Always top quality service with top quality food. Definitely the best takeaway in Glasgow.

Always friendly staff, food is probably best in area, but be prepared for a wait as they are always so busy (not a complaint really)

Had a works night out and spent £80 on food. Turned up not even look warm like it had been sitting for over an hour. Phoned to complain and they acted like I was lying offered a voucher which was never received. Shocking service won’t be back.

Very long wait to receive wrong and missing items. Food we did get was mediocre. This place isn’t as good as it used to be

nothing is an issue for these guys wrong thing ordered or delivered it gets replaced and re delivered 2x now I haven't put the buzzer no on my just eat order and 2x it's been sent out again without an issue ...food is amazing and always fresh and tasty 😋

Did not enjoy having to cancel and reorder for the sake of one item. It was large order and I had selected garlic cheese nan in error and wanted just to make it garlic nan.

They were running late, the shop called to let us know which was totally fine - they’re busy for a reason! The food is so good! They added in some cans of juice and two mini packs of haribo for the kids due to the delay. Honestly 10/10

, been standing in the shop for the last 10 mins asking why the foods not ready on time yet they press the button on the app to say it's ready.

The food is amazing!! The curry is a must try, I recommend this place!

Food always lovely but they don’t wrap the Nan bread in tin foil to keep it warm anymore they should really start that again it’s so much nicer and warm

Kebab mate was really tasty. not cheap and greasy like your usual kebab shop. I was early to collect but they made it there and then for me. the girls in the front of house were really polite and friendly. 100% be back

Abs shocking waited 1 hour and 20 mins, then phoned, girl forgot to put order through, and was told it was a priority , waited another 50 mins and some of order was missing, phoned up to complain, girl hung up on us, called back and manager said he checked it and nothing was missing, what chance you got with customer service like that. Last few orders have had things missing, my daughter runs a pub and same attitude to her when she complained, DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

portion size small i ordered large box meal but by the contents it looked liked a small portion i got 4 very small chicken pakora 1 chicken wing 6 mushroom pakora 6 veg pakora 4 onion rings tray of dried up kabab meat if thats the large dread to think what small is very small portion for the money

Disappointed with my order tonight, Ordered the Zinger Burger but didn't receive any cheese or burger sauce & the actual burger was a sliced-up single piece of pakora, the second part of the order was a pizza and munchy box meal deal. The munchy boy didn't arrive with the delivery which is cool as mistakes happen and the delivery driver was very nice about the item being missing and delivered the munchy boy about 10 mins after the actual delivery, the munchy box however was very poor, the portion size was awful. Been buying from Rubys instore and online for more than a decade, really disappointed with the order tonight.

We always go to Ruby Murray’s we have done for years but what we got tonight was very disappointing. It tasted great as always but the amount of chicken we got was very little indeed. There was hardly enough for one let alone to share with. I will need to think twice about ordering again.

I've ordered many foods from here over the last 6 weeks as I've just moved here. The service is exceptional but the quality and value for money regards all the food, pizza,curry, kebabs and sides is unbelievable. U have to try this place. Ruby's thank u.

This place is hot and miss 3 times now my order has been wrong and items missing not just a bit wrong completely wrong. You can never get any money back off just eat.

the original delivery was delivered to the wrong people by the driver and they put it right and sent the order again ASAP.

firstly thank you manger for resending another meal out and picking first meal up obviously sent back without touching the meal second meal came couldn't eat it as it over powered with curry Spicy would like a full refund will bring over the second meal 2 morrow night

It's OK, bit pricey for what it is. Nans, not great but soggy given the way the wrap them

Both pizzas were missing the additional toppings that were paid for. The chips and cheese portion was poor.

I ordered 3 tubs of cheese and got none! Last 2 times I never got any coleslaw either so not happy, will go somewhere else in future

All food was Freezing , no sauce on kebab.

Normally everything is great But today very disappointing as the bag was burst and most of the sauce was all over the bag and my Son's top as he didn't realise it was burst So we shared a bone dry curry Japaties where rotten so dry and hard they went in the bin 😔

The 10inch pizza was wrong. Only had spicy chicken which was supposed to be added to a doner pizza.

