The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Scotland

Just been through the drive thru for 2 quarter pounder meals and after having to wait in the car park for it get home and no chips in the bag 😳

We (a family of 4) stopped here for a take away dinner on a one night stay in Dumfries. We used the drive through and didn't realise until we got back to our hotel that they had forgotten to give us one of the burgers. I had to go back and get it, then eat by myself as their food would have gotten cold if they waited.

Fast and hot food, order was spot on despite making multiple amendments to each meal. Freshly made and tasty Service was pleasant - served by Alex who was polite and friendly

Shocking service, waited over an hour and half for delivery, driver sat in same spot for over an hour, shop don’t bother to answer phone so impossible to ask where order is 🙄 food freezing cold and soggy. Can of juice was warmer than the food 🤷‍♀️

Terrible service,no receipts,no doughnuts,no milkshakes...place was dirty table,female manager threw our order on the counter and stressed. Walked away before we got there zero stars for customer support

2nd time in 3 weeks I get the wrong order from the drive through!! Also had to sit and wait in car park AGAIN. I stay 7 miles away so can’t just pop back to rectify this. Looks like 2 of us will be going hungry again. Really bad service

Fui a Café Nero esta mañana y mi esposa estaba comiendo un plátano que compró con ella. También había otro cliente comiendo un sándwich que compró con ella. Por alguna razón, la funcionaria señaló a mi esposa diciendo que se le prohibiría comer su propia comida de nuevo. No le dijo nada a la otra dama que te estabas comiendo su sandwich por alguna razón.

Avoid like the plague! Worst pizza ever! Chips and sausages were the west we’ve ever had! Do t even get me started on the price!!! Absolutely avoid if you can! I was asked if I was local and as I replied no-I was met with that’s a shame or you’d have got 10% off! If I’d have tasted the food before I left I’d have asked for a full refund!

Today I went to the drive thru in Kirkcaldy and ordered a plain mayo chicken, medium fries and an oasis for my daughter I sat at the window for 10minutes to be handed the wrong order so handed it back I was then asked to park up !! So I sat and I sat and I sat cars were pulling up after me and being handed their orders people were also walking in ordering and walking out with it so after sitting for another 30minutes I went in to the shop only to be told they had forgotten my order and got a oh sorry I asked to speak to a manager an assistant manager appeared with a face like thunder oh sorry here is your order like really !?! 40 minutes and a oh sorry absolutely disgusting?!? No customer services skills at all I took my daughters food and walked out and then phoned the shop when I got home to complain further and was met by another rude manager called David I’m sure yes you had to wait 40 minutes what do you want me to do was his reply more appalling behaviour from someone with no customer services experience again we will never be back to McDonald’s Kirkcaldy retail park again !!!! Not to mention the meal that took 40minutes to make was freezing the fries all soggy and it went in the bin disgusting!!! Suppose to be a fast food restaurant don’t make me laugh avoid people !!!

Not the best fish and chips from Antons Had better in the past has the shop changed owners can anybody comment on this situation

SIEMPRE olvide las partes de su pedido. Es un sobreprecio cuando pides comida de Uber y luego se olvidan de partes de tu pedido y culpan a la entrega cuando OLVIDARON poner las cosas en la bolsa en primer lugar.

I ordered a 16” Margherita Pizza and chips with cheese from Castaway last night, and it was quite disappointing. The chips were excellent, as usual, but the pizza arrived lukewarm, feeling like I was biting into the cardboard box it came in. It tasted decent, but after spending over £30 on those two items plus delivery, I ended up just peeling the cheese off the pizza and eating that. I'm really let down and honestly, I won't be ordering anything other than fish and chips from there again.

Place was dead, should have taken hint there. Ap hard to navigate and doesn't have half things available. No popcorn chicken available and no boneless. bucket. Kids won't eat anything on bone unfortunately. Offered chips sub for chicken staff completely uninterested.. won't be back

Went straight in the bin. Didn’t even give it to the dogs. Horrific. Ordered as was the only place open - never again. Will stick to shaans and the falcon. Everywhere else is Alloa is honestly shocking Opened it up and the first thing I seen is a huge dark hair?! See the pictures If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star is too generous
