Burger King in Dundee City

Good food and usual prices. Convenient local stop while driving south! Unfortunately the last time I stopped at 930 the restaurant was closed though advertised 9am opening.

Old reliable, decent food and competent staff

Went here today and burger was a bit cold, so my cheese wasn’t melted or anything. Everything is really good. Love a burger king

Wasn't too busy,not the clean and tidiest,messy

Ordered a double whopper with onion rings, plain double cheeseburger and a bacon double cheeseburger. Food was lukewarm at best. And also, and this seems to a running theme with these reviews, the order was completely wrong. Bacon double cheeseburger came without bacon and the double cheeseburger came without cheese. Took them back up to get them changed and they still couldn’t get it right! Bacon double cheeseburger got its bacon but somehow the double cheeseburger became a single.

The food was cold we used to come and eat here and it was amazing, but today the service was disappointing including the food was cold.

Gooood but very processed chicken in the chicken royale

simple instructions, no pickle, no onions , add cheese on the whopper....they gave us a dry whopper, no cheese , no tomato and there's onions on it too. ruined

Missing items from an order for two people then they don’t pick up the phone

Food was cold missed a whole meal out and the other meal was missing the 4 nuggets.

Everything freezing cold and chocolate shake missing from order.

The delivery driver was lost food was freezing

Whopper meal had barely any sauce, no onions and like 2 pickles 👎. Cheese burger was completely plain asked for 1 plain and 1 not plain. Loaded fries were barely any beacon which I asked for them ones for that reason and yeah just such a disappointment tonight unfortunately but everything else was great.

Second time in a row I ordered BBQ sauce and didn’t get it with my order. Charged at 30p each time makes it disappointing.

Chips are luke warm and super chewy, definitely reheat. Everything else was pretty good. Also do we need to purchase a straw seperately? My last orders are always missing the straw for the drinks. I don't know if it's the delivery driver or.

Food delivered on time but it was only lukewarm. Not a good idea to order fries as they're pretty soggy when you get them. The burgers were a bit dry so all in all not very enjoyable. Sorry but probably won't be ordering from here again.

food was cold, chicken nuggets and dip was missing. Delivery driver just dumped the order on doorstep and knocked on the door and disappeared, it took me less than 30 seconds to answer the door and not a sign of the driver just the food on the doorstep. Extremely disappointed with this service

Missing a drink again and driver attempted to deliver to the wrong address yet again despite location being accurate.

BK has really got better in recent years, I always preferred it to McD's. The downside for me is what I perceive as a disproportionate increase in the cost. I just can't justify £12 for lunch very often, consequently I don't go very often. There's never any queuing or waiting for food even at busy times, which should probably tell the management something, unlike the permanent queues at their local rivals. Can't fault the product or the service, but prices need to come down, it's just not competitive. I wanted BK the other day, but chose McD's instead, just to save a bit of money. Help me Burger King, I would always choose you first 😋

Warm bottle of coke, soggy chips and no milkshake. Dread to think what the burger is going to be like.

Food was good as normal. With a family of 6 spending £55 meals came no sauce was given with kids meals so my son went to counter to be told its 30p per tub. So I went up to be told the same. I then said we ordered it with kids meals so they actually checked order for sauces 🤣

Food was stone cold. My was ready to be collected at 7.04pm on receipt on bag. I didn't get my order until 8pm

The food was good but the girl taking orders and payment at drive through was impatient and didn’t seem to be paying attention. We paid for 3 cheese burgers no pickles no onions as part of our order and when we got home we only got 1. She was so abrupt like she couldn’t be asked to be there. Being a coloured person I felt intimidated by her attitude so I just took the order and left trusting her when she said all your orders there

The cup was only half full, so what was there was still really tasty. The Burger was between luke warm and hot, but it tasted amazing. Fries were almost cold, but I ate them anyway. Overall, I'd still order it again because the burger was immense

Did not fulfil order, missed item again, only one vanilla milkshake arrived but ordered and paid for two. Disappointing for my 6 year old daughter who did not receive her vanilla milkshake.

