Estábamos allí con 2 nietos. 1 . La máquina de la orden tomó el dinero pero no dio recibo/boleto Pasé tiempo en el mostrador ordenando que 2 . Llegó la orden: las papas fritas estaban frías y empapadas 3 . Big Mac solo tenía una empanada, tenía frío y parecía que la habían pisado 4 . Faltaban tres artículos del pedido 5 . En todo tuvimos que volver al mostrador cinco veces 6 . Gerente parecía molesto / loco cuando pedimos servilletas 7 . El lugar era triste/deprimente 8 . El área de retorno de bandejas estaba llena/desbordada 9 . Quizás de 8 a 10 repartidores apiñados alrededor del mostrador todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí No es una experiencia agradable con los niños Definitivamente le dará a todos los McDonalds una falta ahora👎🏻

EDIT October 2024. Ended up dealing via email with a manager Adam. Very helpful and apologetic for the issues I have had. The most recent being the fact that the Uber delivery driver did not use a bag to transport the food and unfortunately the food was freezing. (I know that it’s not normally piping hot but the time it arrives normally but this time it was actually stone cold) this isn’t the fault of the restaurant but Uber and when I called them they did not do anything about it. The restaurant itself though did fix the problem. Thank you. It was the first time I’ve been inside the restaurant though and it was nice and clean. The manager whose name I didn’t get was really great though. EDIT September 2024. - still isn’t much better. Food was lovely but the main issue is that yet again on the last 4 occasions I have ordered from here there have been items missing. The latest order I had the mozzarella sticks and a burger missing. Getting worse and worse. McDonald’s seriously need to improve this branch. Don’t know how many times we have had things missing from orders. It’s pretty much every single time. No toys in the happy meals, the happy meals weren’t even made up. Cold Big Mac (the cheese hadn’t even melted) The coke was awful. Just tasted like fizzy water. Very very poor. Manager needs to take a long hard look at this place and get things improved. You only need to look at the just eat reviews to see I’m not the only one complaining.

Frozen food, asked for no salt, got salt on fries, driver spilt half of the drink, no worth it and trying to get a refund is a joke, won't be ordering from here as this is the second time an order has got mixed up..... its no that hard to read a screen .......

Pedido por la noche 4 veces en las últimas 2 semanas pedidos equivocados o incompletos cada vez, bigmacs con solo 1 paté, muy tarde en la entrega es de solo comer y uber come e incluso recogí uno yo mismo para ver si era diferente y no lo era. Es como si intencionadamente se equivocaran en los pedidos también se equivocaran de bebidas con 2 de los pedidos pagados extra por friki helado y recibieron lo que creo que fue riabinna o brote de fruta o algo así. Cada orden equivocada mcdonalds, solo come y uber come rechazado reembolso o reemplazo. Esto me ha alejado de todas las Mcdonalds ahora que realmente ha ido cuesta abajo.

Over past week I have tried to place orders using mcdonalds app uber eats and just eat all orders were wrong with half made burgers ie big macs with sauce on 1 pate then jut a try pate, wrong drinks. Cold food food it's been pretty bad so I decided to ho in and over tonight I ordered the bew mcphilly burgers same again only 1 burger had cheese then a dry pate and that's all that was on it just cheese I could see the boy preparing my meal and he looked very interested to see who was waiting on each order thi must be a thing in this mcdoanlds if the meal is to take away or deliver then put less or nothing on it my girlfriend had a great idea tomorrow I I will go place older to takeaway and stream on social media while I opening up in front of them. 0/10 for food mcdoanlds as a company should be doing something about this.

This is a horrible place to eat. There is always trouble when sitting in to eat or even when waiting on your order to take away. I was standing waiting for my order with my 10-year-old daughter when two young, drunken girls came in and asked me for money to buy things. When I said I didn't have any money because I had paid online, that's when all the abuse and name-calling started. This McDonald's should have security on-site or at least staff members who are willing to do their jobs and throw them out instead of just standing and watching all the teenagers do as they please.

