Always very good , just one small detail, usually get bones in fish, or is it just me.

The food is definitely ok. Unfortunately the member of staff that served me was offhand bordering on rude. I don't expect to be spoken to as it if am doing a favour by entering and actually ordering something. Perhaps the staff member needs to be reminded why she has been employed.

Highly Recommend The Friary in Beauly. Great team there, great food. Proper chips! Fast, organised service and friendly, helpful staff.

The best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Cooked to order and perfection. The gravy was delicious too. Owner was lovely too

Had an early take away dinner here last week before catching the adjacent ferry- Ordered 3 fish and chips at £12 each. The lady serving was pleasant and said she’d ensure they’d be ready in time before we departed. Which they were. There were picnic tables adjacent to the shed with harbour views , but all were full. So we ate in the car. We were rather disappointed to find the chips looked like oven chips ( thin ad uniform) and the fish was coated in an orange crumb reminiscent of fish finges ! It was ok. But I would not recommend it if you are expecting proper fish and chips

Lots of taste to be had here. For sure the Fish is fresh and nicely battered, the chips crispy and you can add sauces. the place must be popular since there always seems to be customers present and you may have to wait a while. However the result is well worth the wait since the Fish Supper is mouth-watering.

Asistió al evento en el stand de Kelvingrove el sábado. Era muy atmosférico y tenía un gran ambiente. A los niños les encantó, especialmente los globos y la pizza. Sin duda recomendaría si tienes hijos. Espero con ansias la próxima.

Easily the tastiest pork sandwich I have had in my memory. I choose the sage and onion stuffing with apple sauce and every bite was delicious! Coming from the states and having had a lot of pulled pork sandwiches, I was pleasantly surprised by how much better this is in comparison. Was curious about adding the stuffing but it resulted in an especially succulent result. I would not hesitate to return and if I lived in Edinburgh, this would easily replace my weekly lunches at Chick Fil A!

We were staying at Tantallin campsite, placed order for pizza, arrived via delivery ahead of time on a Saturday and the pizza was piping hot and really tasty. Totally recommend.

Have started to cut costs and use haddock which hasn't been properly filleted. Lots of bones in both fish, some quite large. Not a great meal. I'm from the East Coast so recognise cheap fish cuts.

Extremely disappointed, ordered food at £37 worth, time was 17.15 and it arrived at 18.45, Stone cold !!! Driver had gotten lost (not his fault) We called up to complain and was was very rude on phone and never got offered any refund or apology. Won't be back.
