Mcdonald's Restaurants in Glasgow City

I order £20 worth of food. I only got two drinks, one coke that I did not order and a bottle of juice. I drove to McDonald's and asked for my oder to be prepared. The so called manager, Colin, told me I was not getting any food and when I said I wanted to put a complaint and I asked him for his surname he said he was not giving me his surname. This place should be shut down and Colin, if that is even his real name, should be fired. I will not be getting any food from this place again. No work ethics. Unprofessional and unreliable team. These people should not be serving the public.

I don’t understand how hard it is to get a delivery order right. Every time we order you forget the dips that come with mozzarella dippers also forgotten drinks I could go on and on staff clearly need training on packing delivery’s it’s everytime

Wow the staff here are on the ball and taking pride and care in food preparation. Ordered a Big Mac meal first on in ages and when I opened the box, was delighted to find a really well put together burger, well done, that good heading back to the drive in for Breakfast 👍👍 today

This McDonalds constantly forgets or leaves items out of orders. Specifically the breakfast, often not including cheese and missing hash browns. Use the Kilmarnock McDonalds before work a few time and the difference is shocking, they’ve never missed an item and food is generally hotter. I don’t really understand how you can miss items that have been paid for .. so regularly.

Before the pandemic I used to use this McDonald's a few times so this was my first visit since then. First thing to notice was enjoy hand sanitizer machines by the door. Food itself was warm but could be warmer and service was slow. Not really going to rush back based on this .

This is the ninth time I have had missing items from my orders, not only was it 30 mInutes later than time slot given, but it seems this place never checks outgoing orders before giving them to delivery drivers. On a previous occasion, with missing items, I had enough and immediately drove to restaurant and spoke to duty manager that I was getting hacked off about poor service and lack of quality control. Manager didn't seem concerned at all, I plan to escalate this upwards to franchisee and McDonalds UK head office, as locally it has never improved. Two words sum up this place CRAP SERVICE

I order a Large Plain Triple Cheeseburger meal, and 6 chicken nuggets. Times before I've came via drive-thru and the service was bad and they got my order wrong, I came via sit-in and the service was good and they got my order correct. Overall Mcdonald's is still really good, even if the service can be bad at times and they can get your order wrong, it's still really good.

Avoid, food is always cold and inedible, go elsewhere or ur wasting ur money Food tastes like it has been left in they food heater containers for far too long.

went through the drive through to get a chicken nugget happy meal for my grandson and you could pinch the bag of chips more than half way across that how little chips there were and they only gave 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4. driving through I can see them putting in the order they always dump the chips in and stand and wait for the nuggets. A number of times i have said to change the chip as the have been sitting in the box for a number of minutes, which they do I usually order a salad roll, A bun with cheese ,tomato and lettuce, and have has just a burger , or just a slice of cheese, and a bun with tomato and lettuce the staff need to read the order they no longer give you the receipt going through the drive through and they never answer their phone any more I sometimes take the order back and get it replaced but when its for grandkids the just dont understand you are taking their food away to get more. The service is worse since covid restrictions have been lifted they have more staff working on orders for delivery than serving customers or Drive through

I usually order through Uber eats for this location. Hey n five occasions in the last month they have failed to include the ordered dips with the chicken selects. The orders have also been cold and late I’m delivery.

As many have pointed out already, the customer service is poor and that is true. Positives were that quick service (for McDonald's that's a given), "tasty" food

We ordered and got no food delivered only drinks we didn't order and then can't contact the store in any way, no answer or response. Pick another franchise

Just poor customer service, they make you feel like a nuisance for daring to bother them with your order.

Not sure what her name is but the female manager who served me was very unprofessional. After waiting roughy 10mins to be served she eventually made her way to the front, (I was the only person there) with no apology for waiting. Whilst placing my order I asked for a milkshake and she replied: "We don't have any milkshake..." and then just staired at me, making the entire situation awkward. Didn't apologize for the lack of milkshake or offer an alternative it anything. I then asked if there was anything else they had instead and she just replied: "Yeah what you want?" and basically gave off the impression that I was bothering her buy having the audacity to be a customer. Very poor customer service.

While I like the child and family friendly aspects of the new layout, I really do not like the new touch screen ordering system. It is clumsy and cumbersome. A bit of a shame because the young serving team have always been very good with us and our toddler son. While his happy meal was piping hot (and had good toys and puzzles), our Big Mac and McChicken meals arrived separately and tasted a little lukewarm. Management needs to consider getting the balance right between drive-in and walk-in customers in order to improve service.

If you are in this area Mcdonalds , is a pleasant place to sit down have a coffee and a muffin ,whilst recharging the batteries preparing for a further episode of retail therapy

En la primera impresión al entrar al restaurante McDonald's en Crow Road Glasgow noté que la música era muy ruidosa. Espere un momento para hacer un pedido y luego otros 10 minutos sin respuesta del personal con respecto a las actualizaciones de dónde estaban los productos cuando lo hice. recibir mi pie es muy grasiento y frío. Le devolví la mitad al restaurante, no me reemplazaron, pero me cobraron el precio completo, así que no volveré. El personal fue muy antipático, no creo que se lo recomiende a nadie.

Todos sabemos que McDonald's en América del Norte es muy rápido y el servicio es excelente, mientras que en el REINO UNIDO, que ha perdido algunas de sus objetivos y principios. Pero este se lleva la palma. Pedimos en la pantallas táctiles y eran el número 53, pero todos los pedidos hasta 60 fueron entregados antes de la nuestra! Y luego se olvidaron parte de la orden, y tuve que volver al mostrador! Había perdido mi apetito después de todo eso. Por favor, trae la actitud para servicio al cliente.

Excellent visit. Quick, friendly service. Food was hot and tasty! Though busy, it was clean and tidy and warm. No complaints!

No estoy seguro de que el menú de ahorro va a ahorrar nada. Sí claro, puedes bulf para una pequeña cantidad de dinero, pero no estoy seguro de su cuerpo le agradecerá por ella en el largo plazo. Me mantengo entrar a ellos, aunque sólo para que "solución rápida".

Speedy and easy service with the table service option. Very quick and good prices, should implement in all branches

There was a good choice of food including children's meals. Th staff were helppful and prices were very competitive

Open from very early until late. There is a very tight drive through. There is no surprise in terms of the menu. It could be much cleaner.

Always nice from this branch. Never mess the order up and always fresh, prefer this mcDonalds to most of them in Glasgow.
