Very disappointing. For an event called the "Big Feed," the entire market consisted of just a single row, which felt very small-scale given the £13 entrance fee. There were only a few food stalls and just a couple of other stalls, despite it being advertised to feature additional ones. There was no live music, even though it was advertised. The children's entertainment was limited to a bubble machine and a juggler. There was no seating for dining, and there were pram restrictions in the kiddies area, making it very family-unfriendly. Not worth it.

Shocking food we were served last sunday. Still trying to get refund. Wouldnt give it to a dog. Burrito was fat. Soggy. Will never be back and be sure to pass it on. So please give us our money back. As i hate getting crap food. Even the chef said he wouldnt eat it. Terrible.

Brilliant afternoon out! We went along and it was Star Wars themed. Great fun. The food vans were brilliant - great selection! The characters were interactive and really engaging with the kids. Good atmosphere too. The pizza was absolutely fantastic! £3 entry and 10 underage free. Plenty of parking too. Overall, a well spent family afternoon!

I went with my two friend and we were having a great time. Me and one of my friends went to the bathroom, on our return to the table my friend informed us that we had been asked to leave. Apparently the friend who was left sitting at the table was told by the manager that she looked too drunk and had to leave. All of our drinks had been removed by the manager. Funny thing is if the manager had actually spoken to my friend before taking all of our paid for drinks and asking us to leave she would of found out that the friend she accused of being too drunk was stone cold sober as she was driving. When attempting to explain this to the manager she was rude and stated that my friend looked drunk and therefore it meant she was. It was an overall humiliating experience and has now coloured my opinion of the big feed.

We had a fab day at the Big feed! We went with friends and our kids! Was a great atmosphere, we sat in the marquee area (it did eventually rain when we were there, but the sides were closed when this happened) Great selection on foods on offer all reasonably priced for the sizes of the portions and everything we had was amazing!! The salt and chilli chicken was a favourite and the Duck bun!! We can't wait to go back! Plenty of parking and friendly staff!

Visited the big feed on Sunday 8th august and entered a damp and untidy venue and most of the area was flooding due to rain coming through the roof and was extremely slippery and hazardous. We decided to continue and give it a try and the staff serving drinks and showing customer to seats etc were friendly and polite but the food was expensive and awful. My partner and I tried the pork(smothered in a barbecue sauce that tasted like washing up liquid),two tacos not in a shell but instead a small soft flour base with a tiny dollop of? and cold),a hot dog that was rubber and churros that were not like the original but instead long solid sticks of sugar!!It in no way looks like the pictures and believe me neither my partner or I are fussy eaters but the food and venue was disappointing and needs looked at for a return visit were only the friendliness of the staff gave it 2 stars.

We went on a rainy Saturday afternoon and as there were 4 of us got to try a bit of everything. The pad thai and the bao buns with kimchi were delicious. The arancini balls were probably the most disappointing on the day but there was something for everyone. Great atmosphere with live music. It is a bit cool inside but the food and drinks soon warm you up. A great area with face painting and balloon models for kids and a wee doggy section which was well used. I think another couple of vendors and sell some local drinks instead of most of the draught being foreign imports and this good go from good to fantastic. Also not impressed with the amount of plastic cups being used! Overall a great day out though.

Good atmosphere but I Was extremely disappointed in the lack of Gluten Free choice. There was one van that was vegan and gf, but the others didn't offer a single gf choice apart from chips. I thought this was going to be a modern venue taking into account modern dietary needs. It's no good to put up a sign saying "ask about you server "about dietary needs only to do and be told that. "Sorry mate we don't do anything".

Cam here with my partner for the first time and it was really good, you pay a £2 entry free each to get in (free if you have an nhs badge). The food was really nice and there was live music and a nice bar so it feels quite chilled. It is dog friendly and has a little treat station for them that is free. We tried the salt and chilli stand and the toastie stand. The toastie really was good as was the salt and chilli chips and chicken. The only downfall is it is expensive £10 for the toastie and chips and £8 for the salt and chilli (you only get 4 bits of chicken and the rest is chips).

Visited for the first time at the weekend, found the atmosphere really friendly and relaxed. We took our kids age 10 & 12 who enjoyed it too and were allowed to play inside and out without issue. I loved that dogs were welcome, and even catered for! I was very impressed by the bar staff - the bar was mobbed the entire time we were there, but the waiting time was minimal. The bar staff were jovial and very skilled - best bar efficiency and friendly staff I've ever experienced. Add to this the brilliant range of food on offer and I'd highly recommend a visit.
