Staff were through the back & not ready to serve. No welcome or manors, salad on sub on rations. Man on the till only 1 with any customer service about him at all very disappointing

Went in for a quick lunch, service was slow and workers seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. Only had a few cookies left and not much choice of flavours. Bread seemed as though it was out of date as it was hard and flaked off everywhere when picked it up. Don’t recommend, go somewhere else. Will not be returning.

This must be the most disappointing Subway I have ever been in. There was no-one in front of me when I went in but nobody on the bread. I had to wait a couple of mins before someone finally appeared. I asked for Hearty Italian bread only to be told there were only 3 types of bread and that wasn't one of them. I ordered a cheesy pepperoni but when I got to the till I was charged for a spicy italian. I pointed this out only for the guy at the till explaining to me that was the cost of the sandwich. I said it was a cheesy pepperoni then the initial server apologised to the guy at the till (not me) and said it was a cheesy pepperoni, He then charged me correctly but no apology. Way to make your customers feel totally insignificant. I certainly will not be back here.

Mi visita al metro en Waverley Mall fue durante las restricciones de COVID - 19, estaba muy impresionado con lo bien que se manejó el lugar. Cuando entré, había una pareja en el mostrador y esperé pacientemente en uno de los lugares de "Stand here". Una vez que me sirvieron, me acerqué al mostrador y algunas personas entraron detrás de mí. El chico detrás del mostrador fue muy firme con ellos acerca de dónde deberían pararse en la tienda y dos clientes tuvieron que esperar afuera, lo cual hicieron sin discutir. Pedí una ensalada de jamón y estaba hecha según mis especificaciones. El chico que me atendió fue amable y educado y la ensalada sabía muy bien,

Soy celíaco y me trataron con mucha rudeza. La chica descongeló mi pan de novia y luego procedió a sacar el pan de mi pareja. Cuando la desafió, ella y su jefe levantaron las cejas. Hicieron una nueva y la chica de la caja (rubia escocesa) fue muy grosera y brusca con ella "sabes que no podemos garantizar que no haya contaminación". El peor metro en el que he estado.

Get lunch here regularly as it’s close to my work but lately staff is super rude they don’t speak good English making is super hard To understand them and they get annoyed with you for not understanding what they say. I think I’ll look for another lunch place

A small restaurant, compared to other Subway restaurents. with the usual Subway food. Best place for Vegetarians as well as Non Vegetarians. Food & service was very good.

Compared to other Subways, this one is a bit more disappointing. The service could have been better, sometimes it also felt like hygiene wasn't really important to the sandwich artist. The prices are average and compared to other fast food chains very reasonable.

We popped in on a friday in August. Town was very busy but luckily we managed to get one in the two tables in here. The service was quick and the sandwiches were excellent. Free refills on the fountain drinks too!

This is perfect for a lunch or quick snack. A made to order sandwich with a good range of fillings and salad. A six inch and drink for £3 or a foot long for £5. There are free refills on the fountain drinks and a good loyalty programme too.

I was disappointed to see the server use her meat gloves also being used for my vegetarian sub. She also used her gloves in the salad section (doesn't bother me much, but people with allergies or strict diets might not be happy) I asked for extra cheese as the standard 2 piece was minimal. I also got cucumber and mayo and was charged for the extra cheese!!!!!! My subway, although tasty, is nowhere near the substantial size of normal subs and so was disappointed with extra charge. With only one day in Edinburgh, we didn't want to spend a lot of time at a restaurant, so it was in and out at Subway, this at a very busy food court. The food was typical of the quality found in North America, and while there was nothing special, it sure filled the need after walking around downtown Edinburgh.

Popped in here tonight between trains. 2 people ahead of me in the queue yet it took me 15 minutes to get served. The staff were polite but not interesting in working- of the 3 girls there only 1 was doing anything and she was doing so at a snails pace. Another appeared with a bag of lettuce which she tipped into the salad bit, in front of everything just to make sure we know Subways claim that their produce is fresh to be completely untrue! Sub was the standard fayre, though they didnt even bother to cut it in half this time.

Working near by I have been a regular customer but I've grown fed up with this chains creative accountancy! Went there three day's ago and a young man behind the counter charges me £ 4.10p for a megamelt and coffee. The deals always been three pounds? Your advertising boards all state three pounds! If it's stating that it should be that.He claimed there's been price increases but you haven't changed the boards is that not against trading standards?

Went here for lunch whilst in Edinburgh, I got served and they put my sandwhich in to get toasted, they started serving people behind myself then after 3/4 people they asked me what I had ordered I told them that my sandwhich was still in the oven and had been in for 3 mins, the lad ignored me and went on to serve someone else, then opened the oven and brought over myt very burnt sandwhich and said what do you want on this I said its burnt, he just stood looking at me, then I had to repeat myself 5 times before someone else came over and made me a new one, not even an apology or a sorry about your wait, nothing. they never cut the sandwhich in half or nothing, will not be going to subway again due to this.

My husband and I had the £2:00 sausage and cheese sub's meal deals on 5 mornings that we stayed at Motel 1,with coffee latte excellent value,its only a small cafe but there are plenty of tables and chairs ,in the mall to use.

A standard selection of Subway food but the staff were lacking in customer care and were unable to even say hello. Premises were very congested and there was only 3 tables to sit at. Overall it felt very grubby.

Asked for a single fish. "Small or large?" "Mm, large, please" Got two fish fillets in a fantastic crispy batter, just the best tasting fish I've had anywhere in years! Outstanding value too. Superb! Thank you :-)

It was many good times spent going out to shops in this KFC. Sadly, the page's turning and it'll become Burger King in a few months (I've been told around November? by staff on their last day). Was good whilst it lasted.

Ordered takeaway, took them over 1h40m to get it delivered, driver had to wait for 30 minutes. Food was cold. Fries unedible. Collection might be better option.
