Ordered just eat order said had been delivered but nothing appeared awful service tried phoning shop and hung up several times very disappointing

Got what I asked for. Staff were great

So you order a delivery but only half of it arrives, absolutely shocking, very angry and they don't even answer the phone.

Roy was really good. He had patience to listen to our specific vegi requirements and add requested ones.

Too busy focusing on just eat orders.. One 'new guy' making queuing customers orders without help.. Literally took ages to get served despite being 3rd in line... Usually first class but not great here...

On ordering £21 worth of food yesterday on just eat, I received no food, yet told me it was delivered!! Disgusting, and I am taking it further than this believe me!! Just disgraceful service!! Never ever will I go near your shop again! People who order from here, BEWARE!!

Staff haven’t a clue what they are doing. Very unorganised. Arguing between themselves infront of customers. Very unprofessional. Jump back in your car and head down to Dalgety bay where you will be treated how you would expect.

So today I went into sub way at Hospital Hill Dunfermline. The wee young girl serving was amazing. A packed shop, multiple orders and she was so so courteous to everyone. She made our complex order to perfection and was unflappable. A very successful person in the making. Well done whoever you are.

Visited today with my daughter. I counted 6 young staff members with 1 serving all others chatting and not acknowledging Customers who are coming in, thrash metal music blaring in the back making it difficult to hear the staff member speaking. I won’t be back probably go to Dalgety Bay where the service is much better.

Worst experience ever! The music was ridiculously loud, the staff were swearing at each other and wiping their noses on their arms. No hygiene standards at all, hair wasn’t tied back so constantly being pushed behind the ear. Not one of them washed their hands and they didn’t look interested or like they wanted to be there. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! One of them put gherkins on a ham sub then realised it was no gherkins so took it off and just put it back. Disgusting!!! As a vegetarian I was disgusted and will never eat there

Is it just me or is subway getting dearer and dearer? Pick staff who can actually work with customers... I have yet to vome accross a happy member of staff or one that even smiles! They are all so grumpy!

The staff get worse in each subway I visit! So miserable and grumpy. Hire staff that provide better customer service! Also, is it just me or has Sunway alot more expensive for what you buy?!

Wow, what an experience that will have me never returning to this particular subway. The guy asks if i want my sub toasted to which i say no,i will have it microwaved. He then proceeded to set it up for the toaster to which i said “ that doesn’t look like a microwave “ The reply was “oh eh a diny ken how to work the microwave “ Absolutely farcical!!

I was having the worst day ever, and they made me smile and feel so much better, they are the kindest, sweetest crew I have the privilege to do business with, food is amazing and so are the crew, well worth the order

Used to love going here but the prices have gone up far too much now - over £8 for a 'foot long' meal deal. And if you have to buy gluten free bread, it's a rip off. The bread is so small - it's certainly not a foot long. The service is now usually very slow as they are making up all the deliveroo orders, so there's a long wait, even if you're the only person in the shop. Don't know if I'll be going back again.

Ordered chicken and bacon and there was no bacon or jalapeños and it was stone cold. Ruined my lunch and pregnancy cravings 😪

Subway never disappoints and you get everything fresh!

Dropped in to pick up lunch 2 x 6 inch chicken Teriyakis as usual superb tiger bread and Italian with herbs also a huge range of toppings . The 2 young girls were friendly and helpful made for a pleasant visit in and out in under 5 mins

I wached them take atleast 15 mins make 3 roles the other day🤣 i patched it , went to m&s and made a sturfry before they even had the fing cheese on the role. 4 staff should be able to churn out sandwiches at 2 a minute

Good place just far too long to wait for a delivery order

I am delivery driver for just eat! Just want to share my experience the staff is very rude to the drivers also I read in the reviews below if something missing from the order they are blaming the drivers it’s really shame.

Ordered via JustEat and had six items missing from my order. Contacted the restaurant who said that "drivers steal from the orders a lot" (despite me not having this experience with any other restaurant on JustEat) and only replaced some of the items and claimed there needed to be an "internal investigation" before they could replace two bottles of juice. The restaurant itself was clearly unclean when I attended with bits of rubbish and detritus sitting in the space between the window and the till. Also they couldn't even get the sub order right (ordered mine with cheese and it came without as shown in pictures) but I never complained about this as it would no doubt require yet another "internal investigation" Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs, if you want a Subway the one at Duloch is the place to go.

