Burger King in Aberdeen City

Absolutely loved my experience at Burger King! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly-grilled burgers greeted me, setting the stage for a mouthwatering meal. The service was prompt and friendly, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. The flame-grilled patties were juicy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the fresh toppings and soft, toasted buns. And let's not forget about the fries – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, they were the ideal sidekick to my delicious burger. Burger King never disappoints, delivering on taste, quality, and value every time!

Birds flying everywhere cold to sit in not impressed

This is the best Burger King location I’ve visited so far. The staff is exceptionally friendly, prices are reasonable, and the service is impressively fast. I can’t complain; everything was great.

Went at a busy time so had to wait a little longer for the meal, but otherwise it was good. Some rude customers, staff managed to handle them well whilst trying to get orders out though. Food was fantastic.

I’ve been here, a few times for something quick to eat if you’ve been standing all day shopping with The Wife. The service is okay it can be quite slow sometimes even with ordering on the kiosk. The restaurant was quite messy. Rubbish lying about on tables and the bin was overflowing as well which is not a good look for a Burger King or any food service.

Why do I have to pay for mayo? 30p. No where else I have to pay that in town. Onion rings microwaved. By the time I came around eating them, they were hard. Order the chicken burger, the amount of sauce is just too much. If you trying to save money. Start with food please. Stop hiding napkins behind the counter. Very cold inside, not exactly clean either.

Seriously need more self service machines, 2 is ridiculous and I ended up just giving up and going elsewhere as was taking ages to get to a self service machine.

Seriously understaffed and staff under massive pressure therefore the communication is awful, equipment not working. Burger king needs to start paying staff correctly.

Very poor customer service… I went there with my pal to have some lunch, after waiting 10 minutes in front of the self-service checkout, machine which wasn’t working at all, I decided to go at the til and order there..I’ve been sitting there and waiting like a fool for about 7minutes, maybe someone would come and serve me, but nothing happened… after this I decided to go at the other till where a miss (Paulina I believe her name was) decided to just ignore me, without telling me to wait or whatever and going to serve the food for the other customers..and the food was just one burger on the hot tray..to don’t say about the sparrows inside, the students who swear and vape inside ,while others are trying to enjoy their meal,..the machines are not working, they are short staffed most of the time, only one person on the front where should be 2…I understand it’s busy and stuff, but this is not how you should proceed in these kind of situations.

Seems like throw it all together and that's what you get. Ordered a bacon double cheese xl and got served a whooper instead, I said that's the wrong order mate but was met with rude comment maybe I should just eat what am given. I asked if he was taking the piss as my son was with me and he just walked away. Stay clear of this place go to another 1 with better staff who actually care about their service. We ended up leaving no food no refund absolutely disgusting 😑

The food was great, there was a problem with the app to get food for rewards so I had to ask to do it at the counter but it all was fine because they did it for me with no issues. The food was made very fast, the members of staff are very lovely. We got offered to take on of the milkshakes with us because they made it by accident and didn’t want it to get bad, which was quite nice to get something extra. They gave us the sauces that we wanted and the food as I mentioned at the beginning was tasty and filling.

Excellent quick hot food. The manager was even going round the tables asking if everyone was enjoying there meal something I have never experienced in a fast food restaurant before.

Loved the cheesy bites and vegan burgars. It was nice to have the vegan 🥓 bacon's. Did not like the ketchup inside but it was good.

Burgers mostly cold. And when I ask for tomato sauce they only give 1 or 2 small packs. Clearly not enough sauce for some people. Always have to ask for more sauce . Poor service

Fast food is fastfood but, bun fell apart first bite, hard to hear food order being shouted out and servers nails were very dirty, glad they were not cooking. Also a pidgeon came in and no stagf attemotes to usher it out.

Staff are friendly with quick service and hot food, happily took modifications to accommodate and helpful with any issues

Normally a big fan of this burger joint versus the other and being on a tight schedule i convinced the family to give BK a try, massive mistake, massive!! Ordered with little issue at the self service kiosk, payment not a problem, finding a seat not too big an issue, trying to find someone or something to clean the table with resorted in a quick wipe down with a hanky from my bag. Food arrived within a reasonable time, dissapointed to say it was cold, fries and onion rings were fine but burgers and nuggets stone cold, on trying to get our drinks from the self serve machines we were out of luck, 1 machine not working, the other had no ice, no fanta, no diet coke etc etc.. no lids for cups which wasnt that big a deal due to not having anything we wanted to drink! No ketchup, no napkins and very limited service from staff. I will say that the staff on duty seemed to be doing their best with the limited resources they had but appeared as frustrated as their customers.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was quick and efficient. Staff were regularly cleaning tables and clearing mess left by customers. Hot drinks were served at a good temperature. Would recommend for a place to eat when on the go.

First time visit for many years. First time since the introduction of a machine ordering. I could not work it no staff came near us to help finallgot our order taken up at the counter not very friendly staff. . Seating area a shambles not been cleaned for ages. Pigeons walking around the floor picking up dropped food ,

The burger was just warm, was sat there for a while i guess. Restaurant area needs a good clean, and maybe the two little birds won’t have crumbs to eat. Free tomato sauce and mayo but BBQ sauce 25p a pot (pot used loosely, a small pot). Prices are mega now, over £9 for a medium meal. Wow Now the same as they once used to be.

