Five-Star Dining Experience at Bella Italia! From the moment we stepped into Bella Italia, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a truly memorable lunch. The ambiance was charming and cozy, with the delightful aromas of authentic Italian cuisine filling the air. What truly made our experience exceptional was our waiter, Baba. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire meal. Baba went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and his warm personality made us feel like cherished guests rather than just customers. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But it was Baba’s impeccable service that elevated the afternoon from a great lunch to an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return, and we’ll definitely be asking for Baba again. Bella Italia is lucky to have such a gem on their team!

We ate here on 06/04/2025. The staff were extremely helpful. Solange in particular really took care of our group, there was 16 of us and they were really attentive. The food was terrific and our group had a great time thanks to the hard work of Solange and the team. Well done, we would definitely visit again when we come back to London.

We had an amazing dinner at Bella Italia! Our whole family loved our meals, especially our five-year-old daughter. Our server, Baba, was incredibly kind and attentive, and he was the best server we’ve had during our trip to London. This is definitely a great choice if you’re looking for somewhere with delicious food that is also family-friendly!

Went to a different Italian restaurant yesterday and the food there was good but very heavy. Bella Italia on the other hand was just perfect. Quick and polite service, piping hot and perfectly seasoned food. Extra thanks for my server Solange!

Such a nice eating experience eating at Bella Italia. The service was swift, due to being attended to by a lovely lady by the name of Solange. Eating out with my mother and son on such a beautiful sunny day. The food came quickly and it was so tasty. Solange was very helpful and always asked if we needed anything or if things were OK. Had lunch today. Food very average,pasta overcooked , service not great. When someone charging 12,5% service charge ( I believe no information in menu about it) so at least ask how is the food ( just to clarify it wasn’t busy when we came they had 2-3 tables)

We decided to go because they had gluten-free food, but we would go back for the quality of the service and the food. Ilaria's service was exceptional, always attentive, kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. A lot of gluten-free and non gluten-free options. Both garlic bread and the gluten-free pasta were very tasty and had a very nice texture. Definitely to repeat!

This is reminiscent of Egon, only that Egon is better. Most everything seems prefabricated, including the pizza.

Although they were busy we didn’t feel rushed. Our waitress was friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience. Deep watered Aperol spritz, extremely salty risotto and undercooked & smelly Tortellini. Also very sneaky waiter by not showing the bill before the payment with the pos machine because of the 12.5% of the optional service charge added to the bill! Absolute disaster.

Great dining experience for a Valentine's dinner pre theatre. Staff was excellent, food superb, warm restaurant (rare these days). In particular, the waiter Sam, was attentive and caring. Totally recommend and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Thank you 😊.

the carbonara was horrible, and the pizzas were quite bad. The dough balls were way too hard, difficult to bite. Never going again.

The pizza and the side order was good. But the pasta carbonara was really bad. Didn't not taste like pasta carbonara. The waiters are nice, and helpful.

Very good as normal with Bella Italia. My only criticism (4 star) is that the pizzas were very greasy/oily compared to other branches we have eaten at (same pizza) Pictures: Mushroom al forno (5* very very tasty) Bruschetta (very good and tasty) Spicy sausage and chicken pizza (very good but oily) Our waiter was very good, top hospitality skills and made us feel very welcome. We will be returning!

Visited tonight, overall good food and service and recommended Initially, Restaurant was empty on arrival - normally a red flag, however we were hungry and Bella Italia ticked the box. Firstly, there were no beers on draft and everything was bottles and cans. Not ideal, but never mind. Place our order and the food was served within 10 minutes, therefore I need to question if my meal was prepared fresh or warmed up?? However, it was very pleasant and enjoyable. I can’t complain about the food, just wished beer was on tap. Overall my experience was positive and we did enjoy ourselves. I would go back
