Ruby Murrys in Glasgow City

Normally food is amazing but this time when I collected my food was freezing never had a bag or anything

Foods always delicious, but they never sent my rice , but I phoned and it was refunded , great service 👌🏼

Was really quick delivery and food was still nice and warm this is my 2nd order in 2 weeks will order again

Just tried the skinny chicken korma and loved it ,chicken was so tender & plenty of veg with a little bite to it which I love.I’ve also tried the the skinny chicken tikka masala,both are so tasty 😋 strongly recommend. Staff also very friendly 🙂

Tried the skinny tikka masala for the 1st time tonight and it was delicious! Highly recommend it. Food is always lovely and fresh from here, it’s one of the best take aways 👍

There food is ok and don’t take long but thay aways forget your ginger there is nothing worse 4 times a have phond them in the last month and 3 times thay have forgotten the ginger unbelievable. It’s a pain in the arss

Portion sizes are terrible now , won't be using Ruby's again, not worth the price for small Portions , will use elsewhere as there's so many in the east end that you receive value for money.

Ordered the skinny tikka and what can I say it was absolutely delicious! I’ve also tried the skinny korma and that is delicious too will definitely be ordering again! 👌🤩

Dissapointed - Curries not labelled - when ordering 8 curries, the minimum standard you expect is to know which curry is which, otherwise what is the point of choosing from the menu. It would have taken seconds to label the lids. Pretty poor effort really.

Not my best delivery from here. Soggy chips and slightly undercooked calzone. Usually fantastic as well but very poor this time, disappointed

First time trying Ruby Murrys and will definitely be returning again very soon. The dishes we selected were well cooked and incredibly tasty. Great service for a Saturday night and the staff serving at counter were so friendly , service with a smile. Great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I phoned the restaurant regarding the rice and the bhunna being burst and all over the food ..to which they said the would send out a replacement curry and rice out asap I had then phoned back after waiting half an hour for the fresh food to be told they had tried to phone me 4x to tell me that I had to pay for the rice which wasn't an issue I then asked the girl on the phone who by then was quite cheeky to be told another half an hour for our food I asked if it could be any quicker told no!

Home delivery - fish pakora was so greasy I couldn't eat it. It's usually my favourite thing ever so was a bit disappointed.

Long reigning best takeaway on the east side of Glasgow. Pizzas are supreme, curry boxes are supreme. The branding looks cool, the food tastes unbelievably banging, long live Ruby Murry’s.

Pizza was stone cold. Very disappointed as we order often.

Lamb Dopiaza Ruby’s ? was Shocking 5 bits off lamb the Size off a 5 Pence ? # back track yes it was lovely 🤔 wouldn’t buy again :( ….

Very disappointed with standard of food.

Phoned order at 9 o'clockish,at 10.30 app says food being delivered, 11.20 still no delivery so no order delivered, just what you need after a 14hr working day,last i will use rubys.

The delivery was late, the food was not great the curry tasted very “earthy”. Pakora was soggy.

Just receieved order.Clap cold rubbery chips .No drinks with mids meals and shorted bag of chips .Thats twice no kids drinks with last 2 orders .Slacking abit .Normally ok but tonite disappointed

Ruby Murray’s is the worst for getting your Order wrong. Usually it’s a delivery but this time I actually picked it up! I would advise you to check your orders before you accept it !

Tiny portion hidden in lots of sauce. 1 meal always fed two of us now it's sauce with 6/7 tiny pieces of chicken. Given the benefit too many times. I've been going years. This was always my go to place. Fullarton Grills chicken feeds two and the dog! No downsizing here plenty parking, similar pricing but honestly it's a very large portion of meat which i actually slice up!

Woman rang to tell us they were missing something so we could choose something else. Great communication. One of the best curries I've ever had.

