Pizza Hut in Fife

Not happy as the restaurant wasn't busy and the staff pretty much blanked us twice for tables that were finished after we were done not impressed

ETA - Another brilliant visit. Service good friendly staff who were rushed off their feet. Food piping hot when it was put out (buffet) always go back for more. Brilliant visit. Food amazing, service good, not too busy or noisy for my Family. The food arrived piping hot and perfect. The kids had crayons and paper to entertain them whilst we waited for the food. The ice cream factory was good our little ones loved it. One of the best pizza hut restaurants.

Hadn't been to Pizza Hut for years, but decided to try it again, as my son loves pizza and it was his Birthday. It was a Monday night and the restaurant was pretty quiet, we were one of about 3 tables in and it was early evening. Food was great and didn't take long to arrive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Salad bar was good, along with bottomless drinks. Probably won't leave it as long before coming back again. Thanks again!

Fantastic! Took my gluten allergy seriously. Lady server listened to my needs and accommodated perfectly. Only 4* as the gluten free pizza was very expensive and was small in comparison to a regular pizza.

No pizza 🙈 Went at ten past 8 on a Tuesday and they had run out of pizza because it was "busy for a Tuesday"! How does Pizza Hut run out of pizza??? I actually thought the guy was joking but he wasn't.

Love there pizza, good choice for adults and kids. Unlimited salad bar, unlimited juice, choice of deserts.

Far too much base sauce, particularly after asking for minimum in the notes ! Disappointed .

Visited with my daughter after going to the cinema and we both had a great time. Super friendly staff and refill for salad, ice cream and drinks is a nice touch. My daughter loved the crayons and colouring book as well

I just got a 4 topping pizza including 3 xs triple cheese and yet half the pizza has no topping!!! Got photo for proof. This isn't the first time also

The staff were helpful and working hard. However the corporation pricing of almost £18 for a 9” plain pizza is egregiously overpriced. A few wee burnt pepperonis on some bread and smattering of melted cheese? I can get a steak for that price.

Came in quite late. The food was excellent from the cook and our waiter Sarah was the one of the most friendly and heartwarming people I have met.

Pizza hut, so why has it not improved, not going to rush back. Sorry it's not worth it.

Lovely staff and a really nice layout. It was quiet when we went in so the atmosphere was perfect for us and the music wasn't overly loud so we could talk. Great quality pizza and lovely fresh dessert - but the salad bar doesn't have a lot of options and it's very very expensive for what it is.

Asked for very light tomato sauce as usual but notes ignored tonight & pizza was covered in it ruined the pizza to be honest

Food was okay wasn’t nothing special quite overpriced for something that looks like a £1.99 Iceland pizza with extra toppings. The pizza’s were quite dry and mine wasn’t cooked the best could have done in the oven a bit longer. I got rolo cookie dough for desert and that was really nice the lady who showed us to our table was lovely and good with kids as I had my 2 year old with us.

Not worth it. We weren't allowed to sit next to the window because it's reserved for VIP even though there were no customers there. Had to sit on a tiny table. £45 for 2 pizzas that were no better quality than the £2 pizzas you can buy from Tesco and they had the cheek to ask for a tip at the end. Never again.

completely wrong food. Ordered meat feast and was given pepperoni. Ordered chips and was given some triangle things and ordered cookie dough and they didn't even bother to replace that with something else...it just didn't arrive. Food was cold. Worst just eat experience I've had from a restaurant

Food arrived quickly and hot. Everything tasted fine, but the "cup and crisp" pepperoni was just regular pepperoni hidden under the cheese, so not worth paying the extra for.

The service was so fantastic I had to leave a review as a way to say thank you. We were instantly greeted by a friendly server who was brilliant with the kids. When a cup of juice was knocked over, the staff quickly helped move us to another table, they offered us left overs from the buffet and the salad bar was topped up frequently. The staff were so good and really made us feel happy to go back soon.

Food took 1 hour 40mins to arrive was really late unfortunately food was freezing as driver took a detour through another town pizza looks lovely but will have to be reheat in oven

Everything in the restaurant feels dirty and greasy poor cleaning could be seen everywhere. Not a place I would visit again.

