Absolutely shocking customer service

Ordered from here, ordered didn’t even turn and tried contact the restaurant and it had closed. Won’t be ordering from here again

Never received the food scammed

Had an unfortunate experience with my order. I don't eat meat due to an intolerance, ordered a mixed veg dish and found a stray lump of chicken in it. The staff member I told however was lovely and very apologetic, and just eat have been great at dealing with this. Delivery was quick, but I wouldn't order from here again unfortunately

Can’t enjoy something that didn’t get delivered and restaurant won’t answer the phone

Was delivered fast but the sauce was very watery and didn’t have much taste

Order was delivered quickly. Food was piping hot and delicious. Was a little worried after reading negative reviews and ordering from here for the 1st time but couldn't fault our order. Really enjoyed it and would order again. 🙂

2 hours waiting on food then called an shop shut am no food delivered!!!

The food was just under an hour late, I tried calling the shop (23 times) and each time they would just let it ring or it would say they were engaged. When the food finally did get delivered it was barely warm and the chips and chicken balls were soggy.

Never answered phone, no update, until I submitted an request for an text from them. It’s not like them. I placed the order at 6.30 pm very disappointed

Order was delivered early however I’d got a text to say it left restaurant and took 20 mins to deliver Chips were wet and soggy the bag disintegrated! Some of the rice was hard and the sauce was not nice at all

Food was really greasy, nothing tasted right. Defo won't b ordering again

Really couldn't believe how quick delivery was. Food was piping hot all the way through so was quality wasn't jeopardise from quick delivery. Was really great

We found BONES in our food. Two of them. I know mistakes happen but luckily I didn't give that portion to my children with special needs or they could have choked. Really not happy

I buy from here regularly. Never had a bad curry, food is on time and it's always piping hot

Worst Chinese I’ve had in a while, convinced they mixed up salt n sugar containers! Everything far too sweet, absolutely terrible

Ordered mega munchie box Food was disgusting, curry sauce was even worse!! It was cold, fried rice was more like boiled rice. Called to ask where my delivery was 10 times NO ANSWER, called to complain about the food as soon as it got opened and yet again no answer. Service is shocking and so is the food

The food was good. However, the woman on the phone was so RUDE. I phoned to ask if my order had left as it was 20 minutes late and the woman was so cheeky and swore at me, told me it “will be there when it gets there and to not call again because it’s not her job to find out if my delivery had left” then she hung up the phone, absolutely disgraceful way to talk to a customer who just wanted to enquire about a late order!!! I want an explanation of how this woman still has a job?!!

Food tasted good but was so greasy and curry sauce was so salty and was 10 mins late

Always been hit and miss here but major miss this time. Late delivery, cold rock hard rice, cold chips and missing prawn crackers! Binned. Think I'll skip this place in future.

Fried race was undercooked and hard. Chicken was alright

Food quality once again was incredible but this time the sweet and sour sauce to go with the chicken balls wasn’t included but everything else was amazing

Don’t know where the negative comments are coming from but every time I’ve ordered for pan Asia the food has been great. Never been late with delivery and food always hit when arrives. Again great service 👍👍👍

I have used Pan Asia for a long time but their delivery times are ridiculous I ordered a chicken curry and fried rice and waited two and a half hours its ridiculous will not use pan Asia again

No point ordering early to be told it’s busy. Told it was on its way which was impossible as it was another 45 mins after that shocking service barely an apology either.

Over an hour late - phoned to ask where it was advise driver was on way - 25 mins later still no delivery so phoned again to be told the driver is just leaving. At least be honest about your delivery times. If I had known tea wouldn’t arrive until after 8.30pm I wouldn’t have ordered.

Order was half hour late/ and they got the food mixed up with no refund or anything offered. 0 stars.

Moved to Dundee in October and was yet to find a Chinese that I truly love. Tried a few around the city but it’s got to be Pan Asia for me, best Chinese I have had in a long time and I’m a regular customer now

chips were still hard ... curry looked like it was from day before and heated up without being stirred not great this time around

Food looked good, tasted funny and ended up bringing it back up

Always wonderful food from here, large portions, tasty hot food and quick delivery, staff are great and delivery driver polite and helpful. This place is a family favourite for us, especially the salt and pepper chicken! My autistic daughter will not eat this from anywhere else :)

Munchie box excellent food amazing

Food took 2 hours to be delivered. Just eat said “delivered” at the estimated delivery time but we still waited another hour. Not a lot of information from the restaurant when we phoned. We understand it was Valentine’s weekend and the snow might have been a factor but proper communication would have been great. Also food wasn’t great at all, disappointed because we tried a different place rather than our usual. £30 wasted!

