The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Scotland

Gave Diners a second chance as had a bad meal a while back but tonight was just as bad. Ordered sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong but it was like the cheapest breaded chicken with not much chicken in site. Not even real batter and it did not taste like sweet and sour sauce. The only good thing was the chicken and cheese rolls. This used to be a favourite but not now. Not sure if they have changed their chef.

McDonald’s discriminated against my disability and breached equality act law for refusing to make reasonable adjustments and accommodated my allergies. They refused to allow me to get dairy free cheese instead of ordinary cheese with my quarter powder. They are favouring people who don’t have allergies and I have been told it’s there policy to discriminate against those with food allergies. This is unacceptable considering other McDonald’s are willing to substitute ordinary cheese for vegan cheese. You need to do better and I will be taking this further

Not long started using this CHIPPIE .. first time ok …second time not to sure thought miserable portion third time definitely miserable portion and the oil was badly needing changed so no we will not be us this ( chip) shop again we will drive a mile or two to our regular shop no wonder there is never a queue to get served

This spot is great for a coffee. The service was good. There is a drive-thru and also seating inside. Would recommend to others.

Pick another service station unless you want to damage your car. Thought the roads in and out had been bombed the pot holes were that bad.

Only gave 1 star because doesn't let you leave 0.. very small portions and high prices. Also delivery was very late in arriving and food was cold. Asked for it to be collected and replaced with hot food and shop hung up on me. Will never use again.

This is the best food I have had in a while. Definitely recommend. Will be ordering here all the time, best takeaway in Motherwell.

Absolutely disgusting - every table needs clearing and cleaning! Awful!! No serviettes so had to use loo roll to wipe gravy off table.

My family and I were unfortunate enough to call into Roadchef Hamilton brand on the M74 Northbound McDonalds branch yesterday afternoon at about 2pm on our way to holiday in Scotland from North Yorkshire. We all had a meal each and then 3 of us treated ourselves to McFlurrys. Whilst my eldest daughter had nearly finished hers she found somebody’s fingernail in her mouth. This made her very distressed and upset and was utterly disgusting. It even made myself feel sick. I went to speak to the duty manager ‘Amanda’ and was quite shocked at her response of shrugging her shoulders and going to simply get a replacement (as if we’d want another McFlurry after what had just happened). There was no great sense of alarm, any great apology and certainly no intention of trying to make things right or investigating why it happened. I couldn’t even get a refund of £1.69 as my wife had made the payment on her app and she was waiting in the car outside. The attitude of ‘Amanda’ was shocking, she literally said ‘I can’t do anything about it’. It’ll certainly put me off ordering anything from McDonalds ever again.

I got a drive through and when I got home I noticed the colour of the banana milkshake after taking a drink and it had brown through it and the colour got darker the longer it sat.