The food was cold , they gave us the wrong sauces and wrong chips. Chips where freezing and we received no peri chips although we paid extra to have peri

Got a large munchie box. Food was mediocre at best and only lukewarm. Considering food was delivered on time I don’t see any reason why it wasn’t piping hot as it should have been.

Munchie box comes in a tin tray, everything was wet n soggy .. chips were chewy n burger was hard … got Pepsi instead of coke (don’t drink Pepsi) .. won’t be ordering again

Always friendly staff, food is probably best in area, but be prepared for a wait as they are always so busy (not a complaint really)

nothing is an issue for these guys wrong thing ordered or delivered it gets replaced and re delivered 2x now I haven't put the buzzer no on my just eat order and 2x it's been sent out again without an issue ...food is amazing and always fresh and tasty 😋

Did not enjoy having to cancel and reorder for the sake of one item. It was large order and I had selected garlic cheese nan in error and wanted just to make it garlic nan.

They were running late, the shop called to let us know which was totally fine - they’re busy for a reason! The food is so good! They added in some cans of juice and two mini packs of haribo for the kids due to the delay. Honestly 10/10

Food always lovely but they don’t wrap the Nan bread in tin foil to keep it warm anymore they should really start that again it’s so much nicer and warm

Kebab mate was really tasty. not cheap and greasy like your usual kebab shop. I was early to collect but they made it there and then for me. the girls in the front of house were really polite and friendly. 100% be back

Abs shocking waited 1 hour and 20 mins, then phoned, girl forgot to put order through, and was told it was a priority , waited another 50 mins and some of order was missing, phoned up to complain, girl hung up on us, called back and manager said he checked it and nothing was missing, what chance you got with customer service like that. Last few orders have had things missing, my daughter runs a pub and same attitude to her when she complained, DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

portion size small i ordered large box meal but by the contents it looked liked a small portion i got 4 very small chicken pakora 1 chicken wing 6 mushroom pakora 6 veg pakora 4 onion rings tray of dried up kabab meat if thats the large dread to think what small is very small portion for the money

Disappointed with my order tonight, Ordered the Zinger Burger but didn't receive any cheese or burger sauce & the actual burger was a sliced-up single piece of pakora, the second part of the order was a pizza and munchy box meal deal. The munchy boy didn't arrive with the delivery which is cool as mistakes happen and the delivery driver was very nice about the item being missing and delivered the munchy boy about 10 mins after the actual delivery, the munchy box however was very poor, the portion size was awful. Been buying from Rubys instore and online for more than a decade, really disappointed with the order tonight.

We always go to Ruby Murray’s we have done for years but what we got tonight was very disappointing. It tasted great as always but the amount of chicken we got was very little indeed. There was hardly enough for one let alone to share with. I will need to think twice about ordering again.

I've ordered many foods from here over the last 6 weeks as I've just moved here. The service is exceptional but the quality and value for money regards all the food, pizza,curry, kebabs and sides is unbelievable. U have to try this place. Ruby's thank u.

This place is hot and miss 3 times now my order has been wrong and items missing not just a bit wrong completely wrong. You can never get any money back off just eat.

the original delivery was delivered to the wrong people by the driver and they put it right and sent the order again ASAP.

firstly thank you manger for resending another meal out and picking first meal up obviously sent back without touching the meal second meal came couldn't eat it as it over powered with curry Spicy would like a full refund will bring over the second meal 2 morrow night

It's OK, bit pricey for what it is. Nans, not great but soggy given the way the wrap them

Both pizzas were missing the additional toppings that were paid for. The chips and cheese portion was poor.

I ordered 3 tubs of cheese and got none! Last 2 times I never got any coleslaw either so not happy, will go somewhere else in future

Normally everything is great But today very disappointing as the bag was burst and most of the sauce was all over the bag and my Son's top as he didn't realise it was burst So we shared a bone dry curry Japaties where rotten so dry and hard they went in the bin 😔

The 10inch pizza was wrong. Only had spicy chicken which was supposed to be added to a doner pizza.
