KFC in Clackmannanshire

I've been coming to this KFC since moving to Alloa a year ago and it's the worst run fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I've always used the drive through and every time you're asked to park up and wait a minimum of 20 minutes for what is meant to be fast food. Not sure if they've been under staffed for the past year or the staff are just incompetent. There never seems to be any sense of urgency with orders. They're lucky KFC food is so good otherwise they would've been shut down long ago. Currently sitting outside waiting for my food and we're coming up for half an hour wait as they messed up the order. Classic.

Slowest service, half the stuff on the.menu they didn't have. The place was filthy, grease all over the floor so I was sliding. Main womens bathroom was closed so I used the disabled and it was covered in urine and toilet paper. I told the staff and they didn't do anything about it.

Worst KFC the hole country! Never get you order correct, always something missing. Bunch of imbeciles, avoid at all costs!

My partner, myself and our two kids, (6 year old and 11 month old baby) decided to eat inside the restaurant. The service was just plain awful! So slow and staffed by kids who just didn't have a clue what they were doing. They had no plates and got our order wrong twice. The food was dripping in oil and was just the worst KFC I have ever had. After picking through what was edible my six year old wanted a dessert so as my partner needed to breastfeed our baby we ordered more drinks and a dessert for her to eat whilst my partner fed the baby. We were in the restaurant for a total of 1 hour 17mins. Two weeks later we get a PCN notice (parking ticket) through the post charging us £60 or £100 if not paid within 14 days for parking over the 60mins allowed time. 60 mins is a ridiculously short time for a young family to eat a meal especially when the service was so slow and got wrong twice. There is not a cat in hells chance of us ever paying the parking PCN charge and we will never, ever eat KFC ever again! Avoid Alloa KFC as the food is horrendous, service is just a comedy of errors and only allowing 60mins is just a pi$$ taking con!

Arrived at 20.10, ordered and waited 15 mins for convenience food, only to be told they had no gravy. Chicken was heated but not hot, chips were cooked fresh. I was rather mithed that half the resteraunt was closed off to public, however the staff discussing customers after they left behind the counter surprised me. I have used kfc regular but this has to be the poorest outlet yet
