The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Scotland

Definitely not fast food went to drive through with my Grandson as always asked to park up to wait for our order. 20 minutes later we got our food.

Really disappointed. Normally the food is brilliant, full of meat and sauce. This looked like the leftovers from someone else’s meal!

Specializes in chicken dishes but there is also more. Quick table service. You order with QRCode online. Excellent quality of dishes

It was many good times spent going out to shops in this KFC. Sadly, the page's turning and it'll become Burger King in a few months (I've been told around November? by staff on their last day). Was good whilst it lasted.

Busy takeaway shop. Service is great. Service staff are efficient and friendly

basically we went to maccies for a cheeky snack then when we went to order all the machines were out of use so that’s already bad enough! then we had to order at the till and you can imagine the bloody queue it was going for miles we decided to join it even though it looked long after around 20 mins we made it to the front of the queue and we gave our order it was me my son and my daughter. i wanted a simple phish burger thing but when i got it it ended up being chicken i was appalled and it wasn’t even thoroughly cooked it was a bit pink which obviously disgusting!!!! (can i just say i got very sick from that it was coming out of both ends 😬😬) when i complained they completly denied it was chicken which we could both clearly tell it was and she was straight up lying overall not a good place

Totally ignored by staff when I had to order at counter. Duty manager saw me and went and sorted Hash Browns instead. Obviously Dumbarton doesn't need customers. Shocking customer service. Go to Balloch or Clydebank instead.

Oh Dear !!! I’ve held back on reviewing this mcd’s, giving them the chance to get their act together. Went for my Sunday breakfast as a drive through customer. Waited at the ‘pod’ for 10 mins, waited a further 8 mins to eat to the pay window, 4 mins to reach the servery where I was held for another 10 mins. All staff seemed flustered and run off their feet, the number of inside customers and cars waiting didn’t reflect this. Anyway, drive off to a parking spot 2 mins away to find that my ‘mini hash browns’ had been substituted for a cold normal h/b and the ‘mighty McMuffin wasn’t much warmer. Have tried to take food back ere before to be met with blank looks and little else so not worth another 30+ mins of m time. Poor management, not staff.

this used to be my fave mckyd's now its the worst the smell of grease when i went in should have rung alarm bells it used to be spotless not so much now the burgers tasted cheap and were lukewarm and so were the chips so now need to find another great 1 prob wont be in dunfermline so disapointed !!!

Really need to do something about the environmental damage done around this place. I know it’s not them that drops the litter. I know they even have litter pickers which do a decent job. More needs to Be done to prevent the litter issue.

Ordered and paid for single fish and cheeseburger which were on display, patiently waited and was happy to do so. Person serving took cheeseburger and was told no thats for delivery Just Eat by rhe boss. Surely customers in store should prioritise over Just Eat. Walked out having paid £12 - won't be back !!! Shocking serve again, this had happened before!!!

Where to start..... no stars would be ideal or minus.... no fizzy drinks, as well as other...went tea......no milk, cheers...no services, couldn't work the till...service with a groan and a knightmare carpark....

Shocking service, waited over an hour and half for delivery, driver sat in same spot for over an hour, shop don’t bother to answer phone so impossible to ask where order is 🙄 food freezing cold and soggy. Can of juice was warmer than the food 🤷‍♀️

Fast and hot food, order was spot on despite making multiple amendments to each meal. Freshly made and tasty Service was pleasant - served by Alex who was polite and friendly

Terrible service,no receipts,no doughnuts,no milkshakes...place was dirty table,female manager threw our order on the counter and stressed. Walked away before we got there zero stars for customer support
