Chippy in the Park in Renfrewshire

Food is usually good and great portion size, really need to give proper opening times showing as open on just eat yet when you go they are actually closed

The worse chippy I have ever seen the suppers were brown and burnt totally discussing obviously been sitting for a while and re fryed again the chips were solid would brake your teeth type solid never again will I order from there 🤮

First time at the Chippy in the Park due to a friends recommendation. Phoned in the order for collection and received great costumer service right away. Order was for fish and chips, sausage supper, chicken nugget supper and single king rib. All food was excellent. The food was all served in cardboard boxes which kept the food crispy and dry from oil. Well done management for not resorting to polystyrene containers which sweat the food which makes it soggy. Chicken nuggets were made from real chicken wedges and not your usual processed nuggets. The food was piping hot and all was devoured. Will be back. Thank you for a thoroughly good Hogmanay Chippy! Happy New Year! Will definitely see you soon.

Pizza from here is restaurant class. Why anyone would order from anywhere else is beyond me.

Excellent Chips , cooked just right

Go to a chip shop not a pub with a chippy bolted on. The pub is ok for food however the chippy could be better.

First of all I love both chippy and grill in the park, unfortunately past twice I have had fritters they were so thin I wondered if any potatoe was in them, come on make them a bit thicker please.

Not impressed tonight. Food was really greasy. Chips over cooked and not fresh. Had to wait 15 minutes to get our dinner even though it was all sitting in the warmer waiting to be served. Not great customer service.

Food was lovely waiting time was ridiculous!it was chaos in shop with orders and just eat apps an deliveries.

This is the second time I’ve had something from the “Chippy in the park” and for the second time I’ve been very disappointed, the chips in my suppers were very hard and very dry this is something that can be easily avoided, and for me the way to avoid it is not to use them again.

Been here a few times and the food is always good and freshly made. Portion sizes are really good as well

Carry out for dinner chicken dippers are delicious rest of menu and deals are also good chippy is very handy just at end of road no delivery fee

An outstanding chippy, has now been operating for a while and the standard has not dropped. The fish is always excellent, well cooked with a great batter. I like how they cook to order which means that you are always getting fresh cooked meals rather than the fish (or whatever) has been lying for who knows how long! If you've not tried it yet, I would thoroughly recommend it.

dinner for family was to lazy to cook so just got a carry out chippy just at end of street so its handy don’t need to pay a delivery charge and food is made fresh on premises would highly recommend

Everything was freshly cooked . Portions are a fair size and not too badly priced. Fish is delicious. Pizzas are great too. Would recommend.

10 minute wait for my fish supper, was worth it! Chips and fish were brilliant!

As it's recently opened up, I thought I would try it and I'm definitely delighted that I did. The fish supper's were absolutely beautiful with great chips. The batter was also very tasty. Will definitely now be making this my usual chippy.

We had our second delivery and not let down, speedy delivery and piping hot fish and chips, delicious what more can I say, looking forward to next delivery. ☺

very good indeed. portions are generous and good.well priced in comparison to others in the area. mainly all orders cooked fresh or had been cooked in last few minutes

For long enough I have known about this place but never actually went until Hogmanay and it was really nice. Sorry we haven't been before but it is easily the best chippy in Erskine and they do fried pizza which seems to have been replaced everywhere else with crunchy corners!

We had a haddock fish super and pickled onions yummy best I have had in a while, will definitely get it again thank u keep up the good work
