Burger King in Aberdeen City

Credit where due, we called in past on Friday 27th December 2024 for Chicken Royale's with fries and a drink, the two young males that served us worked efficiently, we think that it was "Ash" (from the name badge) who was the main server for us, he was very friendly, polite and very quick to take our order and serve it to us, the food was hot and tasty, indeed we were quite impressed because it had been busy down the beach area hence we were surprised how quickly and efficiently we were served. Great choice of drinks, good price, quite impressed really. Well done to the staff in the store, though in particular to our servers that day, credit where due!

Service was very good and quick. Friendly staff too. Got a bacon double XL which was perfectly hot and got a side of cheese and bacon fries too which were absolutely delicious.

I ordered a blue slushy, 20 chilli cheese bites and a sharer box. I received some red slushy, 20 chicken fries and my shares box. I feel like they didn’t even try to make it correctly.i waited quite a bit for my food to arrive just for it to be wrong? I don’t get a note saying sorry for not getting your food right or anything? Luckily Burger King is my favourite place to order from despise the order being wrong. I hope this issue gets sorted.

Nice veiw of the beach and the service was fast

The food was well worth the money, I ordered the chicken royale with cheese and bacon and it was delicious. I also ordered 9 of the chilli cheese bites and they were nice and hot. Highly reccomend.

Favourite place for burger meal. Manager at Union Street branch is really helpful and patient even with difficult customers. Their survey offer is the best in class. Love their cheese balls and fries. Can get busy on weekends but distancing is still maintained.

So expensive, and certainly not worth it. Burgers are bland and almost soggy. If it wasn't for their chips and chilli cheese bites I wouldn't bother. Saying that, they chip portions are ridiculously small

Pretty quick, got to use my blue light discount and the manager was very nice. The boy who served us was also very polite. Got the chicken royale and haloumi fries and they were very good.

Been here a few times, everything the workers never dissapoint me. The food is always very good and it always fills me up.

go here regularly, staff are always friendly, get our food to us efficiently, and conistently nothing bad to say, and I overall enjoy the experience when I go here, and would choose it over other establishments.

Extremely slow, massive queue, only 2 staff on the tills at lunch time, seriously overworked!

The ordering process was easy and the food fresh and tasty. However I felt sorry for the staff. There didn't seem to be enough staff on so they didn't have time to keep the place clean. Lots of dirty uncleared tables and litter and dropped food all around the floor.

I just can't ever make myself like burger king...

I was quite pleased with my experience. The fries were hot , just the way I like them. The staff was very friendly and quickly processed my order. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable eating experience. Overall, I had a great meal and will definitely return!

Great place even beside the beach. Try the Bacon Caesar Angus and thank me later. A perfect lunch out with the family after a great time at The Beach.

Shameful! Vegetarian sandwich served completely burnt, once I pointed this out to the staff the response was: that's how we make them! They should be ashamed!

Bought two milkshakes here, gave us both food poisoning and the milkshakes tasted so bad we threw them away halfway. Got the worst food poisoning of my life here. Also my friend got his nob spotted by an old man here because there is no privacy.

A Burger King. As always, we like the offer. There are ordering kiosks and a drive-thru. Nearby is the beach and supermarkets. What more do you want?

As usual PAID! for extra bacon and cheese but not a scrap seen in sight very disappointed, there basically stealing your money, sat in with my daughter for hers and got takeaway for me and my husband, restaurant was filthy not a single table wiped ?

Absolutely disgusting hygiene wise. Floor full of food that's been dropped off trays and dirty napkins, ice-cream running down back of bench seats, and uts not just a tablespoon, toilets disgusting with toilet roll on the floor everywhere and the smell!!! We'll I'll say no more ! Food was so so will not be back

Quick service and hot fresh food. I really like coming to this restaurant to res just something about it. The manager Dylan had a smile on his face the whole time when serving!

Burger was banging, toilet facilities were alright, hand dryers could do with a replacement (I could dry my hands quicker by blowing on them).

Only giving two stars due to the onion rings being hot. The order was missing an item and the burgers were stone cold, even waiting for ten minutes as it just opened. The double bacon was incredibly small and the bacon was close enough to be raw! Awful quality for the high price of fast food .

Fantastic after the new renovations much nicer to look at, very clean. The staff work clearly work very hard I got my food which was a bacon double XL meal very fast.

Waited about 20 minutes for food to be ready only for all of the burgers to be freezing cold and the buns were stale. The general cleanliness of the place was also appalling, messy tables and food all over the floors despite plenty staff there. Will not be back.

4 meals all fresh and tasty. 3 peppercorn chicken burgers and a bacon double cheeseburger. Great service, good value. A place I don’t regularly go to, but definitely will after my recent experience. 🍔 👍🏻

Great burger establishment, the staff went above and beyond to satisfy my burger needs! The place was so clean I would have eaten my dinner off the table although I resorted to using the provided packaging. Im not much of a poet but this is a piece I wrote whilst sat enjoying my food, Picture this: you're sipping on a soda, toes buried in the sand, seagulls serenading you with their squawks, and there it is—the glorious scent of freshly grilled patties wafting through the salty breeze. It's like a symphony for your senses, with the main course being a deliciously chaotic cacophony of flavor explosions.

All toilets except disabled out of order. Toilet covered in urine. Toilet paper all over the floor. Disgusting. Nobody cleaning up restaurant tables etc.

came here after a day out with the family for supper, the speed of service was fantastic with our food being served in under 5 minuets. The food was amazing and hot they have options for everyone and are very accommodating.

The sprite was yellow and when I was eating my burger it didn’t taste right when I look at the patty it looked like it had barnacles orange red yellow spots all over it on the walk back I threw up around 10 times I would not recommend eating at this place it is just horrible it’s like it’s run by children everything was a mess I will never be going back there again do not recommend eating here eat at your own risk

One of the worst Burger King experiences I have ever had. A 2 meals eat in order and I had to wait 25 minutes. Not very busy when we arrived. Only 1 person serving, a staff member with no uniform was walking backwards and forwards between the kitchen and till. Seems she was feeding her entire family. 30p for mayonnaise, when did it cost that much. Only serving Fanta orange, no other flavours, no sprite. Extremely poor service and food. Sat down to eat and watch a car at the end of the drive thru pull up, finished our food and left and he only moved forward 1 car so it looks like the drive thru has the same issue and eating in. Never again

You get what you pay for, after playing bowling we went out for supper. Box standard burger King, everyone happy with their order, kids got crowns. Not to busy surprisingly. Food was freshly cooked.

A Burger Restaurant with no beef burgers…. totally useless! Ordered adult meals and got kids meals… completely inept!

Food was cold and the place is a mess. Very dirty, lots of trash on the floor, all the tables were dirty.

Didn't have to wait too long for my food but it must say I was quite disappointed the size comparison of a double cheeseburger to a plant vegan Whopper realise I should order the bigger burger cheap selection was quite nice very edible didn't feel too ill later on compared to if I'd had a McDonald's instead

Very nice restaurant that was very clean and located near the beach. Very busy. Good variety of food. Reasonable pricing for families.

Terrible service and not one employee spoke at all. Got home to things missing from the order. Phoned to tell them and they couldn't have cared less. Won't ever go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

After a morning shopping it was a nice lunch break the milkshake was lovely after you can just cross the road to the beach for a walk
