The curly fries were nice, not soggy. The chicken tikka wrap tasted nice but it was overpriced. I appreciated the option for No Salad, but it left the wrap very thin.

found plastic wrapper in the korma sauce ...called shop to be told it couldnt be their fault so I got money bk for it but wont order again

Ordered the Milano( green peppers, mushrooms, salami) with extra pepperoni. The first pizza sent was a Hawaiian. The second was closer to my actual order with jalapeno's instead of mushrooms. Useless

Hoggie was just slapped together and not even rolled up. Came all spilt all over the box. Hardly any meat. 0/10

Not really happy! Ordered ice cream and it was not available, which is fine as these things happen! However, I also ordered caramel cake and that is not what I received! I ended up with a freezing cold slice of cake that is dry and appears to just have been taken out the freezer!

The rice was horrible. No spices to it very bland rice with peas will not order again. Was cold too which made it even worse. The curry gave with it too was not nice atall no flavour to it what so ever

The way of dealing with the customer in a hurry and without further request, and selling the sauce for the pizza was very ridiculous

I am sorry guys but I really have to give you 1 star,I buy from you lots of times and it’s becoming very hit and miss tonight everything was awful, couldn’t bite into the crust of the pizza the pakora really wasn’t good, the kebab was worse and the chips looked days old.

Quite late but it was Boxing Day so can’t hold it against them

This is a really good takeaway. I've had their munchie boxes, hoagie wraps, and today a burger. It's always tasty and the salads are always fresh.

Ordered a chicken and sweetcorn pizza and there was mushrooms baked into it when it arrived. My wife has mushroom allergies therefore couldn’t eat it. Pizza was also over cooked to the point of being hard. Really disappointed as good usually good

On the app it said my order was accepted. There was no update at all. I got a knock at the door with my delivery. On my app it had no update. I was completely unaware that my order was on the way to my house. This is not the delivery drivers problem. The store should understand how to use the platform. I work with a similar company and know how this all should work. I honestly are not a complainer but I feel I need to raise a point. JustEat needs to ensure the partners keep up standards. 👍🏻

Nan bread was like a poppadom, crispy no dough, broke apart, chips were overdone, donner meat was cold, totally disappointed

I ordered a kebab it was cold didn’t taste very fresh had to bin it.

Disappointed...rock hard nan bread, soggy chips and had to call shop as the kids meal was missing juice and chips. They did apologise and send it over, hadn't checked the nan bread at this point!

Never had any issues until this order but seriously disappointed with delivery time ordered at 6.49pm arrived at 9pm

If you can't fulfill the order then don't take the order

Food wasn’t nice at all. Kebab meet wasn’t cooked properly and looked white. Chicken had blood in it. Garlic Mayo doesn’t taste like garlic Mayo. Everything went in the bin sadly.

I absolutely love the food here. However every time we get a delivery the driver always has "no change" we already allow a tip on top of our delivery charge and his comments every time are I have no change. We always have to end up paying and extra 2-3 pound on top of what we already allowed for. Puts you right off ordering. Which is a shame as the food is good

Food appeared to be delivered on the app and had to call the restaurant to be told it’s on the way . Arrived 20 mins after this . Food was lukewarm and we had left a note for no tomato and hoagie was full of tomato .

Pizza was basically a shop bought pizza base ... disappointing. Chips were overcooked and food was late

Delivery driver arrived 15 minutes later than the last delivery time, with the wrong order! I called the shop to be told that my order had only just left the shop. So left the shop 15 minutes AFTER the last time on the delivery slot. Why bother advisibg delivery times if you are not going to even send the order out wthin that time. So an hour and a half after the order was placed, I am STILL sitting without my order. Horrendous service and no apology!! Will never use Da Vinci's again.

Fast delivery but pakora and chips taste reheated . Mushrooms are definitely not fresh.. couldn't eat as it was solid and greasy .

hoggie was a soggy mess. 3 small pieces of Lamb hidden in a mush of chips n cheese, then soaked with cold chilli sauce. bread was so wet I couldn't pick any of it up. ended up throwing the stuff in the bin.

Great food but very expensive now, they kept putting the prices up before covid but I went back recently for the first time in ages as I no longer live in the area and was flabbergasted by the cost now. Also, they used to regularly make mistakes on my order, but because their food was good, I kept going back and always double-checked anything before leaving the shop
