Burger King in Glasgow City

I ordered vegan Royal on my recent visit to Burger King Buchanan galleries. The taste was really good and the service excellent. Staff was really friendly which made sure my order was correct and was served hot and fresh.

The woman with the dark blonde hair and rainbow glasses (a manger maybe?) is amazing! Works so insanely hard and deserves all the praise! Even when under loads of pressure remains lovely. I don’t usually review places but I just wanted everyone to know!

I came to Burger King in Buchanan galleries and ordered vegan royal meal and halloumi fries. They food was fresh and was served in couple of mins. I would definitely recommend Burger King Buchanan galleries to everyone. Customer service 10/10!

The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They got my order right, and the food was served hot and fresh. I opted for the Vegan royal meal, and it didn’t disappoint. The burger was just perfect, with the right balance of toppings, and the fries were crispy.

The self service kiosk being right at the counter is counter-productive, as a person with anxiety I prefer the self service mainly because it's away from it. Otherwise, a perfectly fine burger King, albeit was a little hard to find it haha.

Today I went to Burger king in Buchanan Galleries. I waited to be served and eventually was told I had to use the pad system, I said I didn't know how to use it. And was told he was the only person on. I'm disabled and was very unhappy with the no service what so ever!

I never thought I'd get such excellent service at a burger king. I ordered off the kiosk, the process was quick and easy. I got my food promptly afterwards. The food came steaming hot and built perfectly to my specific choices. The woman who served me did so with a smile as she offered me additional ketchups. She also helped direct me to the drink machines and show me how they worked. I had an excellent meal. I couldn't recommend this burger king enough! Stand out!

Great place to grab a quick bite on days you are tired or just lazy. The staff greets you with a warm smile and is prompt to offers help. I even saw staff members helping older customers place their orders and even delivering them to the tables instead of making them wait at the counter. The taste of the burger is true to its fame, the quantity of food is satisfactory.

It robs people by showing massive burgers on the screens, but in reality, they give kids food. Full of the adult charge. nervous and unconfident customer service to explain properly to customers

None of the juice machines worked £12 for a burger and not get any fluids, just a rip off. But it was the only place open to me at the time.

A Burger King like any other or so I thought, wasn't a good start as my order was wrong but a Shift Manager on at the time Calum was wonderfully polite and helpful and it was sorted in a jiffy. Then a disaster of my own making happened I dropped my drink but again to save the day and my embarrassment Calum was over in a flash personally cleaned it up while reassuring me it's all ok, man some hero's really don't ware capes! Food was as good as I expected from Burger King I enjoyed it but what a top guy Calum was, thanks pal.

Typica Burger King but next to two other restaurants very close to each others both selling Korean and Asian street food . But the Burger King was the busiest of the three . It was very clean and tables clean and the floor was constantly being swept and kept was spotlessly clean . When in Edinburgh again I wouldn't hesitate in using this Burger King again Very pleasant and Quick service 👌
