Chips are the worst ever no salt and so cold consistently

I ordered a meal for me and my friends and we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes just for half of my food to come 3 ice creams and 3 drinks and the rest was missing.

ITS WAS £30.. FOR 4 PEOPLE AND THE DELIVERY FEES ADDED AN EXTRA £10. NOT TO MENTION I DIDNT GET HALF MY FOOD - I ORDERED 4 DRINKS 4 MCFLURRYS AND 2 BURGERS ALONG WITH MOZZARELLA STICKS AND CHICKEN SELECTS. ONLY GOT MCFLURRYS AND DRINKS .. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

Used the drive through friendly service from the person taking the order and the girl giving the food so no complaints there only gave 3 stars for atmosphere as we didn't go into the restaurant so I marked the atmosphere in the car and the husband was annoying me at the time 😑

I never got my order delivery guy was at the wrong address I put all my clothes on went outside in the rain for 10 minutes and he kept calling and saying he was outside while I was at the front door. I want a refund! Stop employing ppl who can’t read or speak English!

I ordered around half 5 maybe a little after, it is now 7:43 and it’s been declared as delivered with no food anywhere to be seen.

No food arrived, over 2 hours after ordering

food was meant to arrive at 5:35pm but didn't leave the shop till about 5:25/5:30pm and didn't actually arrive till 6pm. looking at the tracking on the map the driver went to two different areas round about my area and when he eventually got to my area he went to at least 2 different doors before eventually getting here. All the food was stone cold, tried reheating in the microwave but it was horrible.

2 Oreo McFlurrys weren’t in the bag I am not happy about this

Waited over an hour, not sure what time the driver picked my order up but when he got here he said he had an issue with previous customer which took over 30 mins. He had my food the whole time and my food was cold, absolute waste of money. And when it arrived the drink was spilt and ice cream melted.

Once again McDonalds can’t get the order right food missing again how hard is it to put food in a bag

⚠️Terrible experience❗️ The delivery driver said the bag was already torn when they picked it up from the restaurant, leaving the fries completely exposed. The bag for the McFlurry was fine, but the sweet and sour sauce was dumped inside the ice cream. This was clearly done on purpose by the staff. It’s a serious food safety issue, and I couldn’t eat any of it. Completely unacceptable.

Worst McDonald’s on earth and that’s saying something - fast food that is actually slow - so what’s the point?

Wrong and cheeper items to what I ordered everytime I get a takeaway. Always order a large caramel frappy everytine I get some weird tasting iced black coffee that has an alcohole taste to it. Burger always below par for a mcdonalds. But I did give staff 2 stars as they always have a grin on there face.

Maybe asking staff to double check orders would help with the amount of mishaps this restaurant makes!

Food was missing items and juice was all over the bag when I receive it didn't get refund so I will not be ordering again as this isn't first time this has happened delivery driver blamed it on way it was packed food freezing and wet

Very spacious and has plenty of seating but a lot of delivery drivers hanging about.

I don’t like they layout of the car park it was complicated go get into and out of, car park was also full of rubbish, bins overflowing, is it too much to ask the staff to empty them!?!? Clientele was less than desirable. And the food, don’t even get me started. 3 words Cold, stale, disappointment. I shall not be returning!!

Food was cold even though it was delivered on time. So its obviously been cold when leaving the shop. The big Mac was drowned in sauce, I asked for extra sauce but it was too much & I couldnt eat it. Delivery courier was very nice & on time.

McDonald’s packed our drinks so they spilled and leaked. Delivery driver was so nice he offered to get us drinks out his own pocket but I declined as he shouldnt need to do that.

Items missing, wrong items delivered. At least this time the order wasn't damaged during delivery, but it's almost impossible to get exactly what you order from this place.