It does not matter which Subway you go into the service and standard of the food is exceptional and very reasonable . We were delighted with the choice of breads available and the addons for our choices . The staff are friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking . Tesco and Aldi are behind the shop so you can pick up your tea on the way home

A few changes since we were last at SW.. Salad bowls (plastic) are now boxes (cardboard)... I was skeptical but it didn't get soggy even though we walked home to eat.. Well Done SW. The new condiments of sun-dried tomatos, crispy onions and seeds/nuts were a lovely textural addition to my salad and my wife's sub. Nice....thank you Subway.

Ordered for the 2nd time on Uber Eats. The first time there was stuff missing from my order. Decided to give it a bash again and will now never order from the place again. 2 subs arrived without all of the fillings requested. Bottle of juice did not arrive and a cookie did not arrive. I phoned to advise but was told they couldn’t do anything and to request a refund or come in for them. Kind of defeats the purpose of delivery when you are hungover to have to go in. I was told they were very busy and that’s why orders were getting mixed up. It’s not rocket science to read an order from a screen and to get it right. So one of my kids had to go without her drink and cookie and only got a sub without the cheese she wanted. They really need to train their staff!

There is nothing like a Sub Sandwich fresh bread (choice of 6 breads) out of the oven your choice of fillings cheese on top and toasted ,the meal deals plus a drink are exceptionally good value for money . Friendly and pleasant staff . Full marks to management training . I must say the Sub chain is consistant no matter where you go the quality is outstanding

Lov a subway but dunfermline one extremely bizi when kids are out for lunch don't go near unless u have half hour to spare for the queue.

Food good reasonably priced staff friendly . Got a voucher but not from dumfermline so couldn't use voucher given in other subway stores so handed it back.

I ordered a foot long Italian BMT, the customer service was not bad but when I opened the packaging the sandwich almost slipped out. It was so soggy and slimey. I don’t think that the £4.99 I payed was good value for money considering the state of the sub I received

Waiting 15 mins for a bottle of water to get sent from downstairs is a bloody joke

Good sub loved the pepperoni with the spicy cheese and toasted. perfect lunch for a Thursday. Also got a cookie and a drink cookie was amazing and drink was very refreshing and the sub was superb although the location is pretty terrible

One thing about Subway the level of quality is the same whatever branch you are in . The staff in Hospital Hill are friendly and have your order ready in next to no time . A great boon is the bread straight out of the oven . Prices are set at an enticing level and very often they are queued out the door

Usually go for the salad box, but had a few subs as well for a change. Handy as well, as got some chips from the nearby Chinese to have with it.As always plenty of choice in terms if salad, meat and rolls. Usually park at the rear, as out the deon a bit congested on the road and pavement.If you don't fancy this one, go to the subway in duloch.

First time in this one. Salad and other fillings looked very fresh. Had a subway salad which was nice. Good value for money.No sit in option and tiny store. Parking at rear off St. Andrews street.Try and avoid weekday lunchtimes as will be mobbed with school kids.

I always like to go to subway and this looked a nice place but service was so slow and the staff member didn't look like she wanted to be there at all. I've had to put a 3* because although the food was as good as all other subways I've been to the service was poor! Sorry subway!

Ottimo per mangiare al volo, a me piacciono molto i panini "foot long", da 30 centimetri. Tutto viene preparato al momento, la qualita' e' buona.

Amazing customer service, staff are very friendly and will help you decide what you want. Not like other subways in the area that rush you. Very busy at school lunch hours, I recommend avoiding this subway at that time.

I usually use the Subway in Duloch but as I was in the area I stopped off to grab a bite to eat. The car park is round the back of the store with a barrier which when I the store ordering you're asked if you need a chip coin if you're parked in the car park. There is also a few spaces at the front door also. While inside it was smaller than usual Subways with no seating available as it's a takeaway only. The staff member was very friendly and completed my order perfectly. The price and the quality of the food were top notch. Another great thing is that as this Subway isn't as well known for its location it is rarely busy except for days when the kids are on lunch from the high school in the area. A++

The sign on the front door said open from 7am-8pm, I arrived at 10.40am and the store was locked but the lights were on. Pretty dumb way to run a business if you ask me. I guess Subway have enough profits that they don't need to keep all their stores open at times they state!
