We come each week for our cinema night, we come to this establishment despite the many places to choose due to the lovely staff particularly Baba, who remembers our food, drink, very friendly.

At Bella, we ate lunch. The quality of food was superb. The Italian owner was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place.

The food and drinks are really good, we recommend the beef & red wine tortellini!!! 😋

Visited yesterday as they had the offer for anyone named Bella to eat at the restaurant. Tried to book online over the weekend, however, was unable to make a reservation online, I’m assuming due to the reservations being closed. I arrived before the other guest and was brought to a table that was stuck in the corner. When the other guest came and we mentioned that we wanted to do the Bella deal, we were met with frustration. I can completely understand that there are very busy especially with such an excellent deal and as someone who works in hospitality, I definitely can feel for the staff who have to produce so much with no benefits due to the discount. However, before we got the deal - the host who was an older gentleman, came over to our table and raised his voice claiming I hadn’t told him it was a Bella booking. I told him on entry to the restaurant first we did not have a reservation so it was impossible for me to tell him it was a “Bella reservation”. He continued with an awful attitude and went to the manager to see if it was possible. He then returned and warned us that we had 45 minutes to order and eat which we agreed. Another table had a similar issue near to us and after having the same ordeal as us. The host actually slammed the cutlery draw closed as he walked away from our area which was quite shocking as you can imagine. After this we then had to wait another 15 minutes before ordering. I had to leave the table and find a waitress to take our order. our food came out 25 minutes later and was partially cold. The chicken fries were okay but the doughballs were rock solid. The pizza was delicious and really enjoyable. With the time constraints in mind, we were trying to be conscious, however when your food takes 45 minutes alone to come out without the ordering process, it becomes quite impossible to complete this. We tried to finish as quickly as possible. Once we were finished and ready to leave, we noticed that there was about 12 empty tables in the restaurant and when I went to the bathroom which is located downstairs, there was another full section of tables all vacant. So although I can understand that the host must have been frustrated and dealt all day with different people just waltzing in, I did not appreciate the threat and deceitful talk of “45 minutes”. Our waitress was lovely, and really kind, however you could also see that she was distant over the original “ordeal”. I enjoy going to a Bella Italia, but I don’t think I would visit this one again if the same host was working…

Picked this place bc the menu items looked great. It did not disappoint. It was just opening up when we got there. Other places around us which there were a few Italian places We had apps and 2 pasta dishes. The service was amazing. We would go back for again

Just putting the name “Italia” is a sin. These guys should be sued for the pasta. Terrible is not enough, completely overcooked, bland, disgusting.

It was okay, food was lukewarm rather than hot, prices don’t really reflect quality, it’s pricier for what you get, we were ignored for a bit and a table that sat after us was looked after first, the sign on the door said Closed at 11:30, when they open at 9 apparently, and the chef opened up for us, taste card holders have to book to use the perks but that location doesn’t take bookings, so I couldn’t use my tastecard which is a shame. No music or atmosphere. Wouldn’t return specifically to this location.

We ate here on 06/04/2025. The staff were extremely helpful. Solange in particular really took care of our group, there was 16 of us and they were really attentive. The food was terrific and our group had a great time thanks to the hard work of Solange and the team. Well done, we would definitely visit again when we come back to London.

We had an amazing dinner at Bella Italia! Our whole family loved our meals, especially our five-year-old daughter. Our server, Baba, was incredibly kind and attentive, and he was the best server we’ve had during our trip to London. This is definitely a great choice if you’re looking for somewhere with delicious food that is also family-friendly!

Went to a different Italian restaurant yesterday and the food there was good but very heavy. Bella Italia on the other hand was just perfect. Quick and polite service, piping hot and perfectly seasoned food. Extra thanks for my server Solange!

Such a nice eating experience eating at Bella Italia. The service was swift, due to being attended to by a lovely lady by the name of Solange. Eating out with my mother and son on such a beautiful sunny day. The food came quickly and it was so tasty. Solange was very helpful and always asked if we needed anything or if things were OK. Had lunch today. Food very average,pasta overcooked , service not great. When someone charging 12,5% service charge ( I believe no information in menu about it) so at least ask how is the food ( just to clarify it wasn’t busy when we came they had 2-3 tables)

We decided to go because they had gluten-free food, but we would go back for the quality of the service and the food. Ilaria's service was exceptional, always attentive, kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. A lot of gluten-free and non gluten-free options. Both garlic bread and the gluten-free pasta were very tasty and had a very nice texture. Definitely to repeat!
