Pleasant staff but don't believe the prices. £29 bottle of wine ending up costing £41. When queried was told gratuity and taxes increased the price.

Time: 3:06pm decembre A bar where you can not have hot drinks (tea/coffee) after 3p.m so basically not a bar. Only 2 other costumers there so the place was basically empty. Really bad customer service, just run away

53 Park LaneWe had a wonderful experience here. The restaurant decor was elegant and tasteful. Every dish was thoughtfully composed with harmonious flavours. My favourite was definitely the Hockney Island scallop. Staff did their best to accommodate our special requests. Overall, well deserving of 3 Michelin stars.

129 Bayswater RoadGreat stay, exactly as expected. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff at front desk. Good water pressure in shower, fresh towels when needed, good wifi, great breakfast. Location is super central with Queensway central line stop directly under the hotel. Couldn't be more convenient.
