Delivery time a little late but worth the wait, wings cooked nicely not fry at all.!! Sauces as expected! Plenty flavour.. Pizzas no deep pan but thin crust was more than acceptable! Forget kfc for chicken I think! Will deffo be using again

Updated review. Since new management place has gone downhill. Will never use again. Waiting nearly 2 hours for cold food and then lies from staff. Avoid and save the hassle. Updated again. The place has got so much better since the current new guys have taken it over. Keep it up!!

Requested additional toppings on my burger and this was provided. Burger was bangin and arrived early. Very pleased.

Food was stone cold, pakora was dry and cold, asked for NO salad recived a large amount of it in donner meat, I didn't get my PAKORA sauce I got garlic mayo instead, I also ordered DIET irn bru 2l since im diabetic I instead recived a regular irn bru with a can of diet irn bru I don't recommend this place at all....

We ordered a variety of food to try at this local takeaway and we were not let down! The food was fresh, well cooked and delivered hot. The pizza’s were great and peri peri chicken was full of flavour! Definitely recommend chicken choice if you want quick tasty food :)

Gave a star only because of the food hygiene. Used to be a regular customer for years because of their affordability and fast service. Only today they've raised the prices by 30% while serving food of the same quality as before. Totally unjustified if you're not improving anything. Definitely not worth the price I can buy Pizza Hut and Papa John's with on their regular deals. You've lost yourself a good patron!

Got given wrong pizza,pizza was inedible under cooked

I ordered 2 red velvet cake I didn't get them also my food that I received was cold and then I when contacting just eat I told them them what was wrong with the order and they said do u what a refund I said yes then I got others email from them and the said my refund was denied I m not happy with it at all it is happened a few times now I'm unsatisfied with this when i order I food expect my food to be hot and all items I ordered be there also yous are charged me for items I didn't receive and that problem I want my refund I am UNSATISFIED

Food was out for delivery at 5.25 and wasn't delivered until 6.05! So inevitably it was cold! Won't be ordering again.

The food was an hour and 40 mins late and was absolutely freezing like ice. Ordered again, the shop said it’ll be 30 mins but it was an hour till it came and it was cold again, a bit warm but still cold. Very disappointed as I had guests over and they were not happy!

The burger was coated in mayonnaise and apparently we should have phoned to check not rely on the menu telling us stuff. Ended up hanging up on my husband and only answered again when he used another phone. The wrap was edible.

Was advised order would be late but over 30m after being told it was on its way! Also, boxes were very damp from being kept so long in a plastic bag as were the chips which were barely warm. But the worst was only getting 15 of the 20 Spicy Wings. Usually very happy with them but they let themselves down badly this time.

Food took over two hours to arrive and order was lukewarm and wrong. Called to complain, took ages to get an answer and when I did, the staff member I spoke to clearly wasn't arsed that it was poor or that i had been overcharged for what i actually recieved, just told me to get something else next time. Also told me they tried to call and it went to voicemail but i know this is not true. I have ordered here many times and never had a problem but today was absolutely shocking.

Food cold,order wrong disaster

Only one delivery driver working, and having to cover a large area. Estimated delivery time was 40 minutes to an hour. It took two hours to arrive. Food had to be re-heated, and wasn't as good as previous orders. A wet Friday night was bound to be busy, but they need more drivers.

Delivery was 45mins late and pizza sun chips were absolutely frozen never had this issue with delivery time or cold food from here before

Use to come here before covid food was very good. Visited today they couldn't get my colleagues order correct they gave him the wrong food. Was told my order will not be long as fresh chicken wings are being made. 5 mins after placing my order was told they gonna take additional 15mins but actually took 30mins and then they wings were over cooked and hard. Very poor customer service this place standard has gone down and its dirty inside.

