McDonald's Maryhill in Glasgow City

Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to or ordered from. I don't think they've ever got an entire order correct! ordered a delivery and they forgot the burger. THE BURGER. Literally got a bag of chips and drink! Won't even answer their phones!! Do not order from this awful restaurant. -10/-10 would not recommend. Bad. Cold food. Terrible service.

Muffins are always soft the way they should be as iam having trouble with the Coatbridge one as there muffins are rock hard and it's not from the toasting they are old

The place is clean, the food is not bad but the customer service is shambolic. The staff are so ignorant... They can see you standing to get served and they act like you're invisible. I said excuse me to one of the girls she turned around looked at me and ignored me. She did the same thing when the justeat driver was trying to get her attention. Finally the supervisor came to serve me after i raised my voice to get served. I complained to the supervisor as I was getting served. He went to bring the manager out... instead of apologising she got pure defensive and accused me of shouting and swearing at the girls when all I said was excuse me. I tried to explain the situation but she kept talking over me and making unprofessional comments like we're not here to listen to you complaining. Very unprofessional.

Overpriced for what it is. Never go to McDonald's, but not much choice in the airport.

Order from here on Uber Eats and it consistently has missed items in order. Today it was 2 fries from a small order. The worst for staff paying attention to order.

Spent £30.00 on food to be delivered to be given an order half put together and two 20 boxes of nuggets missing from my order, phoned the shop about 50 odd times to now be convinced they keep the phone off the hook. I told the driver items were missing and he stated ‘that’s all the gave me’ so now, I’m now having to order food from a different McDonald’s that isn’t so incapable of making up an order. I will be requesting my refund for the missing items.

Today I made a take away from here.I paid for a happy meal, a Mcplant and a Veggie wrap as take away. Unfortunately the pack I received was missing with the wrap and a dip in my happy meal(it's second time😡), which I realised only once I reached home😢. Such a waste of money!! So Sad to see such careless attitude, even delivering nice food. Hope you guys can understand and I believe this will make a difference🙏

Every time I order from the Mary bill Mac Donald’s (even when I pay for sauces and buy nuggets), I never get the sauces I paid for so I won’t be ordering from there again.

Food is always freezing always under age kids drinking alcohol they have security to deal with it but he don’t do his job very well they throw things across the restaurant and drink alcohol and he sits an watches not very professional

Multiple times now I've bought and paid for dips on a delivery order and they are never in the bag despite even being on the attached receipt. Chips do not survive a delivery no matter how close you stay, will be cold and stale. Got an extremely watery hot chocolate with my recent order, resembled tea more than hot chocolate, undrinkable.

ordered home delivery. every item wrong and cold/stale. all items delivered far cheaper than what i'd ordered. probably the worst mcdonalds ive ever had.

I had a disappointing experience today at this McDonald's due to the manager's behavior. The manager was extremely rude and lacked the basic customer service skills. It's essential for managers, to be polite and respectful to customers. I hope they can address this issue and provide a more welcoming environment for future customers.

For some reason there is always good something missing from your order when I go threw drive threw and there is nothing worse than getting home and half Ur order is missing .

A group of children and teenagers behaving in a disgusting manner spitting swearing and smoking causing us and other diners to walk out. The assistant manager said he was unable to ban them and that they are in every night.

The staff at this branch are more helpful and friendly than most other McDonald's. My biscoff mcflurry was slightly disappointing though as there wasn't much sauce and it wasn't well mixed. Otherwise no complaints with the restaurant but the app sucks.

A very chilled Monday afternoon at Maryhill Road McDonald's. Friendly staff. Quick service as usual. The kids enjoyed the complimentary free McFlurry ice cream from one of the managers. Was a nice surprise!

Went in for a guick coffee and breakfast. Very quiet and the service was slower than usual

Food was quick enough. Staff are very to the point but not unpleasant. The children being verbally abusive and screaming profanities is an issue but sadly the security guard couldn't do much. Would recommend drive through or delivery though as those services were good.

Why is it so difficult for the staff in this mcdonalds to get the simplest orders right. This time they didn't include my sons milkshake. They never include sauces even though youve paid for them and have forgotten chips countless times. Worst mcdonalds in glasgow. So incompetent they can't even get the simplest orders correct. Don't have a brain cell between the lot of them.

Order was missing items and ingredients. When we went back to claim the missing items staff blamed us that we are trying to get more of the same order. Hot chocolate was basically hotwater and cocoa. Tasted like dirt. Horrible staff and trash practices.

In for my favourite coffee. Restaurant is immaculate. Server was friendly. Plenty of parking, although leaving car park and getting on main road can be tricky at times.

Got an order delivered from this restaurant only to find it had no burger in the bun so I called and got the most unhelpful person (manager seemingly) his only way to rectify the problem was to give me a code that I can only redeem if I go to the restaurant when I asked for his name he refused saying “I don’t have to give you my name”.I argued that I wanted another order to be delivered but was told the same over and over. This is a massive franchise and this is how they treat customers ! Absolutely unexceptional!!

Fed up getting delivery with no chilli sauce for chicken select,no sauces of any kind in bag that's down to the staff not the delivery driver.

Absolutely disgusting made an order online and the mcnuggets at just under 5 pound didn't turn up, chips were cold. Oh and times I've been in the toilets are worse than the sherif courts. Add to that they cannot stop kids terrorising the store. Amateur staff =amateur service. OH AND THE RINGING PHONE IS CUSTOMERS CALLING WITH ISSUES SO MAYBE BEST ANSWER. I've called maybe 10 times in 3 years, and ne er been answered

Bit slow with all the delivery orders

When I’m ready to pay all I see are the stuff talking and putting foods in bag a staff member seen me and didn’t even serve she was talking to her friend and wasn’t helping and the food is cold they don’t care if ur a customer who’s in the shop they only care for the delivery

Our food was left on our cold doorstep and was cold! We had to reheat it, which meant the fries were chewy and soggy. No straws or dips included. Very poor service, will not be using again

i walked in and i could tell by the bleak atmosphere it was not going to be a good yin. i ordered my meal at 10 o’clock and i received it at 11 o’clock. for a ‘fast food’ restaurant this is honestly disappointing and i won’t be back EVER. disgraceful.

Waited 20 minutes for my meal, not fast food in this macdonalds that's for sure, can be frustrating when your on a dinner break. Get bk to work sit down my lunch only to find a hair in my fries. This place seems badly run and unhygienic, I won't be back

great place to grab a quick meal. it took me approx £3.50 for a chicken wrap meal with medium french fries and a medium zero sugar sprite. really impressed with the cleanliness and quick service. all the order kiosk works perfectly fine. great experience. not too crowdy even on 31st Dec 😂 i'll surely visit this McD again ✨ cheers

Haven't had issues with dine in but the delivery service is a pain. Also it says open 24/7 but it never is after 12am. We couldn't do online delivery or pickup from store as well after 12am. Sucks.

Its not open 24h, its literally shut at 11 PM

Never get your order right, especially if you customise your food to get extras or take things off they just give you a regular one
