It’s a game of chance when you order from this drive through . No matter what you ask for they will give you something different. Female that took our order sounded high or was working from home. Double hamburger arrived with nothing on it not even a hint of a salad or a gherkin to make it look Less like a recycled shoe box. All in all think we will just use the garage next door in future as to be fair a packet of crisps and a bottle of screen wash will still be a healthier choice.

McDonald’s discriminated against my disability and breached equality act law for refusing to make reasonable adjustments and accommodated my allergies. They refused to allow me to get dairy free cheese instead of ordinary cheese with my quarter powder. They are favouring people who don’t have allergies and I have been told it’s there policy to discriminate against those with food allergies. This is unacceptable considering other McDonald’s are willing to substitute ordinary cheese for vegan cheese. You need to do better and I will be taking this further

I went out for dinner with my freind. Kim mawo was really disrespectful to her staff members and bossing them about when she does nothing herself. She didn’t seem very welcoming and didn’t have an overall good attitude to customers who were needing assistance

Visit today to Newbridge McDonlads was chaos, cars backed up onto the petrol station very little movement. Inside not that much better, long wait, staff were uncoordinated and were swarming over each other trying to shuffle orders. Into bags. Food was ‘cold’, not even remotely warm. Grilled chicken wrap; chicken had a greasy texture and was very stringy and inedible. Even the dog turned his nose up at it and refused. Ended up going in the bin with the cold chips! Milkshakes not available (again!) although never known this branch to provide milkshakes, obviously too technical for their skill set. Utterly crap experience from McDonald’s! Won’t be going back there again - avoid!

Bacon and egg McMuffin surely not too difficult ? Wrong it was missing the bacon 🤷‍♂️I was already away in my car when I noticed.

Staff are incapable of getting drive through order correct, several times items have been missing. Also only place I know where you get less fries in a large than you do in a medium portion additionally put burgers in bag on their side, consequently the filling has run out of the burger. Overall exceptionally poor.

Absolutely useless, ordered a PLAIN Double Big Mac with ONLY cheese and bacon. Got it with enough rabbit food and sauce on it to keep a rabbit sanctuary for a week. Constant mistakes from these people. Absolutely terrible. Educate your staff and make sure they listen. How do you end up giving the OPPOSITE of what someone asks? Not the first time there’s been mistakes from here either.

We used to visit this McDonalds frequently, but over the last couple of years it has gone seriously downhill. Tonight, the Hot Apple Pie was vaguely warm and when I asked for a hot one, it was replaced with another cold one which we took home and microwaved!. I noticed later they'd peeled off the date/time sticker, so it had probably been there for ages. I don't know what settings their coffee machine has, but their Latte doesn't taste anything like those from other McDonald's. This is the last in a list of issues with this restaurant and finally that's it we're not going back.

Asked for 9 chicken selects which cost £8 and it said on receipt chicken selects that were 8 pound and then got given mcnuggets instead? got scammed and the food was mid.

Excellent food, order 79 on Wednesday night! Got an enquiry for one of the managers that was working that night? Will be back again 100 percent, do love a maccys!

Unfriendly, unhelpful. i'm coeliac and they wouldn't serve me 2 single eggs. Said they couldn't ring 2 eggs up{every other macdonalds can] due to my coeliac disease[i can't eat the rolls. I eventually spoke to the manager and she said she could charge me £ 8 ...something for 2 egg mac muffins as she had to ring 2 eggs up as that Never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life. So i went to the next Macdonalds in the area and they didn't even question my order as they understood and tried to accommodate my coeliac diet and actually help.