What a dismal, soul-destroying place this is. Completely charmless cafeteria with food to match - except you won't be paying cafeteria prices. I know it's aimed at kids but even they didn't like it.

The food was hot and fresh, the kids loved it but it's a bit pricey.

Bought meal for 2. Everything tasted great, veggie pizza, new hot honey sauce on chicken and we got to take away dessert as we were full. Really enjoyed it and service prompt and easy, friendly staff

Was very quick & effortless. Ordered using the QR code at the table. Didn't have to wait long for our pizzas to arrive at the table. Waited for the coffee, but the young man came to explain that he was learning & made a good effort with the cappuccino up until the last bit. Which was nice for him to do so. Over all a lovely meal & good service.

I was in with my grandson on Sunday and was served by Cameron who was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Not being very savvy tech wise he helped with our order and could not do enough for us which made the whole experience a very positive one. Thank you

Pizza’s were stone cold, like chewing a concoction of cardboard and rubber for the small price of £40. Never again

We took our grand-daughter here recently as we couldn't get a table in her preferred restaurant. Each pizza was almost £17 and was extremely disappointing for that price. I've seen much more filling on a supermarket pizza! £3.99 for a coke, either bottled or unlimited is pretty hefty and £6.29 for a glass of tasteless rose wine was disgusting! Very little choice in wine, too....all in all, a very disappointing experience and we won't be back!

The food was stone cold, it seemed like it was put aside and delivered much later than prepared. We really were looking forward to wee treat as it's always nice hot but not this time. Very disappointed.

Pizza was okay. some toppings has an odd soapy taste that didn't taste like natural meat, delivery driver was rude after not following the request to knock hard so I can hear them. won't be ordering again for a long time.

Very poor, place was dirty food not even average and if I go to sit down in a restaurant I don't want to order from a QR code.

The wrong order was delivered and had to be returned and replaced

Not the pizza I asked for I paid for a pepperoni feast paid extra for the crust and received and veggie pizza with no crusts

I placed my order at 1739hrs with an estimated delivery time of 25 mins. The wrong order eventually turned up at 1915hrs, over 1.5 hrs later. My order was taken to a nearby hotel. During my wait time, the restaurant had no ability to cancel my order as the driver had apparently already collected it (he hadn't). I had to deal with 2 hungry and tired children, who eventually had cereal for tea and went to bed an hour late. This issue was exacerbated by your poor system of reporting a fault.

Stopped off for some food whilst travelling from Edinburgh. The restaurant was dead with only one other customer, so the atmosphere wasn't the best. It's not Pizza Hut's fault, though. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very attentive. Pizzas were OK, but the salad bar was very underwhelming. I'm glad we had a coupon through Blue Light Card. Probably won't be back as there are plenty of other choices at the leisure park.

Super good, hot honey is to die for

Great food, especially for the children. Foh staff were very good, always checking in on me and genuinely seemed interested in me and my family.

The starter buffet is quite limited, the pizzas are good but nothing transcendent either, the atmosphere is old-fashioned, it's not really a favorite but it allows you to eat on a budget of around £20 per person.

It's always the same when the restaurant is a bit busy. More demand than available food. There were little to no buffet pizzas. They would put one or two at a time, which would disappear literally within a minute because of loads of hungry customers waiting for them like hyenas (who wouldn't in that situation). Then you'd have to wait a long time until they'd bring more. You don't do that to someone who's hungry and paying for food. No pizza variety either. Come on. It's Pizza Hut. PIZZA Hut. So when you're hungry and you pay for a pizza buffet, and there are no pizzas... that's a big problem. This was my last visit.

When the food arrived it was way overcooked and cold and some of the edges were burnt and not enjoyable to eat

The food is absolutely freezing! Stone cold, all of it. Driver took over half an hour to arrive after leaving the restaurant. Really not good enough at all. This was for my children’s dinner and it’s now 8’oclock

Food arrived cold and crumpled as the driver had been carrying the pizza upright rather than flat. Side order was missing, driver didn't have it in his bag so just have been left at the restaurant or not made.

