You get mostly what u pay for ! Sometimes you have in tell the staff exactly how to do thier jobs! & this is a Fact still got cold caramel crispy desserts after complaining about them being stone cold! Even the replacements were cold with no explainiton.... Strange staff. Sorry i'm being generous with stars. Hopefully they correct this in due course seeing as the package does have a warning caution contains very hot food!!!

Stopped in for milkshakes on a hot day and surprise surprise, machines are off. Seems to be when it's hot amd there not able to let them sit that they are switched off. Poor show

Update (the shift manager name REECE. What a joke this guy is. So arugent rude disrespectful and mean he becomes while talking to delivery staff. When ever this guy is running the shift, he cheats the stats so much that all the orders are marked completed but hardly there is any ready to take. And even they are ready he never hands them over to drivers. Instead asks them to wait more without any reason. This guy is the worst performer. Please mcdonald have some mercy on yourself and get rid of this manager) The customer services the employees provide to delivery partners is pathetic. They mark the order as ready to collect but bardly they bother to give it to the driver. They hardly look at them as if they dont even exist. All the staff from top to bottom needs proper customer service training. Remember these delivery partner drivers make ur salary. Treat them with respect if you want respect in return. I know my review wont be read by the management but i would like to write my true feelings about them.

Food is absolutely rotten and there’s always things missing from my order when I receive it. In my last order, I got 4 nuggets instead of 6? Does this store lack basic mathematics skills? There was also a mayo chicken missing from the SAME order. After getting through to them, I’m told the order had nothing to do with them after it’s taken by the courier and it is then Uber Eats problem, just WOW! So I didn’t even bother arguing and hung up. I stopped ordering from here for a while to give the store time to develop some brain cells and then I ordered again today. I’ve received the meal and yet again, there’s things missing! But at least this time there was 6 nuggets with the 6 Chicken Nugget meal, so there’s an improvement! But the McChicken Sandwich meal was missing the main man himself, the McChicken Sandwich! I’m not even going to bother calling this store about it because I’d rather talk to people that don’t share 3 braincells between each other. Other than that, do not order from here!

The drive thru has been a nitemare the last month or so... food never ready. Service is very slow and it's a bonus if you get hot porridge. Too many daft wee kids running the place. Very bad service #Edit# Noticed a couple o new faces the last couple of weeks, possibly a couple of supervisors. If so, the drive thru is much quicker... food is hot and fresh. Well done to the new staff for changing things around

It's always good to find a Mac Donalds on a trip, it gets you out of trouble at any time. It was clean, had security at the door and caught us close to the hotel.

Drive through only. Sat in my car to eat a burger and drink a milk shake. Average quality burger came as expected.

Chips usually not hot enough and are not crispy. Ask for no pickles and you usually get them some staff uniforms could do with a wash. Ask for no ice your sure to get ice

Popped in waiting for flight to arrive. Thoroughly enjoyed a wee snack n coffee. Attentive staff. Quick service. Good atmosphere even at 23:00 👍🏻.

Truly hell on earth. Disney dads seeing their kids every other weekend, unable to parent them and leaving their kids' mess for the staff to clear. Antisocial behaviour - thuggish teens hanging around and cycling on the walkways outside, nearly bashed into me. Just Eat etc orders prioritised over customers instore. No burger is worth this.

the management needs to get their act together my order got put on the same counter as 3 really dirty delivery drivers bags disgusting.yous need to tell the delivery guys to stop putting their bags on the counter.not long till cross contamination happens.wake up and see what's going on😡

Ordered through a delivery service. Food came wrong, missing an Item. called up to figure it out, guy told me bear with me 2 minutes then hung up. When I called back heard someone shouting expletives behind the polite guy who picked up again. I understand they were closing but come on guys

This kind of restaurants should be banned. Fast food is poison. Is unhealthy. Obesity is one of the biggest problems in our society.

Contact number is wrong , no one is picking up the call. Shift runners are not good on greeting the customer it’s my personal experience I faced.

Picked up teen from night out and headed to Corstorphine drive thru for a quick bite to eat. Ordered a filet o fish for myself which was stale and the consistency of cardboard so went back round to get a fresh one in exchange. Girl at till was very polite and apologetic and told me to go to the main window to collect my replacement. Had to explain again to the girl there that I was after a fresh filet after she tried to hand me the car behind’s order. She didn’t look best pleased that I was asking for it to be changed. Waited a couple of minutes and was handed what felt like a hot, fresh order. No apology. Parked up to eat it and was greeted by not cardboard this time but something that resembled a carpet sample. Rock hard and inedible. Teen was embarrassed enough so I didn’t go round again and it was unceremoniously binned. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this branch again as it’s not the first time I’ve been served sub standard food almost 2 hours before closing. There’s no excuse for that really. Not cool guys, not cool…

Another junk food place, nothing amazing but if you are in a pinch at 2am for some food then its great.

Not really one for fast food but I do like the occasional McPlant burger when out and about.

Used to go there at least once a week but today my kid had an unpleasant experience. He went there with his girlfriend they're both 14 yo. After they ordered the security guy came and told them they are not allowed to eat in there just because they have a new rule not to allow U16s to eat inside after 5 pm. So they ended up having to eat in a nearby park on a bench which is pretty annoying since they hadn't done anything wrong. Maybe this branch should put a note on the window to let people know about their rules

The prices in McDonald makes it so easy for even young adults to be able to eat there without breaking the bank. You know the saying "you get what you pay for^ well even though the prices are less, it still tastes good especially the chicken nuggets. I always go for the 20 pieces at the rate of £4.99.

Not the best McDonald's I have had. Chips not particularly hot. Music really loud in the toilets for some reason. Tables semi clean .

