Tim Hortons in Glasgow City

I asked for my order to be delivered at 9.35.am. It did not arrive until approximately 10.15.am. As this is an apartment block, it'd be helpful if the Satnav the drivers use did not take them to the back of the building where there is no access.

The muffins and the donuts have gotten much smaller, but the price is the same. The definition of shrinkflation! The breakfast muffin bread was also very dry. Either not fresh, or a different recipe from what I've known. Quite disappointed :/

The hot food was packed in with the ice drink. The top minds of Tim Hortons strike again.

Restaurant was not busy so food got to me within 4 minutes. Was quite good. Staff could use a smile especially for the price

Some big brain at the restaurant thought it would be a great idea to pack the hot food on top of the ice drink, which resulted in the items not only being cold, but soggy with iced coffee.

perfect delivery thank you, food was lovely but I ordered timbits they were all the same apart from 2 chocolate ones ya used to get a mix of everything and it came cold but that's bec guy on a bike and I live east end so that's on me but I did enjoy my chicken burger, donuts and ice coffee thank you ✌️

Very disappointed with the food. Chicken didn't taste fresh. The loaded fries were very small on portion and didn't taste fresh. The wrap had hardly any chicken. Coffee had tiny amount of milk so needed to go back and requested more milk. Overall food wasn't good value at all and very disappointing.

Donuts very nice if calorific! Unfortunately the waste bins were full and the employees didn't seem to care.

A little slice of Canada in Glasgow. Has a photo of the original TH on the wall....if you like Timmy's and get the chance to go to the GTA, definitely go to the original TH in Hamilton.

The food was very good and delivery was prompt. However I ordered and paid for a shot of vanilla in my coffee but the coffee did not include this. I would order again from Tim Hortons.

Took an hour to come for a wrap and a drink, the estimated time kept getting pushed back (I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew how long it would take). Food stone cold.

As a Canadian living over here, this was a treat to find. As good as I expected. Lovely staff, excellent food and drink.

Hash browns were greasy and soggy. The muffin was no where near as good as McDonalds. The only thing that was better that McDonald’s was the coffee

Completely wrong coffee was sent and didn’t have much heat. Also, half the glazed donuts are burnt.

I asked for no sprinkled tidbits because I hate them and can't stand the gritty texture - half the box of 50 has sprinkles. Not impressed.

Delivery time was great. But, the coffees were absolutely disgusting. Just boiled water with a dip of powder. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Argyle street one. Much better service from them compared to the George street one. First time ordering from the George street branch and never again.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a double cheeseburger which had no cheese or half of the toppings shown in the menu. Upon return manager tried to tell me that there was cheese and pointed to a microscopic piece of slime. When I contested she said she would replace it and returned in two seconds with some cheese but still missing toppings. Straight after this visit I have additionally been sick for a full day since.

My iced coffee was warm and had no ice in it despite the tropicana staying cold so it wasn't the fault of the driver. Food was nice though!

Got a 12 pack of 'deluxe' donuts, but to be honest they were a bit stale tasting.The hot chocolate was lovely as was the oreo frappe.

Be careful if you are vegetarian/have allergies! I ordered a meatless burger and was sent a chicken one.

Wrong drinks delivered. Food was stone cold, fries sucked and were floppy and the chicken was soggy. Pretty terrible.

Perfect delivery! My first time ordering from Tim Hortons and didn't disappoint. Hot chocolate and food was still warm when it arrived 😊 Very happy with my order. Would definitely order again!

Absolutely vile place. Most disgusting coffee ever and the food I can only describe as being humid/wet and sweaty. Interior is horrible and hygiene clearly does not exist here. Avoid.

This place was fantastic. My husband and I were there and taking pictures. We asked the manager if we could shoot a small video as my husband teaches international business and wanted to share the Scotland Tim Hortons story with his students. They allowed us to shoot our video and were so kind to give us a little box of timbits. Such an amazing gesture of kindness. Super staff and extremely clean establishment

The chicken burgers were hard and very dry wouldn't buy them again and the potatoe chips were frozen all in all the food was very disappointing wouldn't buy food from here again

1st time went n order the triple cheap burger. Was quick to order since it was c Very quiet..burger was good the bun was not. Couldn't taste the bacon. Was a bit of grease on it. Was better tha macdonalds.

Lovely branch, clean and tidy (even the toilets). Food served quickly. French vanilla coffee here is to die for! Staff so polite and helpful.

