KFC in Dundee City

La comida llegó a tiempo, pero el pollo era rosa y sabía a goma. No observé al principio mientras comía alrededor de los bordes, pero al llegar al centro, estaba crudo. Desastre a la espera de suceder.

Was never delivered yet they have the nerve to say it has been. Disgusting service, won’t be recommending and will be escalating

Arrived, place was empty but nearly every table was covered in litter. 30 minute wait for a small £15 order, once we finally got our food it was either cold, soggy and the chicken was pink. A Krushem milkshake wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after we finished our meal, had to remind the staff as well. Only thing that wasn’t inedible was the pre sealed coleslaw. Staff were either stoned or mentally handicapped, I would go with the latter.

We were in Town for Our Boosters had time for a bit of Lunch and went into the Wellgate KFC two Classic meals and Cappuccinos Food and Coffee were perfect lovely and Hot too Fries were the best I have I have had in a KFC But most importantly the Staff were absolutely great such lovely Lasses ,no lids for our coffee and very concerned that I could manage them ok The Place was very busy but still had time to be nice and concerned for me Made the Lunch even better Well done KFC Staff

On a long journey, we wanted to stop briefly for food. As we were travelling, we were not dressed for dining out somewhere nice, and thought fast food would be ideal. We had tried a couple of places just outside Forfar, but were unable to even get into the carparks. Ended up in Dundee city centre, and this was the first place we came to without a queue - we noe know why. On entry, there were many youths (mid/older teenagers) hanging out with no obvious reason (eg - they had no food) and were not wearing masks. There were also a number of delivery drivers running in and out and several of them were not wearing masks either. We had to order on a screen and said we would be sitting at a table (assuming they would bring it out). All the tables were filthy - as was the floor, the dividers between the tables - even the chairs were grubby and sticky. I noticed a spray bottle and a roll of blue paper - so we took it and cleaned the table/chairs/etc ourselves (all the tables needed a clean). When our food was ready, they did not bring it out - the order number was shouted and we had to go and collect it. The food was not great - mediocre at best. Would I go back? Most definitely NO! I would rather buy a sandwich from a supermarket and eat it in the car.

This place is much better than it used to be now lovely and clean and very nice staff I came back in May and it was drive through so really nice and friendly people serving Then we went by again and it was open for table service so went in we are quite conservative in our choice Of meal it’s Two piece classic with fries and a cappuccino me I’m a three piece classic meal and cappuccino Served with a smile and a nice Thank you The place was very safe and all the precautions you can imagine Spotless clean We will be back soon
