Mcdonald's Restaurants in Fife

Today I went to the drive thru in Kirkcaldy and ordered a plain mayo chicken, medium fries and an oasis for my daughter I sat at the window for 10minutes to be handed the wrong order so handed it back I was then asked to park up !! So I sat and I sat and I sat cars were pulling up after me and being handed their orders people were also walking in ordering and walking out with it so after sitting for another 30minutes I went in to the shop only to be told they had forgotten my order and got a oh sorry I asked to speak to a manager an assistant manager appeared with a face like thunder oh sorry here is your order like really !?! 40 minutes and a oh sorry absolutely disgusting?!? No customer services skills at all I took my daughters food and walked out and then phoned the shop when I got home to complain further and was met by another rude manager called David I’m sure yes you had to wait 40 minutes what do you want me to do was his reply more appalling behaviour from someone with no customer services experience again we will never be back to McDonald’s Kirkcaldy retail park again !!!! Not to mention the meal that took 40minutes to make was freezing the fries all soggy and it went in the bin disgusting!!! Suppose to be a fast food restaurant don’t make me laugh avoid people !!!

No point in going, never get the order right n you’re lucky if you get your order when ordering on just eat. Just a joke of a branch n not worth your time.

Worst customer experience ever.server delivered my meal and walked away. I followed him to tell him I was missing my drink. I received the reply "well tell someone else as I'm on my break". Really! Even though it's your fault! Pathetic!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE! Myself and my family ordered from ASDA McDonalds Kirkcaldy, order was status - DELIVERED- food hadn’t arrived, I called up ASDA MCDONALDS to ask where my delivery was to be told ... “ sir not our problem if your food hasn’t arrived go somewhere else if you are not happy you can’t have a refund of us” Very rude staff and they continued to laugh and joke with other staff member while I was on the phone. No refund as of yet, robbed out of money, the delivery drivers help themselves to the food that customers have pre- paid, staff at McDonalds don’t care they think it’s hilarious

Just fancied a quick snack after shopping. Did the order on the touchscreens, then we waited & waited. Plenty of delivery orders went out. Even ones not on the waiting screen. Anyways. After about 20 minutes for two double cheeseburgers. Went straight to the car, to find the food was completely cold. Also been over served with onions, which made the bun soggy. Complete was of time & money…,

We only wanted a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich but they were too busy attending to delivery drivers and ignoring customers! we were sat just behind someone who appeared to be the manager but he was on his tea break and totally disinterested on what was happening!

If you are planning to go to the restaurant.. forget it, it seems like delivery gets priority. I waited 15 minutes on my order, eventually I had to ask for my money back. About six delivery drivers marching about with no masks demanding to get their order quicker. I know McDonalds won't miss my custom, but I have had my say.

At 6pm, we ordered an Uber Eats delivery from here..... we live 3 mins away (the housing estate across the road). At 7pm, after 2 different delivery people were apparently "on their way" our order was cancelled with NO reason given! They have our mobile number on the account.... but nothing! The service is terrible..... I gave 1 out of 5 as I couldn't submit a zero!!!

i am still waiting for my food worse service ever they took payment and i still haven't got what i ordered

Was in here on Saturday 22nd February about 10-15 at night the young girl that was serving was excellent but she was trying to do 10 different jobs because there was only her and 2 thru the back shocking management the young girl done brilliantly where was the management to help her

In the area of Kirkcaldy going in to get some quick breakfast. I had never had a McDonald's breakfast item before so I was curious. I looked at what there was available and saw pancakes with syrup that looked pretty nice on the picture. I ordered that and the staff were nice enough at the front. So then I waited, and I waited, and I waited and noticed all these people getting their meals before mine so I thought to myself these pancakes better be good but I waited AT LEAST 10 minutes noticing a lot of people getting orders before me and all the online orders which frustrated me a bit. And when I finally got my pancakes I was so pleased, but when I opened them up they were just 3 basic generic pancakes the ones you could probably get out of Asda yourself for £1 but instead of 3 you get 6 in that packet. I mean they tasted fair but too generic and basic with just some sauce with them. Disappointed a lot as I expected big things with a big wait. Never Get fooled by pictures.

Always people queuing due to slow service. Lack of attention to preparation of food e.g. no filling in a mcflurry and small amount on top-none mixed through. Coffee not as hot as it use to be. Plenty of staff behind counter but don't work as team, drinks and food sit on wire shelves and not served. Screen displaying order being prepped/ready is out of sync with reality.

The only reason for me taking one star off this review is the limitations on choice as this is only a small McDonald's however the service was quick and I got what I wanted nice and hot, not bad for a wee lunch

Waited for over 15 minutes for a simple order of 2 hamburgers. Watched about a dozen people after me get served their food. After 10 minutes asked why the delay, answer we are waiting for hamburgers ! The 2 so called management were too busy to deal with me as the online orders are more important, every time burgers appeared in the servery the were snapped up for online orders. By 15 minutes of waiting no apology or refund so walked out. You owe me and I will be back. Absolute joke, fast food at a snails pace

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and I was served by friendly staff who fulfilled my order quickly. I was happy with the quality of my chips, cooked well and crispy. Although it is just one of many McDonalds I have visited, I was pleased with the quality of the this McDonalds today.

