this used be my favourite spot, but the quality of food and servic has gone down the hill.

It is quite dirty, the tables are almost never cleaned and the deposits for throwing waste are at the top and they did not remove it either, causing people to leave the trays on the tables without picking up. They make the food practically by throwing it away because it is not placed well and the ingredients of the hamburgers are almost outside the bread. It generally leaves a lot to be desired.

The experience was extremely unpleasant. The fries were too salty, to the point where they couldn't be eaten. The chicken was very fatty… disappointing. The only good thing was the soda.

So this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, I waited for 20min for my food while other orders were served, and it was not even crowded. The workers are playing around and going as slow as possible even at peak hour, looked like there was only one person working in there. In general the place is kinda dirty, it seems like they don’t clean the tables and in general the atmosphere is not that clean if you know what I mean. I would never come back to this KFC in general. Don’t recommend. Just go and eat something at Chinatown that’s next to. Thanks.

Worst KFC experience I’ve ever had, the lady on til was one rude server and bad restaurant hygiene.

The worst experience in the world, I don't know if it coincides with the celebration of the Chinese new year or if it is always this busy, but starting when placing the order the machine does not print the ticket, then garbage everywhere, both the battered buckets and The tables are disgusting, then the bathroom is locked, a teenager was locked in and started screaming loudly, without receiving help from the employees the parents managed to get him out.

The worst KFC that I had experienced in my life in London. The manager in this kfc name Shahid behaviour is very rude to customers and don't know how to treat customer and the food and chicken is salty.

Frankly I was disappointed, this is not the FKC that we harvested, the chicken was broken into 4 parts, including the back (spine) of the chicken, fried and badly, it is flavorless, completely dark and full of oil, for me it was disgusting, because on the other hand, they don't have the conditions and (perhaps enough staff to work on cleaning), dirty toilets, rubbish on the tables because the system for leaving leftovers was super full, in short, a lot of things to see, frankly I'm a lover of FKC food but, this There is a lot to be desired here, on this floor they will still cook the chickens whole

Stumbled in after seeing a show. Food was good and hot, service was fast and friendly. Could have been cleaner but it was very busy.

Lady manager's attitude should be changed and teach her how to handle the customers respectively & politely. She should know to satisfy the customer's needs in providing the food. Toilet smells very bad

This branch is always very busy but always understaffed, staff are friendly enough despite being overworked! The restaurant is messy, bins are always overflowing due to the branch being understaffed. Took 3 stars out as they give you a quarter of a tub of large gravy which is really less than the normal size tub. Apparently that's how they serve it which is not true! Needless to say I will not be back and go to another branch.

Great atmosphere, service and facilities 👌

I don't like the food in this place. We ordered box meal the fry pieces and burger stuff smelled very bad like oily smell, I think they are serving previous days stuff and oil also they are not using the fresh one. I am not suggesting this place to eat your favourite food.

The food took 20 minutes despite being almost empty, and then was stone cold. Toilets are absolutely disgusting (used tampons in the female bathroom) and tables are dirty.

code required to use toilets. have to nag the staff for the code. overcrowded in store. slow at preparing deliveries too. needs improvement as its in a very busy area and could probably make more money with a better management and new employees.

It’s a kfc. Staff were helpful. If you need the toilet you need to ask for a code. Was Friday night, very busy but they were willing to help out. Atmosphere is low because it’s a fast food place.

It serves to eat the very basic, but the service is horrible! I don't recommend!

1 December 2023 at 20:25 I simply asked for a table (which was in a disgusting condition) to be cleaned. The girl (probably Indian) annoyed, took the cards off the table and with her hand threw the crumbs on the floor (already filthy floor) without using disinfectant or some blue paper and left. Disgusting indeed

There were approximately 20 people in front of me waiting for their orders. The service is very slow and the place was dirty. Tables were not clean and the bins were full. Food was not tasty at all. The chicken fillet burger was very dry and cold, hardly any lettuce on it. I will not be coming here again.

Half an hour wait for a vegan burger and a fillet burger. No receipts printed from the order screens. Staff were unable to provide the correct order even though this was on a screen in front of them. Place was dirty

Very bad service, The service people do not even deliver the things ordered by them. Have to remind that I have also ordered this in the bill. Have ordered that too and then once they get the fourth one, they have to say that this thing of mine has not arrived. This thing of mine is missing. This thing is very bad about these people.

I live nearby KFC -leicester square. today it was heavy rainy day and kfc's floor was so wet and dirty so I ordered take away -2 vegetable rice which supposed comes with a whole sweet corn. and I order chicken wings small one. When i went to receive the staff make sure it was my order which is fine bt after coming home I open the box and the amount of rice was so less than expected and there was no corn in any rice box although I paid almost £15. So DISSAPOINTING. I WOULD NOT GO ANYMORE TIME PRESUMABLY.

Worst service from the manager lady . I asked for coke and she gave me Diet Pepsi. Bun and chicken was cold and oily . Chips were undercooked.

The food was good average KFC food the service was also good. But I went there at 10pm not that late at night but the atmosphere was really bad specifically at the second floor there were some people sleeping there and it was really dirty and the people who were sleeping were not that nice they catcalled some of my friends and were just strange. If you ever go there I would recommend just taking the food and sit somewhere in leicester square since its lively anf is pretty nice.

Dirty rude staff and food was cold

It's a KFC 🍗 so not much to tell really 🤷 It wasn't bad and food was it's usual and served at a decent time so no complaints.

Having used the touch screen to order no receipt came out so when I went to use the toilets after i had eaten i was unable to do so, not happy.

2 pc chicken meal with drink and fries. Both the chicken pieces were tiny wings.. I counted 11 chips in the bag... Awful 😞

Bought Crusty Wings and fries...it was moreish. So tasty. I like the fact that it has an upper section for “hanging out with friends “. Although, the restroom smells and its un cleanliness prevents me from giving a five 5.

My experience at the KFC in Leicester Square was decent. The location is undoubtedly a strong point, given its proximity to central attractions. However, it's worth noting that my personal preference leans more towards the American-style KFC.
