Friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. Visited twice on this trip and have been before. The staff are so friendly and lovely that I had to write a review. Was surprised it only had 2 stars, perhaps they have had a change of management now.

Used to love a Starbucks cappucinno and hadn't visitied one in almost 15 months but dropped in past Blackburn one the other day. Had a medium cappucinno which was now a shocking £3.60 and it was awful and not what i remembered it to be. I often get a cappucinno from my local Greggs and it is just as good if not better and a fraction of the price. If you want really good coffee then go to an independent and you will be shocked as to how good they are compared to this mainstream dishwater!!

My daughter and I went in for a coffee and hot chocolate this afternoon around 4:30pm and the service we received was utterly disgraceful ! We didn’t get asked what size of cup or if we were sitting in when it was obvious we were in to sit and enjoy a coffee . The girl serving looked like she couldn’t be bothered or wanted to be there . We were given our drinks in takeaway cups and also given the largest drinks available . I never noticed whilst paying as i knew it wasn’t exactly the cheapest of coffee places but expected much much better than we actually got . My daughters chocolate was not mixed properly and was very powdery and my latte was utterly awful as for the cakes well I had millionaires shortcake and on that the base just fell to bits and off in chunks when biting in to it . I won’t be back in a very long time and instead would rather give a local shop my business between the attitude of the staff and their lack of interest to clean the place when we were in with cups left on tables for 15/20 mins we were in and still there when we left !

Really slow service particularly as the place was almost empty. No idea on how to deal with customers when things go wrong

Came here Sunday morning. Good service. Good coffee. Prices are ok. Free WiFi. Plenty of parking, and dog friendly. Would recommend.

Purchased a sausage roll on Tuesday 26 May. Frankly, two bits of dry roll with three sad looking, and I have to say cheap tasting, cardboard textured skinny sausages simply thrown carelessly in between. Took one bite and had to bin it. My advice, if this is the best they can do food wise is to avoid it. I won't be buying food here again.

Saw a couple of reviews on here and wondered if they were talking about the right takeaway! Have used for many years and doubt if we’ve ever had a bad meal. I have no reservations in recommending Szechuan - just away to order now!

We stopped here for a quick lunch, facilities clean, food well prepared and staff very friendly. Big Mac was great and fries were fresh out of the fryer.

Ordered Chicken Madras and Mushroom Pilau Rice with mixed Pakoras to start. £25. Had better microwave meals from the supermarket. Quite tasteless for a Madras and only 6 small pieces of chicken. Rice contained and leaked water as if microwaved from frozen. The Pakoras were hiding under some lettuce and over cooked.