Ordered food around 7.15, kept adding time on which can be understandable but was still later than when it should have arrived. Food was cold

Ordered a delivery last night. The pizza was really good. The 2 curries were average at best. Really bland and not very tasty. Naan bread was really tough & chewy. Great for a jaw workout! The mixed grill was not as described in the menu. It was supposed to consist of chicken, lamb, beef, Tandoori on the bone, chicken chatt & doner. All we got was a bit of doner, a chicken breast on the bone & chicken pieces. Someone did call to say they had run out of something but I feel we shouldn't have been charged the full price when all we were getting was chicken & some doner. We paid extra for masala sauce with it which was disgusting & tasted like a tin of tomato soup. Will never order from this place again I'm afraid.

excellent food as always and quick delivery. the mega mixed kebab has definetley shrunk but used to be bigger.

I ordered from the buffet menu £180 worth of food for my brother’s 30th. We went into the shop a week before to organise it, then went back 2 days before the party to pay in full, and both the staff and I signed the receipt. It was supposed to come between 8.30-9.15pm on the night. When it got to 9.45pm and still no food arrived, I phoned and it turned out the kitchen had not even been made aware of the order. So we had to wait another 30 minutes before the food arrived which I’m glad we at least HAD a buffet. The guy on the phone was nice and obviously this wasn’t his fault directly but I was only offered a 20% reimbursement which I don’t really think is fair considering the amount of money I paid and the embarrassment we faced on the night. Disappointed. The food was alright but I wouldn’t order from here again.

The food took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. We were all ridiculously hungry by that point. The rice was missing and so were the poppadums which we had been really looking forward to. Rice £2.50, poppadums £1.55 and delivery £3.50 plus service charge 50p which is totally unacceptable considering. The slow delivery, missing items and also the food was lukewarm on arrival.

Ordered a pizza deal with large munchy box. Literally about 10 chips 1 chicken wing and 2 tiny bits chicken pakora. Loads of mushroom which no one really likes. 1 pitta bread in a munch box. Barely anything too it for being a large. Forgot my portion of chicken pakora so had to send back out. Was my daughters birthday and we always order from here but what a waste of money. Ordered a bottle coke/ Pepsi was told off driver there was none so gave me 3 cans diet irn bru which none of us like. Why not give us cans coke or Pepsi since that's the bottle we ordered.

Very nice place to get something to eat the prices are reasonable and the service is very good and the food is hot when you get it there also a fish&chips shop next door .would recommend this place to everyone.

Got a buffet delivered to a family function on Friday the 13th at Tollcross Bowling Club. The food arrived on time hot and tasty. Big thanks to Laura she stopped us trying to order to much food and we took her advice and saved £50 and no food was wasted. Definately recommend use again.

Portion size was quite small but good quality good.

Amazing , everything we get an order from here it's all ways better than any other take away place. We wish we could do more to say thank you for the work and effort they put in . We drive there and back from rutherglen too Tollcross everytime because there is no better place in between.

Massively went downhill. Always give the benefit of the doubt and order again but it will be the last i order. Poor portion sizes, food has totally changed . Ordered 2 currys 2 rices and 1 naan . 36 pound with delivery. Poor show. Poor food.. least the delivery driver seemed nice enough.

My husband did not like it the spicy chicken pizza I had ordered as myself and friend had ordered something else and was having it at her house.

Delicious hot food, (salad and grilled veg was cut up a little bit chunkier than usual on the veg pakora hoagie but still nice)

I use this place when ever I can never been let down.

Enjoyed the chips with donner meat, it had the right amount of salad and sauce. Brownies were a good portion too. :)

Delicious as usual. Only issue was pizza was cold when arrived and had to be heated however this could have been due to the distance for delivery. First time this has been experienced, but certainly didn’t let it put us off the rest of the food which was beautiful.

I ordered a chicken burger last night and I have wrote on the notes that I didn’t want anything on it other than lettuce and it came with cheese on it and witch I couldn’t eat and then phoned the shop to be told I would be sent another one so sat up waiting on that for it not to show up!
