Food was lovely lots of gluten free options Baba was a lovely server and was very attentive would highly recommend this place.

Amoodi was a delightful server and the food was just what we needed!

It was quite busy, however we were seated straight away. Amazing service from Abdel - thank you so much for recommending some dishes to us, and making our evening even more enjoyable. The food was very delicious and far more better than the other restaurants nearby. I highly recommend coming here for a lovely meal!😁 downside - the toilets have a really bad foul smell

The pizza and the side order was good. But the pasta carbonara was really bad. Didn't not taste like pasta carbonara. The waiters are nice, and helpful.

Very good as normal with Bella Italia. My only criticism (4 star) is that the pizzas were very greasy/oily compared to other branches we have eaten at (same pizza) Pictures: Mushroom al forno (5* very very tasty) Bruschetta (very good and tasty) Spicy sausage and chicken pizza (very good but oily) Our waiter was very good, top hospitality skills and made us feel very welcome. We will be returning!

Visited tonight, overall good food and service and recommended Initially, Restaurant was empty on arrival - normally a red flag, however we were hungry and Bella Italia ticked the box. Firstly, there were no beers on draft and everything was bottles and cans. Not ideal, but never mind. Place our order and the food was served within 10 minutes, therefore I need to question if my meal was prepared fresh or warmed up?? However, it was very pleasant and enjoyable. I can’t complain about the food, just wished beer was on tap. Overall my experience was positive and we did enjoy ourselves. I would go back

Had a wonderful evening at Bella Italia. I highly recommend their goat cheese pasta it’s their best dish🤌. Bala was the best server. So, if you’re visiting Leicester Square, make sure to stop by Bella Italia.

Ilaria was an extremely lovely waitress, very nice, polite and caring, always comes up with a smile on her face. The food was lovely as well, freshly made and really tasty, the chocolate cake with vanilla gelato was one of the best desserts I've had in my entire life. Warm, fresh and very delicious. I definitely recommend it! 🤍

Superb food , excellent service and spotless toilets. We were made very welcome and our waitress was excellent . ( I apologise I don’t have her name ) . We shall come again!

Baba did a fantastic job what a polite helpful man he deserves everything in life.

Don't pay attention to what it says, all pasta is ready-made, factory-made. The taste is not good, the price is too high. We didn't like it. Definitely not worth the price.

We visited here yesterday but were not able to get a seat, because we were told they were only taking bookings. And when I tell you then place was basically empty, I am not exaggerating. This was around 4.25, and when I went online to check the bookings, from 5pm, you basically book whenever you wanted. They had hardly bookings, so they could have seated us if they’d just checked, but couldn’t be bothered apparently. Something very odd about that. I am not impressed and probably won’t be going back there when the staff are so abrupt like that.

The food was mediocre at best, very overpriced and certainly microwaved. They also fraudulently charged me with a service charge without informing me or giving me a payslip before payment.

Good attention and service. They attended to me quickly and were very friendly. Good quality/price ratio.

This place is not far from Leicester square. Amazing service from Iralia. Carbonala and Garlic Dough Ball were very delicious. We had a great time here !

Valentina our waitress made it a perfect meal with her christmas cheer, professionalism and personable manner as well as other members of staff.

I have visited this branch for years, but on 6th December was exceptional. It was full, but Amoodi and his young female colleague worked their socks off. Given how busy it was, we were not kept waiting very long for service and food and both of them remained very cheerful. It's my favourite branch of B I and I look forward to my next visit. Well done!

So where did I start, really a restaurant to flee, shame, welcomed by a waitress who spoke French who then did not come back unfortunately because the service after order error paid for two glasses of so-called rosé which was not really disgusting and then the pasta bolognese without taste and the pasta carbonara big joke pasta with cream cut with water without cheese we are still looking for the bacon and then three ages to be served really very disappointed for our first restaurant in London

My family came to visit me in London to see all the Christmas lights and markets and we stopped at Bella Italia for some food and the food was really good and our server Baba was lovely and super friendly!

Great experience going to this restaurant for a work lunch. Service was great from booking the restaurant to eating there on the day. So racial thanks to our waitress, Ilaria, who was great!

All in all 5/5, came around lunch time, service was quick and food came out hot and fresh ! Lovely experience. I suggest the Marco Polo, it’s to die for :)

Unfortunately very bad. We wanted to eat there and were assigned a table outside. After 15 minutes we didn't even get a card. One of the waitresses acted very surprised, but didn't bring a card. The other one just said we should wait, she's not responsible for us. It wasn't full and in that time they could have at least cleared the table and brought us a menu, especially since the waitresses ran away empty-handed. After 15 minutes of no service we left.

Went in to enquire about a table, stood at the wait to be seated sign for a significant amount of time and totally ignored, including waiters pushing pass with food to take outside. Ended up leaving. - off note saw them put food down on the wrong table and then pick it up and take it to another.

Lovely staff, good ambience, not hurried but staff attentive. Food was good.

Unfortunately not high quality food for the money. The service is very nice. Unfortunately the food was tasteless. Hardly any meat in the Bolognese and the meatballs also look more like frozen goods.

Wouldn’t recommend the place. We waited 45 mins for our food and it wasn’t really good in the end. Not catastrophic therefore 3 stars but there are better Italien places.

This is a very nice place to eat, the chef’s came to the table to ask me about my allergies (Aderlin). Food was very nice, the flavours were amazing, the sea bass was very tasty and soft. Ilaiar and Amoodi were amazing staff and professional , we felt very good. I will recommend this restaurant and l will definitely come back.
