Burger King in Dundee City

would have gave 5 stars for food but the burger was missing it's onion rings.

They have a fraudulent driver working for just eat and meant to deliver for Burgerking, he brought us someone else's order and tried to palm it off to us. It was half the price of ours and knew straight away he was wrong. He took wrong order away saying he would return with our order.... he didnt and just eat refusing to reimburse nearing £50. Thieves!

food arrived stone cold. driver said it was because they had an issue with their app and to use an alternate delivery service in the future.

driver tried to deliver the completely wrong order, so he took it away and said he would come back with correct one, still waiting an hour later!!

For was absolutely stone called on arrival!

This establishment, that closes at 2300, was open with customers seated, preparing just eat and uber eats orders at 2215 as I walked in. Unfortunately they very abruptly informed me that they do not accept any orders via the drive thru or inside after 2200, a whole hour before close. For a casual dining fast food place that is ridiculous. Especially if they are happy to still be churning out online orders.

Food was missing and it was cold.

No sauce on bacon double xl bacon was only the bits of fat no meat came stone cold chips under cooked just barkit burger king has went right down hill and these just eat drivers are too slow shops need there own designated drivers

Absolute joke of a place! What’s the point in giving an order for the staff to just put any old order in your bag!! Get home and the only thing that was correct was the chips !! Last time I will ever eat at Burger King staff are stoned out their box or just not interested

Delivered on time, 2 kids meals missing again. Spoke to driver who said just message the app. Had to make my own way to burger king to have my order rectified.

Over an hour for a kids meal and halloumi fries for them to come stole cold because the delivery driver also took a 20 min detour over Dundee.

Good food and usual prices. Convenient local stop while driving south! Unfortunately the last time I stopped at 930 the restaurant was closed though advertised 9am opening.

not the delivery drivers fault . restaurant kept changing my time later and later . this has happened twice in two nights now. I'm currently staying at a premier inn where the driver has to come down first to come back up. but the first roundabout closes after 7 on an evening so they have to go to the next one which puts an extra 15 minutes on the journey !! 2 nights now working away and ive had flat cold food . not happy in the slightest

Food cold on arrival, only ordered from here as the delivery time was brilliant. Once order placed, time changed to double. Tried to submit refund request which got declined. Will not order again

Very poor delivery service, seemingly you need to give a code to receive your food, and she wouldn’t give me my food, even tho I told her what the Oder was and that I gave her a £2 tip, even after I explained that I didn’t know about any code and she made me go get my phone and search through it to find the code , she was actually going to take my food back to the store the food was cold

what a ignorant woman you sent as a delivery driver. Refusing to give me my food even though I attempted to give her the code 4 times. she even went to grab my phone out my hand and very unhygienic as she has a XL BULL DOG in the car not restrained. will never order from here again when you've got non trained staff that doesn't understand basic English. Had to call the police in order to get my food

Waited an hour for reform street McDonald’s to tell me my order was cancelled - ordered with Burger King and got my food promptly, and it’s great! Always get great service here! :)

Absolutely STONE COLD!!! Would have tasted superb however being stone cold and unable to eat we had to microwave the food which really didn’t make it enjoyable. Over £30 for a meal for 2. Sadly very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again. The surprise for my son ended up a soggy disappointment.

Ordered a double whopper with onion rings, plain double cheeseburger and a bacon double cheeseburger. Food was lukewarm at best. And also, and this seems to a running theme with these reviews, the order was completely wrong. Bacon double cheeseburger came without bacon and the double cheeseburger came without cheese. Took them back up to get them changed and they still couldn’t get it right! Bacon double cheeseburger got its bacon but somehow the double cheeseburger became a single.

Ordered a chicken nugget kids meal and got given a cheese burger. Now this won't get eaten. Food is also cold, normally always great delivery from here but disappointed with this

Whopper meal had barely any sauce, no onions and like 2 pickles 👎. Cheese burger was completely plain asked for 1 plain and 1 not plain. Loaded fries were barely any beacon which I asked for them ones for that reason and yeah just such a disappointment tonight unfortunately but everything else was great.

Second time in a row I ordered BBQ sauce and didn’t get it with my order. Charged at 30p each time makes it disappointing.

Chips are luke warm and super chewy, definitely reheat. Everything else was pretty good. Also do we need to purchase a straw seperately? My last orders are always missing the straw for the drinks. I don't know if it's the delivery driver or.

Food delivered on time but it was only lukewarm. Not a good idea to order fries as they're pretty soggy when you get them. The burgers were a bit dry so all in all not very enjoyable. Sorry but probably won't be ordering from here again.

Missing a drink again and driver attempted to deliver to the wrong address yet again despite location being accurate.

BK has really got better in recent years, I always preferred it to McD's. The downside for me is what I perceive as a disproportionate increase in the cost. I just can't justify £12 for lunch very often, consequently I don't go very often. There's never any queuing or waiting for food even at busy times, which should probably tell the management something, unlike the permanent queues at their local rivals. Can't fault the product or the service, but prices need to come down, it's just not competitive. I wanted BK the other day, but chose McD's instead, just to save a bit of money. Help me Burger King, I would always choose you first 😋

Warm bottle of coke, soggy chips and no milkshake. Dread to think what the burger is going to be like.

Food was good as normal. With a family of 6 spending £55 meals came no sauce was given with kids meals so my son went to counter to be told its 30p per tub. So I went up to be told the same. I then said we ordered it with kids meals so they actually checked order for sauces 🤣

Food was stone cold. My was ready to be collected at 7.04pm on receipt on bag. I didn't get my order until 8pm

The food was good but the girl taking orders and payment at drive through was impatient and didn’t seem to be paying attention. We paid for 3 cheese burgers no pickles no onions as part of our order and when we got home we only got 1. She was so abrupt like she couldn’t be asked to be there. Being a coloured person I felt intimidated by her attitude so I just took the order and left trusting her when she said all your orders there

Love burger king especially there double whoppers. Good selection of soft drinks.

The cup was only half full, so what was there was still really tasty. The Burger was between luke warm and hot, but it tasted amazing. Fries were almost cold, but I ate them anyway. Overall, I'd still order it again because the burger was immense

Tasty food. GOOD customer service (surpising) The only thing I did not like is one of the foods.

Did not fulfil order, missed item again, only one vanilla milkshake arrived but ordered and paid for two. Disappointing for my 6 year old daughter who did not receive her vanilla milkshake.

Extremely unhappy, food was stone cold and the milkshakes went all sludgy as they had been left waiting to be collected for to long. Food was ready to collect at 8pm as per the receipt attached to the bag but didn’t get delivered until 20.48pm. Tried calling Burger King to get a new order but no one answered, so I have put in for a full refund. Will not be ordering from there again.

Missing items 9 times out of 10 and if you try to phone the restaurant they don't answer the phone... I'll be looking for my takeaway elsewhere!

Upon visiting for a quick stop with the kids the customer service was impeccable due to Tommy's friendly and helpful attitude. I did not get the name of the other employee behind the till but again received a lovely exchange when paying for our food. Would visit again!
