THE MANAGER RIPPED UP MY RECEIPT AND STORMED THROUGH THE BACK‼️ I ordered a click and collect item through the app and arrived it appeared ready on the screen. After 10 minutes, I asked for it as I had an appointment. After 20 minutes, I asked for a refund, but the manager was rude and arrogant, refusing to process it despite my explanation and the fact that I had an appointment in 15 minutes. As I asked her to hurry up, she stormed through the back, ripped up my receipt, and I had to get someone else’s to put it through. Managers should not behave this way.

Restaurant was dirty - floors, tables. No service at all. Waited ages for our order when eating in. Long queue build up and no bothers to assists. They just walk past. Toilets were disgusting! Very poor experience all round

I honestly don’t understand how it’s so difficult to put some sauce in the bag. I’m now having to chew on some dry chips that taste like a dry sandal.

Slow service, waiting for order 20 min🤦🏼‍♂️Cold fries, no salt. Dirty tables unpleasant staff. Meat quality terrible cold old stuff in burgers. Ripe for hygiene inspection. Playing with human life. Horror!!!!

Asked for large irn bru and they gave me half a cup!!! I asked the guy (I think the manager) if he could fill it up and he said it’s because I ordered with no ice. Yeah I’m paying for a large drink not half a cup of ice!! They never usually do that it’s always filled correctly but this guy was being a completely rude jobs worth.

Went in for breakfast ordered on machine no table service available not good for disabled people like myself took an absolute age to get it ready so much for fast food butvyet deliveries were flying out. Sat down then when looking around saw chips on window sills and on the floor these were obviously from the night before as I was in having breakfast which don't do chips then also observed there was no cleaner to clear away rubbish or clean and sanitse the tables

Very slow service. 10-15 min wait once order has been placed.

Horrendously slow, possibly the longest i've ever had to wait for an adults and kids meal. At least the food was piping hot.

The literal worst restaurant in the area for competence and McDonalds I've ever visited. I wouldn't normally bother with a review of a McDonald's but I thought it necessary to warn people to triple check your orders. 3 times from 4 they have missed something. Sometimes it's the chips, sometimes it's the pie, sometimes it's the burger itself but almost always it's my soul. It's an incredible achievement to reach these everest peaks of incompetence, they should be earning awards for it. The hiring manager could quite easily open up a work experience day for zoo animals and achieve better customer service results. At least they might get something right, infinite monkey theorem and all.

They are not giving the delivery drivers too much waiting time

This is one of the worst Mcdonalds i visit reguraly the self service order machines rarely take your card payment so you have to pay at the counter, some days the so called Mcflurrys are not available due to machine being out of order , feel sorry for the staff having to explain when things are not available.

Will go every day there for a mcflurry. 5/5

Guys just because ur mcdonald's doesn't mean u can stop giving any kind of care or quality, I know it's young people serving but come on, the skip outside would deliver better quality food, I'd be ashamed. There is more sauce than burger, no onion, 1 gherkin, it's actually pathetic, don't u realise people are struggling to get food just now, so when people have the good grace to share their hard earned cash with you instead of another restaurant, people deserve better than this, this is a total lack of giving an F and that warrants not giving you a half a days wages to buy this garbage! And just as a side note, mcdonald's have been getting away with this lack of quality for a long time!

The chips were amazing even for Maccies, we sat outside and watches the roundabout which was weirdly quite fun.

We went for lunch, was quite busy. In rush hour can be a mess,its advised to check if is ok and you have all items , was missing suaces in our order.

13 Minutes to be served a Chicken McSandwich meal and Quarter Pounder meal. Service was terrible and the restaurant was disgusting (filthy). Will be heading to Burger King next time.

Check your drinks before actually drinking it. Open the lid!!!! My latte was covered in some sort of oil. Hope it's just grease from the burgers as thats at least safe to consume. Down the drains this time, but have to check everytime!!!! Muffin was half eaten by rats!!! Why are you still serving this!!!

Just bought 2 meals from McDonald's Corstorphine and the meals were look warm and not worth the money and the person taking the order was on her phone

I ordered for pick up and was ready as I arrived. Food was as expected and service was fast and friendly.

Absolutely shocking experience on Sunday 23rd February 2025 on the drive through. There was a queue of cars with nothing happening, my husband went to the window to ask what the hold up was and was told there were only 3 staff members working in the whole place. When my husband eventually got served after waiting ages he was then told there was NO juice and NO McFlurry's either. The hamburger and chips were basically chucked out to the car COLD which I might add is quite usual for this McDonald's. We got chips a few weeks ago which basically had barely been cooked. We thought it might have been a one off but it's actually all the time. You need to change your advertising as the food that comes out of this McDonald's doesn't resemble anything you see on your billboard or on your TV adverts. Absolutely shocking, won't ever be using them again!!

Can be extremely busy especially on an evening and is a battle to collect food between Just Eat, Deliveroo and other food delivery drivers. The drive through also extremely busy. I think they need more capacity or to reduce the amount of orders as did look like they were struggling but doing their best. Absolute mayhem.

No longer an option for me for lunch because of the fear of disappointment they won't give you any sauce for nuggets despite you adding them in the app order 🙁

Nice clean and well presented mcd's. Shame that judging by the car park, every customer must bring 2 cars! They really should address that, as parking is a bit of a problem, when there seem to be very few customers!

