McDonald's in East Dunbartonshire

Just been to drive through . Lovely cheery girl Sophie at the window . Food piping hot & all items in bad . Lovely MACCYD experience

Tables a riot, boggin, tomato sauce all over the utensils area, staff all carrying on and acting like doing their job is a hassle getting in the way of their playtime. No toilet roll or soap in the toilets, floors soaking wet. Been in for just eat too, staff call out number and immediately dump on a table leaving the driver to try and interrupt the watercooler chats in the back. For real just call the number and wait a couple seconds see if someone comes. McDonald’s are generally bad at dealing with couriers but this restaurant is absolutely hopeless.

It seems very busy but it is a tiny spot with a small car park and tight drive thru. I walked in as I was staying in the hotel next door. I ordered using the machines as no one was at the tills (which is normal nowadays). The machines said no table service available but there were plenty of tables free - albeit not cleaned. The machine didn't print a receipt so when I saw someone receiving their order I quickly asked the staff member for a copy of my receipt. Big mistake.... however I needed one as I was using the company card. I wanted 15minutes before someone could work out how to print me a receipt. I've never experienced anything like it. By this point my food had gone cold and wasn't really very nice at all. Staff need better training

Absolutely god awful little girl offered my boyfriend her number after being repeatedly told he was with his girlfriend, and, not interested. After this i was given a death stare like no other as i collected the drinks from the counter so my boyfriend didn’t have to. I have been given the suspected name of this girl and will be avoiding her like the plague IF we ever come back.

Once again I find myself kicking myself as I said the last time (last week) and the week before that I wouldn’t go back but here I am writing a review due to extremely poor service at McDonalds. Today I ordered 3 breakfast rolls, I ended up with 4 with only one of the breakfast rolls being what I asked for. Unfortunately for me I went via the Drive Thru so I only noticed once I got home. The previous week I ordered 3 breakfast rolls and only got 2 and the week before that I again ordered 3 breakfast rolls and got 3 but not what I had ordered. I can’t believe that 3 weeks running I have had problems with wrong orders with also missing or additional items. It’s either no attention to detail or they just don’t care , either way I won’t be back and this time I’m sticking this it. For anyone thinking of visiting avoid like the plague

Delivery arrived with 4 items missing which McDonald’s refused to resend. All they’ll do is give your items IF YOU COLLECT YOURSELF!! Terrible and cheeky customer service on phone call..

I saw an advert on the TV for the chicken big mac and I was sold on it so I went to McDonalds and ordered one thanks to the great advertising from McDonalds Milngavie.

found the pricing quite good compared to others will defiantly go back , cheap and quick and fills you up

Staff are pretty rude and always seem like you’re bothering them when you ask a question. All seem pretty clueless and are unable to crack a smile. This needs improved!

My delivery took an hour and I called to try and cancel as I had a train to catch but was told it would be with me in 5 minutes. Took another 15 and I missed my train, so accepted it and was hoping to enjoy my meal but when I opened the bun it looks as though someone has taken a bite out of the burger patty!! Absolutely disgusting

Got a drive through about 630 today.fast efficient. And foot cooked well good pleasant staff..well done

Is only me but if you go to Drive thru they never ever give you a napkin!!!! If you ask them they look 👀 at you as if you shot their entire family and hand over about twenty napkins !!!! Are they trying to save Money , does their greed knows no Bounds? They are repeat offenders at McDonalds Milngavie, Glasgow. Shame on you !!!!!

Was in this McDonald's at about 7pm on Sat 17.9.19. I have never been before and usually visit the restaurants in London Road or the Showcase,Bargeddie which ate well run. Parked in car park at rear which was strewn with rubbish as bins overflowing. Inside the toilets were a disgrace as were the tables. The place wasn't even that busy. Saw a manager having a row with a member of staff in the back shop which to me explained a lot - no teamwork! Anyway, the experience left me cold and I won't be back.....sorry!

Very good location on the main road with the advantage of long hours and drive through. Very well used, clean and same standard you would expect from good McDonalds. Very popular.

I came in one evening to finish off some studying little did I know it is colder than outside in this place I am better off sitting outside, I now know why there are seats outside for people that don't like getting hypothermia doing some studying, next time ill bring a radiator, no wonder its so cheap they don't spend any money on heating, please get this sorted, staff said it was ion maximum but I'm sitting with a hot coffee and a large meal and a thick winter jacket on.

Waited about 20 minutes for fries, and a drink. Never get my order right three times I’ve had to take my order back with the receipt that says what I actually ordered. Terrible cheeky staff who have no customer service at all.

Unfortunately every time we visit the drive through we ALWAYS get barely warm fries. Do t understand why they are always like this.

Employee of the month... I don't think so. Queue was out the door - certainly not because the food was good, rather because the service was slow. I was served by a young girl. I believe her name was Taylor. Not a smile on her face - height of rudeness! I was unsure of what to order so I looked at the menu displayed on the wall. Right next to it was employee of the month where I saw Taylor F(something) - much to my surprise. Obviously all the other employees are terrible, if SHE is awarded employee of the month. Her uniform was creased and she smelt like she had not washed in a long time. She did not care about me when she was serving me, this is absolutely appalling. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Absolutely not coming back.

