The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Scotland

Gave Diners a second chance as had a bad meal a while back but tonight was just as bad. Ordered sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong but it was like the cheapest breaded chicken with not much chicken in site. Not even real batter and it did not taste like sweet and sour sauce. The only good thing was the chicken and cheese rolls. This used to be a favourite but not now. Not sure if they have changed their chef.

Asked for a single fish. "Small or large?" "Mm, large, please" Got two fish fillets in a fantastic crispy batter, just the best tasting fish I've had anywhere in years! Outstanding value too. Superb! Thank you :-)

Ordered on machine, told to take ticket and take to member of staff although I had asked for table service, no ticket given, went to till no record with confirmation number I gave. Staff unhelpful, all at grill waiting for chickens to appear. Staff member shrugs What's their shoulder, I don't know. .Manager I spoke to spoke to was like "whatever " WHY HAVE NEW STARTS ON FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN BUSY

Not good Indian food... Stale, reheated, dry, not authentic. Taste not good, horrible to be honest. Hygiene standards questionable- Salad beside raw meat displayed for all to see. Customer service poor. The staff seem unhappy and maybe given up. I wouldn't recommend getting food here.

We have not been to a KFC for some time. We had difficulty understanding the menu and talking to the young man who took our order as he did not speak loudly and clearly above the background noise. We ended up paying for much more than intended, which we realised when we received the order Both the chicken and the chips were overcooked and not nearly as crisp as we expected.

Not long started using this CHIPPIE .. first time ok …second time not to sure thought miserable portion third time definitely miserable portion and the oil was badly needing changed so no we will not be us this ( chip) shop again we will drive a mile or two to our regular shop no wonder there is never a queue to get served

The curry was pretty tasty. The guy behind the kebab/salad counter was eating while he worked and licked his finger halfway through preparing food. The place was untidy and customer service very weak. The rice was massively overpriced.

Friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. Visited twice on this trip and have been before. The staff are so friendly and lovely that I had to write a review. Was surprised it only had 2 stars, perhaps they have had a change of management now.

Was never delivered yet they have the nerve to say it has been. Disgusting service, won’t be recommending and will be escalating

My wife and I stopped here for impromptu fish chips a d fritters... Wish we hadn't, just disgusting fritters, all batter whick was soggy and greasy, the fish was even worse if I managed to find any.. Probably the worst I've ever seen, not eaten just binned. Would have returned it only too far to go. A MINUS ZERO OUT OF 10.

Worst food middle eastern food I have ever eaten. The staff preparing the food just dumped everything in the take away container as though he was giving it for free. For the £24 I paid, the quality was not even worth £2. Nobody should go this place again.

We were there with 2 Grandkids. 1. Order machine took the money but did not give receipt/ticket Spent time at counter sorting that 2. Order came: fries were cold and soggy 3. Big Mac only had one patty, was cold and looked like it had been stepped on 4. Three items were missing from order 5. In all we had to go back to the counter Five Times 6. Manager seemed annoyed/mad when we asked for napkins 7. Place was sad/depressing 8. Tray return area was full/overflowing 9. Perhaps 8 to 10 delivery guys crowding around the counter all the time we were there Not a pleasant experience with the kids Definitely will give all McDonalds a miss now👎🏻

Lovely clean and tidy, but service was awful, it looked like they done lots of deliveries as they kept preparing them for drivers, myself and a few others waited ages to be served, it was until one of their employees told them I was still waiting, there were a few unhappy customers having to wait ages to be served, perhaps they could have someone dedicated to serving people coming in, instead of them concentrating on deliveries
