Burger King in Aberdeen City

There’s no excuse for dirty toilets and tables. Food was lukewarm. Disappointed enough to not return to this location.

Forgot how good these burgers are.

Really hit and miss, sometimes you get as expected, then other times the quality is rock bottom. Must entirely depend on the staff on shift at the time. This time, a rather limp anaemic whopper without any cheese (considering the heritage of a whopper, you’d think they could “assemble” it correctly) and cold fries to top it off. Who knows what I’ll get next time.

Went there at lunch time and it was quite busy with alot of orders on the screens. I was able to get my food fresh, hot and quick despite how busy it was. Very well done 👏

Food was almost cold the staff were sullen and miserable and the place was a pig sty.

Food was on time but almost cold, having to reheat as I’m typing this. Delivery boy obviously didn’t take care to ensure the food stayed warm until handed over.

What can I say? My son adores this place. He likes Burger King in general, but his favourite, of all he's been to, is this one, and I must admit I agree with him. We have always been treated very well and the staff members are helpful and kind, which is a plus. The food, in theory, is the same as in the rest of Burger King, however, for some reason, it looks better here (the way it is presented, with the right amount of lettuce, sauces, ...). I totally recommend it.

Part of our order was 2 x small ice creams. We received 1 x small ice cream and 2 spoons! Have requested a refund but would rather have an accurate order from this BK - missing items is a frequent occurrence.

The driver drove around for ages unable to find us. I gave him my number to help and he didn’t call. 30 minutes later after giving him instructions multiple times, our food came and it was cold and stale

I usually wouldn’t post a review however i have visited this burger king (Wellington Circle) on multiple occasions and while the food is standard the customer service is very poor most of the time. Never experienced such consistent rudeness from a fast food place.

Absolutamente horrible. El pedido tardó unos 30 minutos en llegar, cada persona en la cocina tenía el pelo largo y barba y no parecía tener redes para el pelo o protección contra ella en la comida. En general absolutamente nefasto, no recomiendo y si pudiera tendría cero estrellas Burger kings lema - "Usted Gobierna", sin embargo, después de esa experiencia no creo que el personal de cocina recibió el memorándum. También el gerente, pelo largo, sin red, nunca informó de los retrasos, o se disculpó por los retrasos.

Food was delivered early and still really hot. Great delivery driver as well. no complains.

Everything was really fine and double whopper is huge and really fine,and was still very warm,thank you very much burger king,stuffed now.

Ordered deluxe king meal asked for 2 normal chicken royals 2 chips 2 nuggets received 1 normal chicken royal 1 plain with cheese 2 chips 1 onion rings 1 chili cheese bites , not happy yet again order wrong will not be ordering here

Sorry poor review as not my kind of food. Kids ate nuggets, one ate most of them the other ate 4. Waited a while for food, so definitely not fast food service. Seagulls gives us no peace to eat which is not BK issue although we were in their car park.

Tables could do with a wipe but compared to other fast food restaurants it was pretty clean. Self ordering was straightforward. Service was fairly quick. We ordered the Vegan Royals which were really good. Fries were nice and warm. Cheesy fries were nice but it’s just fries with squeeze cheese. Nothing special. This BK actually had milkshakes!! Last few I’ve been to (Bishopbriggs) don’t do shakes. Toilets were clean. Car park was quite so easy to get a space and there were plenty of spaces.

Halloumi fries were rock solid, onion rings were somehow stale. Burger came with ketchup, gherkins and mayo despite stating I did not want any of these items. To top everything off it was all stone cold!! This burger king is usually great, not sure who made my meal today but it was awful, all went in the bin.

The quality of the food at burger King has been poor for years not necessarily at this particular one but it was very cold didn't taste fresh the burger was so cold the cheese didn't melt bun was raw not toasted inside the establishment was freezing

Cold chili cheese bites, saltless chips and flat juice. Furthermore the machine sprayed outside of the machine soaking my partner. On top of all this 40 minutes before closing the restaurant, seating was unavailable, with a mop left in the middle of the floor. This forced us to sit outside, on the very old benches provided, which may need a clean.

The food here is nice, so is the service, nice and snappy. Only thing I didn't like was that there was grease everywhere...

Been coming here for years. Never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just wanted to give them a positive review, as a result of this.

I'm bed bound with long covid and I ordered food because I am not well enough to make it myself today. The driver couldn't find the street so I had to go downstairs to look for them. My symptoms have now been made much worse and has set my recovery time back another day. I understand mistakes are made but the health impact due to having to stand at the door outside has left me breathless and exhausted. My food is also now cold.

Best BK in Aberdeen fast and hot food.

Delivery time kept changing driver was at restaurant for ages. They forgot juice for both meals. Much to my surprise everything was basically cold Im only 5 minutes away.

Chips cold and soggy, some weren’t cooked fully through. Vegan nuggets were cold and over cooked. Very poor and disappointing.

Food was hot, the service was incredible I was seen to very quick and had my order within a few minutes, highly recommend this store

My wife and I decided to go into this place for a quick bite before the long drive to South West Scotland. We ordered 2 x Spicy Bean Burgers and a large portion of fries + I had a large Fanta. Having not been in a Burger King for years and remembering their original Spicy Bean Burger as good, I was anticipating better. The burger was dry and stodgy and left a funny taste in my mouth. My wife, also didn't enjoy her's. The place was soulless and the staff I saw were obviously not enjoying their jobs.

Have recently installed new order points which means they now ignore people queuing at the counter

Great food, drive through was quick on both ordering and getting the food out. Food came out warm n exactly as i asked with modifications. Would reccomend. 👍

Loaded fries taste great, would defo reccomend the peppercorn loaded fries and the peppercorn burgers.

The food is overall good here. Staff good be more friendly or chatty but understand that this can be difficult for them due to a lot of teenagers causing problems on site. Not always a great atmosphere due to the antics of teenagers and the disruption they create often. Last time we visited there was also a horrendous smell, possibly a drainage issue.

every single time i order from this restaurant - there is something missing from the order.Usually paty of order, sayces or fries but this time they forgot the main part of meal the burger, At nearly £11 for a burger - it's just not on

why is it not possible to add onion rings to order? it says it is required to choose an additional burger at £8+ but I had already ordered my meal. very confusing ordering system as other sides such as chilli cheese bites do not require the additional burger?

Food arrived on time but was proper cold. Felt like had been sitting for hours. Not good and never tastes the same microwaved.....and why should you need to if paying for a service anyway. Sort it out bk and start putting your food out at a normal temp 😡

Great Service. Awesome Staff. The Burgers are delicious. The next time you go in, order the Double Memphis Barbecue Whopper. Thank me later. The Drive-thru is quick and the Eat-in as well. Efficient in Home Deliveries and Take-Outs.

Excellent service Excellent food. However the sprite/7up did not raste of the product it tasted terrible. It actually was a disappointment to the actual meal. I have always liked Burger King.

Very quiet when we popped in for breakfast. Cheerful welcome and fast delivery of our order. Food was good as was the coffee. Pleasantly surprised.

Lovely as usual but only got 2 cokes and 3 were ordered also got charged for chilli Cheese bites and never received them