Waited 45 min for the food 2 times and the second was in the morning at 9am no one was even there. The burger I got had its bun soaked in oil and was completely sopping wet I couldn’t even remove it from the burger because it was dissolving. And secondly the got our order wrong and the staff was very rude

Placed an order on uber eats for triple cheeseburger no dill pickle or mustard, arrived with dill pickle and mustard. McChicken sandwich meal arrived with no fried and the sandwich was squashed, Mcflurry ordered but missing. 3rd time my order from here has been wrong. Think they've employed the staff from the school of illiterates.

The orders are not correct and there is always a burger missing, when we call the store the manager can never help or solve the problem

Ordered £60 worth of food through the McDonald’s app, when it arrived it was just a bag of milkshakes, we phoned up to see where our food was and got told they would not make our order to send again and we would have to go through the process of using the app to get a refund. 60 quid down the drain and no help at all from the restaurant, either the food wasn’t made or the drivers McDonald’s use are thief’s

Been to this drive thru a couple of times now, getting worse every time!!! Waited nearly 20mins after placing order, guy eventually came out and handed order, nothing like sorry for the wait, just turned around and went back inside. Burger looked as if someone had sat on it, never looks like the advert they show, little bit of sauce that was on it was all on one side of the burger and bacon still looked raw, not sure there was much care and attention put into making this burger today. Certainly needs a bit of staff training in the new year.

Nuggets cold and rubbery weren’t fresh. Chips were freezing forgot Big Mac and had to go back. Over all experience wasn’t great

Well tonight my wife preferred on line delivery which Was 4 meals 1 of them being a kids meal and a couple of ice creams to which we only got ice creams and drinks so no food my grandson is 4 and very upset that he’s getting no food when she phone the restaurant she was told nothing we can you will get a refund in 5 working days not good enough they don’t know how to treat customers.

Every time I order something from here it's wrong , or inedible! Here's tonight's masterpiece . Said the last 2 times a big mac meal with no bun and no cheese - how wrong can it go ? I've paid over £20 for an orange juice !!

I have ordered 5 selects with garlic mayo dips and a chilli crispy wrap. Firstly the order took 1 hour by the time it reached home and the store took 45 minutes to get my order ready. Secondly everytime they miss something in the whole order , same wise this time they never gave me my dips

Pathetic, no one came to take order in drive thru so drove up to Window to be told I would have to drive back to speaker to order...seems it was to hard for them to walk to a till or speak on their coms... obviously I just drove away and went to burger king instead👍

I've been here a number of times, and it has been a fairly typical McDonald's experience, but not this time, and I will not be returning. Take a drive to another McDonald's, this one is a mess... On this occasion, the experience was way below what I expected from McDonald's, I know we're not talking high class dining here, but this was truly abysmal! The toilet was dirty, stuffed with paper, and blocked, and the toilet roll dispenser was empty. No receipts were available from the remote ordering station, so no code and therefore no option to leave a review on McDonald's website. The meal was more or less thrown at me, eat in option, no tray, and the sauce dispenser was empty, there were no napkins available. The Big Mac was dry, it looked like it had been made some time ago, it was also barely warm. The fries 🍟 were the same sad story, limp and warm, the latte was hot and ok, the only saving grace was the Mcflurry, which was still frozen. Very poor... 😢

Got charged for a huge cheese bite sharer without asking for it, I asked for 4. All large meals without asking for it. Drinks machine is out so had to order milkshakes, no offer of a discount as stores fault not customer. Prioritises just eat orders heavily Weird black/brown stuff round the rim of my cup This franchise is a joke, do better.

The floor was very dirty and sticky, as if it hadn’t been cleaned or mopped for hours. I saw the staff coming in and out of the kitchen area, taking dirt and germs on their shoes into the food processing area. Absolutely not hygienic and against food standards.

45 minutes wait for breakfast with no acknowledgement or apology. Chaos. Needless to say, food was stone cold once available.

Refusing the give a refund for a cancelled order. The guy I spoke to on the phone gave me wrong information and then wouldn't answer the phone again. The second guy, apparently "Logan", spoke to the other employee where I could still here them taking the piss out of customers. I'm reporting him - don't trust the staff at Corstorphine, they're useless.

Garbage, constant cold food, missing items spilt coffee. Its always been this way unfortunately.

Hi me+my daughter+some friends go to MacDonald's every Saturday afternoon after gymnastics it was good to start with the food?But now the food getting really crap+bad The chips 🍟 are cold+sometime burnt some with the 🍔 chicken burgers are very cold?so are the happy meal too+The Hot chocolate is cold+taste like dishwash? we have had to start complete every week or take it back to get fresh food not good?I would give it a 3 out of 10 points right? Made me wait 10 minutes for 2 burgers. Brought them out to me and they were stone cold. No even a slight bit of heat to them. Obviously I send them back. Waited another ten minutes. It was great i been to this place a lot of times or maybe for 1-2 years food is great love it!

Stumbled into this dining establishment, was greeted by a lovely young lad called Rhys T . He helped me pick a meal for me and my four kids, it was the best meal I have ever had! Kindly explained the rewards points to us but I don’t believe in fast food.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the holiday houses. The breakfast is a must have. The house was exceptionally well maintained and owners were most accommodating. We will go back.

Sometimes only a late night burger will cut it, so a visit after the pub is always nice. This is the usual McD's venue and the burger sare what the burgers are. Not a particular fault of this place, but the pictures of the burgers always look bigger and better that what you get, I suspect dodgy advertising.

Chemical food and nasty taste disgusting! Just on the entrance smells bad
