Burger King in East Dunbartonshire

Went in with my friends and met the manager (Allison) who was the most lovely person I have ever met

Slow as a week in the jail as usual. This has got to be the worst bk around, also not very clean, tables were sticky and food was lying on the floor. We waited 20 minutes for the food and at no time was anything g cleaned

food was hot fresh and clearly made with care

i took one bite then it went in the bin, av never saw chicken that colour before, discusting

Food tasted great fresh and hot Staff were helpful and seemed happy

one of our meals and a pack of chilli bites were missing

Kids loved their meal, definitely be getting again thank you

staff were friendly and food was hot will be back here

It’s Burger King but this one seems to be better than most . Spotless,correct order every time and hot food

there was a missing chips and all the food was cold had to reheat which ruined it for us

never received my onion rings I ordered and I was charged for them.

This time of year things are hectic but waiting over an hour and half for cold food and missing chips and dips is very very poor. The ice cream in the order was next to the food which left us with melted ice cream as well as cold food - not good

Food quality as expected. But there’s ALWAYS something missing from the order. This time, the fries and the drink that are supposed to come with the burger to make a “meal”. Why can’t someone do a quick check before the order goes out?

I didn’t receive my son’s burger and chips and was told that this could not be delivered and I would have to request a refund for that part of the order. I ended up with a hungry child and no refund has been processed despite me following the instructions. Farce.

Do not order from here. Took over 3 hours and tried constantly to call and cancel and no one answered

Normally Burger King buns can be a hot or a miss. Tonight this one was bang on. Juicy burgers and nice toasted buns. Fries were bang on too.

Never received both drinks with meal even although asked driver,, he said in bag ,,, overall food was below average, not particularly warm and had to reheated chips ,, will not order from here again,, disappointed

Better burger than the competition, my only complaint is that they need to bring back the "Mushroom Double Swiss"

Food was cold driver was driving about few minutes from my home he did call me gave him instructions he stayed on phone told him my house was across from premier inn he eventually got here not sure he understood me it was bit of nightmare

Really nice and polite customer service, Manager Allison was extremely helpful with explaining me how to use Burger King app, deals there are worth the price, definitely recommend.

Very disappointed. The delivery was way late more than 90 minutes . The order had to be collected from the Burger King . The order was for a party event and the guests had to wait so long for the food .

Absolutely disgraceful. This is the 3rd time we've ordered from here in the last month with missing items. Charged extra for coke and sent diet coke. Paid for an Angus burger meal and you didn't send the burger. Avoid this BK, they don't even care what they're sending out (or not as the case may be).
