McDonald's in Glasgow City

Cant remember a time these guys got it right

I just cant understand how they can get order wrong / miss items so many times, how hard is it to put what i asked and paid for in a bag ?

Ordered cheeseburger delivery which had no onions, pickles or sauce and that and chips stone cold!

we had seven mc muffins and four of them had egg shells in them which was not very pleasant.

Should wait for cheeseburger more than 15 minutes

Guaranteed at least 1 item will be missing. And if you’re unlucky like me, the whole order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Don’t know why i give them the benefit of the doubt. Really incompetent it’s unreal.

Didn’t give me my other drink and the food is absolutely freezing!!!

The place was not well kept. The counter with sauces and napkins was covered in sauce and a napkin was stuck to the surface with sauce. Tables were not particularly clean. The order point never gave a receipt and when I requested one from a staff member I had a very long wait before I got one.

order was all messed up items missing from it so my kids had to do without items that I ordered and paid for so the order has been rushed threw

Fruit shoot was missing a Mcflurry had malteasers bit in when I had asked for it to be left out

no fries with a large meal & the patty was falling out the burger bun & it was freezing cold.

i dined and got served by chanelle, her service was appauling and i felt bullied🤢🤢

This is the best quality we’ve had from this McDonald’s location in a few years. Fresh, well packed and made as it should be. Thanks McD’s! (And on a Saturday when busy.) nice one!

My food was so cold I was unhappy with it

Now I know why any delivery is stone cold and missing items 😕 my bag was open!! food stone cold and over 1hr wait while the driver is supposed to be at the restaurant and the food is being prepared!!!!

Food was well cooked and hot delivered on time and driver was very pleasant

Again forgot to put in part of the order. Also ordered at 7.25 and it took to 8.30 to deliver. Not impressed this time.

Can’t read a simple order and get it right happens all the time or things missing. Wouldn’t order if wasn’t for my autistic son. Terrible

drink was everywhere and food was cold

It's a McDonalds. It's what it is. The staff are great. Don't go when the schools have their lunch break. Chaos ensues.

placed order at 3pm original delivery time around 3.30 the time got pushed back to 4.00pm - 4.15pm then it got changed to 4.00pm the driver was at the restaurant apparently according to just eat app from around 3.40 but the best think is the driver was at the restaurant all the way until 3.56 and my food was just getting delivered but on the map the driver was in barmullock!! so my food gave via Barmullock!!

Went to drive through and they forgot to put my dips in which I came back round and they gave it to me. When I arrived home and started to unpack my food, I have found a thread of har into my burger. Never coming back.

Missing items no McFlurry and a cheesy flatbread

Once again this branch missed. Various items from order. A recurring theme.

Order didn’t have any of the dips and no straw or ice with my drink which was flat

Take away ALWAYS cold. Onions cut really crudely. Fewer gherkins and cut the onions finely please.

Rotten, everytime we order from restaurant there are problems. Ordered double quarter pounder came as a single, inexcusable. Chips are always frozen, sauce is always missing when ordered, would think the employees are paying for it out their own pocket at times with the stuff that is misssing. I understand it’s fast food but burgers don’t need to be slapped together - no finesse -.

Frozen cold food for the 5th time

website deleted flat number, driver didn't know what flat number my house was.

Ordered delivery and they have completely forgotten to put the fried in there. In total I have 4 packs of fries missing. The quarter pounder bun was also burnt as well! Contacted Robroyston branch as the food was packed by them. Very poor customer service, the place is run by young boys who obviously have no life experience so never mind about customer service experience. Very poor attitude over the phone. Explained to them about the situation and the guy just told me to go to Uber Eat for a refund. I only ask for the fries to be re delivered and he kept on saying it has nothing to do with them. They provided me no help at all. Just told me to go to app and check. The app is extremely slow as usual and does not even give you a contact number at all. I called again and it was the same guy on the phone! Asked several times to speak to someone else as his attitude was extremely poor! Second guy was slightly better at least he provided me a number! Uber eats refunded the missing item only but I still paid the same amount of VAT charge, service charge and delivery! There should be compensation for this chaos! This is very bad customer service!

3 times ordered from here and every time I've had some items missing. Surely the stuff should be able to read an order

Missing a drink and 3 sets of fries. Usually good - but this was an own goal.

took ages to come and delivery time kept getting later and later. selected 2 terrys chocolate orange pies and got apple pie and 1 terrys pie, not please with time or getting the order wrong

Chips frozen, drinks tasteless the sprite tastes like water. So disappointed this happens every time we do just eat delivery I should learn from the last time, I live 5 mins from Robroyston McDonald’s and it’s all literally frozen. - waste of money

Ordered a big mac meal, big mac was missing. unsure how you can forget to put the main part of the meal in the bag. Called up and the first response was, 'There's nothing we can do about that'. I appreciate I will get a refund but it now means that someone is sat without their dinner. Both of us have a flu like virus so we can't come and collect the missing burger. Really poor checks being done when sending orders out as this isn't the first time this has happened. Food is also freezing.

Burger was extremely salty last time a recall a burger isn’t drowned in salt 👍

Something wrong with iced latte either put fizzy juice in it or the machine needs cleaned or something out of date

As with EVERY order the ketchup was not delivered. Only 10p but adds up when never delivered as ordered

Order wasn't fully received as my Large Fries wasn't in my order. Yes it's only the fries missing but considering yous charge £2:50p for them now and my order wasn't particularly big one to begin with is beyond me. :((

I’ve paid for a medium strawberry milkshake and it was missing off my order now my child is going without whilst the other has a drink! Honestly every flipping time we order there’s something wrong and missing! Also no sauce?? Really does it come out of the staff wages or what?! Ridiculous

Time of delivery kept changing. McFlurry was completed melted and food was cold. Chips looked dark like reheated.

All 3 burgers & chips were freezing cold! No dips delivered with the mozzarella dippers (even though you have to pick 3 when ordering). No straws with our Coca-cola or our large Banana milkshake!! All in the bin, complete waste of money, I would like a full refund!!!

It's a McDonald's so I'm never going to rate it too high. But I feel this one has gotten worse. We went through the drive thru for fast food and sat in a queue for ages. It's been like this a few times recently which is a shame. Food is always fine, however the fries portions are ridiculous. The container is usually only half full.
