Love the halloumi loaded fries. All the vegetarian options are really good and definitely stands out from others.

Really good menu and food quality. Friends in work recommended, so gave it a go. Got top g loaded fries at £18. Really good as a one off treat. Average price of food is £7-10 otherwise, and all looked amazing as it was getting prepped.

Amazing! A little more expensive than i was expecting but totally worth it. Now a new favourite.Really big portions. Delicious freshly prepared food, friendly helpful staff, nice comfy seats and friendly atmosphere.

Food was delicious! Big portion sizes. We got BBQ ranch chicken burger meal and double stack beef burger meal with sweet potato fries. We had to wait a while for the food, but it was a Friday evening and it was worth the wait. Just a heads up the chilo’s cheese salt does have a bit of a kick!

I ordered a delivery from Chilo’s and they made the delivery driver wait nearly 2 hours for the order. I can see the delivery leaving the order took less than 10 minutes to get to my house. It was absoloutely freezing - probably left out and forgot about. When I called to tell them, I was passed to an extremely rude manager who tried to lie and blame it on the delivery driver saying they gave it to them 25 minters ago - you can literally track them on the app. Do not order from this place if you want to waste your money on unedible food delivered cold - would have been cheaper getting a rustlers birder from downstairs and less of a rude attitude. Literally no accountability taken and they see nothing wrong with over a 2 hour wait. No apology given at all. Hide behind Uber Eats seems to be the Chilo way.

Traveled from Ayrshire today to once again enjoy the best burgers in Scotland. Highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Went here at Saturday 7 o clock with 7 friend's. Food took the absolute piss to come, only got our order after 3 requests on where the food was at, an hour and 40 minutes later the food arrived. Wasn’t even anything special either considering the ridiculous wait. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush, definitely won’t be spending my money and time here again.

i was in on Saturday evening, paisley road west.what a joke of a place this is..... Waited 45 minutes for my order staff never had a clue what they were doing!!!! the person at the counter kept touching his nose looked like he was picking it, 🤮🤮🤮that is rank i will definitely not be back it used to be a good place to visit not anymore worst part was the food was freezing will have to look elsewhere now.

By the Maker, this place was an oasis in a dearth of late night gastropubs. This place saved our travel group who needed a place to eat after a long week backpacking through Skye and MAN did they deliver. However--I will NEVER be out-American'd again! This place gave me the most amazing burger, The Big Bang. I didn't read the description because I didn't care what I ate I just needed FOOD. Idk what demon or angel is back in that kitchen but raise their wages because they COOKED. I was treated to a scandalous menage a troi of beef, chicken, and bacon, smothered in a spicy cheese sauce nestled on a brioche bun THAT I GOT TO DIP INTO TANGY BBQ SAUCE. UGgghhhhhhh so good. I think I deaged 3 years. I think my credit score went up? I saw the 4th dimension. Thank you Chilo's, you made an American feel right at home! This burger was a beast and ill have many nights in the future where I wake up in a cold sweat, dreaming about it.

Ordered Chicken grilled loaded fries and it took 30 minutes to get made, nowhere to stand after your order as it is so cramped. Once i got it it was lukewarm at best. Never again.

I write in Arabic. The restaurant is as ordinary as any burger restaurant, or less, and its prices are considered expensive. It reminds me of Mandi Al-Saeed restaurant in the old industrial area, Al-Kharj Road roundabout in Riyadh. The work is acceptable and the location is in the industrial area 😂 so don’t be upset about it. Whoever arrives eats normal food, which is not bad, but it is not worth it, especially if he comes to Glasgow as a tourist.

This refers to newly opened west end shop. Chaotic!! ! Plenty of staff but waited almost 25 mins. No process for collection. They seemed clueless. Finally received, chips greasy and cold,burger missing. Replaced the burger without a problem. Sadly really disappointing very greasy and not very warm. I appreciate staff are new but I won’t go back

visited stirling store a bit disappointed on my meal,visited yesterday evening its my second visit since its opened. first time everything was perfect, yesterdays visit a bit disappointed burger was very greasy to my liking,wont stop me from giving it another go,both visits place was empty with 6 or 7 members of staff,a bit surprising as its a new establishment.

Such a nice place for fast & delicious food. Im from out town. Staff (Mr. Adeel) was very professional and helpful answering questions about food ingredients. We waited like 15 minutes on a Tuesday evening and it was worth it because everything was fresh. Love it and will definitely come back here. Highly recommended Halal place.