Although the delivery's can be late sometimes, the food is always great, one of the best ones in dundee easily

Beef was tough, onions in foo yung, never experienced that before and curry sauce was too sweet but that's our preferences, salt and pepper chicken had no flavour, most went in the bin.

Appeared to have good quality and volume of ingredients and initially tested nice but too much salt/msg in the sauce and ended up suffering from it.

Food arrived hot , service was good and a thoroughly enjoyable meal. Thank tiu

Totally shocked with the food we got when it eventually arrived 2 hours after it was ordered, curry sauce was runny and the oil all round the sides springs rolls were like chewing rubber rice all congealed, usually I’m really happy with the food but tonight totally disappointed xx

Food is normally great from pan Asia but tonight it was warm n cold... Chips went all soggys as was the chicken balls and shredded chicken. Disappointed to be honest. Chicken chowmain was stone cold. Maybe they were busy I dunno. Wouldn't order a take away again. I'd call and collect it in future from pan Asia as the order was almost 25 quid for warm soggy food. It tasted well just not texture wise

Great food and very quick delivery!

I can appreciate you guys are busy but I felt the delivery time was way too long (1hr 40min). Saying that the food was worth the wait, excellent & hot. Maybe suggest more drivers.

Took half an hour from the notification it was on the way. Should have been 10 minutes maximum. Delivery guy was rude when I asked him where he had been said he had a few other delivery’s before mine. Food wasn’t hot and chips were soggy

Terrible, chicken was room temperature at most chips were soggy and the delivery time was awful waited over an hour and a half on a Thursday night for very poor food would like a refund tbh.

Arrived 40 minutes late, freezing cold and with being munch box hard to reheat. The salt and pepper chicken had no salt and pepper mixed with them, just plain crispy chicken. Onions and peppers sat on top of curry tub, not mixed with items. Chips soggy and some undercooked. Chicken balls just full of grease. Chow mein full of flavour but congealed and stuck together. Rice was nice. The crispy chicken in chilli sauce was the best nut sauce had a lot of garlic in it.

food was a little cold when it got here, i order from here almost every thursday and normally my food is really hot still. this week it was almost cold.

Waited over 1 hour and a half for this to arrive and its got here the chips are hard and the food isn't even hot, barely got enough chips, Usually great service from pan Asia and paid near 27 pound for a meal to be cold is disappointing!

Delivery was late and therefore food was cold. Food was mediocre and overly salty. Disappointed.

We ordered the 9" munchie box which was a decent amount for 3 people, maybe a little too salty though. We did have to phone the restaurant when we had no update with the order. The time was 6.05pm (an hour after we ordered) and there was no update whether the driver was at the restaurant, or out for delivery, just stuck on 'thumbs up from the restaurant'. 20 mins later we called the restaurant who let us know the driver was on their way though.

Not my local takeaway but my fave, food is always good along with the portion sizes

Food was good however the prawn crackers were chewy and stale so we didn't not eat them. Driver dropped a can of coke on our door step and it burst so we didn't get that.

Ordered food and was given estimate time of 645 then notified that it would not be delivered until 730. I called at 640 to be told the food was on the way out the door but it didn’t arrive until 815. I appreciate that it was very busy but to be 1 1/2 hrs (in total) overdue is not acceptable. I thought food was hot but after a couple of minutes on the plate it was cold not surprising since it took 35 mins to be delivered. Love food from here but now will have to think about whether I would order again.

Food was average at best. Wasn't delivered until an hour after the expected delivery time. When I phoned asking where my order was I was told it had already left only for it to take a further 40 minutes. I will not be ordering anything from them again

The egg fried rice and chicken chow mein wasnt good but all other items in munchie boxes were so good

Salt and pepper chicken was the best we’ve had in a long time. all food arrived hot and was very tasty. Will definitely be going back
