Burger King in Aberdeen City

Food was lukewarm. Didn't seem like it had been made recently. Need better cheese on the chips than the artificial rubbish they put on.

Another great experience! Ordered two meals, one burger without the bun, and staff were very accommodating in supplying the bun less burger with a fork as I had originally forgot to ask about any utensils

The ordering process was easy and the food fresh and tasty. However I felt sorry for the staff. There didn't seem to be enough staff on so they didn't have time to keep the place clean. Lots of dirty uncleared tables and litter and dropped food all around the floor.

I just can't ever make myself like burger king...

I was quite pleased with my experience. The fries were hot , just the way I like them. The staff was very friendly and quickly processed my order. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable eating experience. Overall, I had a great meal and will definitely return!

Bought two milkshakes here, gave us both food poisoning and the milkshakes tasted so bad we threw them away halfway. Got the worst food poisoning of my life here. Also my friend got his nob spotted by an old man here because there is no privacy.

A Burger King. As always, we like the offer. There are ordering kiosks and a drive-thru. Nearby is the beach and supermarkets. What more do you want?

As usual PAID! for extra bacon and cheese but not a scrap seen in sight very disappointed, there basically stealing your money, sat in with my daughter for hers and got takeaway for me and my husband, restaurant was filthy not a single table wiped ?

Absolutely disgusting hygiene wise. Floor full of food that's been dropped off trays and dirty napkins, ice-cream running down back of bench seats, and uts not just a tablespoon, toilets disgusting with toilet roll on the floor everywhere and the smell!!! We'll I'll say no more ! Food was so so will not be back

Quick service and hot fresh food. I really like coming to this restaurant to res just something about it. The manager Dylan had a smile on his face the whole time when serving!

Burger was banging, toilet facilities were alright, hand dryers could do with a replacement (I could dry my hands quicker by blowing on them).

Only giving two stars due to the onion rings being hot. The order was missing an item and the burgers were stone cold, even waiting for ten minutes as it just opened. The double bacon was incredibly small and the bacon was close enough to be raw! Awful quality for the high price of fast food .

Fantastic after the new renovations much nicer to look at, very clean. The staff work clearly work very hard I got my food which was a bacon double XL meal very fast.

The staff are lovely, DA is so clean , there was a crew member I think called Khalid, he was so kind and helpful. Everyone in general so kind. I highly recommend this branch.

Waited about 20 minutes for food to be ready only for all of the burgers to be freezing cold and the buns were stale. The general cleanliness of the place was also appalling, messy tables and food all over the floors despite plenty staff there. Will not be back.

Great burger establishment, the staff went above and beyond to satisfy my burger needs! The place was so clean I would have eaten my dinner off the table although I resorted to using the provided packaging. Im not much of a poet but this is a piece I wrote whilst sat enjoying my food, Picture this: you're sipping on a soda, toes buried in the sand, seagulls serenading you with their squawks, and there it is—the glorious scent of freshly grilled patties wafting through the salty breeze. It's like a symphony for your senses, with the main course being a deliciously chaotic cacophony of flavor explosions.

All toilets except disabled out of order. Toilet covered in urine. Toilet paper all over the floor. Disgusting. Nobody cleaning up restaurant tables etc.

came here after a day out with the family for supper, the speed of service was fantastic with our food being served in under 5 minuets. The food was amazing and hot they have options for everyone and are very accommodating.

The sprite was yellow and when I was eating my burger it didn’t taste right when I look at the patty it looked like it had barnacles orange red yellow spots all over it on the walk back I threw up around 10 times I would not recommend eating at this place it is just horrible it’s like it’s run by children everything was a mess I will never be going back there again do not recommend eating here eat at your own risk

One of the worst Burger King experiences I have ever had. A 2 meals eat in order and I had to wait 25 minutes. Not very busy when we arrived. Only 1 person serving, a staff member with no uniform was walking backwards and forwards between the kitchen and till. Seems she was feeding her entire family. 30p for mayonnaise, when did it cost that much. Only serving Fanta orange, no other flavours, no sprite. Extremely poor service and food. Sat down to eat and watch a car at the end of the drive thru pull up, finished our food and left and he only moved forward 1 car so it looks like the drive thru has the same issue and eating in. Never again

You get what you pay for, after playing bowling we went out for supper. Box standard burger King, everyone happy with their order, kids got crowns. Not to busy surprisingly. Food was freshly cooked.

Didn't have to wait too long for my food but it must say I was quite disappointed the size comparison of a double cheeseburger to a plant vegan Whopper realise I should order the bigger burger cheap selection was quite nice very edible didn't feel too ill later on compared to if I'd had a McDonald's instead

Very nice restaurant that was very clean and located near the beach. Very busy. Good variety of food. Reasonable pricing for families.

Terrible service and not one employee spoke at all. Got home to things missing from the order. Phoned to tell them and they couldn't have cared less. Won't ever go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

After a morning shopping it was a nice lunch break the milkshake was lovely after you can just cross the road to the beach for a walk

Just had a breakfast here this morning and it was delightful Pleasant surroundings, friendly staff and clean tables. The breakfast items were delicious and the portion of hash browns were amazing. If you want cold, dry fries, a soggy bun and bland chicken then this Burger King is for you. We paid £18 for a couple of chicken burgers and “large” fries and can’t find anything positive to say about our food. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Unfortunately can’t leave a zero score but that’s what it deserves.

Really disappointed, grandkids wanted this 'as a treat' it certainly wasn't that. Over salted fries and buns that just fell apart. Wouldn't have been my choice and certainly would not go back.

As a North American I am very familiar with BK. This particular franchise at beach links is truly awful. I ordered 2 jr king meals fir my granddaughter…no box no toy, when I questioned the person serving he told me no..l this is the way it comes. My husband and I ordered 2 cheese burgers with bacon….bacon was raw, meat was cold. Inedible,,, When I asked to speak to someone they sent over my original sever surely this 17 old wasn’t in charge?? …who was rude and Blank expression..couldn’t care less.

Visited burger king after a visit to codonas. Unable to comment on the food as my granddaughter and I couldn't get served as only had cash with me!

Burgers weren’t ready. Had to wait around 10 mins for them. When we did get them, they were overlooked and dry. Chips were not hot. Buns were stale. Chilli cheese bits were stodgy. Drinks were warm and had no ice. And for this privilege, we paid £30

The burger and bun was stone cold which meant the cheese didn’t melt, it was solid, I complained and they did change it to be fair but unfortunately the second one was the same, how is thst possible it’s been cooked right????

After a long walk around nearby Footdee just fancied a quick & lazy bite-to-eat. Opted to try the new Steakhouse burger 🍔 meal after an extremely helpful woman assistant explained all the possible options. It was perfectly fine , tasty 😋 - enhanced with the cheese 🧀 & bacon 🥓 , & packed with fresh veg & salad. Only complaint if I’m nit-picking would be the chips could’ve been hotter, and the tables a bit cleaner. Sorry to read other people didn’t have such a decent experience, but ours was positive.

Don’t know the Burger King menu well but the boy on the till was more than happy to help me to make sure I got what I wanted! After realising I’d made a mistake with my order (asked for it plain but I meant to request only cheese), the staff were happy to accommodate my mistake and brought the burger to my table quickly and without fuss. A lovely experience thanks to the staff. Enjoyed our meal too. We’ll be back!