Came in today for chips and a caramel frappe all were the good usual standard. Last few times slow service just for chips but today was in quite fast in and out Good chips good frappe and some very good service.

I’m a creature of habit and that means I order 20 chicken nuggets every time. I visited this Macdonald’s two days in a row.I should have been suspicious when the nuggets both times were served within a minute. Unfortunately, on both days the chicken nuggets were just slightly warm and clearly stale. Once can be classed as an accident but twice means it is an ongoing process or management issue.Get it sorted please.

very busy and the service is not good the new machine system doesn't help most people get confused. I wouldn't go back as there is no room there and people queue for a table

We had visited asda for shopping and got a bite to eat here. We ordered a chicken tasty meal and a cheese quarter pounder. Both meals came out to the table quickly but I found my roll to be a bit dry which caused it to fall apart and both meals could of been a bit warmer. The servers were polite, prompt and well presented.

Can be very busy at lunch time parking and service can be slow. Meals not always hot. Busy during school holidays

Visited today for some chips, nothing bad but also nothing special, staff were nice and I didn't have to wait too long. Chips were very nice, warm and crispy. I would visit again.

Dashed in last Sunday to grab quick lunch before football! Ordered 3 quarter pounders & a kids Happy Meal. Had to wait a little for 1/4 Pounders so took that as a good sign for freshness and quality...sadly i was wrong!

This establishment is situated inside Asda Kirkcaldy. Its a nice place to get a latte for the journey home after doing your shopping or getting a latte whilst some-one else does your shopping. It does get very busy though at dinnertime as the school children from the High School across the road use it and at the weekends when most people do their shop. The food is standard McDonalds.

Decided to treat ourselves to quick McDs as girlfriend working the nightshift on a Sunday night.

Been here a few times usually for chips for my lunch, although you sometimes have to wait about 5 minutes even with no queue. Today asked for a milkshake, machine was broken.

Stopped in for a snack. Had a large quarter pound cheeseburger, fries and a large strawberry milkshake which were fine.Cooked to order and hot, short queue so in and out fast.No issues or complaints with this visit.

Went here for a rare visit last week , que was out the door so used the new ordering machine , worked a treat got served quickly despite the big queue . Food decent just your usual McDonald's fare .

Handy being able to drop in late for a drink. Usually have a coffee, but sometimes go for a milkshake. Normally good. If you get a coffee they are normally nuclear, so don't burn yourself!!!Reasonable food when you're on the go and they're getting better at getting the order right. At peak times as you'd imagine it's mobbed. Car park can be a challenge too, doesn't help that the neds like to hang out there is their go faster cars.

It was great to pop in here on a winter's day and be met with a warm welcome from friendly staff.We had the Chicken Legend with crispy lettuce and mayonnaise and a large Cheeseburger,both in a delicious warm bun and complemented by chips and coffees.The tables were kept spotless and the toilets were clean.

Dropped into Mcdonalds in Asda ,small service area but friendly staff took our order adn brought it to our table which saves a lot of customers crowding about . Tables were clean and staff were quickly clearing tables that had been vacated. Decor could do with an update but Hey we got what we came for .I had the chicken legend with spicy mayo

As Macdonald go this is a good one.Small but always hot and nice staff.Well patronised and kids are always happy there and no complaints of them.

Nosotros usamos esta Mc Donald's cuando estamos haciendo nuestra tienda semanal. No tiene un menú completo pero es sólo un pequeño restaurante. El personal es generalmente amable y han sido bien a mis hijos. Yo volvería de nuevo y le aconsejo a nadie más que hacer lo mismo!

Este McDonalds regularmente . Es una buena ubicación ya que se encuentra situado a Asda, muy práctico para comer algo para comer para los niños después de hacer las compras. El servicio es siempre rápido ( excepto cuando las escuelas están en el almuerzo entonces no suelen tener un esperar más largo). El personal es amable y si hay alguna vez ha sido un problema, como las patatas fritas frías ) han sido lo suficientemente rápido para reemplazar ellos . Así que, en general, recomiendo mucho

Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe from mcdonalds in asda and received a very small burger in the quarter pounder bun. (resembled size shape of a kids happy meal burger).Assuming this was just a mistake I returned it to a shrugging employee and was told to wait for another which I did, guess what same burger size again! I've had this burger before so I know the size it should be but it seems the employees in asdas mcdonalds know best! I'm not expecting 5 star cuisine as it is after all a fast food burger joint but surely paying 5 times the price of a wee burger for a wee burger in a different bun is taking the Mickey! My advice go to the mcdonalds at the retail park at least they know their burger weights etc and they can actually talk not grunt!
