Great service, great food, nice atmosphere. And our waiter Baba was awesome!! Very much recommended.

My partner and I were very satisfied with our food (Pollo Fungi and Meatballs), garlic bread was to die for. Our waiter, Baba, was attentive and super polite. Super cozy place for a meal. I will definitely be back.

Food was good, service from Baba was brilliant, very friendly and attentive when needed, had a joke with us and made sure we had a good experience.

This is a very nice place to eat, the chef’s came to the table to ask me about my allergies (Aderlin). Food was very nice, the flavours were amazing, the sea bass was very tasty and soft. Ilaiar and Amoodi were amazing staff and professional , we felt very good. I will recommend this restaurant and l will definitely come back.

Valentina went above and beyond at every step. She was so welcoming and friendly and made sure every aspect of our experience was joyous thank you so much for also saving me from a spider haha! Food was totally delicious

It was an amazing experience. The drinks, pizza and the dessert were super delicious. Our waiter was super kind and it was lovely chatting with him. Compared to the other restaurants in that area it was the cheapest and all in all great. Would definitely recommend going here!

The pizza was very tasty and compared to all the other Italian restaurants around this one it was by far the cheapest. Our waiter (Till, Amoodi) was a very lovely guy and even talked with us about where we‘re from and where he‘s from-those kinds of questions. It was very delicious and I highly encourage every tourist who wants to eat out to dine here at least once during their stay in London.

The pizza , drinks and dessert I had are the best I’ve had in years Definitely going to come back.

Dreadful! We have been enjoying meals here for many years. It was our ‘go to place’ but not anymore We ordered spaghetti bolognese. When it arrived it looked very grey, no signs of tomatoes and tasted very greasy. We both left most of it. On paying our bill I informed the waitress that the meal was not up to its usual standard and that we were hugely disappointed. I also mentioned how greasy (not the usual lovely olive oil taste) it was, only to be told that the recipe had recently been changed. It hasn’t changed for the better, it was dreadful. No offer of even a part refund for the unpalatable food we left Never again

We were looking for authentic Italian place where to have good pizza and wine. Valentina greeted us at the door and kindly offered us a table. Service was absolute fab and food and wine was super delicious. Also we had a great laugh with Valentina, she is such a gem! Definitely will be back once visiting London again.

Hello, I am writing regarding 27th of August. Leicester sq Bella Italia. Ordered margarita with extra mushrooms & calzone.. margarita was absolutely horrible, the cheese used was not even mozorella, was just normal cheese and it was burned to the point where afted some time we couldn’t even chew on the pizza or even eat as it was hard rock. Calzone has massive mushrooms inside, the pieces were so big, and instead of spinach inside there was somehing else…

The food and drink are delicious. We would love to come back. Thanks to Valentina!

Yesterday my partner and I went for pre theatre meal.As we were sat we ordered drinks and food and the food arrived very quickly which was good however, the whole experience was so rushed by the server who asked my partner to pay mid mouthful it felt like we were being a nuisance just by eating there which isn’t a great atmosphere to be eating in.We had eaten and paid within 30 minutes due to the server rushing us we understand it was a busy time however forcing us to eat and pay within 30 minutes is abysmal service.The manager was very nice though.

The food we got here was lovely. It's near Leicester Square without feeling like an overpriced tourist trap. The service was great. Our waitress Krisztina was fantastic and very friendly.

Krisztina was super pleasant and served us happily, loved her vibe! Asked her to bring out a brownie with a candle for my friends birthday and she did so without complaint, bringing it over with a song with her college <3

We did not have a reservation on a busy Saturday evening and the Maitre ‘d fitted us in within 20 minutes. We all had a really nice meal served by a lovely waitress for whom nothing was too much trouble. I think her name was Zuzanne. We all enjoyed our food and one of us was gluten-free and also had a lovely meal. Gluten-free sticky toffee pudding to die for Yum Yum

The salad was a real disaster, it was brown with a huge amount of sauce to hide it. In terms of size, you don't have enough to eat. The cocktail was full of water... Dont stop there !

I spent two weeks in London and we ate there at least 5 times. The food is delicious, abundant and the service is super friendly and efficient. The waiters are lovely, Cristina is super cute and attentive. Also a guy from Italy and the Manager. I will definitely return to that branch on Irving Street on my next trip.

Food on the menu advertised outside was not available as the inside seating area (ie sea bass). One of our drinks - a bottle of Sicilian lemonade - the ice cubes tasted so strongly of fluoride that my partner had to fish them out and throw away. There was only one person around until about 12.30 ish - requesting anything ie ketchup - materialised at the end of the meal after three requests and the lady adjacent eventually went inside to find some salt after numerous requests. There were I suffient staff until 12.15-12.30 ish.

Good restaurant but we waited more than 40 minutes before being served even though there weren't many people there. Additionally, we had to ask the waiter about the status of our order. We had not been kept informed. Apart from this problem, the staff were welcoming and the food was good.

I give this 5 stars because on Wednesday 3rd July, at about 6pm we went here to grab some food. They fitted us in and the restaurant became totally full, with only 2 waiters running around doing EVERYTHING themselves with not a second to stand still. We were served by a gentleman called Samuel, and I don't know what his colleague's name was but she was working just as hard. The service was great and the food was delicious, and we had a very pleasant dining experience. Bella Italia, do better with your staffing, this was so unfair on your two waiters!!! Give them a bonus or something because they remained so polite even when customers started being rude or pushy because they had to wait a couple of minutes for the bill. They did a great job!

We stumbled upon this restaurant in the morning, and to our surprise they offered a breakfast menu! Very well priced & great service - Ilaria was enthusiastic and friendly. Would recommend to young families and tourists as a great spot to unwind or prepare for the day, with delicious food & a pleasant street view.

Very enjoyable, as the restaurant was not as busy as usual. There was a bit of a delay initially the starters, but you need to allow for food to cook. Food was very good, and I am Italian. Staff very attentive and polite and friendly.

Lovely restaurant. Nice welcome. Situated in a lively area of Leinster square. First impressions when the menus were handed to us was, they need to reprint them as they are grubby from use. A good selection of dishes, well presented. My companions had meatballs and spaghetti which they were very happy with ,I had the gluten free penne pasta al Pomodoro, my pasta was not evenly cooked, and on one mouthful, was actually still crunchy, then some was overdone, seemed like two batches were mixed together, that's not great really, but on the whole, because of the delicious sauce, a very tasty dish. Service charge included in bill.

Amazing food as always. Catered for us easily and are allergy as we are Coeliac. The service was extreamly speedy and was always busy but never left waiting. All the staff where lovely and friendly and multiple checked in on us. Our main server. Amoddi was very helpful and really friendly.