Dont know about day time but this place is so horrible at night, whilst i applaud the manager for his handling of the 6 teenage boys vandalising the windows from the inside he might want to clean the lavatories. So disgusting i told my grandson NOT to wash his hands we would use sanitiser in the car. On the plus side the hostess that was hovering in her designated area was polite and helpful but our order was wrong no way to tell the drinks apart as they should have been different but both marked the same, no sauces as ordered cold frys and limp brown lettuce in my chicken burger. No napkins over all very bellow chain standards.

El jueves 22 de agosto, alrededor de las 8 pm pedimos aparcar después de la orden que hicimos, había un pequeño número de otros coches esperando mientras aparcábamos tal vez 5 o 7, pudimos ver justo en sentarse en el restaurante n no apareció demasiado ocupado, 15 minutos más tarde todavía estábamos esperando, nosotros, jovencita saliendo de con órdenes de verter lluvia a un ritmo de caracoles claramente inseguro de qué orden era para qué coche sentía pena por ella, sé que estaba vertiéndose, pero ella no tenía 2a o 3a marcha y no tenía protección de la lluvia torrencial pobre alma. Lo importante es que la vimos vagar por autos redondos preguntando si ese era su pedido, terminó siendo nuestro ella lo entregó “eventualmente” diciendo “lo siento por estar esperando allí, que tengan una buena noche” nuestra comida estaba fría como una piedra, la bolsa en la que estaba estaba mojada, las papas fritas dentro estaban boca abajo - el lugar no estaba ocupado por dentro o por fuera - ¿qué diablos está pasando aquí? Caos total y me fui sintiendo como si a ustedes no les importara un bledo, pero ya habían tomado nuestro dinero con gusto. Nunca más - créanme amigos leyendo esto, si quieren una comida para llevar no vengan aquí porque están No tengo el control y no me importa un carajo el servicio al cliente - Desgraciado

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 caramel Frappes. Got to the window and received one. They asked us to check receipt which only 1 was paid for so I said well I asked for 2 so can I pay for another one the now. For the girl to say her manager said we had to drive back around the drive through because it takes to long to make! Absolutely disgusting attitude from a manager ! It was your employees fault for taking the order wrong !

Asked if under 18’s could come in so my niece could get something since the Glasgow fort doesn’t allow after 4 and the lady started shouting saying who are you and was acting cheeky.

The new MCDonalds at the fort easterhouse was overwhelmed with customers who had to sit outside & the wait on food was disappointing

Everytime I’ve ordered for takeaway I’ve never received all the items I’ve ordered. And when I went up to correct the issue I’ve been met with horrible staff, nasty and cheeky. Wouldn’t not recommend!

The only problem is that they didn't have strawberry milkshake for such a big company. I expected better from them !!!!!

This shop is an utter disgrace says open 24/7 on the door but when you get there an old women comes out and tells you it’s shut absolute bonkers on the website as well it says it shuts at 2am. My daughter is a member of the Theatre School of Scotland and they were performing today 14th June at the Platform theatre. She is 16 years old and who knew you needed ID to go into McDonald’s for something to eat? Apparently she needed a parent, we were 20 miles away. So she was refused entry. Therefore had to find somewhere else to eat. Thank goodness for Greggs, you don’t need ID to eat there.

Sick to death of never getting my order correctly,always always something missing when ordering through just eat and you cant complain to the shop,get your finger out and make sure people get what they paid for.

Mi hija y sus amigas estaban actuando en el teatro Platform. Tuvieron una pausa para cenar y fueron a McDonald’s. Se les pidió identificación, mi hija le dio la suya, de 16 años, se le negó la entrada sin un padre. Desafortunadamente no estábamos con ella, estábamos en casa 20 / 25 millas de distancia! Gracias a Dios por Greggs, le sirvieron sin identificación y al hacerlo, se aseguró de que nunca pasara hambre.

This Mcdonalds is a joke firstly they take over an hour for delivery get the order wrong and then the food is cold. Too expensive now. Not even worth the money anymore.

Hi I must honest with you I don't go very often but I do enjoy a Big Mac meal .

The food was good, the same as most other McDonalds. The only downside was a group of kids running around and shouting.

The food is getting far too greasy to eat. We only usually go if our teenage son or 4-year-old niece asks. But the halloumi fries were just ridiculous.

