Burger King in Glasgow City

I went to this place yesterday. I would recommend this BK shop to everyone excellent customer service, quick delivery of food and fresh food. 10/10 for this BK. Keep it up 💪

Collette was incredibly helpful and was so friendly and welcoming. She made sure I was satisfied and happy before I sat down. She came to check on me too. Brilliant service, thank you!

Amazing staff clean dining area

Staff was absolutely exceptional. The restaurant manager was especially lovely and informed me that the chilli cheese bites were cooked with chicken which i very much appreciated! She then upgraded my burger and cheese bites to a meal for the inconvenience. So so lovely and made my day. Thank you!

Came on after a busy day shopping and was lovely, fresh and warm. The service was good and a great atmosphere people watching while I ate will definitely be back

Place was mobbed this morning and only couple of boys working, but the food was hot. Diner was spotless and service was on point. Will definitely be back

Went in for coffee at 09:30am. Had to wait a full two minutes whilst the two staff members finished their conversation over marking boxes. Was looked at up and down as I asked the register be opened so I can pay in cash. Asked for flat white, got served half a cup of cold cappuccino with a stare from waitress after I suggested the place had changed since I worked there 18 years ago. Bad customer service, wrong order, half a cup, coffee was cold and too too expensive. Was told there is nothing they can do about the coffee, they cannot even fill the cup. Don't buy anything from here.

The Whopper was juicy, fries crispy, and service speedy—even during lunch rush. Clean, well-located in Buchanan Galleries, with friendly staff. Perfect for a quick meal while shopping. Great value with meal deals. Highly recommend! 🍔🍟

Had a good experience, staff were nice and food was up to standard as usual.

By the time we got our food, it was cold. The guy making it spent his time singing along to his metal music and playing air guitar. We weren't the only customers that had to wait ages either. My burger was warm-ish but my mother went up to get a new cheese burger because hers was stone cold and the female employee with blue and pink coloured hair argued with her saying that the 4°c cheese cooled down a 180°c burger, those numbers were what she told her by the way, which is total rubbish. By the time she got the burger, which funnily enough was made in half the time it took before, her chips were cold too. The only saving grace was the chilly cheese bites, so all round a very disappointing meal for the price of £22-23. For reference, we had a cheeseburger and chips, a double bacon xl with chips, and our drinks with chilly cheese bites. I had that strawberry fanta slush, which is pure sugar, but at least it tasted like the drink. Not impressed.

Great experience, I always dine in and the staff are very helpful. For me, it's the Flame Grilled Whopper. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra Smokey BBQ sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local Burger King restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

Whopper was cold. Bun was stale. Overpriced “large” fries don’t come with mayo included in price. Never change Burger King.

Absolutely awful , all kiosks were being used so I waited by the tills ( for more than 10 minutes may I add ) I proceed to get served and the woman said “ you have to use the kiosk the tills are for cash payment , ( they had card machines at the till )so I tried to use the kiosk but it wouldn’t let me add something to my meal so I proceeded to go back to the till , the absolute cheek this woman gave me was unreal , I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal when receiving my food I asked for a takeout bag and the woman basically barked at me that the bag was 10p I replied saying I did tell the lady at the till I was taking my food away and the service I had was awful , she said absolutely nothing and practically threw the bag at me , I opened my food only to see that I had been given a dry hamburger with no sauce or cheese ( bare in mind I ordered a CHEESEBURGER ) and I had noticed that almost everyone receiving their food there was some sort of issue with it and was not rectified in any way possible , absolutely appalling

Server attempted to seve me contaminated food,2 burgers ordered,been given to other customer,server retrieved burgers then spills coffee onto them,handed me burgers that should've been binned due to contamination,health and safety procedures thrown out the window,no apology given,disgusting

The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They got my order right, and the food was served hot and fresh. I opted for the Vegan royal meal, and it didn’t disappoint. The burger was just perfect, with the right balance of toppings, and the fries were crispy.

The self service kiosk being right at the counter is counter-productive, as a person with anxiety I prefer the self service mainly because it's away from it. Otherwise, a perfectly fine burger King, albeit was a little hard to find it haha.

Today I went to Burger king in Buchanan Galleries. I waited to be served and eventually was told I had to use the pad system, I said I didn't know how to use it. And was told he was the only person on. I'm disabled and was very unhappy with the no service what so ever!

I never thought I'd get such excellent service at a burger king. I ordered off the kiosk, the process was quick and easy. I got my food promptly afterwards. The food came steaming hot and built perfectly to my specific choices. The woman who served me did so with a smile as she offered me additional ketchups. She also helped direct me to the drink machines and show me how they worked. I had an excellent meal. I couldn't recommend this burger king enough! Stand out!

Great place to grab a quick bite on days you are tired or just lazy. The staff greets you with a warm smile and is prompt to offers help. I even saw staff members helping older customers place their orders and even delivering them to the tables instead of making them wait at the counter. The taste of the burger is true to its fame, the quantity of food is satisfactory.

None of the juice machines worked £12 for a burger and not get any fluids, just a rip off. But it was the only place open to me at the time.

A Burger King like any other or so I thought, wasn't a good start as my order was wrong but a Shift Manager on at the time Calum was wonderfully polite and helpful and it was sorted in a jiffy. Then a disaster of my own making happened I dropped my drink but again to save the day and my embarrassment Calum was over in a flash personally cleaned it up while reassuring me it's all ok, man some hero's really don't ware capes! Food was as good as I expected from Burger King I enjoyed it but what a top guy Calum was, thanks pal.
