The food was absolutely amazing and great service I will definitely come back

The food was cold by the time it finally arrived. We had been waiting an hour for our food to arrive before calling to ask for an update and was told that the driver had just left with our food, only to wait another hour for it to finally arrive. We had to microwave the kebabs and chips for them to be edible and even then they didn't taste good at all. We also asked for a salad on one of the kebabs, which we didn't get, and garlic mayo on both kebabs, which we also didn't get. Sadly a horrible experience and probably the worst kebab I've ever had, and I've ordered kebabs from a lot of different places in the past. Won't be ordering from here again. Not to mention the fact that prices are a lot higher than a lot of other places for what seems to be smaller portions that don't taste good at all.

Could not of chosen a better place. The food choices are excellent and portions are huge. I had the best calzone of my life. Staff is courteous and professional. Two thumbs up.

They are quite unique and all the food in this place is clean and delicious. I suggest you try it And absolutely respectable staff👌👌

I bought 2 chicken wrap and those were ridiculously cold. I drove this takeaway to Ari only 5 minutes and first bite tasted like chicken was from display case in tray. Cold and tasteless. I would not go back again. It was my try to them which will never happen again.

Rude unprofessional basically said I was lying then blamed it on Uber eats. Was no help with my missing order or even offered to help. Ordered from here loads of times won’t be ordering again. Avoid

Burger, pizza, nuggets and chips all real good, really nice guy whenever I’ve been

Accepted the order, said it was passed to delivery driver and they blamed the delivery driver that he ran into the issue, instead of getting the order made again and redelivered, useless!!!

Ordered chicken, received Donner.... Ordered a burger and chips, recieved only the burger..... Overall poor meal and won't be back, if I could get my money back I would I hope the business responds to this review

Took whole chicken today. It used to come with some special kind of salad. It came with usual salad. Chicken was raw inside. Had bad smell. needed to bin it. Not recommended at all.

I got a rotisserie chicken from here last night, the chicken was raw in the middle!. They were laughing as they served it, little did I know until I got home why they were laughing! Disgusting. Avoid!

Shop was empty, 2 staff on, I asked for large donor kebab with salad, and both sauces. As I was waiting, couple mins later I asked can I add, portion of chips to that please. Gets home to chips, with donor meat on top, so greasy it had to be binned. No salad, no nan bread, No music was on or no customers in shop, ridiculous the shop was so quiet but still mess up 1 order.

Bad kebab, ciapaty you break my heart

Very disrespectful, food came cold so phoned up about it and they where like well what do you want me to do about it and he was like I’m not doing nothing about it. So another person who I shared the food with phoned up for a refund and they were rude and shouting down the phone at us and was so so disrespectful and said don’t call again! Don’t order here

Ordered off of just eat and waited over an hour for the food to arrive, half an hour later than expected and every item of food was served on paper (in the box) even the chips cheese and gravy! The paper was so soggy it was breaking up in the food. Large chicken kebab was tiny and looked like it had just been thrown in the box. The pizza was burnt and brick hard. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid at all costs!!! 🤢

Worst place ever! Rude staff and worst pizza I've ever been served; used the orange cheese, and the tomato purée was like Bolognese sauce and there was so much sauce it was unreal: also I don't eat mince and there was mince in pizza. GROSS! Never go!

Ordered doner and chicken kebab with garlic sauce. Only got plain chicken kebab. Also ordered a doner calazone ended up with chicken pakoras. Only thing they got correct was a tin of juice. Very disappointed

Don't think order again. Was cold. Pitta bread like a brick, hard to describe my husband's looked like a pile of mess,dry and chips there was 10 cold ones. Pakoras more chicken fillets Def not pakoras. It came at time they said that not a problem but wish had checked as it would of been put straight back ,

I had a hair in chicken doner kebab, I contacted their store, man who picked up the phone was terribly rude to me, asked me around 3 times about my order, about 5 times I said that I had hair, once he understood me, he then said me to “GO AWAY” twice Which is unacceptable, after I said that he could say sorry instead of being rude to me, he decided to ask me if the hair is still in the chicken, I said no because I binned it, he said in this case cannot help me. I even wouldn’t want to get a replacement from their store. I mean I’m not fastidious but I don’t want in my stomach someone’s bacteria. No Hygiene at all. I wouldn’t leave this review here but sorry I can’t accept rude costumer service. If I had a chance to put 0 I would have done that with happiness.

I write this review still hungry as your kebab landed in a bin. Disgusting, cold and under cooked. I'm silly i never looked here for the reviews, another lost customer, the name "bodrum" makes me sick now. Will spread a message about the "worse kebab" whenever asked ;)

Waited an hour didn’t mind as that was what It was advised arrived another 40 mins on after that,I’m now starving! Opens the food and all was cold and congelied and inedible ,not great for The price Tried to complain to just eat but you just get directed to the so called takeaway And the worst is I’m not fussy whatsoever but this experience is/was terrible Avoid if you don’t want to wait a long time for delivery to just empty your pockets of hard earned wages to put straight in the garbage

Ordered food for delivery and the food was cold and disgusting, wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Delivery took way too long even though we live 10 minutes from takeaway. We will never order from bodrum again!

