It's like a free for all in there. The place needs a good manager and a better layout and system to get the place organised.

Great place to eat apart from all the time your in sitting down waiting for your order the delivery get all the food first they don't care about the sit in customer's

Dirty, overly crowded, rude staff, pathetic.

McDonald’s is usually my go-to when I need something fast and convenient. The fries are a hit or miss, with it either being hot and crispy, or cold and damp. The burgers hit usually hit the spot whenever I’m craving something familiar. That being said, at certain times this place can get really busy, and the quality of the food can be a hit or a miss. But overall, it’s great for a quick, no-fuss meal when you're in a rush for something to eat.

Food was fast friendly and tastefull

Young server didn't look like he knew what he was doing, just called my number and left it sitting on the counter. I asked if this was my order and he mumbled something and shuffled away. Meal was OK,have had better. Lack of seats downstairs for disabled. Had to keep watching and then pounce on one when able bodied kids left.

Nice staff, clean and tidy place.

Chips cold and none of the sauces came including the sweet curry sauce I added on extra

Ordered the meal at 1:49 and it arrived at 3:23… that is a ridiculous time to wait for 2 20 piece chicken nuggets…

Ordered at 5:30 got to 7:30 and still said preparing food, checked at 20:50 and it says delivered,

food arrived cold juice was spilt all over bag so couldn't drink it

I ordered a meal at 5.30 and 7.30 still wasn't here went to restaurant myself and wld not give me food went back home waited another and came freezing this shocking I want refund

Absolutely raging at the quality of the food delivered today, all four portions of chips were stale, totally inedible, driver was rude and no straws delivered, will not be ordering again.

We got delivered the completely wrong order this is ridiculous on the drivers part. I feel so bad for the other people that got our order instead of their one

Never any sauces or straws even when extra is paid for

Every time I pay for a couple of sweet curry dip they never give me but they charge for it which is unfair when I asked for refund they refused it. I am very unhappy for the service, this is not good customer service at all

everything stone cold again no straws and missing all 3 dips yet again don't know why I bothered to waste my money

Delivery arrived and juice was spilt everywhere so this was not accepted and driver was sent away with the drink.. unacceptable way to deliver drinks

Unfortunately, yet again there were missing items, absolutely no use at all when you have teenagers, Staff member who answered was so lovely and couldnt apologise enough, but unfortunately still left 2 out of 5 teens hungry

Ordered at 9:15pm didn't arrive until almost 11pm

I ordered my food at 17.42 and was not delivered until 19.57 I think this is a ridiculous amount of time to have someone waiting on food. Tried to call McDonald’s themselfs and could not get an answer. Absolutely shocking service poor delivery man couldn’t have been anymore apologetic though as even he has missed out on work having to wait for reform street McDonald’s shocking service

Everything was right, most importantly the sauces came 🎉 and all extras were added to burgers, delivery driver was nice. 10/10 late night munch!

I know it’s McDonald’s, but this order utterly stank like rancid grease, the chips were soggy and limp even by the usual delivery standards, and the paid sauce wasn’t included. Couldn’t finish and had to throw away outside to get rid of the smell. Stars are for the delivery time.

my cheese burger didn't have cheese on it and the cheese burger from the happy meal wasn't there or my sticks I ordered or the dips that was meant to be with them

Once again McDonald's can't get it right. ordered 2 childrens meals and they miss the chicken nuggets even though it's on the receipt stuck to the bag. Shocking considering it was such a simple order!!!!

I ordered two large chips with meals but they were only half full. Very disappointing since I paid the premium price for them.

Not only was it over 45 mins late half of it was missing , surely you check the order against what you’re putting in the bag ?

Ordered 8 items and received 4. Completely wrong order and the person who gets my £25 order will be laughing! No answer at the restaurant as per. This store is catching up to Longtown for worst service.

Food arrived 25 minutes late and it was freezing cold, needed to be heated up in the oven. Quality was really poor, the only decent thing about the meal was the iced latte which was very tasty, the rest of the meal, I was really disappointed with.

The delivery guy asked me to come outside my flat. I am living in third floor. So I refused. Then he came to my door and I asked the reason and he said it’s difficult for him to climb the upstairs

Started using Reform street branch because Camper down always got it wrong and we're pleasantly surprised.
