McDonald's in Glasgow City

Standard McDonalds with a very busy drive thru. Large free parking area set in a busy retail park. Staff are friendly and areas are kept clean. Anytime I have had food here it has always been as expected and correct.

Dirty tables. No napkins. No fizz or ice in large cola.no receipts. Toilets wet floors over spill.choice of music is poor.

I have visited this branch couple of times. All the time they are busy talking to each other not paying attention to customers and delivery riders. Atmosphere is pathetic, poor hygiene and very insensitive staff working over there. They don’t bother ask what the customer wants and they dont say number of delivery items they place the food on floor as can seen in the photo.

I am so unhappy as I left a note to make sure my sauces were there and they are not!

Didn’t receive chicken nuggets

Nearly 2 hours after the food was made it eventually arrived stone cold and my order was prepared all wrong totall waste of £46

Food was ice cold ! Had to reheat burgers. Paid for dips AGAIN. and none. Cheese melts could break in half. Are they not called cheese melts for a reason???

I placed my order at 17.10 it is now 19.20 and my order has not came.

i dont know why i buy sauces .... i never ever get them

food was cold. Juice had spilled and straws unable to use. the grilled chicken in the wrap was hard and unable to eat

Delivery guy was too loud and tried to start conversation with me multiple times clearly not taking the hint, resulting in my mother waking up and whooping me.

Drive through like a canal test your breaks when leaving. Always have to take a space no matter what time of day, not worth the time or hassle visiting this mcdonalds you will be in for a long wait. Staff are great only saving grace

ordered 20 nuggets and 9 selects they sent 20 nuggets and 9 nuggets no sauces again, how hard can it be to put right order out

Food was freezing when it arrived and there were several items missing.

The food that was delivered was cold missing a full Happy meal no fries for any meals and juice was half full

Cashiers got a right attitude in the drive through get it's stressful no need to be rude didn't get her name

Expected the food and latte to be hot, driver handed it over without being in a isolated bag, the reason I get a delivery from here is to receive it warm. Very disappointed paying for food that was cold

Ice creams melted all over the bag and food cold. It’s just arrived.

order was missing 3 items when i phoned the store, both shift manager and store manager were unhelpful refused to replace my order when i said i would come up and get it when it is their fault it is missing items in the first place, store manager said oh just get a refund from just eat when i did not want a refund i wanted my food! this store is a joke always missing orders.

Ordered 2 double quarter meals and got 2 chips and 2 juice and no burgers

2 Hours and 35 mins for delivery and the food is stone cold

Driver text to say the drink order was wrong and waiting on it. No issue with delivery. Our food though was colder than our drinks

guy sat outside my house in his car for roughly 10 minutes when he finally came in my food was stone cold freezing and half the juice was spilled from my cup

My food was not delivered at all, McDonald’s can’t do anything about it cause you ordered from just eat, so I’m now £18 less and no blooming food to eat

I ordered 2 large big tasty with bacon meals & there was no bacon on them which I obviously paid extra for.

No big tast burger out the LARGE MEALS , chips where small as usual no dips with cheese melts even though as usual I left a note . WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE !

Went through drive through to purchase onlya coffee, was told there was no coffee available. Why can't they put a notice up saying, "No Coffee!"" Had to wait 15 mins just to get out!!!

the delivery driver's behaviour was shocking. he got out of his car complaining that the restaurant is too far from my location. I watched the route he took using the map tracker. instead if getting on the motorway he went through robroyston and then through lenzie. he then had the gall to tell me that I should order from a different restaurant in future. I have ordered from Robroyston Mcdonalds at least a dozen times in the past. his attitude was absolutely terrible. food was cold as a result

no drinking again!! the bag with the food in it is soaking wet along with the food and the driver said he lost the drinks to just contact mcdonalds.. how are we supposed to eat soaking wet food!!

we received a completely different order from what we ordered! the driver couldn't understand English! we received a mcrib sauce only, a bacon double cheeseburger that actually had no bacon on it some sort of blackcurrant juice cheese bites, our order plain no cheese regular big mac meal 20 chicken nuggets and another big mac meal with extra sauce. absolutely shocking service if I could give 0 stars I would, full refund please as we need to order again!!!!!!!! absolute muppets

order was incorrect and cold I specifically asked for 2 quarter pounders only cheese as my daughter as allergies especially to onion I've complained about this before and can't believe thus has happened again!!! I hope this rectifyed urgently!

The burgers were stone cold and I asked for extra onion in both and the sticker even said they had extra onion in them but both burgers only had cheese - no onion. The chips were also freezing and I had asked for a dip which wasn’t in the bags either. I had to microwave everything which made everything just soggy
