Burger King in Dundee City

2 items I was charged for were missing from the order

Food arrived cold. Wrong items were also sent. Also didn’t receive my free side

Ordered food and had my old address jn from moving house easy mistake my food was delivered to my old address and the driver phoned me I tell him I’m not at the address anymore and he tells me he’s not delivering my food and now she’s blocked my number and Burger King will not answer any calls £40 delivery on my Apple Pay money that I’ll probs not get back now fuming isn’t even the world

Forgot the sauce that we ordered with our meals. £30+ order and no sauce?? Bottles of juice were also warm

Food was freezeing cold and chips were hard food wasnt edible

Good old BK, never mess up my order, always arrives on time, always hot, unlike McDonalds just up the road

Delivery man was extremely polite

This is the second time I never got the free nuggets. Not amused absolute joke

Order never arrived, says it has been but I certainly haven’t received it. Now no contact with the restaurant because they will not answer the phone and now £26 down and still no food! Absolute joke, delivery drivers can’t even get the address correct! And what’s the point of giving me a code and asking for my name if they don’t even check

Asked for no bacon but got bacon on my burger

Order was incorrect - only one burger on a double cheeseburger and six nuggets when nine were paid for. Disgraceful.

Ordered £60 worth of food for the family - half of the food was missing so meant people didn’t have anything to eat! Absolutely ridiculous not, not rocket science to put food in a bag !

The burgers were absolute freezing cold

ordered around 8.30 and the app was saying delivery in 30 minutes, updated to longer. finally delivered at 9.45.

Good burgers and fresh fries when we visited but tables and floor were a right state. Wasn't overly busy

everything was stone cold apart from my chilli cheese bites . The chips with extra cheese and bacon had enough to cover 4 chips this was the case for both of the sides . not the quality im used to from here extremely disappointed not sure I'll be back unfortunately

Big up Ross the manager, who served me a vegan royale meal within 1 minute of entering the store. The fastest service I’ve ever had.

I ordered a bacon double cheese XL. This burger cost £8.39 and look at the absolute state of it. Such little effort has been put in. They need to either half their price or double their efforts, because at the moment it is not close to being worth it. The parts of the burger that had all the appropriate toppings covering it did taste decent at least, hence not 1 star.

I didn't receive my order. I started a chat to explain and was told they will not refund me as it's 'been delivered' which it hadn't. Then they ended the chat.

the drive was very unprofessional and was say there a problem with code after me tell him 2 time so u ask to see his phone to see what was happening and he said it has work now I think he was try to get free food unhappy at this if this was a system error please look onto and fox it thank you

Not been for some time but they seemed to have picked up their service. Food was fresh and the staff were friendly. Can't comment on the atmosphere, I went through the drive through.

Can't go wrong with a BK, had a burger meal takeaway. Used this loads as it's just down the road from me.

Didn’t put in a whole meal from the order. I drove to restaurant and explained. They refused to fill the order and blamed the driver.

Didn’t get it Driver kept phoning but couldn’t understand us and we couldn’t understand him; this went on for 20 minutes or so, tried to phone shop but no answer. It then came up that our food was delivered but it most certainly wasn’t. Not happy

waited 3 hours for it to arrive barely lukewarm. ordered at 7.08pm, receipt says it was put in for order at 9.25pm.. outrageous.

Ordered from here on just eat and received the wrong order, when I tried to phone the restaurant they would not answer the phone so I now don’t have my food and have wasted my money, I don’t recommend ordering from here

Stone cold The delivery went halfway around Dundee before coming to me... and then went way past and came back!! I wont be ordering again as this is the 2nd stone cold meal in a row!!!

Food, especially the cheese burgers are always freezing cold. They seem to heat up the burger patties but everything else that’s on the burgers is freezing. Cheese isn’t even melted. Also the machines to order are horrible. Faster just telling a person your order than having to select 300 different options just to buy a double cheeseburger.

Good alternative to maccies and Dundee branch has nice staff and fast cooking

Food arrived but was cold, asked the driver why it was cold and was told speak to the restaurant? We live 5 minutes drive away from restaurant so if it’s cold it’s been picked up and kept in the delivery drivers car for more than the acceptable time to keep it hot and fresh. Recurring problem

No salt or anything on the chips, whopper was lukewarm and milkshake which tasted decent to be fair was so thick couldn't even drink it with a straw

Very disappointed. I wanted a chicken Burger the Special, and I got the Beef one. I ordered the Dirty Fries and was not given a fork or napkins. I ordered Tea and I digest milk or sugar. When you go through a Drive Through these things are paramount. Very very disappointed. I will not come again. Total waste of money. I used to Love Burger King. Not anymore.
