McDonald's Maryhill in Glasgow City

Very spacious and has plenty of seating but a lot of delivery drivers hanging about.

I don’t like they layout of the car park it was complicated go get into and out of, car park was also full of rubbish, bins overflowing, is it too much to ask the staff to empty them!?!? Clientele was less than desirable. And the food, don’t even get me started. 3 words Cold, stale, disappointment. I shall not be returning!!

Got pink chips don't order from here Managers a absolute waste of space didn't give me her name was way the cheeky hung up and her of not believing me I'll leave a review don't order from here barking

Food cold,chips were like re-heats and cold,big mac was cold and looked as I'd it was put together by a 3yr old,as for the big tasty,more like the big nasty burger was cold,no bacon or tomato and no cheese,maryhill has to be one of the worsted in Glasgow,and this isn't the first experience I've had there.!!!

Standards have certainly been chucked out the window. Texture of cardboard. Do this Google search.. human teeth in McDonald’s. On the other hand their beef doesn’t look like beef or taste like it, the colour is also off. Learn to make your own at home it’s simple and easy and 100% better on the taste levels 👍🏻

I don't expect much from McDonalds, but even my paltry expectations were not met. Lukewarm chips, wrong items in my order, incredibly slow table service. Seems to mostly be a depot for delivery people, with sitting-in customers a secondary concern.

Not the first time I've waited over 15 minutes to be served below par food here, but the last. This time waited 20 minutes for a cold cheeseburger that looked like a dog had chewed it.

Bit manic, looked messy in the back. Watched a woman making orders drop an egg and kick it under the unit. Wait time was very long.

When I got home discovered my order was wrong

Placed my first ever mcdelivery and it just got cancelled with absolutely no explanation minutes after placing it and now it can take 5-15days for a refund. So no food and I’m down £30!

I've ordered delivery twice from here - both times items have been missing despite being charged for them.

A quick drive-through when at work. Breakfast wrap. Easily ordered and good menue on display to choose from. The drive-through was swift at 9 am on a Wednesday. Not long at all to wait for food. The girls at both service windows were pleasant and smiling. The food arrived packaged well with napkins wich was fantastic. Food piping hot and tasty. At around £4 for the wrap alone I think it is a bit much ... but I was hungry and possibly would have it again if I'm really hungry.

The friendliest mcdonald's I've been to. The morning shift manager always have a warm smile, feel very welcome when visiting this branch. The service is always efficient and friendly in the morning on the occasion when I go in for breakfast. I've been to this mcdonald's for years, and the morning shift manager is very hard working, as I can see from customer level. The person who is making the breakfast is also very efficient and hard working, as an order comes in, he immediately jumps into action. This is my local branch, and everytime when I go in for breakfast, the service is always consistently good. This branch deserves a praise.

Can't believe how disgusting this breakfast was. Greying undercooked bacon, with huge amounts of fat on it, on each main item. Sprite was simply carbonated water with no flavour syrup added to it.. Bacon roll bun was not freshly cooked and squashed flat abd cold. Only upside was they heeded my request for no ketchup. I'll be requesting a refund.

There was no happy meal boxes or happy meal toys. These were bought for 2 children who now won't eat their food. You pay extra for the toy and box as the items alone are so much cheaper. Absolute disgrace and no tomato ketchup again !

Food arrived 90 minutes later than originally stated, everything was freezing cold, fries were very pale and limp, ice cream had melted, no straws for milkshakes or juice, genuinely shocked at how badly this McDonald's continues to perform.

Better aff getting stevie wonder to pack ur order more chance of you actually getting what you ordered. Every time without fail the staff are incapable of putting a burger in a bag no being funny but if ur incapable of that basic skill maybe you should rethink your career aspirations !

The order is nearly always incomplete. Which means either someone goes without food or we pay extra for another delivery and either way we don’t all eat at the same time. Seems to be an issue with this McDonald’s restaurant

Missing nuggets that I paid for

Delivery was super speedy but the food was disgraceful (even for McDonald's standards). I did not get the drink I ordered but something I could not really identify (nor did I want to) and the fries were cold and completely stale (despite the very speedy delivery).