Ordered on line for collection and attended at the available time slot - still had to wait another 15 mins , it's chaos behind the counter . Asked one server on till if my order ready and he was completely distracted and never even checked ; instead showing a customer who asked to use the toilet through the kitchen - it would appear there aren't customer toilets so he saw fit to take this customer through the area food is being cooked ??? The food was good, Burgers are excellent, the chips cold and appear to be cooked from frozen! £34 all in for 3 burger meals - not sure I'll be rushing back.

Horrible experience not once twice . Ordered food got it over an 1.5hrs later estimated time was 35 minutes . 2nd time didn’t even get it horrible service . Even if you call they tell you a time and are unable to prepare your food on time

I was really looking forward to getting my classifc beef burger with halloumi and turkey bacon at my favourite burger place, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. They ran out of beef before 8 pm on a Monday night, which was shocking. This small burger joint is always busy, with today no exception as only one table was free. Loved their remodel of the place, especially how easy the menu is clearly displayed on screens. Side note, after paying for a beef burger, we were told there was no beef. While the staff was apologetic and refunded us, it was still a big letdown, and we ended up going elsewhere.

I went to Chilo's for lunch today and was not disappointed. There's plenty on the menu to choose from and I decided to go with the Big Bang Meal. It took a little while to get my burger but since it's made fresh I was happy to wait. I got the wrong drink, Irn Bru instead of Irn Bru Extra but that's an easy mistake to make and I like both. I ordered the plain fries and I will say one of my party ordered seasoning on his fries which was sweet and he did not enjoy them. The burger was tremendous, some of the party said that there was no flavour to the actual meat which may be a fair point but the sauce was absolutely amazing. Sitting in it's a small diner but we got space and were able to enjoy the burger hot. It looks really nice inside, well kept and up to date. I'd definitely go back and try some different burgers on the menu.

For a £15 rice box with all the paid extras you’d expect cutlery. Was very excited to go and that was very quickly turned into disappointment For those wanting anything other than a burger. Save yourself the misery. And bring ur own cutlery. 🍴

First visit. Seemed professional upon entry but then slowly but surely you botice thr flaws. My top g loaded fries took over 30 mins. Place was dirty and it's quite a tight sitting area. Food is nice but very large portions.

This is hands down the best burger ive had in a long time. the place was queued out the door, but we got served relatively fast. the food wait was about 20-25 mins, in hindsight i will definitely order for collection in future . other than that - amazing. recommend to everyone!

Literally just eaten the king Kong burger meal.......the food is off the chart, you cannot compare this food with other burger joints, they DON'T compare, the taste the quality is superb. By far the best burger ive EVER tried, it's about £3 dearer that the most expensive Burger King meal, but you can tell why, the other chains food is generic not overly tasty not much of it.......I'm a big lad 6'4" and 19st and I'm satisfied with what I had......the fries are lovely I had the cheese dip which was delicious, also had Chilos fizzy mandarin drink(never tasted anything like it) also amazing. If you don't mind paying for what you get( and that's quality) then forget the rest and get to the BEST burger joint in Glasgow. Thank you guys! 👏 👏 👏 👏 P.S I ordered on their site, I fudged up and asked for no extras on the burger, friendly/helpful staff added cheese onions etc with no complaints. Perfect guys tysvm.

Peri peri burger was tasted like i am having a lemon. I ordered hot flavour but it wasn't hot at all. I think place is kinda overrated.

Food was delicious but waited 40 minitues to get my food and another 10 minutes to get my sons and girlfriends. I'll definitely be eating at Chilos again but maybe phone my order in for collection next time.

We ordered 6 meals, the total came to about £80. I went to collect the food and the guy behind the counter told me there was no Chilos Cola which I ordered 3 of. I then asked what other options do you have, he chucked me a menu which I though was rude. I then went to pay and she told me I was 5p short, which was fair enough however I did not have any cash. The girl insisted I paid by card which would have cost the company more as there would have been a transaction fee... I ordered the Bob's Burger. Opened it up and it looked huge, little did I know it was 30% chicken, 70% batter. Pretty poor, best thing was it wasn't even that good. Everyone else in my family who ordered said their meal was bang average and they wouldn't go back. Would not recommend.

I ordered a burger and selected no salad, no onions, no gherkins as shown in the picture due to allergies and they failed to remove any of them. This tells me no customer care and no quality control. Good job I checked and didn’t take a bite. It’s not cheap so I would expect more but unfortunately a really poor and disappointing experience and my burger went straight in the bin. I wonder if I will be refunded! Won’t use again 😡

Love it here for a good dinner after the football if we are staying out for the day drinking and socialising in this area.