Good BK but disappointing it closes so early! With the amount of late massive trains coming in from all over the country they are definitely missing a trick and we are stuck with the other trash takeaways/fast food around

I was in a hurry, it did not take anytime, i have ordered the amazing Crispy chicken sandwich which became my favorite, crunchy and tasty, believe me or not, it is better than chicken royal sandwich, the pepsi machine is working good. So much ice if you want 🤩🤩 and the crisps too was perfect. The prices are very ok, i loved it more than mac this holiday.

Ordered a bacon double burger the bacon was freezing not just cold and when I said this to the manager he told me it’s fine it’s been defrosted. Absolute disgrace silly me but I expected it to be hot if not warm at least. I will never be back at a Burger King again I wouldn’t give a dog this food never mind a human

The burger was good, what you would expect from a Burger King. However, there were pigeons running about the place which was a bit off putting and due to the the front being wide open the place was pretty cold.

Food was what I would expect from burger King quick service and the famous double whopper hard to go wrong, just a pity the restaurant is freezing. This style of open plan restaurant in a shopping centre works in America or somewhere hot but not so much in the North east of Scotland.

Went in and ordered off the machine. It does not allow you to take stuff off burgers that you do not like. Food cold. Manager running around like head less chichen.

Staff need replacing. Poor quality service compared to Union Street and Beach Boulevard restaurants

First of all I must remind myself that if a place is empty it is usually for a good reason but nevertheless I didn't listen and went into this Burger King at Aberdeen Bus Station while putting off time for my bus to Ballater. Although I really had plenty time to wait I walked past 2 or 3 other cafe options as they all had a few people in line at each one. So I went in Burger KIng for a Cappuccino and what seemed to be the least offensive - a Burger ! That was until I saw it and more so when I tasted it. It was a grey coloured disc resting on a dry bun and the coffee was in a takeaway cup but as I was sitting in it should have been a proper cup with even a saucer !! Pity the starting rating options on Trip Advisor are 1 to 5 - so I couldn't chose a ZERO. The Asian "Proprietor" wasn't very interested in customer service either.

An experience I'd never hope to have again cant recommend Burger King union square or give them 5 stars I sat uncomfortably at tea time today when I ordered food for my self and partner people in table next feeding pigeons I couldn't enjoy my meal and hygiene wise table didn't feel clean staff not the least interested would have liked to have enjoyed my dinner with out vermin around me felt sick and uncomfortable. If I wanted to wat with the birds I would have eaten out side. Would be a different story if they flew in to cosmos staff where not even trying to remove them from the restraint.

I never visit big burger chains but now they do vegan options i decided to give it a go! I went twice trying 2 different meals during my visit to Aberdeen and happy both times. Service was fast and the staff were friendly. I had the Vegan Royale and the plant based whopper, both very tasty and good value for money

Was quick and efficient. Just got cheese bites. So much better than the Union St store. Actually had 9 pieces this time. Hot and tasty. Though could be slightly cheaper.

First visit here today and never again ! The environment is cold and run down didn’t feel clean at all . Also the staff ask you to write down your own contact details so everyone is sharing the same pen . The food was cold and seemed like been sitting about a while . The Asian man on the till is so rude needs to take a customer service course . Another customer was embarrassed but polite when he had to come up with his raw burger twice . It clearly was raw ! He was sharply told it’s been cooked twice so you won’t be getting another one you will get your money back The way he spoke to the customer was so humiliating and he went out of his way to embarrass him trying to involve other customers. This was so uncomfortable and made for a really uncomfortable experience . Binned most of our food and left .

Full disclosure - I don't like burger king, the only reason I visited this one is because it was on the way and probably the quickest fast food in reach. If there was McDonald's right next to it I'd go here 11 times out of 10. Staff at the tills were very unatentive and unpleasant, immediately brought down my mood. The placement of the menu is very awkward, right by the tills where also the sugar packets, ketchup etc are, so you have people looking at the menu, getting packets and trying to order all in this one corner. The sitting areas are well worn out, especially the armchairs. The burgers were just about around the Burger King standard, which is not very high to begin with.

Tables dirty, staff could do with smiling, not one member of staff looked happy or greeted anyone with a smile

Quick service and fresh hot food. Far too much salt on my fries though. Might be an idea to go easy, can't eat them.

Not too bad this time, parked up at Harbour and order was actually correct. Nothing destroys things more than being a item short with three kids with you. Also one of our burgers was rather laden with grease, to the point of soaking the bun.....This seems to happen once in a while.

While filling in time I went here for a snack. I had a cappuccino coffee and a cheese burger both of which were good. At under £2 it’s fantastic value for the money.

Burger king is a standard fast food shop alot of the meals are expensive but of your like me the you will have the app which often has loads of good deals to use and the breakfast hash browns are by far the best out of all other fast food or even restraunts i had breakfast in.

Using vouchers makes it a cheap meal

They have pigeon problem. Birds just hangin around inside and flying past tables. Expect contamination.

Staff onsite are very nice, but bear in mind that deliveroo orders come from here too where mistakes are often made. I ordered a whopper meal on deliveroo and everything arrived but the burger. Go figure.

Favourite place of granddaughter. Fast service from friendly staff. Excellent coffee and good food
