Surprisingly tasty beef burger.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a double cheeseburger which had no cheese or half of the toppings shown in the menu. Upon return manager tried to tell me that there was cheese and pointed to a microscopic piece of slime. When I contested she said she would replace it and returned in two seconds with some cheese but still missing toppings. Straight after this visit I have additionally been sick for a full day since.

Absolutely vile place. Most disgusting coffee ever and the food I can only describe as being humid/wet and sweaty. Interior is horrible and hygiene clearly does not exist here. Avoid.

This place was fantastic. My husband and I were there and taking pictures. We asked the manager if we could shoot a small video as my husband teaches international business and wanted to share the Scotland Tim Hortons story with his students. They allowed us to shoot our video and were so kind to give us a little box of timbits. Such an amazing gesture of kindness. Super staff and extremely clean establishment

1st time went n order the triple cheap burger. Was quick to order since it was c Very quiet..burger was good the bun was not. Couldn't taste the bacon. Was a bit of grease on it. Was better tha macdonalds.

Lovely branch, clean and tidy (even the toilets). Food served quickly. French vanilla coffee here is to die for! Staff so polite and helpful.

Great tasting food. Ordered one of my favourites, a French Vanilla, which instead of tasting sweet, tasted extremely bitter and was undrinkable. Unsure what went wrong. I returned it and was given a new one by a helpful chap.

Planning my trip to Scotland... and what do I find a block from my hotel??? A TIMMIES!!! will make me feel at home:)

A good rest stop when exploring the streets of Glasgow coming or going to the cathedral and necropolis. Plenty of seats, fast service and food

Lovely coffee shop came back after getting a banoffee latte there amazing and such good deals too. I honestly say this beats a Starbucks plus staff are great too especially Casey and Emma who go out their way to help you and always give you a lovely smile ❤️☺️ keep up the great work

Took 10 minutes to make two drinks which were wrong. Didn’t want to let them know as the staff had already been quite rude to us and made us feel unwelcome. Donuts weren’t fresh and the box had a weird smell about it. Waste of £20.

I've no problem not reading the menu that's on me. The "vegetarian and vegan menu" should just be changed to "vegetarian menu". If your going to advertise vegan on your menu to make yourselves inclusive of a life chiice. Try to at least make a difference. The picture and description however made both the pancake options remotely interesting. I came in with my daughter and we thought we'd try it. To be honest its the last time I'll accept going there as an option. Apart from as a request from other people. This is what we received for £11.90. It's a bit a con, the business should stick to making coffee and doughnuts. After previous visits with family, and everyone in the party (vegans and others) being disappointed we gave up on Tim Horton's for savoury food. While I was looking I did look around for staff to ask but the front of house is deserted apart from the self-service machines. Apart from when food comes out there is a member of staff. The whole atmosphere reeks of a motorway petrol station 50 miles from anywhere at 3 in the morning. Avoid unless your an upmarket student looking to spend more on your lunch or dinner. If your vegan go to Greggs go next door and carry it in. There's no staff here to stop you.

The prices are (relatively for fast-food) high, but so is the quality. For the love of god don't buy anything individually, only get meals. The breakfast meal is an amazing deal - If you get the Big Breakfast Wrap Meal it costs the same as a single Breakfast Wrap, despite being Bigger and also coming with a hashbrown and a drink.

Today my friend and I went to tim hortons and enough is enough now. 3 times now we have felt victimised by staff member Katie. We have been 3 times in the past week and Katie has made us feel so uncomfortable! Today we waited at the till for 7 minutes as what we wanted wasn’t in the kiosk, she totally ignored us and didn’t even acknowledge us so we just went to the kiosk and ordered something else. A man went up to the till a minute later and got served immediately. She is not nice!!!!!

Ho comprato dei dolci tramite l'applicazione too good to go. Ci hanno dato 6 ciambelle e 10 ciambelline piccole alla modica cifra di 4 sterline. Considerando che sono ciambelle di fine giornata, restavano comunque buone e molto dolci. Lo consiglio se volete un dolce sfizio e siete di passaggio.

went in due to closures at my favourite spot in the area but will say this didn't dissapoint. I grabbed a cheese toastie meal and it was devine. the prices were also reasonable but staff were a bit aggresive towards some customers but overall stunnin'.

Just visited this Tim Hortons branch (approx 4.30pm on 03/12) for 2 iced french vanilla lattes and I just wanted to let the manager know that the member of staff (a young man) who was on the till today was absolutely lovely and is a credit to the company. Delicious coffees too!

Had lattice fries, could have tanned a windae with how utterly brick solid they were. Wrap was banging I can't lie. 3 stars because the staff were alright. Just the lattice fries were a lot to be considered

Breakfast meal for £3, cheap lunches and coffee & donuts. How can you go wrong? Well, it always feels like it could do with a clean and the recent addition of touch screens means it's all a bit cramped at the counter when waiting for your order

Got an upset stomach after eating here. It was the burger I suspect.

We were in the area and needed a coffee so decided to go here. What a mistake. I ordered a burger meal and was utterly disappointed. The burger was lukewarm and the lattice fries were too and so greasy. It was pretty dire. The coffee was extremely bitter - not in a good coffee way but just cheap and nasty - although it was hot. The bins for depositing waste were also overflowing.

Visited this Tim Hortons a a few times and to be honest the service is HORRIBLE I always seem to get the same woman and she always wears her mask below her chin seems to not care and goes and as slow as she possibly can and as soon as a man comes into the building to make an order my food as always gets delayed like today my food was waiting but she was to busy chatting to the man that came in after me and made his food and drink and I was still waiting there was no apology for the wait or anything and even at that 1 out of my 2 drinks was the wrong order it was hot chocolate and she gave me a white hot chocolate it’s getting beyond a joke the service in this place now.