2 hours my order took to come even though it is a 20 min drive to my house ! Wasn’t exactly a busy night it beinf a Thursday would of expected it to of been a long wait on a weekend but not a Thursday ,Called 3 times to ask where my order was and the man on the phone couldn’t understand a word i aaa saying , when food finally came I knew instantly it wasn’t that warm however I opened the box and food was cold not even warm! Ordered 4 tins of juice and only got one but was still charged for them. Called back and told the guy and all he said was he can get someone to come back . I asked well it’s now nearly 12.30 pm will my juice take 2 hours to come also? He said well we are busy tonkght even though they close at 1 on a Thursday. Will not be giving this place another chance ever again! By far the worse takeaway in Aberdeen . All I ordered was one calzone and a small portion of pakoras . Not exactly worth the wait or 2 hours ! Absolute piss take !

I ordered food from here to get delivered to my house it was cold not worth the money, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to come and the delivery driver was really rude.

The worst customer service ever, I had ordered 2 double cheeseburgers we waited over an hour and received 2 single ones. Fair enough, not such a big deal, just called up to ask what was going on and the owner of the shop starts swearing down the phone and blaming me for his mistake 🙃🙃.

Onion rings are so good and the kebab was so juicy. Came 40 minutes before estimate too!! Both were cooked perfectly! Will definitely be ordering from here again!!

I ordered food on the early hours of New Year’s Day ordered was ment to be delivered at 2:55 didnt come till after 3:30 but when I called the takeaway they said it had been delivered at 1:30 and had been sitting outside my door. We called the takeaway back to ask for a refund as the two donner pizzas I ordered were stone cold frozen and wouldn’t come apart, the staff refused to issue a refund and were rude and were accusing us of lying about the food being outside our door. Contacted just eat about this issue to get them to issue the refund they contacted the owner directly who then advices them to tell me to contact Bodrum at night. Did this again and the manager was rude and ended the call. Contacted just eat again who then confirmed the owner was going to give me a full refund. I advice not going to this place or even ordering online because of the rudest and nasty behaviour from the staff.

Consistent greatness! I've ordered more times that I care to admit as I often finish work in the late hours. They often deliver within 15 to 40 minutes which is amazing and the food is always of great quality. Price is great for what you get as well! The service has always been polite and I'll continue to order and recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues. Cheers for saving many starving evenings.

ordered through deliveroo, chciken kebab was hard i wasnt able to eat it, i eventually got a full refund from deliveroo after being on the phone with them for 1 hour, as bondrum was only going to refund £3-00. shocking service from start to finish, avoid at all costs.

Ordered from here on Scoffable, they phoned to check the order (which was wrong) so I corrected them. Order arrived and it was wrong! Phoned straightaway to be told I would have to wait half an hour for a replacement. Waited 45 minutes, phoned again to cancel the replacement to be told it would be another 20 minutes so they lied. Everything arrived lukewarm, barely any cheese on the chips, chicken was tough and chewy and the poppadoms were burnt. I await my refund as promised

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs and clearly provided one portion split in two. I’ve seen more chicken in a single drumstick. Also, pita bread had can completely broken apart so overall the worst kebab I’ve ever had.

Ordered a donner calzone specifically asking for no onions or mushrooms, it arrived with both so i phoned them and the "owner" was very rude saying i did ask for it and called me a liar, when i told him i have proof i didn't he was very rude saying their english isn't "perfect" like mine etc and refused to correct the mistake because i had touched the calzone, more so in his words it couldn't be "returned", so the fact he said that makes me think some of the food is reused after being sent other places? He also said i would have to pay for a new one after they made the mistake in the first place. Would never recommend this place anymore, the Bodrum in Moir Green blows this one out of the water. NEVER ordering from this one again.

Me and my girlfriend recently got two kababs from here and can honestly say we have never had a worse kabab in our lives and that's saying something... just absolute garbage. We both got medium kababs ... her portion was laughable.. was actually looking through the salad to see if there was any meat.. the meat we got was dry and looked like it had been laying out for days. anyway NEVER AGAIN.

A very bad service. Rude people. Calling customers liars. Bad quality of food. They burnt my chicken saying it had to be done in that way. Unprofessional.

Went in after our first choice restaurant was closed. Very happy with the service and food. Friendly staff. Good, tasty doner kebab and shish kofte. Really liked their sauces

Absolutely disgusting. I took a bite out of my burger and noticed mould on the bun. I phoned Bodrum and the driver came back with my money and I gave him the burger. No phone call back from them to apologise. I went to their shop and showed them the photos. They just shrugged. Don't eat here.

Incomplete order - paid for two portions of chips cheese and coleslaw but upon opening we had no coleslaw on BOTH portions! Thieving sods!

Incomplete order. Original food that arrived soggy and cold. Main item, in this case a kebab, missed out in order...arrived 30 mins later...cold and salty. No apology and little concern or respect shown. Will not eat here again, not reccomended at all....poor poor service and poor poor produce.

Worst kebab ever ! It had no taste.. but the worst was after ! We got sick just 20min after eating it and for more than 12 hours. Horrible