A la izquierda hay no más de 20 minutos de haber probado 3 bits hace de piezas de pollo por primera vez después de haber visto en el camino. Permítanme decir lo que conseguí de ninguna manera parecía lo que era en la imagen. Tres de los trozos de pollo en una corteza de color marrón oscuro, no el color dorado en la foto, a pesar de pedir sin salsa de humo. Las patatas estaban frías y había sido preparado y dejado por algún tiempo antes de que fueron objeto de dumping en mi y tuve que microondas. El lugar era tranquilo y que no le sirve algo de comida decente. No volvería.

Cada vez la familia recibe un antojo de hamburguesas y vaya a través de Drive.No sé si es el bochorno adolescentes que sirve, algunos de los cuales nunca decir por favor o gracias.O el hecho de que mi pedido frecuentemente mal. Quizás es que en más de una ocasión mi Sprite sabía fuertemente de limpiador, o era claramente agua espumante.No molestar que los sándwiches obvio que han organizado por alguien carente de coordinación.En su mayoría, a pesar de todo, es que después de un tiempo, no puedo olvidar estas cosas y volver de todos modos. Eso es molesto.

El personal era encantador. Los dos gerentes Claire y Louise donde genial en su trabajo. La chica hasta Leonia era muy hablador y la chica Lucy, la zona de comedor era muy acogedor y servicial. Tuve una visita encantadora y el servicio de atención al cliente era genial. Mejor Mcdonald's que he estado

I've never been a great fan of McDonald's, especially as the clientele seem happy to pollute the countryside with their cast-off wrappings as they drive out of town. Fortunately the manager of this branch is well aware of this and he plus a few staff spent an hour with us in Mugdock on a village clean-up this week - fresh from having done a similar Big Mac sweep at the top of Ben Nevis. The pressure is on the other fast food joints to show a bit of community spirit. I'm now a convert! Shame our enthusiasm for Scottish independence hasn't converted into a respect for our countryside and we still remain one of the scruffiest countries in Europe.

For the second time I've been sold a cold, tasteless breakfast wrap from this McDonald's. Surely it's not rocket science! Won't be back

Utilizamos esta rama unas cuantas veces descubierto hace unas pocas semanas que está bajo nueva dirección. Visitamos el domingo por la noche después de un largo día, y necesitando algo rápido. Pedimos dos comidas en el a través de Drive. Me preguntó si quería una bolsa que obviamente. Nos dio una bolsa que contenía dos cajas de patatas fritas y entregados por separado las dos cajas con las hamburguesas. Había que tenerla en la cola para conseguir las cajas en la bolsa. Patatas fritas eran frío ya era una de las hamburguesas otro estaba tibio. No volvería ya había dado el beneficio de la duda antes

Abierto hasta las 12:00 horas en sábado, pero se negaron el servicio en 11,40 ! Sólo puede comprar comida si vas en coche? ¡Qué! Tirado viaje desde el pub y aún así

Right I'm not huge McDonalds fan but it sometimes is needed... Usually when I'm hungover! And it ticks all the boxes, fast, cheap and a cheeky feed! My only gripe is the always seem to mess the order up regardless of branch

After a large Sunday lunch, my wife and I couldn't face a normal sized evening meal, so decided to have a cheeseburger instead. I'd seen some non- complementary comments about the Milngavie MacDonald’s on Trip Advisor but thought I'd check it out. There weren’t that many diners sitting in when we arrived, but the drive-through was in continuous operation ... a good sign. We were served promptly and sat down with two meal deals consisting of 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, a latte and a bottle of still water. We were both very pleased with the amount, quality and taste of our meals (including the latte), and when you consider the bill was a mere £6.40 ... we both agreed this was an excellent choice for our light evening meal.

I don't usually eat McDonald's however I'll definitely not be eating at this particular restaurant again. Food was cold, they forgot some of our order and the place was filthy.

I agree with Youngbobster, however our food was terrible too! On more than one occasion our food was cold, twice they got the order wrong or the portions were drastically reduced. Every time i've gone to the Drive Thru we've been asked to park up and wait. Recently there were eight cars waiting to go through and two cars parked up out front, I gave up and went in to discover there were five staff out front, one pretending to mop the floor, a colleague mentioned she'd been doing it for half an hour, actually she was flirting with another colleague. The order was for ice-cream, half the carton was full of sauce with a dod of ice-cream and the McFlurry was half the usual size. She topped it up but could'nt have cared less. Competition would be good!

Definetely not my favourite mcdonalds! Always super busy and full of school kids. People always hanging around in car park.Use the driveway always noisy inside. Good standard drive through mcdees and never had any food problems

Every time I visit when its busy it is always such a long wait to get your food. They are good at taking orders (abrupt attitude from wiman in charge) but then you have to wait ages! The drive through is just as bad and you almost always have to park up even for simple orders, like Cheeseburger and fries!!Maybe they need more competition to improve their service?
