Missing straws and a toy was missing as well but food wasn't bad

I ordered a Minecraft meal with the toy and didn’t receive the toy

item missing, disappointed. ruined my meal!!!!

Sausage was hard. Pancakes were hard and inedible and somehow the iced latte tastes like burnt wood

at this time of night there aren't many drivers in dundee. this came almost unexpectedly and the driver ran up the stairs, he was doing the best and beyond. . couldn't ask for more.

I didn't receive the chicken sandwich meal, or the large fries for the philly cheese stack meal. Considering how much I've spent on this order I'm really not happy with not receiving these items as they were actually for my mother as it was mothers day yesterday and I thought it would be nice to treat her to a meal which never actually came. I'm very disappointed.

Chips were stale. Some chicken strips were overdone

It was extremely cold when it got here and was nearly more than 1.5 hours after I had ordered it when it originally told me it was going to be 20 minutes. I would like a refund please as soon as possible.

The delivery service from this restraint is a disgrace spent 35 pound on food only for driver to not bother delivering and mark as delivered have phoned restraint continuously but typical of this restraint no one has answered this has happened to me a few times now I am seriously annoyed with the service I guess for a company like McDonald's service doesn't matter as they are so big absolute shambles

why bothering asking what sauce do you want if they don't send any. I don't enjoy the food without ketchup.

Driver thick and on a motorbike drove away out my street 3 times phoned me twice still lost absolute joke!!

Drinks were spilled every where driver said that it’s cause the drinks aren’t sealed opened bag and food and drink squished into his bag after saying its ridiculous he tried grabbing the food away from me saying he will take it back tried pushing past as I try to move away from him and put it down grabs me demanding code and assaulted me on my own door step ran away down my stairs after him and he flew up the road

awful 😖 chicken was burnt, fries were cold, and the burger bun was missing half the top. other bun was burnt. how can they be so sloppy? it's ridiculous lazy service! never again

First time I’ve ever had to walk down two streets to get the food. Very rude driver and clearly can’t read maps.

Got the complete wrong order, got 6 nuggets and fries with Fanta which was half spilled by the time I got it. I had ordered a McSpicy meal deal with fires and Oasis with twenty nuggets and also a large Diet Coke but didn’t get any of my order

Did not recieve delivery and refused refund as driver said left at door after numerous attempts to contact myself, no such thing was done and no delivery left at door or any other door in my street

when I ordered i put my work address down, instead of home (my mistake) when I noticed I messaged the courier to let him know my mistake, he eventually called me, I explained the situation, he said he would not deliver unless I pay extra £3 , then he said someone else will deliver my food, the food never arrived , at all!!

My order originally said it would be 20min. However 1 hour and 20min later it arrived. Everything was very cold and soggy and my Coca Cola was spilt inside the bag leaving basically nothing left in the cup. I am very unhappy with my soggy order 😠

Delivery time was perfect but the order itself was incorrect - we did not receive the correct McMuffins or Milkshake

Ordered at roughly 19:15, order was estimated to be here at 19:40, then changed to 19:50. Sent an email at 20:55 then within 10 minutes my order was marked as delivered at 19:35. It didn't even arrive.

Son baratos, suelen estar en la calle principal o estación de tren (muy útil cuando estás en un pueblo extraño) y sabes la calidad de la comida y el nivel de servicio que esperar. La sucursal de Reform Street en Dundee, sin embargo, es terrible. Tiene una ubicación práctica y está ocupado, pero después de eso me estoy quedando sin positivos. El servicio es lento y la comida se entregó solo tibia. La chica que me atendió fue educada, pero el resto del personal del mostrador era hosco y monosilábico; pero el mejor regalo en la tienda era la zona de asientos superior. Sucios y descuidados, y llenos de adolescentes alborotados, corriendo por el piso del restaurante, sentados en los respaldos de las sillas con los pies en los asientos, pasando por encima de sillas y mesas, solo alrededor de un tercio de ellos realmente haciendo cualquier tipo de compra. Y todo totalmente ignorado por el personal - además no había señales de ningún oficial de seguridad y todo el lugar era como un club social para los pasantes de fútbol hooligans. ¡No a ningún sitio que vaya a visitar de nuevo!