£21 for a basic thin base Marguerita pizza, fries and a bottomless drink would have been fine if the topping on the pizza was a bit more substantial. Id say the quality is on par if not less than most supermarket bought pizzas to be honest which are a fraction of the cost. The fries had a spicy taste which I wasn't expecting and the "sprite" was not nice at all as it's obviously some cheap brand so shouldnt be advertised as sprite. I had paid for bottomless drink but was put off by the first one. The food wasn't worth the visit but the staff were very approachable and helpful, though by ordering online using the QR code on the table the staff don't have the hassle of taking orders, just serving them. Won't be rushing back to a pizza hut anytime soon as it's just overpriced for average quality.. sorry

Absolutely delicious. Visited here with my boyfriend tonight for dinner (a saturday night at around 7) we surprisingly got a table straight away. We were asked to order our food via the QR code on the table, which seemed to be a bit of a long process but once it was done it was okay and food got delivered to our table quickly. It is slightly on the expensive side especially just for pizza but it's 100000% worth it. I would give 10 stars if I could 🌟 absolutely amazing, friendly staff and great atmosphere, cannot recommend enough.

After not managing to book this busy restaurant on line, we dropped in on the off chance we could get a table. The restaurant was v busy. Despite how busy they were, the manager was excellent. Acknowledged us waiting, was super professional and polite to us and the busy staff he was managing brilliantly. He was well organised, tasking the staff in a caring and polite way and helping with any task needing done. He managed to get us a table after a short wait. The pizza and other food was delicious and well made. You could see the manager and staff set the tone and the atmosphere in the place benefitted from this. Brilliant service and we had a fantastic experience. Thank you.

Food was good. Ridiculous pricing but yummy none the less.

Asked for double cheese. Was ignored. Food was cold and dissatisfied with it. Could only manage half because it was terrible. There was way too much crust. And yes I could’ve heat it up. But the whole point of a takeaway is because you cba cooking.

Over hour late driver was explaining that he had burst tire that's why he was late , I didn't accept the food driven myself to restaurant for refund which cannot be issued driver never even came back to pizza hut after my order ..

Rude staff, multiple other tables got offered to be served manually and me and my group of friends where told to do it via QR code. Then we where no asked once how was the food etc, however other tables did. Absolutely no smiles from any of the staff especially the young blonde girl who was too busy fixing her eyelashes. We got the deal for 4 people and waited 20 minutes after finishing our food before being approached from the blonde girl to say “are you wanting that brownie in the oven now”. Just a complete and utter joke how we where treated because we where 5 23 year olds compared to older couples who we sat near. Place needs new staff

Poor choice of pizza on the buffet. Veg supreme etc, no one wants that. My 9 year old was mega disappointed. No "interesting" pizzas, he said. Veg, hawaiin, other ones with mushrooms etc. Looked at ordering our own large pizza which was £32.99, absolutely scandalous for one pizza. A drink each would have taken it to nearly 40 quid, and it's not like it's some artisan effort, just basic stuff.

Buffet price is very good value. Salad bar was well stocked. Nice to have bottomless drinks, especially for the kids. Waiters were both caring and looked after us

My order confirmation said between 2040 and 2055, my order arrived after 2115. Food was not hot, warm at best.

Ordered a takeaway in the restaurant, the guy who served us was kind enough to point out an offer which included what we had ordered plus extras for a cheaper price, I appreciated that, he didn’t have to inform us of the offer that we had overlooked on the menu. We did have a 20 minute wait for the order but we were informed of this when we ordered.the food was lovely apart from the garlic bread while was quite dry and flavourless

My girlfriend and I had our very first date here, it was a great night. The staff are generally nice, with some minor exceptions. The food is great and the salad bar is awesome.

First time in a pizza hut in a long time and was rather pleasant. Food was great, service limited as you order online, and it was a bit loud but expected as it's a family restaurant. Very glad they brought the table cheese back

The restaurant closed at 10pm, we arrived on a Thursday evening at 8.45pm and they didn't let us in because they didn't have any staff or because there were no customers they decided to close it early... that's not the way to behave! It's fine that in Scotland you eat early, but if it says until 10pm you can't send people away 1 and 15 minutes before closing! Terrible service! We were disappointed, we had purposely diverted our route so we could eat a pizza with them!

Never going to order Pizza Hut again to be delivered. Every time it comes it takes a long time and is cold. It is then like eating cardboard. The whole point is to get amazing pizza hut pizza. It is very disappointing.
