So, I managed to get a ‘Too Good To Go’ (2g2g) order from Pret (very much a golden ticket in the 2g2g world as it always sells out fast). What I received for only £3.00 was pretty amazing! The employee, who was lovely with great customer service, picked up an empty paper bag and filled it with four Bacon Rolls, two Vegetarian Breakfast Subs and a Macaroni and Cheese with Prosciutto. All were warm, fresh and straight from the heated servery. Unquestionable quality, in particular the Bacon Rolls (packed with meat), with very little damage to the bank balance (probably £20.00+ worth of food). An easy 5/5 rating and although this wasn’t my first 2g2g purchase from here, it most certainly has been the best! I’ll be back.

Popped in here to collect a ‘Too Good To Go’ Breakfast order a couple of weeks ago. A work colleague recommended the place following his recent visit. Total cost = £3.00. The contents of the bag were great. In my bag I had a Porridge (piping hot), two Bacon & Cheese Turnovers, Two Vegan Turnovers and a hot filled Roll (Bacon & Omelette). Amazing value for money and all fresh at the time - even managed to share some food around the office. Definitely one of the best examples of how good the ‘Too Good To Go’ app can be - no dramas with queue times, friendly staff and good quality Breakfast stuff!

Went in with a group of colleagues and was paying for all 15 of us. Cold drinks and food only. When I went to pay I had to switch my bank card in my expenses app to my business account. The lady with he bright pink hair serving me told me to hurry up as there was a queue behind me. She gesticulated to the people behind me. It took about 30 seconds to switch the cards over but this was too long for the sever. She, and I am not exaggerating, left her till and stormed off the floor into the back of house area. Her colleague had to jump in and apologise and say she'd take the payment for me. I was in shock. How could someone in a customer facing role be so rude still baffles me. Her colleague took my payment but as the lady with the pink hair returned to take over anothe till she again agressively gesticulated that I had caused a hold up. Just bizarre and upsetting to me and others who witnessed it

Restaurant left me hanging 10 mins before refusing to accept the order. Will never order again.

Used to be good when it first opened with 1 shop. The management has changed. New manager is arrogant and does not give a damn about customers. Old manager was far better. When they mess up orders there is no accountability, just excuses. They make money but at the expense of your time!! They opened more branches and have bitten off more than they can chew. They have grown into an ugly monster and don't have the proper staff and skills to cope. Waiting 30 mins for a burger.. really?? My advice... either staff up, manage your shops properly with speedy service or close up. Scale back and do not take on more orders than you can handle. They now have 6 branches and are planning another 12 !!! Heaven spare us. The reason they are growing is people are happy to let service falter for the prize at the end. Having tasted it a few times yea it's ok i wouldn't say it is amazing though. Do not be fooled by fancy pictures and hype and glitzy new shops. Judge the food and service on its merits. The food may be nice for people but the wait times and service is abysmal. Prices are through the roof, totally mental. The problem is people seem to like their burgers so will happily queue up, wait ages and pay that price. The shops are very cramped especially when busy. Sometimes you cannot even open or close the door. Joke. The staff need to learn some manners and courtesy. It is not just about making money you know. For heavens sake smile and be courteous, and show some love and consideration to your customers. This may turn into a mini version of McDonalds but with heftier prices.... Not for me thanks.

A true Glasgow classic... Chicken donner meat is the best and with garlic mayo.
