Fue a la tienda Chelsea cerca de la hora de cierre ( 5 : 50 PM) el sábado 18 de mayo y el empleado fue SUPER servicial. Necesitaba conseguir varias cajas de regalo y bolsas de diferentes cosas para llevar a casa para regalos. Ella me dio varias sugerencias, me ofreció una muestra (¡estaban deliciosos!) y lo empaquetó todo maravillosamente para llevarlos a casa. Todos amaban estos regalos. ¡Espero que este empleado pueda ser reconocido!

26th March, the young gentleman, David, serving us, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit and bought and tried some delicious chocolates.

Great chocolates; big fan. However, my first attempt at ordering a gift online has ended in disaster. And, despite encouragement to call if you have an issue, good luck if you get through. Even an email to the CEO remains unanswered. This reeks of a business that lacks customer care. Don't order online unless you're prepared for disappointment.

visité la tienda de chelsea para un regalo. El servicio fue impecable. Me atendió un experto en chocolate llamado LES. Me acompañó por la tienda limpia mostrándome todos los chocolates diferentes, pasando probablemente 20 minutos conmigo; me sentí como si estuviera comprando en condiciones difíciles debido al nivel de detalle. Probé los caramelos líquidos y compré una caja. Duraron aproximadamente 1 hora mientras caminaba por el camino de los reyes, tuve que regresar y comprar otra caja para más tarde esa noche. Los chocolates y el nivel de servicio en esta tienda es lo mejor que obtendrá y Comparable a una boutique de lujo en Bond Street. Gracias por educarme y presentarme estos caramelos.

L'Artisan Du Chocolat store in Selfridges is located at the foot of the stairwell to the foodhall and close to the disabled access lift. There is usually a person handing out free golden, glitzy chocolates here. I bought myself a box of salted caramel chocolates and some of those classy biscuits from here. The salted caramel is a classic and everyone seems to love it. I loved the chocolates and the staff was friendly and helpful. A spacious store within Selfridges!

To claim that this is the Bentley of chocolates is and outrageous comment. We generally stop by any chocolatier and do the following, get a piece of every flavour. From earl grey, mint, hazelnut, fruit fillings, coffee, etc... then we taste them over a few days. It is fair to say that we couldn't make it past day two and just threw everything away. There are defiantly better chocolatiers around London, star with Pierre Marcolini or Alain Ducasse at Bulgari Hotel.

Chocolates bem feitos e saborosos, alguns com sabores inusitados, como o famoso salted caramel. O atendimento é atencioso e você pode experimentar antes de comprar.

本当はノッティング・ヒルのショップに行きたかったのですが、またお休みかもと思い諦めていました。 するとセルフリッジでショ ッピングしていた時に見つけて、テンションが上がりました。 定番商品やクリスマス商品はセール中でした。 値段はお高めでしたが美味しいチョコレートに癒されました。

有名高級百貨店のセルフリッジにあるショップ。斬新なゴールドやシルバーのまん丸トリュフチョコレートもあった。クリスマスが過 ぎちょうどセールもやっていた。半額で値段は９ポンド、うまいチョコであった。

Visitamos a unidade em Notting Hill, onde se pode tomar sorvetes e chocolates quentes, entre outros pratos. A variedade é imensa, misturando aromas de flores e até chocolate com tabaco. As opções de boxes, em que os clientes podem escolher os chocolates, são ótimas e com preços acessíveis. O atendimento também foi muito bom.

I was really impresed by the quality of their chocolate. Their ganaches are very good, try the one with the tobacco flavor. You can find them in the Selfridge's in oxford street.

My wife and I are always on the lookout for something special when it comes to chocolate and we found it at L'artisan du chocolat. A very modern and well decorated store with clear pricing and displays (something sadly missing from a lot of up scale chocolatiers). With several comfortables seat, through the store, we decided to try their hot chocolate and it was simply fantastic. Really rich and thick chocolaty flavour. A nice pure flavour which wasn't all that sweet, but you can have them with little marshmellows to add a little bit of extra sweetness. As an added bonus you get to choose two of the fantastic chocolates they sell to enjoy with the hot chocolate. It doesn't get better than this valuewise! :)

L'Artisan Du Chocolat is a fantastic niche chocolate store located in the middle of Selfridges department store in Oxford Street, London. The staff are friendly, helpful and are more than willing to let you try the various chocolates before you decide which one you want. Their most famous and most notable creations are the Salted Caramels (go for the "No 1" selection). They were specially created for one of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants. And what makes them special is the gooey centres, lovely chocolate taste, yet the unusual tang of salt within them as well. In short. If you need to buy posh chocolates in London, go to the L'Artisan Du Chocolat. And try the Salted Caramels. You won't regret it.
