Clark's 24 Hour Bakery in Dundee City

Staff friendly. Ordered chips and mince, macaroni and chips! Chips felt like double cooked/burnt! Poor tasting, this was approx 11pm. Would probably avoid during night in my opinion!

Despite being first in queue of two people, the person behind was served first. I ordered a Lorne and egg roll which was ready suspiciously quickly, no sounds of cooking or anything. I got home to find they hadn't put the egg on. Really don't understand how you can mess up something so basic. Also the Lorne is now round like a burger which is very weird.

Whoever invented those doner pies with cheese and babus sauce needs a Michelin star. They are the best pies I've ever had in my life. Absolutely perfection. Thank you.

£4.20 for a bacon and link roll. Took about 40 seconds.... At that price you'd expect it to be freshly cooked but the bacon was hard and the sausages dry. Hadn't been here in years, used to be great. I'd avoid for breakfast rolls.

More expensive than any competitor and foods no where as good as it used to be fudge donut tastes terrible and over 2.10 for a donut id avoid try rough and fraser

I put a review up a bad one as I got chips and coronation chicken but got home no coronation chicken.I was asked to phone Jonathan but every time I try to phone it just rings out and get cut off BAD SERVICE 100%

Poor customer service, staff don't listen to customer. I asked for my cakes in a box.. she bagged them... I asked for 4 different pies - I got two of the same pies. I asked for a flat bread pizza and it was served in a Paper bag... a pizza... in a paper bag... so as you can imagine it was inedible by the time we got outside to the car and realised it was all stuck to the paper. They don't have bags that fit large hot food boxes in and none of there hot food comes with sauce or seasoning... asked for but not provided. Avoid this place unless you on the way home from a night out as that's the only time you'd be happy with the quality of food or staffs attitude. When I asked the member of staff why the pizza is in a bag she said "you no happy like" 😑😑😑

She starts serving people half way up the que, when I point out that there's a few folk who haven't been served ahead of them... it's somehow my fault!? Apparently I didn't follow the 'system', the un-signposted system which her colleague didn't follow when she served someone standing where I was, and obviously exists only in her angry head. Then later she lie's saying she asked 'who is next', yea cause me and the two people behind me would of ignored that!? Really!?

I ordered a egg and black pudding roll,the roll was doughy egg not well done.as I asked for,the roll came with 2 bits of black pudding on it probably only supposed to be one bit,the roll is not good quality dry and it was doughy.the price is expensive.

Prices all increased and if you want salad you need to now pay 25p for each salad item eg 2 slices of cucumber 25p 2 slice tomato 25p bit lettuce 25p a roll at £280 cist almost a fiver. Lost a customer. Just greed

Having spent £20 for a delivery of a breakfast I was extremely disappointed to find black pudding and link sausage missing. 2 bottles of the WRONG juice and instead of the 2 sugar donuts I ordered there was 1 iced donut!! Very simple ordered completely messed up.

I have been to clarkies numerous times, food is always piping hot and delicious, never had any issues. I usually have to wait a wee while but that’s because they’re usually so busy! But at least you know the food is fresh. Can’t recommend enough

As I entered clarkes bakery at Orleans place the staff member was standing in the door way smoking, one customer was inside waiting as I entered, no other staff in shop, as I came in the staff member came in and put her half smoked cigarette on the counter, washed her hand but put no mask on, she served the customer ahead of me who wanted hot rolls then took my order of cakes, she did not wash her hands after handling raw food to serve me, when I got back to my car I noticed raw meat on the box my cakes were in. Staff need training on health and safety as well as food hygiene

Asked for a smoking BTL on a roll and chips and curry sauce. When I got home my BTL was actually chips and cheese. I have full receipts for both items I ordered and when trying to call up to complain the number wouldn’t out me through to anyone to talk too.