Worst restaurant of Glasgow. After placing the prepaid order for home delivery , neither restaurant receptionist or delivery driver responds for hours. Never had such experience with any other restaurant. It doesn't even deserve 1 star

Ordered fried chicken and spicy wings bucket from here the first time. The good: the batter texture and crispness is spot on. Chicken cooked perfectly and still moist inside. Chips were also good and portion size was good as well. The Bad: So why only 3 stars? The batter was perhaps the most bland and tasteless I have ever had. Didn't bring anything extra to the chicken. It is a shame as these guys could easily have had one of the best fried chicken in Glasgow if their batter tasted better! If the owner actually reads reviews then please take note. If you go to other places the batter actually tastes good and that's what brings enjoyment to fried chicken. Won't visit the place again until they sort out this blandness.

Ordered delivery and the food took so long to arrive the milkshake is completely melted, the onion rings are so soggy I taste the humidity more than the onion ring. I know the delivery time isn't always the restaurants fault, but if our area can't be serviced while delivering quality food then we should not be considered within their range. B/c delivery can be out of the restaurants control we may give it another try in the future but we're in no rush for it at this point.

Got a soggy chicken burger instead, which I don't think was worth £6. After getting home, I've noticed I've been overcharged £2. Absolute joke. Wish I could get a refund. Also the guy at the till didn't wash his hands after dealing with money and touching the till, and he just started making my burger after 40 mins. Might contact EHO to give you a visit to check the hygiene standards. Won't be back...

Chicken arrived stale and hard. I contacted them and they gentleman I spoke to then tried to con me into paying another £1.50 to have his delivery man replace poor quality food that I'd already paid for. Needless to say I contacted ubereats to request a refund. Poor food and service.

Had chicken mega box and extra wings, costed me more then I usually pay, then when i came home we all had a wing and we all realised that the wings were not fresh and were really dried and looked reheated, called them ip and they said we can’t do anything cause u already had some, really not the same service i used to get, not worth it anymore, you lost a loyal customer

My friend ordered food from here, she’s a regular customer and first she was overcharged, when questioned staff member he advised it was sauces and that maybe in the past my friend ordered a smaller box (which is not the case, she knows how much / what she orders for her and her family)?! On getting home, we all discovered that the wings were very dry and seemed to be reheated. We called and complained and were told as we had eaten a wing each between 4 of us, which is how we determined it wasn’t fresh, we couldn’t return the food and he wasn’t prepared to re do the order, as he was too busy he swore it was fresh and said there’s nothing he can do. Very unhelpful member of staff who has now led to company losing a very good customer and reputation to deal with issues. Very disappointed and unimpressed, do not recommend eating here.

Friendly, approachable and the food was tasty. A handy pitstop for those on the move. Would visit again.

Delivered to the wrong address and insisted it was the correct one, of course the order is already paid for on just eat, so the whole family was left hungry and robbed!

Great if you're on a diet. Just place your order on just eat and they'll deliver your order somewhere else and there you go, bank account £££££&s lighter and a missed meal to boot, plus no dishes to wash........ because you had no food. And let's not forget the joy of giving....... a random stranger the food you paid for.

The store is actually now closed and I have no idea at all wether or not I'll receive my food tonight as they haven't been in touch. I would understand more if it was a weekend or something but it's a Tuesday 😂 *Update* Ordered at 21:20, it arrived at 23:50 No apology, not a word, actually! Also extremely soggy curly fries 😂 stayed hungry for 2 and a half hours for this

This is a really tidy chippie with great food at good prices. Parking outside can be - interesting - but it's worth the trip.

Used to be a regular customer but after the new staff ownership change ive Very bad service, order for pickup and don't start making the food until you get there, very unhygienic as the staff welcome dogs in and pat the dogs, the food is horrible and are ruining the name of pizza and kebabs, yes there kebab sauce is decent but the quality of food is horrific, wouldn't requirement this place for a nice or decent meal.

Chicken tasted like fish. So clearly the oil is never changed. Decided to go back in after 4 years, since the last lot DEEP FRIED AN UNDERCOOKED kebab and handed it back with a free can of pepsi thinking the issue was resolved. How the environmental health haven't shut this place down is a mystery. Consistently awful food. Consistently awful service. Consistently awful. At least they're consistent. 😒 Cats wouldn't even eat the fishy chicken. I'd honestly rather just starve than eat from Chicken Choice.