Extremely unhappy, food was stone cold and the milkshakes went all sludgy as they had been left waiting to be collected for to long. Food was ready to collect at 8pm as per the receipt attached to the bag but didn’t get delivered until 20.48pm. Tried calling Burger King to get a new order but no one answered, so I have put in for a full refund. Will not be ordering from there again.

Missing items 9 times out of 10 and if you try to phone the restaurant they don't answer the phone... I'll be looking for my takeaway elsewhere!

Upon visiting for a quick stop with the kids the customer service was impeccable due to Tommy's friendly and helpful attitude. I did not get the name of the other employee behind the till but again received a lovely exchange when paying for our food. Would visit again!

I'm only giving the staff one start because I need to, we just visited for lunch ordered and paid for food, never recieved it and when we went in to explain the manager says "sorry no reciept means no proof I can't help you" despite they never gave us a receipt conveniently. Speed of service is beyond question but accuracy and attitude is laughable Avoid if possible

Food was lovely however the customer service was a joke! We went trough drive trough to order and the girl on headset was so bloody impatient. We asked for a couple moments to decide what we wanted, after that her tone changed and she was quite snidey. She then directed us to go to the next window which in that drive trough would be the first one there. We sat there for 5 minutes and no one came over, a man on second window proceeded to bang on the glass aggressively and giving us dirty looks to indicate that we have to move forward. In this case the girl told us to go to that window so if there was miscommunication between the staff it shouldn’t be put out on customers. The guy at window was very rude and blunt trying to get us gone as fast as possible. Overall I’m very disappointed. I used to work in a fast food place myself,and I know it’s hard if you’re low on staff or have targets to reach but because it has been a long day or a rough shift there is no need to be this rude to customers. As staff they should communicate more as well as maybe put a bit of smile on their face. No customer service at all really makes me wonder how they even got the job since that’s the main thing these places look for when hiring. Anyways won’t be returning👍🏼

The Burger was amazing and so were the cheese chilli bites. Although the Diet Coke wasn`t cold and the fries weren`t salted.

This is not a Burger King complaint - We watched the driver galavant in the completely wrong direction and sit in a different location for 15 minutes before the driver finally started heading to us. Finally got the food and it was cold and horrible.

Was just about to eat my burger, opened the wrapped paper and was totally surprised to see a hair on the burger.Totally unhygeinic and very disgusting.The guy at the till did not even seem to care and did not apologise, very casually said 'should I get another one?'.I asked for a refund and he refused at first, gave me the refund only when I read him through the refund instructions on the app.Terrible customer service.Who even appointed these people !Never recommend.

Whoever prepares the food clearly doesn’t read the instructions properly think they need to invest in a pair of specks asked for no bacon n they gave me bacon

Ordered Burger King, it says it’s delivered but it’s not been. Down £24, no meal! Just eat you need to do better. Can’t get a hold of just eat to rectify it so I actually get some food tonight. Happens too often!

I’m genuinely disappointed with my order as I’ve ordered 2 portions of cheese and bacon loaded fries for my children and they have not came with my order not only are they not sad they are disappointed also and it cost me 10 pounds to get nothing so disappointing

Everything was fine with ordering until the delivery gave me the totally wrong order, as he had mixed up and not looked at order numbers, after me running after him he drove away, Burger King no complaints but just eat drivers are incompetent of delivering the correct items, and because there is no one to complain to that is me out of pocket of £40 until rectified

Time of delivery changed from 12:20 originally to getting my delivery at 13:24. When at work I have a small window to eat so this has now been wasted. Nearly £30 for cold food an hour and 5 minutes late. Never again

Food was ok but yet again the drink was warm. There is no way that Burger King are sending out cold drinks. There’s no way a bottle of coke should be warm after a 20 minute delivery.

Earlyish lunch at around 11.30. No long queues. Service was quick & polite. Very nice burger & fries. What more do you need!

Came in famished with a Friend and ordered on the screen, went to wash my hands and food was almost ready when I came back!!! Bacon XL was hot and tasty, fures and Onion rings crispy and delicious. My friend Chicken burger was excellent to with a nice fresh Brioche Bun. Staff were Friday and very efficient. Also the place was very clean and tidy. Thank you BK Dundee.....
