An excellent service with first class food, the Whooper & chips were delicious 👍😀👍

food was cold and the quality of the food was terrible there was no cheese sauce on the chips as ment to be but at least the delivery guy was nice

There’s a missing burger. Crispy chicken steakhouse meal. No Fanta. No dip either… very disappointed I literally asked the guy at door if it was everything he said yeah. This doesn’t normally happen at this place for us

Ordered Angus steakhouse burger WITHOUT bacon, tomato, lettuce and rocket and the burger came with all of that on it but without crispy onions and bbq sauce. Never been an issue before when ordering this so very disappointed with Burger King for not paying attention to what has actually been ordered.

Burger wrong asked no cheese for my sons as he’s allergic to cheese

My food arrived freezing cold. Placed a request for a refund and all I’m getting back is £2.37??? My order all together was £14.53. Considering i was unable to eat the meal i should receive a full refund.

They have a fraudulent driver working for just eat and meant to deliver for Burgerking, he brought us someone else's order and tried to palm it off to us. It was half the price of ours and knew straight away he was wrong. He took wrong order away saying he would return with our order.... he didnt and just eat refusing to reimburse nearing £50. Thieves!

food arrived stone cold. driver said it was because they had an issue with their app and to use an alternate delivery service in the future.

driver tried to deliver the completely wrong order, so he took it away and said he would come back with correct one, still waiting an hour later!!

This establishment, that closes at 2300, was open with customers seated, preparing just eat and uber eats orders at 2215 as I walked in. Unfortunately they very abruptly informed me that they do not accept any orders via the drive thru or inside after 2200, a whole hour before close. For a casual dining fast food place that is ridiculous. Especially if they are happy to still be churning out online orders.

Absolute joke of a place! What’s the point in giving an order for the staff to just put any old order in your bag!! Get home and the only thing that was correct was the chips !! Last time I will ever eat at Burger King staff are stoned out their box or just not interested

Delivered on time, 2 kids meals missing again. Spoke to driver who said just message the app. Had to make my own way to burger king to have my order rectified.

Over an hour for a kids meal and halloumi fries for them to come stole cold because the delivery driver also took a 20 min detour over Dundee.

not the delivery drivers fault . restaurant kept changing my time later and later . this has happened twice in two nights now. I'm currently staying at a premier inn where the driver has to come down first to come back up. but the first roundabout closes after 7 on an evening so they have to go to the next one which puts an extra 15 minutes on the journey !! 2 nights now working away and ive had flat cold food . not happy in the slightest

Very poor delivery service, seemingly you need to give a code to receive your food, and she wouldn’t give me my food, even tho I told her what the Oder was and that I gave her a £2 tip, even after I explained that I didn’t know about any code and she made me go get my phone and search through it to find the code , she was actually going to take my food back to the store the food was cold

what a ignorant woman you sent as a delivery driver. Refusing to give me my food even though I attempted to give her the code 4 times. she even went to grab my phone out my hand and very unhygienic as she has a XL BULL DOG in the car not restrained. will never order from here again when you've got non trained staff that doesn't understand basic English. Absolutely STONE COLD!!! Would have tasted superb however being stone cold and unable to eat we had to microwave the food which really didn’t make it enjoyable. Over £30 for a meal for 2. Sadly very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again. The surprise for my son ended up a soggy disappointment.

Ordered a double whopper with onion rings, plain double cheeseburger and a bacon double cheeseburger. Food was lukewarm at best. And also, and this seems to a running theme with these reviews, the order was completely wrong. Bacon double cheeseburger came without bacon and the double cheeseburger came without cheese. Took them back up to get them changed and they still couldn’t get it right! Bacon double cheeseburger got its bacon but somehow the double cheeseburger became a single.