Ordered lunch through McDonalds app. When it arrived the food was freezing cold and half the order was missing. Called the restaurant and the person who answered was clearly uninterested in helping and was not surprised that half the stuff was missing. For almost £50, I would’ve expected a lot better service and hot food. Would definitely not recommend ordering from McDonald’s

I could honestly smash my windows with the mcmuffins I've had delivered. Had to take the sausage n egg out of the clam and eat separately. I'd have been happier walking in and handing over £25 and walking out with nothing.

Busy restaurant, so food was fresh. Staff were courteous. The self-serve terminal was unable to provide receipt and unresponsive at times.

Drive thru order girl obviously didnt like the fact we ordered a caramel frappe, snapped "anthing else" after it .. customer service please?!! got nice cold chips along with it gave them back to have to wait 3 mins for fresh ones which would have been great if the burgers didn't go cold whilst waiting!! Hate technology for self service

Shocking, £ 40 of food ordered for 5 people ( bigmac meals etc. ) from McDonald's through justeat and received wrong order of 1 burger and 20 chicken nuggets. When I phoned McDonalds I was told it was a mistake by justeat and we'd need to claim a refund through the app and re-order, aye right ! Won't be using justeat or McDonald's again. Customer service is shocking !!

Got a delivery tonight. The ketchup I put in the order wasn't there & the water with my child's happy meal was not their. The cheeseburger had onions stuck to the top and the burger wasn't even on the bun properly. This food is just flung together, not very good McDonalds.

Ordered aand paid for delivery for food for 3 adults and what was sent was a kids happy meal and nothing else we hadn't even ordered a happy meal.

Staff attitudes are bad, half empty cups if coke, stuff missing from the order. It's not hard to look at a receipt and hand over what's on it. The place is absolutely filthy, there's chips and grease everywhere

Everytime i order my food, for a family of 5 theres always something missing! Mean ALWAYS its a disgrace, there was a time i was so annoyed that i had to go to the shop with the whole order to complaint about all the food that was missing! Absolutely shocking the way these people hand you your food, I watched a girl make my chicken mayo, totally flung together it was a mess and the burger wasn’t even on the bun and the bun was folded in half, absolutely shocking. Also received warm juice. Never returning

Fast drive through, app doesn't always work

This used to be a great McDonald's but has gone downhill. The drive thru is still good, but inside it is often chaotic. They keep getting orders wrong. On this visit I ordered a double egg and bacon mcmuffin meal. It was terrible especially the extremely greasy hash brown. The printers on the order machines are always broken. When I visited order 20 was claimed by 2 people and the staff gave the order to the wrong guy. They didn't even bother to check Never going back

Probably the worst McDonalds I have ever been in, having a large family of 8 children we have been in lots of Mcdonalds across the UK and this hands down is the worst. My wife and I stopped in for a White Coffee and a Tea on Saturday at about 10.30 am. Just gave up in the end after waiting for 15/20 mins to get our order, luckily when I had ordered on the touch screen I had chosen to pay cash but no one came to take the cash, so I was able to leave. We have been in for food before and the service is so slow its incredible.

As always, drive-thru moves at a snal pace, which causes havoc in and around the car parks. 8 out of 10 times, the order is missing food. When you eventually do get the correct order, the food isn't warm, but always the chips are cold or almost raw. Despite several complaints via email, the problems still continue. I now avoid this franchise.

Touch screens not working placed order food cold after a 15 min wait and the big tastiest looked like they had been thrown in to the boxes from 30 ft away. Took it back and after a 5min wait. I received a fresh better looking one . But the customer service was OK but not great. I didn't se a staff member smile the full 40 mins I was in there. Over stretched and not a good standard

The employee Ross brought out my food for me in the car park and was very polite and apologetic about the wait time. The food was excellent quality and I would highly recommend this place.

Don't even deserve 1 star... constantly getting order wrong, Half our meal missing. Literally how hard can it be, my 8yo could do it better. Clearly taking on way more than they can handle. More just eat people waiting around than actual staff. Get your priorities in order... went wayyy downhill recently and will no longer be going to this branch.