Great tasting food. Ordered one of my favourites, a French Vanilla, which instead of tasting sweet, tasted extremely bitter and was undrinkable. Unsure what went wrong. I returned it and was given a new one by a helpful chap.

A good rest stop when exploring the streets of Glasgow coming or going to the cathedral and necropolis. Plenty of seats, fast service and food

Lovely coffee shop came back after getting a banoffee latte there amazing and such good deals too. I honestly say this beats a Starbucks plus staff are great too especially Casey and Emma who go out their way to help you and always give you a lovely smile ❤️☺️ keep up the great work

Took 10 minutes to make two drinks which were wrong. Didn’t want to let them know as the staff had already been quite rude to us and made us feel unwelcome. Donuts weren’t fresh and the box had a weird smell about it. Waste of £20.

I've no problem not reading the menu that's on me. The "vegetarian and vegan menu" should just be changed to "vegetarian menu". If your going to advertise vegan on your menu to make yourselves inclusive of a life chiice. Try to at least make a difference. The picture and description however made both the pancake options remotely interesting. I came in with my daughter and we thought we'd try it. To be honest its the last time I'll accept going there as an option. Apart from as a request from other people. This is what we received for £11.90. It's a bit a con, the business should stick to making coffee and doughnuts. After previous visits with family, and everyone in the party (vegans and others) being disappointed we gave up on Tim Horton's for savoury food. While I was looking I did look around for staff to ask but the front of house is deserted apart from the self-service machines. Apart from when food comes out there is a member of staff. The whole atmosphere reeks of a motorway petrol station 50 miles from anywhere at 3 in the morning. Avoid unless your an upmarket student looking to spend more on your lunch or dinner. If your vegan go to Greggs go next door and carry it in. There's no staff here to stop you.

The prices are (relatively for fast-food) high, but so is the quality. For the love of god don't buy anything individually, only get meals. The breakfast meal is an amazing deal - If you get the Big Breakfast Wrap Meal it costs the same as a single Breakfast Wrap, despite being Bigger and also coming with a hashbrown and a drink.

Today my friend and I went to tim hortons and enough is enough now. 3 times now we have felt victimised by staff member Katie. We have been 3 times in the past week and Katie has made us feel so uncomfortable! Today we waited at the till for 7 minutes as what we wanted wasn’t in the kiosk, she totally ignored us and didn’t even acknowledge us so we just went to the kiosk and ordered something else. A man went up to the till a minute later and got served immediately. She is not nice!!!!!

Ho comprato dei dolci tramite l'applicazione too good to go. Ci hanno dato 6 ciambelle e 10 ciambelline piccole alla modica cifra di 4 sterline. Considerando che sono ciambelle di fine giornata, restavano comunque buone e molto dolci. Lo consiglio se volete un dolce sfizio e siete di passaggio.

Get the apple fritter doughnut or timbits, it's so good.

went in due to closures at my favourite spot in the area but will say this didn't dissapoint. I grabbed a cheese toastie meal and it was devine. the prices were also reasonable but staff were a bit aggresive towards some customers but overall stunnin'.

something was missing - AS ALWAYS. And I can't even claim it back anymore from Just-Eat. Because I had to use that feature so many times already that they think I'm lying. Thank you Tim Hortons for ripping me off and messing things up every single time.

Maybe it was a busy period. After the expected delivery time passed, I called and asked them for a confirmation of whether they have received the order or not, they looked into the order and answered they were starting right away at that moment. Anyway, the cooking did not take long after that, so the service was still Good overally. The beverage, however, spilled from the inside, in which I was not sure whether it was by the restaurant or the delivery driver, while it was kind of the driver to suddenly held it in my stead and taking care of all the products once he noticed as well, which lead to the rating of both the food quality and delivery as Great. I was also impressed by the cooking speed of the restaurant and the delivery speed of the driver.

It took almost three hours to deliver and was cold on arrival.

Just visited this Tim Hortons branch (approx 4.30pm on 03/12) for 2 iced french vanilla lattes and I just wanted to let the manager know that the member of staff (a young man) who was on the till today was absolutely lovely and is a credit to the company. Delicious coffees too!

Didn’t get what I ordered as machine was broken when placed order , got a hot drink instead but was cheaper alternative didn’t get anything extra to add to cost

Had lattice fries, could have tanned a windae with how utterly brick solid they were. Wrap was banging I can't lie. 3 stars because the staff were alright. Just the lattice fries were a lot to be considered
