Nice clean and well presented mcd's. Shame that judging by the car park, every customer must bring 2 cars! They really should address that, as parking is a bit of a problem, when there seem to be very few customers!

Service is appalling myself and family member ordered from here and disgusted by my burger isnt even the words to describe my feelings I shall not be ordering from here again I’d rather go to a bush trucker trial than eat from here again DISGUSTINGGGGG 🤮🤮🤮

Waited 45 min for the food 2 times and the second was in the morning at 9am no one was even there. The burger I got had its bun soaked in oil and was completely sopping wet I couldn’t even remove it from the burger because it was dissolving. And secondly the got our order wrong and the staff was very rude

Placed an order on uber eats for triple cheeseburger no dill pickle or mustard, arrived with dill pickle and mustard. McChicken sandwich meal arrived with no fried and the sandwich was squashed, Mcflurry ordered but missing. 3rd time my order from here has been wrong. Think they've employed the staff from the school of illiterates.

The orders are not correct and there is always a burger missing, when we call the store the manager can never help or solve the problem

Ordered £60 worth of food through the McDonald’s app, when it arrived it was just a bag of milkshakes, we phoned up to see where our food was and got told they would not make our order to send again and we would have to go through the process of using the app to get a refund. 60 quid down the drain and no help at all from the restaurant, either the food wasn’t made or the drivers McDonald’s use are thief’s

Been to this drive thru a couple of times now, getting worse every time!!! Waited nearly 20mins after placing order, guy eventually came out and handed order, nothing like sorry for the wait, just turned around and went back inside. Burger looked as if someone had sat on it, never looks like the advert they show, little bit of sauce that was on it was all on one side of the burger and bacon still looked raw, not sure there was much care and attention put into making this burger today. Certainly needs a bit of staff training in the new year.

Nuggets cold and rubbery weren’t fresh. Chips were freezing forgot Big Mac and had to go back. Over all experience wasn’t great

Well tonight my wife preferred on line delivery which Was 4 meals 1 of them being a kids meal and a couple of ice creams to which we only got ice creams and drinks so no food my grandson is 4 and very upset that he’s getting no food when she phone the restaurant she was told nothing we can you will get a refund in 5 working days not good enough they don’t know how to treat customers.

I have ordered 5 selects with garlic mayo dips and a chilli crispy wrap. Firstly the order took 1 hour by the time it reached home and the store took 45 minutes to get my order ready. Secondly everytime they miss something in the whole order , same wise this time they never gave me my dips

Ordered takeaway, took them over 1h40m to get it delivered, driver had to wait for 30 minutes. Food was cold. Fries unedible. Collection might be better option.

Pathetic, no one came to take order in drive thru so drove up to Window to be told I would have to drive back to speaker to order...seems it was to hard for them to walk to a till or speak on their coms... obviously I just drove away and went to burger king instead👍

I've been here a number of times, and it has been a fairly typical McDonald's experience, but not this time, and I will not be returning. Take a drive to another McDonald's, this one is a mess... On this occasion, the experience was way below what I expected from McDonald's, I know we're not talking high class dining here, but this was truly abysmal! The toilet was dirty, stuffed with paper, and blocked, and the toilet roll dispenser was empty. No receipts were available from the remote ordering station, so no code and therefore no option to leave a review on McDonald's website. The meal was more or less thrown at me, eat in option, no tray, and the sauce dispenser was empty, there were no napkins available. The Big Mac was dry, it looked like it had been made some time ago, it was also barely warm. The fries 🍟 were the same sad story, limp and warm, the latte was hot and ok, the only saving grace was the Mcflurry, which was still frozen. Very poor... 😢

Got charged for a huge cheese bite sharer without asking for it, I asked for 4. All large meals without asking for it. Drinks machine is out so had to order milkshakes, no offer of a discount as stores fault not customer. Prioritises just eat orders heavily Weird black/brown stuff round the rim of my cup This franchise is a joke, do better.

The floor was very dirty and sticky, as if it hadn’t been cleaned or mopped for hours. I saw the staff coming in and out of the kitchen area, taking dirt and germs on their shoes into the food processing area. Absolutely not hygienic and against food standards.

Refusing the give a refund for a cancelled order. The guy I spoke to on the phone gave me wrong information and then wouldn't answer the phone again. The second guy, apparently "Logan", spoke to the other employee where I could still here them taking the piss out of customers. I'm reporting him - don't trust the staff at Corstorphine, they're useless.

Garbage, constant cold food, missing items spilt coffee. Its always been this way unfortunately.

The employee's are overworked and overwhelmed with all the orders, I seen multiple orders wrong including my own , wouldn't recommend this place ,would never go back scruffy, and dirty , couldn't wait to leave, never Finnished my meal,threw mine and my wife's in the bin.

