food arrived cold with missing items

The food waa cold, the donner mear waa poor quality and were like left over rashes from the night before.. disappointed.

I never got my order but still took my money out the bank

Ordered cheese pizza and chips including delivery 21 quid phoned the takeaway and understood the place was busy and was willing to wait as long as came and hot but stone cold chips were soaking tried to call back no response tried to call back the next day spoke to a person explained what happened and was hung up on complete joke no respect

I will never recommend this place. Very low quality food.

kebab was absolutely awful to be honest salad wasn't fresh at all. kebab meat was all crusty round the edges and dried out. pizza we had was o.k. certainly won't use again.

Ordered at 10 past 12 got to 2 am tried to cancel told it would keep my 40 pound if I did so left it turned up at 3 am missing a pizza a can and a bottle of juice can’t even phone them because the don’t answer the phone

The food was delicious and of great quality. However having to pay £12 for delivery for it to be pushed back and then still arriving late is disappointing

accepted cash order and driver said he never had change which he should have whilst taking 40 to his car and wanted to see my bank details to send change to bank which isn't an option for me or I would have payed with card. contacted shop and after many times of it ringing out told to callback in 5 mins for it to go to answer machine as well. had to accept the change he had on him and food never had sauce on nachos either, disappointed after a long wait & terrible response from shop.

The donner was stale, the chips were rock hard and the burger was mediocre at best. This place usually had good food, so it’s disappointing seeing how bad it has become.

Order was late from initial time, but store kept me informed by updating ETA, as per the food was hot fresh and tasty! Thanks guys!

This order was completely unacceptable. We ordered this at 3am, and it was expected to be delivered in 50 mins. We waited 3 and a half hours for this food, of ether driver to arrive with not only the wrong order but it was freezing cold. The pizzas were the wrong size. And items were missing. When phoning to ask where the order was every 30 mins, I was told “it will be with you in 5 mins”. I phoned a total of 19 times and received no apology or decent customer service. Ridiculous

food was delivered on time and still warm. The quality was really bad, lamb donner smelt and tasted terrible, mozzarella sticks were hard and tastless, same as pakora. only chips were okey and a bit of a salad... really disappointed as usually use this takeaway to order food...

Shawarma was too salty for our taste. Lamb donner was kind of bland. Considering it is in Sauchiehall Street, you might find better options.

HWFG!! I’ve used here hundreds of times only coz it’s open so late!! /Delivery charge is shocking!! They pit it bk n bk the delivery time no option to change or cancel they charge the full amount!! Half the time food arrives freezing fs AVOID

The food said it would get delivered at 00.35 - 00.55, I had phoned the restaurant at 01.25am for them to tell me it would be another 15 minutes. For my food to then get delivered at 02.56am and I have a phonecall from the delivery driver to prove this. Absolute joke the food never even got ate as who wants to eat a kebab at 3am in the morning after expecting it at 1am.

Always had good reviews to leave here, always been top marks but today my delivery time was set straight away to an hour and 20 to an hour and 40 minutes. Then it tells me it's delivered at an hour and 40 minutes then 15 minutes later the buzzer rings and I'm waiting at the door for another 5 minutes. The mixed kebab was full of solid dry meat so definitely hadn't been cut fresh. I won't be back I'm not spending 17.50 on a kebab for it not to be top quality! Also not paying a fiver delivery for it to be late. I don't mind paying a fiver for a prompt delivery because you would think the reason you're charging a fiver is to make sure you've got drivers cos you pay them well? Totally disappointed his somewhere so good over the last year could deliver me that pile of trash.

No stars at all. They take your order. Don’t deliver it in the time supposed. Phone them. They then lie to you and say it’s coming and it still doesn’t appear. It’s basically stealing . Awful awful people and I hope karma catches up with the crook’s eventually

I ordered my food at 16:45 and it was delivered at 20:05, I called the restaurant twice to be told it would be 10 mins which never happened. I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant and I will never use them again

Best pizza in glasgow… and it’s OPEN TILL LIKE 5AM. Me and my friends shared a Pizza and had some chicken tikka nachos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

This place was amazing, everything was on point. I had the pizza and OMG it was delicious, would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Not only the food was delicious the staff were really lovely and nice by attending to every need with respect.

