Love coming to this Burger King, food is always lovely and fresh. Staff are always very helpful and friendly

Absolutely love going here, the good is always cooked perfectly nothing is ever a challenge for the staff. The staff are always funny and welcoming and they always like to make sure you've enjoyed your visit. Cannot wait to go back.

Food was very slow. Missing a drink and no napkins at drive through. Don't like having to use a machine to place order

Food has always been nice here. Collection from the counter but would prefer if staff could bring to the table. Can order at the counter, machine or on the app at your table. Tip - always use their discounts on their own app as it heavily reduces the price for meals. Has its own car park, plenty inside and outside seating and a drive thru

The service was really good, staff were so friendly and helpful when picking from the menu. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Food was quickly served and very tasty. Will definitely be back soon.

The staff here go way above and beyond for their customers. They're always great & friendly, they go out of their way to make sure each customer is happy with their food and service, they never shy away from having a laugh with their customers. Their food is cooked perfectly and is always presented perfectly. Honestly its the best BK we've ever visited and can't wait to go back 😁😁

Great food, friendly staff, excellent value for money

Drive through, took the order, added 60p to my order for bbq sauce even though I wanted tomato sauce. Got everything apart from ANY sauce. No didn't go back in cause its a hassle, wasn't a big order, 2 meals. Charges for sauce, what a joke, next time I will ask when getting the food, no doubt be free.

Wouldn't take my order at cash desk even though paying with cash. Had to order at self service kiosk then go back to desk to pay. Staff had attitude about cash paying custom.

Dropped in here today with my sister for lunch. Food was nice, atmosphere not great, our order was over £15 and I'd asked for bbq sauce x 3 she said that is 90p I said really after paying x amount for food and they charging you that for sauce. (One dip and it is finished said the customer next to me) just think the food is expensive enough without charging 30p for a sachet of sauce.

Place was clean, ordered from the kiosk and food was prepared quickly.

Food not very warm as drive through and delivery drivers come first when it comes to fresh food. Drinks machines also not serving cola however nice girl serving managed to get me cold from machine behind counter.

Manager and staff were absolutely brilliant as I was having trouble with the touchscreen. (eyes are going downhill fast) also trying to figure out the doritos coupon thing. Food tasted so good. It was a wet day as usual and late on as it was pretty quiet. Thinking of reasons to go back to the retail park.

This is somewhere that is a go to place for us, quick and friendly service, good food, and usually pretty quiet. It’s almost perfect for that. It might be down to when we go (around 7pm), but my goodness the drinks machines… that lets the place down a little. There’s almost never any options left, and sometimes when you pick a drink it tastes like that’s at the end of its syrup too.

Good food but app and ordering system on the app using discount codes not very user friendly plus prices really excessive compared to kfc snd mcdonalds

Always use this Burger King for a quick bite when on the go, service is fast and clean premises. One staff member was great I think his name was tony.

It's nice to be able to sit with your kid and not have loads of wee bams shouting and swearing with their mates, place is always clean and food is always fresh, you get loads of chips here too, staff are friendly and happy to help.

Something has changed since it was revamped, the food is bland you cant help yourself to Sauce salt or napkins, the staff are good but nope its MacDonald's from now on.

The service was terrible had to go back 3x to ask for stuff that had been ordered and show them it had been paid for no staff asking can they help they just don't seem interested I did tryand call the shop but again no staff to answer left message on answer phone staff calling out number of order person didn't get to counter fast enough staff fired it back into shelf yes fired onto placed

I came here about 11.30am. Had 3 people sat down. The woman serving was one of the most miserable people I have ever encountered at a fast food joint. Not been to a burger king in a while and this was probably the last time. Took ages for food to arrive....certainly not "fast" food. Was bland and so expensive. No wonder Macdonalds is ahead of them. As far as processed fast food goes, burger king has gone further and further downhill in quality and quantity but steeper in price.

Fast food my arse lol. During the the order of my meal, the worker asked me three times if the meal was medium or large. One regular cheese burger meal I ordered, an empty drive thru and restaurant empty yet I was still asked to park and wait🤣. Advice to anyone planning a trip out to bishopbriggs Burger King anytime soon, make sure u are not in a rush as this place is FAR from “fast”.

The food was nice and fresh. But the melt burger was disappointing in size.

It wasn't the best whopper I've had but still enjoyed it. I don't know how they manage to make different quality burgers using the exact same ingredients and flame grill but there's definitely some BK's better than others

We use this place pretty regularly when visiting the retail park.
