Kismet Carry Out in Glasgow City

We ordered a Pepperoni pizza which was amazing, apparently the best it’s been in ages! However we also ordered a chicken Chasni pizza, which straight away didn’t look to be the colour it would typically be, but upon eating it, it definitely did not taste like Chasni, what so ever.

Chicken was terrible very tough and chewy

food was nice and hot but the korma sauce tasted a bit greasy not sure if yous have a changed your recipe but it's not as nice as it used to be .

Food was cold and the bottom of the box fell through because it was soggy

Our first order in a number of years and were looking forward to it. The food was not worth it. We won't order again.

It was all quite freezing I had to reheat when it got here

Have not ordered from here in a long time but it was the nicest takeaway Iv had in ages. Will use more often. Bravo !

Delivery time is long but prepared to wait because the food is good normally. Food was nice but was colder than it should have been. Disappointed because look forward to a kismet normally

Being told one time for delivery then when that tome comes they move the time by another half hour

food was very poor quality also didn't receive can of juice as advertised

shish meat was like rubber couldnt even chew it. had to through it out. worse kebab i have,had from Kismet .

Not my local but used New Kissmet a few times now and always pleased with our meal.

I had asked for delivery as soon as and it wasn’t delivered till 7.35pm. The earliest time for delivery was 6.55pm. I even got a message saying it’ll be slight delay but not this much . It was unacceptable.

don't mind the wait if they'd just tell you up front, but the food was cold when it arrived, clearly it's been sitting ready for the 2 and a half hours while waiting for delivery

ordered a meat feast pizza with extras which I only got the extras and none of the ingredients of the meat feast pizza and to top it off it took over two hours to come

Was decent until the attitude on the phone could clearly hear what’s being said in the background as well . Hung upon . Told order would not be sent out now , no delivery driver appeared the first time what had been told . Looked out the window the entire waiting time

Really disappointed. Normally the food is brilliant, full of meat and sauce. This looked like the leftovers from someone else’s meal!

Pizza was burnt and pictures to prove it,food was look warm,2x kebabs had no salad

ordered large mix kebab got 3 bits of chicken and two very small pieces of lamb the rest was just donner definitely not worth it won't be ordering front there again

Attitude on phone when i gave my address while talking to them about food being late, my phone never rang my son went to door 2 times n was even out in the street looking for car, delivery guy was brand new shame about the shop phone handler

Ordered £12 munchie box. Barely any chicken pakora, no cheese on chips as stated and no can with meal

What happened to yous, your food used to be lovely , so disappointing,

got the sky scraper burger meal with mixed pakora and the mixed hoagie , had 3 chips and every touched it again, mixed pakora was drier than a desert , donner meat on the burger was hard and disgusting, chips tasted reheated, hoagie was absolutely disgusting too, chicken tikka was hard, chips where dry and donner meat was hard , will not be buying from here again, absolute joke and now im still starving.

I don't normally complain but everything arrived cold, the chips were very soggy and limp , pizza was cold and was like something you'd heat up the next day , just not very nice, pakora was more like chicken dippers. very disappointed.

Where to start mixed kebab meat was dryer than the Sahara desert was hard to chew …..the pitta bread was that hard could have played frisbee with it nearly broke a tooth and a window the kebab sauce was like water

Arrived late. The app said it was out for delivery for 50 minutes. The restaurant is less than 10 minutes away. Pizza was decent once it arrived though.

Ordered at 5:45, finally after 4 phone calls the order arrived at 9:15pm!

i was missing an item and they had no delivery driver's available so harri from the shop came and personally delivered what i was missing. turned from being annoyed to happy thanks to him, shukran harri 👍

Disgusting servive. Ordered before 11 on Monday night waited untill 1am only to realise they have shut the shop and left with my order still pending. Never ordering again

Food was pretty cold when it got here

My skyscraper burger was a tub of donner meat with a small single burger thrown on, the chicken tikka paroka was ok but it was clearly missing at least half of it ,really half of it , didn’t trust eating the pakora after that

Most of my meal went in the bin! When it did eventually arrive the meat was cold. Very disappointed with this particular order, will probably not order from there again.

Disgraceful. Looked up menu on website to discuss what we were having for that nights dinner. Went to shop without ordering. Prices are completely different! Lots of scored out prices on wall menu inside shop, with no rectified ones. Is it false advertising? Maybe not, but is it my job to renew the prices? Obviously not. Heard this is a bit of a reputation with that shop. Not happy. Feel like I've been ripped off and wont be returning.

Arrived on time, fantastic Chicken Madras with Basmati Saffron Rice. Always my go-to for Indian food. Been eating here since I was a kid, love the flavour. Five stars from me.

Got to say this was one of the worst waiting times ever 2 amd a half hours cause they had to do a buffet well shouldn’t take orders if use can’t get people dinner out to them wen use day on the app was a joke

Order from here regularly but food quality has went down hill big time!! chicken in curry last night you could've made good soles on your shoes and lamb well there was only about 5 bits in that curry. Gave the Kismet one last chance last night and standard was poor again. The last couple of times we ordered donner meat it was burnt so thought we will try curry this time. The delivery drivers are all great but the shop has went down hill rapid.
