Mcdonald's Restaurants in Glasgow City

Twice I have ordered out of here, and Twice I have missed an item, McDonald's are blaming just eat, but it is McDonald's that is SUPPOSED TO BE MAKING THE FOOD, NOT JUST EAT, THE GUYS ARE DELIVERING THE FOOD

I waited 20 minutes in the car park for my food I got my bag of food and drove to the customers house i was working at, I sat outside and planned to eat before i went to work and the burger was wrong, I wanted only ketchup and cheese and I clearly stated this! I used to work in Trongate 20 years ago when i was a teenager and i know how these guys communicate and I know the order should have taken 2 minutes even when busy, especially for a double burger because it cooks fast. I drove back to give them the burger back, due to the fake virus they refused to put the old burger in the bin, because they can catch the fake virus from me but I cant catch it from them. then I told them I would not wait another 20 minutes and they were just defensive about how busy they were, After i waited for 15 minutes for my replacement ( that's 35 minutes I left ) I of course have not got my money back.

So this is the 2nd time my mcdonalds has been a no show !!! I am furious ! Tried to call store they take zero responsibility for it blaming just eat ! The tracking of my items were conveniently had no signal so basically the order never left the restaurant!! Low and behold 1hr 15mins later it was delivered or should i say wasnt !!!! It never appered !!!!!!! I counted about 25 people in feb/jan who have also went through this !!

Today I visited this branch of McDonald’s and I have to say it has been my worst visit to the franchise in my life. To be fair to get round the drive thru it only took 10/15 minutes but we still didn’t have our food and had to wait at least another 10/15 minutes. Our order was only for four folk. Eventually our food came and from our order there was a bottle of water missing, nuggets missing from both the 9box and the 20sharebox, all the sauces missing and there was mayo on the wrap when we asked for no mayo since one of our friends is allergic.Therefore, we went back in and fair enough the worker we spoke to asked if we wanted to just put our order through again and we agreed that would be perfect and more than enough.However, we had to sit and wait a further half an hour inside the restaurant. Once it was finally ready we headed back out to the car and we noticed that there was no McFlurry this time, chicken nuggets still missing, one portion of fries down and still no water. Fair enough we got nee portions of nuggets but they were still missing and because we had to wait half an hour our first portions had gone stale and cold just like the fries.I hate complaining but honestly this was the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald’s and hope this experience will help themes the to change and improve service.

I would say ok for a quick bite but there is nothing quick about it, one on a till one serving takes forever to get food out

Very average bog standard McDonald's the same as all others the world over . OK for a quick snack if everywhere half decent is closed other than that I would not bother

I drop I'm most mornings for either breakfast or coffee and get a warm welcome every time. Great staff and good coffee. Hx

Stay nearby and it has to be the worst McDonald's on earth. Food is always cold , takes forever to be served and staff definetly do not know anything about what the are selling or manners etc.

Churned out mass produced food that's tasteless, overpriced and mostly undercooked. As usual the tables always need cleaned, and toilets like all McDonalds need tto be cleaned more regularly !