Ordered online and didn't receive the apple fritter I ordered along with my meal, no way to contact the store to get issue sorted.

Efficient ordering system, quick service from staff. Hot chocolate was a bit too sweet for my liking but I was told that was normal in the UK. Good value for money on some of the sandwiches and drinks.

Food was prepared in 3 minutes, always was waiting for 10-15 minutes at any other Tim Hortons… 2.49 meal deal is probably unbeatable

This tim hortons is BOGGING absolutely stinking it need a pressure washer inside me and wife have been in a few times. The display units are empty but all the bits from donuts thats if you can see through the glasswork because its all grease and wiped to be streaky grease counter and covid screen probably have worse germs known to humans coz there disgusting too as for the toilet well am sure trainspotting was filmed in there.The lassie whom was making food need a good shower.Trousers were hanging gangster style and t shirt too wee leading to a pubic meal probably.Seen her sliding about grease floors then stood up and made some chicken burgers. Tim should let this franchisee go as there putting them to shame ..All in the end Greggs is next door.The review under me is a lie pop in see for yourself

Wow never thought tim horton would reach the uk. This is amazing and tastes like canada nom nom. Got different menus here. Fellow canadians come here and brings back memories and try its other menu. Recommended as always! And even cleaner than the timho in canada!

Staff who cant understand plain english shouldnt be serving customers just got back to work opened my bag to half of what i ordered but charged for a full meal

I had to make a confusing order with some breakfast items with no cheese or egg and other items with. The young lady serving me was so patient and friendly even packed half my order seperately.

Perfect recreations of the Canadian Tim Hortons experience right down to the terrible menu of food and watery coffee.

Amused, as we haven't seen a Tim Hortons in the UK. Was as expected, i.e. similar to the Canadian original.

We ordered food and drinks and they were very nice, a guy with arm tattoos took our order and was friendly and professional. Whilst sitting down we noticed a woman named sharon kept touching her nose and hair and proceded to take peoples orders and touch food without washing her hands first. I thought that was disgusting and unprofessional.

Service was good but the quality of food is very poor and cheap tasting. I've eaten at 2 different branches and both times I've been disappointed

When I order 2 meals - I expect to get both the hash browns I've paid for. Lazy staff not doing their jobs right mean that I don't have the order I requested. Shocking.

Great service via the drive through. Good deals for breakfast and the donuts are better than most. The coffee is definitely worth trying. Food hygiene rating of Pass.

Amazing vanilla latte and lemon cake!

It's covid so like everyone we order more food delivery now, we like Tim Horton's but 2 out of 4 times we have ordered they botched a delivery, failing to pack things from our order. There are just two of us, 4 things, it shouldn't be hard, especially at a time when food DELIVERY is the business! Get it together! Perhaps staff are just having a carry on Saturday morning. Unfortunately we won't be using this Tim Horton's again

Fridsy afternoon. Food was fine but the tables could do with a clean (all greasy fingerprints), there's a small fly issue in the bathroom and the door to exit back into the restaurant was just completely covered in fingerprints. Not great, during a pandemic 😑

2nd time ever here. My friend and I had the chicken wrap and French vanilla drink with a maple doughnut. All were okay! Staff are okay as well. Decor is you guessed it okay

On Tuesday, 11/08/20, I was waiting about 10 minutes for drinks because the worker forgot about it and toilet was disgusting

More than half our order missing. Cold wrap. Mayo on 'no sauce' order. Two meals missing, no coffee, no hot chocolate. No phone number to ring (have searched online) and ubereats site not completing request to contact restaurant to get the rest of our order.

I'm a big fan of original blend and egg muffin, however i think the taste is different from Canadian branches!

Went in and there was no queue so thought I'd get served quick, but the staff were only in first gear. I felt bad for them because there was either no manager around or they just weren't trained up correctly, as there was way more staring at screens and double checking the three orders people standing around were waiting for. Got the veggie sausage muffin meal to much on the train, and opened the bag to find hash browns were missing and they put less than a thimble's amount of ketchup in there. Knowing what it's like getting it in Canada (and even Belfast) it's no up to par.

Staff were very slow and unorganised. No sugar or utensils.

While the hot drinks are nice, the food is consistently poor quality. The cheese melts are almost never cooked properly, and the other items are rarely much better.

It's Tim Hortons.. you have to love it

The best thing about the cheese and ham melt meal was the drink. Melt wasn't cooked, cold and stuck to the paper.

This Tim Hortons branch has disappointed me with its quality as it lacks enough experinced staff who are able to help the inexperienced staff and this has resulted in my order being made up incorrectly on numerous occasions. In addition to this I was almost refused a refund by the staff despite the fact that they had made my order incorrectly - very poor customer experience associated with this branch. Disappointed.

A great place for those who like glazed donuts. No the coffee is not artisan. Pointless to go there if you are looking for full meals or vegan ciabattas. Great friendly staff.

Little bit of Canada in Glasgow

This place is awful, please go somewhere else. Seven of us went here yesterday to grab a quick breakfast before a Univeristy Graduation ceremony. The server was possibly the rudest I have ever come across. The coffee was not nice - weak and tasteless and as for the filled muffins, they were truly awful. There were no napkins available and no sauces. One order was wrong and when this was pointed out to the server, she argued the point then walked away. She gave no indication of what was happening then as we were heading out the door she came across with another muffin which was what was actually ordered. No apology given. There are plenty of coffee houses in this area - do yourself a favour and go to one of them.
