Subway in Fife

Will never use this Subway again. Did an online order and they didn't give me any of the extras I'd requested. Paid of extra cheese and didn't get it. Went in to the sore a couple of weeks ago. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the sandwich was cold. Went back and they offered to reheat it. I asked for a freshly made sandwich and it still wasn't right. Terrible

I ordered a meatball marinara and they ran out of meatballs. Instead of contacting me to let me know and give me a chance to change my order, they substituted the meatballs with chicken slices. They left a note on the receipt with a sad face. Bad form

I ordered over an hour ago it did not come

recieved hash browns instead of chilli bites but rest was fine

Didn’t receive all my order, ordered a submelt, pigs in blankets and a cookie but didn’t get the pigs in blankets. My sub was also stuck to the wrapping and I had to peel most of the bread off so I wasn’t eating paper. Trued to call shop 4 times and no answer. Will order from Duloch next time.

Ordered the meal day, but sub came untoasted with the wrong sauce and the drink,cookie and crisps missing. Got charged for it though. Called but none answered.

Arrived stone cold. Incorrect bread. did not listen to my notes left. did not provide dip purchased. waffle fries, not wallet fries and look like bland hash browns.

Subway has got to be the worst delivery service ever,you never get ANYTHING right & always missing items!!!!

Food arrived wrong . Wrong toppings on two sandwiches , as well as ordering a premium sandwich and it only arriving as tuna . Not worth the money .

driver stopped to do other delivery's or went to the wrong places resulting in food being stone cold by time it arrived.

We got the wrong sandwiches, there were a few items missing from our order. Very disappointing.

I got nothing what I ordered through Uber eats, who are taking forever to respond to my complaint. I’ve tried phoning the restaurant 7 times to absolutely no answer. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this particular chain. It’s heaving with unprofessionalism and a lack of care. All I want is either my food or a full £30 refund

Footlong was not prepped properly, was freezing cold wasn’t toasted and was not even cut in half! Didn’t think it would be hard to toast and cut a subway simple instructions were given

Orderd a summer fruits oasis and got a power ade instead not happy with that, the subway was a bit to tomatoey

delay for 3hrs then said order delivered..but have not revmceived it....extremely annoyed

We gave the instructions to delivery my food by 2:00 pm but u delivered my food by 1:40. I mean you can cearly see the timing right

Ordered at 10:05 and it never came till 12:45, I had somewhere to be so couldn’t even eat it. Extremely disappointed. Phoned to find out how long it would be and got hung up on twice. Very unprofessional. Hash browns were soggy and cold. Salad had hardly any sauce. Bag was soggy at the bottom when delivered.

This is genuinely the worst Subway shop. Nothing is ever right. My sub was missing the peppers and the onions and there was next to no mayo. I paid for double cheese and didn’t get it. Cookie was wrong, juice was wrong and the crisps were wrong. Surely if they’ve run out of certain things they need to update it on the app?

No hash browns delivered on one order and no hash brown and bacon on another order but cannot see a tick box to get refund on these as I paid extra. Very annoying

Got a just eat delivery and was all cold and not toasted like I'd asked for, missing pickle, red onion,lettuce and sauce which I also asked for...paid nearly £7 for a cold steak wrap with nothing on it!. Tried to phone a few times and no answer. Don't understand how orders can get so mucked up when it's right infront of you! Won't be using this shop again!

everything was cold. asked for toasted didn't get toasted. plain steak wrap without the pickles, tomatoes, red onion and lettuce that I asked for and that was also not toasted. tried to phone them a number of times and no answer! won't be using again!

I DIDNT GET MY NACHO CHICKEN BITES

So I paid quite a bit extra for extra fillings. 3 types of cheese, extra steak, lettuce. I got no cheese, half a portion of steak, never mind 2 and no lettuce. I was happy to pay the extra for the extra portions but £11+ for a soggy half filled sandwich is unacceptable and frankly appalling service.

They forgot to put the meatballs and marinara on my meatball marinara sub and don't feel like answering their phone. At least delivery was fast.

Asked for a toasted sandwich for it to come clearly not toasted and looks like it was all just thrown on and chucked out the door kind of disappointed

Ordered new hunters sub to try... came with nothing but lettuce and BBQ sauce...no communication whatsoever. How is this acceptable service? Not the first time an order is wrong from here. Avoid

Nachos were wrong ones, no tub of dip which i paid for. The food was cold because they were in the same bag as the juice.

Tiny store but always has just what you need to fill a sub. Staff are always available and helpful. The store is a bit awkward though as you have to double queue to order. It's a bit claustrophobic but that's more because of how small the store is really. The "order here" sign that hangs from the ceiling is a bit oddly placed... Not sure if the store uses to be laid out differently but it would be worthwhile moving it for the OCD in me.

ordered just after 10 am for it to arrive at or around 11am for my break at work, I also work in hospitality so I needed my break before the restaurant opened but my order didn't arrive till 12 o'clock so I couldn't eat the food I'd orded 2 hours prior!!

Delivery driver did not leave, give me time to get to the door (I am disabled) and left the food dumped on the doorstep making it difficult for me to bend to pick it up. This is disgusting service. However, the food was very good

Absolutely shocking service this time, normally I have no issues with this particular restaurant. Prettt much only half our order arrived and the driver although apologetic was rather unhelpful and said said take it up with subway (how about go back and correct it). Subway passed it right back to just eat saying they don't control the deliveries. YOU do control making the orders though and for more than half to be missing is completely unacceptable. 2 people are without food and the good that did arrive is substandard, sauce over the outside of bread and all over packaging, ingredients missing. Incase our order shows up at bottom of this we received 3 subs only. (Granted the rest was sides but there's 2 autistic people who only eat the sides)

Food arrived on time and delivery driver was friendly.

The food came and was cold especially the nachos which was the part I was most looking forward to. What didn’t help was that on the location on the order I could see the driver going into other streets that were not mine and I have no idea why and this prolonged the time of me getting my food.

The last two times I have ordered from here, they have left two parts of the order out. There is no option to call the restaurant to sort the issue.

Clearly they did not read our order before preparing. 2 missing items, no sauce on the subs, one of the subs that was not meant to be toasted was toasted. Drinks were wrong. The worst subway I've ever had!

I did order a Italian Herbs & Cheese bread but ended up getting plane bread, but everything on the inside was what I asked for so, not all bad =)

This subway consistently makes a mess of the orders. 1 out of 5 items delivered and no substitute for the items that weren’t delivered. Had to request a refund through just eat. The one item that did arrive gave me a good laugh. It was the new chicken pesto sub and they forgot the chicken and sauce so it was just lettuce, red onions and red peppers on an untoasted sub. My meatball footlong was borderline warm, my nachos ended being soggy due to the food taking too long, and the salsa ruined the food and i ordered a Gatorade, but they gave me a paradise punch tango. I am very unhappy with this

Meal deal was missing the cookie and the juice. No substitutions or refunds if my chosen items were out of stock. I paid a lot of money for the deal for to not receive all the items in it! The restaurant called to let me know there was a delay in finding a driver and did ask if I wanted to wait longer or cancel the order. I did choose to wait, but to wait over an hour is still ridiculous