Very fast service and helpful people

Food was cold and missing a burger. When I got home I called them and their attitude was awful. Really disappointed.

Soggy, undercooked hash brown, made to wait and park up and it was only for a sausage and egg McMuffin. Took over ten minutes, not sure what they're doing in there but they need more training.

Ordered via just eat and alot of the time there is always items missing from the order. Not ideal when ordering meals for kids and its the kids meal that doesn't arrive. Beginning to think the staff can't read.

Nightmare at lunch time. Tonnes of kids from local high schools come and they are all extremely foul mouthed.

Same as most McDonald's stores, burgers are rushed together (patty is falling out of the bun and thrown into a box). A bit more attention to detail would be better.

This McDonald's was once good but over the last couple of years it has become one of the worst places I've ever eaten. Don't bother ordering online as the food is always cold & there is missing items every single time over the last year. Tried the drive thru instead only to be given cold food again & I'm not expecting it to look like the pictures but seriously a small effort as it was all just chucked into the boxes in a mess. I wouldn't even eat in the "restaurant" either as every time I'm in there's little neds messing about acting like there hard as nails. Avoid

I was with my friend and we needed a drink I had 1 pound and 16p on my card it kept declining and the man gave me thee drink for fre with a smile knowing he made someone's day and without a hasel 😊

Only ever use the drive thur. Service is friendly and food is always fresh.

The got my order right for once

Somehow the fries tasted terrible, like they were cooked in old oil. Burger was sloppy in assembly.

absolute dug meat . ordered through the app for the food to arrive cold. called up the support team that deal with the app for them to tell me that they can't do anything about it . will not be reordering from this place again , avoid from getting a delivery from here as it will arrive cold

This McDonald's restaurant in Edinburgh certainly has the worst hygiene of all the restaurants, the bathrooms are horrible, you can't even use them.

Personnel très désagréable. Nous sommes venus à 0h40 pour commander à Monsieur nous indique qu’il n’est pas possible car les cuisines sont fermés ce que nous comprenons. Ensuite, nous nous dirigeons au drive et le manager nous dis qu’il est impossible de commander sans nous donner la moindre informations concernant les commandes via application tél que just eat. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.

Le manager zéro nous avons fait 15 minute de marche pour ne pas nous servir hors le restaurant était ouvert de plus il nous a pas indiqué que l’on pouvait commander sur une application et ils et très irrespectueux

Service quick, food tasted good but they got my order wrong by giving me a single cheese burger meal despite ordering and paying for a double cheese burger meal. It was a takeaway and i didn't notice until i got back home.

Always a popular place to visit coming from an island home. Waverly and Corstorphine branches were just perfect for what we needed.

It was more of a hang out for the kids causing trouble than a McDonald's Restaurant. The fries were cold and soggy. The wrap was poorly constructed but warm. Service was quick but the person who gave me my order didn't say a word.

Worst Hot chocolate coffee I have returned it three times they give only hot water in cups

Waited 20 minutes for a take out order after it said it was ready for collection only to find it had been put to drive tru, and it was cold by then. There was also a queue on the way in because apparently they were waiting on fries?!. Too many young staff and no organisation. (This was a Friday evening around 9pm)

Fries and drinks were fine. But they messed up my order of a double quarter burger that was supposed to have cheese on it. But had pickles on it which was a disappointment. How can staff mess up as something as simple as just a burger plain cheese? Sometimes they don't put cheese on them at all. It's frustrating really. What is the point if staff can't take simple basic instructions?

Went in at 11.40pm ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese one as a meal one as a burger plus extra fries, the order screen asked sitting in or takeaway, got to the till, was given food, and told , you'll have to take it out, we are closing. I ate it in because that is what the screen offered. The burgers were cold, one was cut in half on the bun, fries pale white, and lukewarm. Oh yes, unhelpful staff.

The manager "working" 8th December 2022 on the night shift named Nathan was the worst, least experienced and unprofessional manager I have talked to trying to resolve an issue that could have been easily solved if Nathan put aside his willingness to win an argument like a child still learning to manage its emotions. This "manager" has refused to make orders for customers whenever he feels like not working. This is really disturbing and quiet surprising that he's got away doing this and treating customers and couriers with absolute disrespect. He needs to be replaced or let go so someone else who actually has a willingness and desire to work and most importantly treat people with respect can get an opportunity to make him/her self become recognized in the industry t of further their carrer. It would be the best interest of the company and reputation if Nathan is replaced or goes through a disciplinary and/or retrained for his position.

£37 order . Received 2 kids meal , 2 fries 1/2 lemonade and a full coke poured over the fries . Non caring attitude from McDonald’s staff . No refund and no re order offered . McDonald’s blame delivery driver . Unacceptable for McDonald’s not to take responsibility. Disgracefully poor service .

I just bought a Spanish spicy stack medium meal and it was terrible there was no sauce on it and it was very dry like eating cardboard I definitely won’t be going back there it’s a disgrace ther is a sign on the window saying that there is a shortage of some thing but you don’t see that untill after you have payed so the manager must know what he is short of and inform the customer ther is no excuse

ordered a burger with NO mustard as I am allergic, they seem to have put a lot of mustard on my burger. lucky I checked!!!

I literally only live a 5 minute drive away. 15 walk but I was watching football looking forward to my bigmac meal and sides. After the driver received my order it took 45 minutes because he took to many deliveries at once….what a donkey. The driver turns up with just a cup of juice. To which he said the staff said this was right. I left the juice at the door and got a full refund.. to this day I have never received the right order from this McDonald’s. Any where else in Corstorphine is better.
