Absolute disgrace never even received my order but charged me

Arrived early . Well cooked and one of the best pizzaaa

my deliver never turned up after waiting so long and when I tried to call the restaurant they didnt answer so would like to cancel this order and I will never order from there again

I ordered a lamb byriani and recieved fried rice with chicken which did not taste good. Very disappointed

Staff is nice but food is expensive

They never gave my spicy mince nan that i paid for n the food quality aint 2 good would not recommend due2 half my order missing and food quality aint great unfortunately

Worst chips I’ve ever had. Served raw, no bother to check whether they were cooked or not. Very simple order, get the basics right

Very friendly of the shop to phone me before and ask if I wanted extra sides to make up for not having lamb but the chicken was just as tasty

Driver was told to leave the food at the door as the main door was open, proceeded to ring the buzzer waking my child up its currently 04.33 in the morning and we are still trying the get the child back to sleep thanks delivery driver. The food was disgusting 😐 I ordered chillie sauce it was not chille it was sweet and disgusting. Waste of money. If I could give you half a star I would. Will not be ordering there again

Known the owner for years only kebab shop i goto donner meat is always fresh plus i work nights and its late closing times pmsl but foods always bangin n portions are some size pakora is one the best espec the veg pakora Great place allround tbh deffos recommend

The Pakora in this place is awesome. And a very big portion at a good price. Also, open late so good for Shawlands late night eating. Really glad to have a local like this.

Firstly I tryed to phone the restaurant to let them know my buzzer wasnt working but they turned the phones off, secondly my pizza was frozen and hard we got left with more than half a pizza to go in the bin and the pakora was frozen aswell. I dont think I will be using it again as with the price been so dear I expect the food to be lovely I wont be recommending

We placed a large order expecting it on the time giving, it was over an hour late… tired to call the restaurant I got through once and my number was blocked we tried many other times still nothing, the food turned up about 2/3 hours after we order it bare in mind it’s nearly £50 worth of food and we didn’t even know if it was coming no updates nothing, the food was lovely but I’m never waiting over 2 hours to get it and certainly not after having my number blocked to see what was happening with the order

Worst experience ordering on just eat. The order was over a hour late. I tried to call the restaurant over 10 times no answer. I decided to go to bed as I didn't think it was coming. Just dosed off to sleep then the delivery came. No apology from the driver or any reason for the massive delay. It was bad enough my order being well over a hour late the pizza was like warm and dried out my mixed pakora was only vegetable pakora and that was dry also. As I said at the start of this review worst experience ever.

Place is a disgrace. Acted like I was getting my food until it shut. I phoned and asked how long my order would be and they said 5 minutes, next time I called 30 mins later - no answer and place had closed. Won’t be back.

Ordered chicken chaat and received chicken pakora/chicken nugget. The food arrived within the delivery time but went straight into the bin because it was freezing cold.

Ordered one of their mixed box deals, was meant to have chicken and veg pakora and donner. The box literally only had chicken pakora in it. Bit disappointed as I was sharing with my mum who is veggie. So she couldn’t eat any and I was too full to finish. Disappointing.

It was about 40 mins couldn’t get in contact with the restaurant was constantly engaged the full 40 mins the food quality was terrible fried rice which we ordered actually came as booked rice the bhoona sauce was runny and thick with grease the chicken tikka kebab was disgusting it was like rotten bits of chicken that would normally not be used was like rubber the whole order went into the bin totally disgusted with the whole thing £22 in the bin

My order said it would be here by 3:25 , even though it had been saying it was on its way from 2:50, upon calling the restaurant I received no answer and went to voicemail 3 times and it’s now half past 3 and I have still not received my order even though it says ‘enjoy your food ‘ on the just eat app? Just looking to see how I can get a refund please as the order hasn’t shown up

So the pizza honestly wasn't to bad. Its a cheese and onion pizza and while I wouldn't rave over it I would happily eat it again. However I also ordered a drink and a desert which they stored next to the pizza so my fudge cake with cream was heated up and had melted all over everything. Covered the can of juice in cream and honestly I had to throw it out. Basically pizza fine a oid the deserts at all cost

Absolutely ridiculous, after waiting over 2 hours for the delivery it didn’t come until after 5:15am by that time I was already sleeping and I get woken up to that think it’s shocking I am not being refunded for this, absolute joke in my opinion considering the guy on the phone said it would be half hour.

My order was delivered well after the time that was stated. So late that i had actually fallen asleep. Also the order was left at my doorstep and there was no contact from the driver when there was no answer...i assumed he knocked my door but i have no idea.

Portions are rather small for the prices paid.

Food was lovely and delivered quicker than expected, but unfortunately my 2 cans of juice were missing. Would still order again, especially considering the time I placed the order and received it.
