KFC Angus in Angus

We have not been to a KFC for some time. We had difficulty understanding the menu and talking to the young man who took our order as he did not speak loudly and clearly above the background noise. We ended up paying for much more than intended, which we realised when we received the order Both the chicken and the chips were overcooked and not nearly as crisp as we expected.

Had a lovely experience today all thanks to Alyson and the team. We were met with a lovely hello when we entered the establishment. Alyson took time to show me and my family the menu and go over any questions we had. All together a fantastic example of stellar service. Every staff member was chipping in to help each other and it was so nice to see.

Just been to the drive through in arbroath , the chicken had a metallic taste to it , the bags were stinking , my husband and I are feeling really sick, just taking a bite . Went into the shop to complain I demanded my money back . The manager came , no apology , no nothing , wasn't interested, did give me my money back though . We won't be back . Something is not right with that chicken , I'm really going to be sick . Its actually no stars

Horrible service, missing items from order and grumpy old woman serving us who was very rude. WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Food was excellent, freshly cooked to perfection! Staff were very friendly and helpful.Great location.

Every time I attempt to be a customer at KFC Arbroath it's a disaster. Coffee machine out of ordeŕ, ice cream out of order. Wrong menus posted outside. Staff lazy and rude. Managers are idiots. I keep hoping things will improve but over two years it's worse than ever. I now give up and suggest they close this place down and allow a decent restaurant to open. Could not give less than one star as it should be negative -5.

I was given a voucher from KFC after a TERRIBLE experience at the Dundee branch next to Sainsburys. I went into the Arbroath branch and the young man who served me was super friendly and polite. Off to a great start! The food was prepared quick and they had everything in stock that I had asked for (no shortage of chicken here)! The food was hot! Order was correctly prepared and packaged! Hot wings were scrummy!!

First time in the newly refurbished kfc, decor nice but place was untidy mess on tables and floor , food order taken 2 items missing from order - large meal comes with only regular drink and fries which to me is unusual . Popcorn chicken was nice but the chicken in the boneless banquets not so much, it tastes like they have changed the recipe and none of the party could finish it!! When asked staff if recipe had changed response was 🤷‍♀️ I don’t know! No offer to try and find out - it’s a shame that it’s been newly refurbished but the high standards are not evident throughout !! Won’t be rushing back unfortunately

Chicken was dry not very tasty, and gave a bad stomach the next day i wouldnt use again unfortunately

No wonder kfc so badly compared to the dreaded Mac Donald’s. They have one staff member to do everything up front l. Service painfully slow and pretty shoddy. Excuse this time was there was a mix up behind the counter with orders. How is that even possible. It’s chicken and chips!!!! Food rarely hot and drinks flat. That’s the last there!!

One of the better fast food places. Staff always polite and efficient, service sometimes a little slow but this is because they are busy and obviously understaffed! Food fresh and good value.

Have actually come in here on a few occasions and there seems to be one polite young man who stands out as he is very attentive and responsible, and is always out cleaning the tables and tidying up - which is quite impressive in a fast-food establishment.So , kudos to him. We much prefer going here for a tasty and speedy snack rather than the Dundee branch, because it always seems to be tastier, made with more care and attention , and is obviously much cleaner and tidier too. Always enjoy the Kentucky Mayo twister as it hits the spot , and means I don't have to cook later on.

Menu board clearly says 2 Piece chicken meal and shows two pieces of chicken. What you get is 1 drumstick and 1 chicken wing, yes a chicken wing counts as one of your pieces of chicken ! Bones deep fried in Batter ! Menu does say that wings can be purchased in this restaurant but makes no reference to a wing being included in your 2 piece meal. Chips are good, service very slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
