The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Scotland

The Kafay is a fantastic local gem. I frequently stop by for their delicious tuna mayo and chicken mayo rolls, both of which are consistently outstanding. Their chips and gravy are also a standout, offering a satisfying munch. With great prices and friendly staff, The Kafay is a top choice for a quick bite. Highly recommended!

Toilets were a disgrace. Will not be returning. Staff were obviously very busy serving customers but no excuse for not checking toilet on a regular basis.

And what could be better than a coffee and cake from the Costa Cafe! There's a good selection of cakes and pastries and the latte was good - you can either sit at the tables, or there's plenty of space to sit around the square or on the grass. I also tried one of their filled rolls for a quick lunch which was good with a generous filling.

Went in for breakfast and order a coffee and bacon roll. The people were nice enough but during the pandemic no Covid laws enforced! Workers with no masks in a confined space, work tops where dirty with food all over the place! I order a latte and the girl behind the counter made my coffee with the steam wand covered in curdled milk which was about half an inch thick I’m a trained barista and work in this industry and this is just a no no! She then procides to just not bother cleaning it and continue making my coffee! I walked straight out the shop! Will never be back! Think they need trained in proper food safety practices! Will never be back so many nicer places in this area

As good as it gets from a "mobile unit/static takeaway".....Great homemade soup( changes every day), tastey hot and cold offerings served by friendly staff.

I ordered chicken pakora which was ok. Donner kebab - with meat, pita bread and nothing else. I haven’t had a kebab on a while by I do believe they come with salad and sauces - Bland and dry.

Amazing babas kebab pie, loved the hot dog too. Can't wait to go back.

We stopped off for a cone, honestly it wasn’t even half a scoop and the ice cream was soft disappointed xx

Quite busy and rather noisy. Tables too close to each other. A bit messy with uncleaned tables. Toilets were not the best. Wet floor

Stopped off here on Sunday after Church 28/4/24 & it was a sunny 🌞 afternoon. I fancied a special fish 🐠 & it tasted quite nice & asked for a wee drop of tomato 🍅 sause in the corner of the box & you can be the judge, if it was a wee dollop or not 😂 Notice the Rost Coffee café next door 🚪 WELL don't forget to pay them a visit 'cos the coffee ☕ tastes just great AND their cakes 🍰 aren't dry but nice & moist 👍

Collected a 2 Good 2 Go bag this morning and was so pleased. Two pasties and a vegan sausage roll and the lovely staff member added in two breakfast rolls too. Fabulous items. Friendly service. Will definately buy again next time on Edinburgh.

The curly fries were nice, not soggy. The chicken tikka wrap tasted nice but it was overpriced. I appreciated the option for No Salad, but it left the wrap very thin.

Shite place. Very depressing. Order mixed up. I asked for a Malteser Cookie dough and was given milky bar and when asked to change they picked the white chocolate off and put Maltesers on top.

the curry sauce was like a yellow, bland non flavoured gravy. I only ate a couple of mouthfuls. Not good.
