Victory House Wine Bar - Leicester Square in City of London, Westminster

Polite staff but there was hardly anything available on the menu so we ended up leaving.

Awful. We had booked- but tables not even layed. They took our drinks order- and after they were delivered- we were told there were no frites available- and only 2 of the 4 dinner choices were available! We paid £45 for a bottle of wine we didn’t even want ( and refused to pay for the glass of white) because we had to leave and look elsewhere! With 2 elderly people with us- this was a disgrace! Luckily Mr Whites over the road fit us in- and had some food! This place didn’t even apologise! Shocking.

I am surprised this place only has two reviews because it is really good,except for one of the employees.We are guests of the hotel and today was our last day,so from the past week I can make these conclusions: the bartender blond lady makes very good cocktails,she was very pleasant to talk to,and you really SHOULD keep an eye on her,because her pornstar martini was fabulous.It was my second best cocktail I have ever had in my life.The atmosphere there is calm and pleasant,and from their veranda you can look out onto the main road,where you can listen artists sing.Very clean and accurate place. The only thing I did not like was the waiter who served us.It was a black gentlemen who was very unprofessional in our opinion.He was leaning too close to us to hear what we say, we could even smell his bad smell and my mother felt really uncomfortable.Also I do not understand why he decided that he could address my mother as “my love",because for her it was very unprofessional.She would prefer “lady” or “miss”, and he was very often not at his work place, although it was said that they have “table service”.

It’s not too crowded and it has a laid back feel. There’s waitress service and it’s a great place to hang out. Great for a pre-show drink.

Pleasant staff but don't believe the prices. £29 bottle of wine ending up costing £41. When queried was told gratuity and taxes increased the price.

I went for a business meeting in the vine bar at the Victory House Hotel. We were straight away been approached by Alessandro, the restaurant manager. He was very attentive and polite. We order a few nibbles and signature cocktails. Victory House Martini ( signature cocktail) was made perfectly and well-balanced, hummus and pitta bread was very fresh and tasty. Emilija our waitress was very professional and gave us very good recommendations regarding the food and drinks. It was surprisingly the best business meeting so far. The Victory House wine bar it's my favorite spot from now on. Thank you for your service and see you again soon. 👌

Time: 3:06pm decembre A bar where you can not have hot drinks (tea/coffee) after 3p.m so basically not a bar. Only 2 other costumers there so the place was basically empty. Really bad customer service, just run away

Great location, great food & friendly staff. Reasonably priced for the location.

É difficile trovare a Londra un ristorante in cui il cibo é cosí buono. Poi é situato in una delle zone piú belle di Londra, Leicester Square. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Good Italian cuisine, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Had a delicious meal here with family. Lovely place to eat and chat. Staff were very friendly.