Disgusting food. I ordered 2 chicken burgers they guy gave me 2 burnt bricks instead. Because he was too busy talking to his friends and make tea for them. Fries were burnt as well. Overpriced for a frozen fillets that you can buy from any local shop. Never going there again.

Delivery driver called me to say he had arrived. Went outside, called him back numerous times and he was nowhere to be seen.

Kebab was rock solid chips were terrible the only good thing about it was the cheese….because how can you mess up cheese.everything we ordered is now sitting in the kitchen from last night and it’s not been touched…seriously I wish I could put minus stars because it doesent even deserve 1 star

Absolutely awful they forgot the fried rice to go with the curry meaning I had no side with my chasni. Curry ordered was a chasni but tasted like a patia and absolutely no cream in it. Munchie and curry both freezing. Called to say they forgot the rice was told driver would bring it out to us. They then called us back 20 minutes later saying driver is too busy so can’t deliver the rice! Awful customer service will never use again. Do not use!

I've no idea why people got all these bad reviews? I've ordered from here a variety of things and over nearly two years and food is all great quality and delivery has always been really quick. I see people moaning about 5 pounds delivery but I struggle to see any other place delivering such a varied quality menu way into the early hours, I'd say for that alone a fiver is a fair price really. Keep up the good service many thanks the vindaloo tonight was banging and delivered in about 20 minutes from ordering and I'm a couple postcodes away.

Ordered food, had the order confirmed and marked as delivered but I never received it and they still charged me account. This was very early hours of the morning so it was probably too late but the restaurant took advantage of the situation and charged me anyway.

READ: Worst customer service. After a specific time, you won't get proper food and what you paid for. Even though we reported the problem, initially, they cut the call. Then they act as if they are getting other call and at the end they can't even communicate the answer properly and forget about the resolution. I said I would complain, the staff replied “Okay”. Dear owner, is this is your food and customer service? And the customers, there are much better options than 3 in 1 Xtra Takeaway. Pathetic restaurant staff.

Food was delivered over an hour and half late, food was very cold, chicken was gummy, chips and cheese where wrapped in a paper that glued itself to the cheese, which had to be removed. I don’t have a microwave. When reheated in oven, the chicken became very hard, and the chips had a bad co sistency. Had to through it all in the bin… Very sad… Paid £5 for delivery for this?

Part of my order didn’t come, waited 2 hours since calling first to receive the rest to just be told they couldn’t come (after calling multiple times). Have had a pretty good experience otherwise but that is not on!!!

Order was 50 mins late, it was marked as delivered on Just Eat app around 55 mins before it actually arrived. Called 3 in 1 Xtra three times while waiting for the food to arrive. On the first phone call, the man just told me it's on its way, and was extremely rude throughout the whole conversation, as well as interrupting me every time I spoke. On the second phone call the same man told me it had left 17 mins prior and would take another 10 to get to my address (which is less than a 15 min drive from the shop). He stated it would take time as the driver has another delivery on route. I called back a third time, 15 mins later and spoke to another man, who advised that the first person was wrong, and the order had only just left the shop after my second phone call (15 mins ago) as it was freshly prepared. Only after speaking to him for 5 mins did he then offer to call the driver and ask where he was. This order was almost £40 worth and was for my partners birthday, and arrived 2 hours after the initial order was placed. Absolutely ridiculous service - have submitted a complaint to just eat.

35/50 min delivery time after this it said an extra 15 and then another 20 mins went buy At this point i phoned to cancel told I was unrealistic for expecting my order within the delivery time said I was using this as an excuse to get money off so they can take their order back and would recommend to avoid this place if you actually want to get some food :)