The food here is unreal, I go to the u Uddingston restaurant and I can't fault it. I like dirty weekends and I have been coming here pretty much every weekend some times a couple of times. My go to items to order are the TopG loaded fries and I like to add 250g beef and 250g chicken, and i can't shout any louder for the Gozilla burger, it's right up there with one of the best burgers that I have had. The guy on the front desk is always smiling and appreciates you being there. These guys are always busy and work hard to give us great food. Thanks Chilos no doubt I will see you again tonight or next Friday :-)

This has to be the best beef burgers in Scotland! Can't recommend the double stack highly enough. The portions are bigh and well worth the money. The chicken burgers are a bit iffy, the sauce can be very tangy, so I wouldn't recommend the Chicken.

An unexpected treat on Paisley Rd. Staying in Glasgow for a couple of days near Paisley Road. Went out for food when we arrived and found Chilos on Paisley Rd, near the Quay. I ordered the Gozilla burger. I was really impressed by the quality of meat. The whole burger was delicious and with just a little kick of spice. Not an element of it was over or under done. A superb burger, along with their excellent, customisable fries(I got cheese salt) and a Chilos, own brand Mandarin soft drink (also, absolutely delicious and refreshing) cost under £16. It's probably cheaper to go to McDonald's or Burger King but this place is absolutely levels above anything they would serve you. If it's within your range (price or delivery) and you like a good burger, you owe it to yourself to try this place out. Just make sure you're hungry though. I was absolutely stuffed by the end. Maybe avoid if you're on a diet too. This is definitely an indulgence. Restaruant wise, it's a small and simple place with helpful, friendly staff. Tables and toilets were spotless. My only gripe... Maybe change the mix tape. Or turn it down a bit. (That's age talking) I'm going back home in a couple of days but I think I'll be heading back for another burger before I leave.

I have been a regular since this place opened Nd i literally live next door. I am writing this as I am waiting for my order which has been about 1 hr 25 mins now. I have stuck through their late times for so long but this time was the last straw. I thought maybe cause they are new it’s overwhelming to prepare so many orders but its been years now and nothing at ALL has been done about this. I am incredibly unwell and have been STARVING! And am alone in the house so decided to take a chance and order from here again even though i was worried that they would do this again but my guess was right as always unreliable and late and no care for customer’s time. I am literally starving and unwell. Horrible service I gave it so much time but never again and will stop recommending to others about this place since they would be 70 years old by the time they deliver.

Review is for price mostly. I only went in for a vanilla milkshake and I should have walked out - £6.50?!! Ludicrous. It tastes good but no different than anywhere else so what’s the “premium” factor exactly. Lovely server but I waited 15-20 mins for just a milkshake. And no I wouldn’t want to sit in there 😬charge more than Five Guys and it’s smaller and not as good.

Me and my brother tried here for the first time on the 12th May. Our burgers and ziggy fries were amazing and so was the bottle of miami juice. We also got churros with chocolate sauce plus icecream which was amazing too👌. We will be back soon. Number one burger place for us beats all the rest😋 🍔🍟

It's been a year now I am visiting chilos every Saturday. The burgers are delicious specially my favourite The big mama. One of the best place to have burger in Scotland.

I got their basic burger and fries meal and it was fantastic! All the ingredients tasted fresh and were perfectly cooked. Flavors were very unique. They even have their own sodas flavors, I got the mango, was very good. Staff was professional and friendly. Will return!

Seriously good food, ordered uber eats, took awhile but not the restaurants fault just an awkward area for drivers I think. The burger was amazing and they were fine subbing out the cheddar for me. The cookie was massive and took 2 nights to finish. I appreciate the extra care when packaging to attach a second bag that included the ice cream and drink so they wouldn't eat up during transit. Great food and will try again soon

Much awaited return for another lunch date with the husband. Food was tasty except for the rice that was a tad bit dry. No other complaints! Love the house drink too, no bad after taste which is fabulous!

Came from Dundee to try Chilo’s and it didn’t disappoint. It was brilliant, ordered the Gozilla burger it was juicy, soft and amazing. Also got the steak fries which was delicious along with the Philly cheesesteak. I definitely recommend.

Chilo's Burgers provided a perfect pit stop on my way to Fort Williams. Opting for a meal to break my fast at Iftar, I indulged in their loaded steak with rice. The steak pieces were succulent, perfectly complemented by the rice. Overall, a delightful experience that left me satisfied and ready to continue my journey.

Pathetic service after having to wait over 2 hours for food. Even the uber delivery guy got fed up and left. After several calls and being lied to they finally got it sent. Just with a simple apology, nothing to make it up to a customer. To the manager, get more staff and a bigger unit. You clearly can't handle high demand during Ramadan. Yeah I was fasting as well.
