I was not satisfied with the quality of the food and the service at all, and the staff were very slow. I ordered a spinach omelette that had a fishy odour and an iced coffee that was not only not cold but warm without ice and I had to call the staff to add ice to it. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I do not recommend this restaurant.

Had a wonderful lunch here. Great place, delicious food and wonderful service especially by the manager (Raffa) who was very professional and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Café Concerto, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make our evening memorable. Two ladies serving that evening, both wearing scarves, were incredibly attentive and polite. They spoke to us softly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their warm demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. A special shoutout to the lady who graciously took our family pictures; they turned out perfectly and captured our wonderful evening beautifully. We are so grateful for the effort she put into making sure we had such lovely memories. Thank you so much, Café Concerto, for the excellent service and for making our evening so special. We look forward to our next visit!

Great place to eat, although thought it would be more a restaurant atmosphere rather than coffee shop. Only reason for not a full 5 star all round. Sharmin was great and accommodated to our Special requirements

Waiter dropped a glass of cola over one of us, soaking their trousers to the point that he has had to go and buy a new pair. Although an apology was offered, they said they would take the price of the drink off the bill. However, they did not do this in the end. To add insult to injury (well, soggy trousers) we were still charged the 12.5% service charge. We would definitely not go back here again

Highly recommend this place! Fantastic food and drink selection with a relaxed vibe, a perfect escape from the hustle of Westfield. The desserts are a must-try! The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Gunjun, who went above and beyond to make our visit special. I've walked by many times but finally tried it, and I'll definitely be back. Give it a go!

My cousin and I visited this restaurant for breakfast and dessert and we were served by Sharmin. The food and drinks were delightful in themselves, but our waitress greatly improved our experience. She was very attentive and friendly and I would definitely recommend requesting her if you should ever eat here!

Food and service were as they should be. I was confused by the sign in front of the bar, where they advertise breakfast for £11.95, but the price in the bar is £13.95

Mediocre full English breakfast and an apple juice for more than £20. Staff were nice though.

I visited the Cafe Friday evening with my friend. Thank you for the very delicious espresso and crepes with fruits and nutella. She also loved the home cake and wine. The chips was a nice big portion. We were sitting just right next to the entrance . It was very cosy and very good spot of the restaurant.

I have been to this cafe twice. The cafe is cramped. The service is extremely bad - the waiting times from when you place the order to when you receive your food is very long. I had to remind staff 3 times that an order was placed and I was waiting to receive the food. The food was mediocre, nothing special. The staff were rude with a horrible attitude. Would not recommend visiting this cafe.

Spent a catch up lunch with my sister over the weekend and was greeted by Shafi and couldn’t decide if we wanted to sit inside or outside. After being seated inside, we decided that we wanted to sit outside and Shafi was kind enough to find us a table to suit our “wants”. The food was wonderful, I had a BLT which was delicious and so fresh! My sister had a dessert (lemon cheesecake) which was so creamy and also fresh. Would recommend this for families, girl catch ups and simple coffee date - the atmosphere is so welcoming!
