McDonald's Maryhill in Glasgow City

Hi there I have been to mcdonalds 2 days in row you have conned me out of 2 nights dinners been trying to call your phone yesterday and today it's joke

I don't expect much from McDonalds, but even my paltry expectations were not met. Lukewarm chips, wrong items in my order, incredibly slow table service. Seems to mostly be a depot for delivery people, with sitting-in customers a secondary concern.

Not the first time I've waited over 15 minutes to be served below par food here, but the last. This time waited 20 minutes for a cold cheeseburger that looked like a dog had chewed it.

Bit manic, looked messy in the back. Watched a woman making orders drop an egg and kick it under the unit. Wait time was very long.

When I got home discovered my order was wrong

Had to wait on food. Wrong food brought to car so had to go in 3times. Defeats the point of going to a drive through

was not good customer service, was talking to other people while serving us. didn’t have any manners shut the window before even talking to us. this was BAD service

Placed my first ever mcdelivery and it just got cancelled with absolutely no explanation minutes after placing it and now it can take 5-15days for a refund. So no food and I’m down £30!

Was not let in at 2am thought it was 24 hour

cold chips and a massive long black was in my burger had to pull it out and couldn’t eat the rest. My hair is blonde and tied back So disgusting

Good place to watch traffic and buses on Maryhill Road, an oasis of calm.

I've ordered delivery twice from here - both times items have been missing despite being charged for them.

A quick drive-through when at work. Breakfast wrap. Easily ordered and good menue on display to choose from. The drive-through was swift at 9 am on a Wednesday. Not long at all to wait for food. The girls at both service windows were pleasant and smiling. The food arrived packaged well with napkins wich was fantastic. Food piping hot and tasty. At around £4 for the wrap alone I think it is a bit much ... but I was hungry and possibly would have it again if I'm really hungry.

The friendliest mcdonald's I've been to. The morning shift manager always have a warm smile, feel very welcome when visiting this branch. The service is always efficient and friendly in the morning on the occasion when I go in for breakfast. I've been to this mcdonald's for years, and the morning shift manager is very hard working, as I can see from customer level. The person who is making the breakfast is also very efficient and hard working, as an order comes in, he immediately jumps into action. This is my local branch, and everytime when I go in for breakfast, the service is always consistently good. This branch deserves a praise.

don't know why I use the maryhill mcds, food wasn't just cold, it was stone cold. drink had spilled all over the bag, so half what I ordered.

Burgers was cold and soggy cold chips

All chip portions were half empty

half food is missing only recieved triple cheese burgers. bacon cheese burger ... garlic cheese bites and the drinks. no apple pie either

Nipped in for a meal for my boys. Food ready quick and no queues.

We didnt get our food yet and it said it would come at 22:00 or 22:20 but it didn't come

Gave me wrong drink, ordered a Diet Coke and received a sprite, only one straw was included with a two drink order and chips were stone cold and under filled

As usual, missing items. Delivery driver unable to find address despite staring at the door for five mins, poor service is getting old now.

kept hanging up when I tried to explain my delivery was missing 3items.. young and we could clearly hear them hanging the phone up! payed £20 etc and items missing not very fair customers won't come back for this!

Ordered 2 Carmel Fraps there is nothing in it apart of the ice. They didn’t even bother to smash the ice it is in whole pieces. What a joke

I sauces delivered with 20 nuggets

Can't believe how disgusting this breakfast was. Greying undercooked bacon, with huge amounts of fat on it, on each main item. Sprite was simply carbonated water with no flavour syrup added to it.. Bacon roll bun was not freshly cooked and squashed flat abd cold. Only upside was they heeded my request for no ketchup. I'll be requesting a refund.

We ordered food specifically to eat with the dips that come with out, after all it’s extremely dry without them, and they weren’t packaged with the food. No point in getting food without the dios

There is no bacon with my breakfast

The WORST McDonald's I've ever come across, EVERY TIME we order from here half of our order is missing or incorrect, today I have no breakfast and you can't get through on the phone.

My Bacon Mayo Chickens had no Mayo they were quite dry & Fries were half cooked and soggy .

There was no happy meal boxes or happy meal toys. These were bought for 2 children who now won't eat their food. You pay extra for the toy and box as the items alone are so much cheaper. Absolute disgrace and no tomato ketchup again !

By the time the order was delivered the burger and mozzarella bites were cold

late.estimated tine kept invreasing.good stuffed tightly into the bag/box of courier.no wonder my chic mayo was freezing and same for burger.mozzarella bites sqaushed and properly frozen cokd.mcflurrys are okay and for onve milkshake frozen cokd and thick way shoukd be. no items missing for change also.but seems to.ALWAYS be something way this branch.

Waited 15 min for an ice cream. Service shocking

Food arrived 90 minutes later than originally stated, everything was freezing cold, fries were very pale and limp, ice cream had melted, no straws for milkshakes or juice, genuinely shocked at how badly this McDonald's continues to perform.

this order was very greasy and no veg on it very disappointed.

Must be the worst McDonald in Glasgow been to every McDonald more interesting in there social life’s rather than the riders and customers always at the window when you ask for help they ignore you area manager needs to do something they do not have any manager at all think they use to work for toyarus no leader no discipline the best McDonald is the one in govan and paisley

all 3 drinks fell onto side and emptied into bag, small book from happy meal missing, driver handed me a bag that was dripping diet coke and fanta everywhere as spilt drinks had soaked through bottom of bag, small book missing from happy meal.

Better aff getting stevie wonder to pack ur order more chance of you actually getting what you ordered. Every time without fail the staff are incapable of putting a burger in a bag no being funny but if ur incapable of that basic skill maybe you should rethink your career aspirations !

food was on time but fries and burger were very cold burger was like rubber.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would, the food is always cold and not complete, and today I don't even know how to comment on this burger, the service was very rude and incompetent. I do not recommend

The order is nearly always incomplete. Which means either someone goes without food or we pay extra for another delivery and either way we don’t all eat at the same time. Seems to be an issue with this McDonald’s restaurant

Missing nuggets that I paid for

Delivery was super speedy but the food was disgraceful (even for McDonald's standards). I did not get the drink I ordered but something I could not really identify (nor did I want to) and the fries were cold and completely stale (despite the very speedy delivery).