Made me wait 10 minutes for 2 burgers. Brought them out to me and they were stone cold. No even a slight bit of heat to them. Obviously I send them back. Waited another ten minutes. They then have been in a microwave not even made new burgers. Supposed to be 'Fast food'. Absolutely terrible service

Stumbled into this dining establishment, was greeted by a lovely young lad called Rhys T . He helped me pick a meal for me and my four kids, it was the best meal I have ever had! Kindly explained the rewards points to us but I don’t believe in fast food.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the holiday houses. The breakfast is a must have. The house was exceptionally well maintained and owners were most accommodating. We will go back.

Sometimes only a late night burger will cut it, so a visit after the pub is always nice. This is the usual McD's venue and the burger sare what the burgers are. Not a particular fault of this place, but the pictures of the burgers always look bigger and better that what you get, I suspect dodgy advertising.

You get mostly what u pay for ! Sometimes you have in tell the staff exactly how to do thier jobs! & this is a Fact still got cold caramel crispy desserts after complaining about them being stone cold! Even the replacements were cold with no explainiton.... Strange staff. Sorry i'm being generous with stars. Hopefully they correct this in due course seeing as the package does have a warning caution contains very hot food!!!

The food was fresh, and the service was great and quick. The only thing that let it down was it was full of teenagers screaming w@#k and balls infant of my kids. Had to say something myself as it went on for a while.

Another poorly run drive thru. Lane 2 on the right you avoid. The guy has multiple jobs to do and 3 cars got served before me as I waited like a fool myself in the right. I said to the guy on the radio and he told me the how bad it is. Better just to avoid a poorly managed. In addition, chips cold and not fully filled. Update (the shift manager name REECE. What a joke this guy is. So arugent rude disrespectful and mean he becomes while talking to delivery staff. When ever this guy is running the shift, he cheats the stats so much that all the orders are marked completed but hardly there is any ready to take. And even they are ready he never hands them over to drivers. Instead asks them to wait more without any reason. This guy is the worst performer. Please mcdonald have some mercy on yourself and get rid of this manager) The customer services the employees provide to delivery partners is pathetic. They mark the order as ready to collect but bardly they bother to give it to the driver. They hardly look at them as if they dont even exist. All the staff from top to bottom needs proper customer service training. Remember these delivery partner drivers make ur salary. Treat them with respect if you want respect in return. I know my review wont be read by the management but i would like to write my true feelings about them.

The drive thru has been a nitemare the last month or so... food never ready. Service is very slow and it's a bonus if you get hot porridge. Too many daft wee kids running the place. Very bad service #Edit# Noticed a couple o new faces the last couple of weeks, possibly a couple of supervisors. If so, the drive thru is much quicker... food is hot and fresh. Well done to the new staff for changing things around

It's always good to find a Mac Donalds on a trip, it gets you out of trouble at any time. It was clean, had security at the door and caught us close to the hotel.

Food is absolutely rotten and there’s always things missing from my order when I receive it. In my last order, I got 4 nuggets instead of 6? Does this store lack basic mathematics skills? There was also a mayo chicken missing from the SAME order. After getting through to them, I’m told the order had nothing to do with them after it’s taken by the courier and it is then Uber Eats problem, just WOW! So I didn’t even bother arguing and hung up. I stopped ordering from here for a while to give the store time to develop some brain cells and then I ordered again today. I’ve received the meal and yet again, there’s things missing! But at least this time there was 6 nuggets with the 6 Chicken Nugget meal, so there’s an improvement! But the McChicken Sandwich meal was missing the main man himself, the McChicken Sandwich! I’m not even going to bother calling this store about it because I’d rather talk to people that don’t share 3 braincells between each other. Other than that, do not order from here!

Truly hell on earth. Disney dads seeing their kids every other weekend, unable to parent them and leaving their kids' mess for the staff to clear. Antisocial behaviour - thuggish teens hanging around and cycling on the walkways outside, nearly bashed into me. Just Eat etc orders prioritised over customers instore. No burger is worth this.

the management needs to get their act together my order got put on the same counter as 3 really dirty delivery drivers bags disgusting.yous need to tell the delivery guys to stop putting their bags on the counter.not long till cross contamination happens.wake up and see what's going on😡

Picked up teen from night out and headed to Corstorphine drive thru for a quick bite to eat. Ordered a filet o fish for myself which was stale and the consistency of cardboard so went back round to get a fresh one in exchange. Girl at till was very polite and apologetic and told me to go to the main window to collect my replacement. Had to explain again to the girl there that I was after a fresh filet after she tried to hand me the car behind’s order. She didn’t look best pleased that I was asking for it to be changed. Waited a couple of minutes and was handed what felt like a hot, fresh order. No apology. Parked up to eat it and was greeted by not cardboard this time but something that resembled a carpet sample. Rock hard and inedible. Teen was embarrassed enough so I didn’t go round again and it was unceremoniously binned. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this branch again as it’s not the first time I’ve been served sub standard food almost 2 hours before closing. There’s no excuse for that really. Not cool guys, not cool…

Not really one for fast food but I do like the occasional McPlant burger when out and about.
