So, I managed to get a ‘Too Good To Go’ (2g2g) order from Pret (very much a golden ticket in the 2g2g world as it always sells out fast). What I received for only £3.00 was pretty amazing! The employee, who was lovely with great customer service, picked up an empty paper bag and filled it with four Bacon Rolls, two Vegetarian Breakfast Subs and a Macaroni and Cheese with Prosciutto. All were warm, fresh and straight from the heated servery. Unquestionable quality, in particular the Bacon Rolls (packed with meat), with very little damage to the bank balance (probably £20.00+ worth of food). An easy 5/5 rating and although this wasn’t my first 2g2g purchase from here, it most certainly has been the best! I’ll be back.

Arrived 1 min before closing at midday but we were let in and ordered 2 quick fish suppers. Absolute delicious! And Kenna went the extra mile and kept loading our supper with lovely chips in the box. Best Haddock and chips I've ever had!

Disappointed by whole experience. Why on earth would you pour curry sauce over chips in a white polystyrene container. When I got home even though kept upright more sauce on wrapping paper than in container. Not sure why you would ask for dairy and gluten free pizza and was told yes on phone. But in fact gluten free is base only when you arrive at shop!! Will definitely not return.

Served by a truly miserable and unfriendly young woman. As there was an advert for staff on the counter I can only guess she had been press ganged to fill in until someone else could be found. The fish and chips was freshly cooked, but the batter tasted like it had been cooked in recycled oil and £4.20 for around 30 chips seems like someone is having a laugh. £19.00 for two fish and a few chips is a joke. I won't be fooled here again.

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times now and always order on the app for collection to save time. Usually things are forgotten and I have to ask the staff to re-read the receipt. Today, however, I’ve ordered on the app for collection and stood at the collection sign for between 5-10 minutes whilst one boy (who seemed new as he didn’t know where some buttons were on the till) and two female staff worked - ignoring me. One of the female staff was making orders for customers in store, but spoke to the other female staff member in the kitchen area the entire time. I could see multiple paper collection bags waiting so I was getting frustrated. It was only when a just eat driver came into the store and told the boy the numbers of the orders he needed. Only then the male staff member gave me any attention and handed me my food. Not happy.
