Disappointed at how little topping and sauce was on the waffles and donuts. Not value for money unfortunately.

Food still not arrived an hour over delivery time. My son has been looking forward to this all night and has been very disappointed by this. Not be back

The ice cream sundae was half empty, lots of gaps in the cup. Disappointed

First time having what the scoop and im extremely dissatisfied quite disappointed to be fair i had huge expectations for this place i dont think id ever come back to this establishment i had a burger and chips (fries) with a milkshake the burger lettuce looked very soggy and out of date the chips i ate one and threw the rest in the bin same with the burger had one bite that was it the quality of the food seemed cheap the milkshake got through half and also went in the bin the shop looks nice though staff seemed friendly and happy but honestly im shocked at how bad it was at £31ish i expected a better experience very disappointed

Haven’t received my food after driver saying it’s been delivered has phoned me telling me they are outside my flat when they are clearly not then has started ignoring my calls and no where to be seen absolutely inexcusable

Can not fault them on anything apart from they are not open 24/7. I get an ice cream sundae as a treat when I can and they are alway delicious. Love the fact I can also order pick and mix. Yummy.

Lovely fresh food that was still warm upon arrival. Ice cream wasn't melted at all, and was very smooth. The chicken wraps are gorgeous. We'll absolutely be ordering from here again.

Only thing I would say is asked for tablet ice cream and revived toffee or Carmel ice cream quite disappointing

Cannot get enough of this place lately! Have not been disappointed n am a fussy cow n hard 2 please. All sweet foods, fast foods and drinks sampled so far has my ☆taste-buds-blown☆

The delivery driver and her daughter I think were amazing so credit to them. The only bad thing was the chips and the wrap wasn’t nice, the wrap smelled and tasted like fish which is very strange considering it’s a chicken wrap lol. Everything else was spot on as usual. I love what the scoop and have ordered a few times and it won’t stop me but was gutted as I don’t have that much money but saved up to get myself a nice treat.

I bought the 4 vapes yesterday and have just opened one and it’s not working ?

Got a what the scoop tonight and I'm very disappointed been coming here for about 3 years. Ordered nachos came without the jalapeños which I pacifically called up to make sure were going on it. "Salsa" tasted really watery and like tomato ketchup. I've always had orders from here and never had a problem so I'm very disappointed

43 quid for 3 milkshakes worst milkshakes I have ever had in my life n not a phone call back when tried to rectifie it

Everything was lovely, but received wrong item in order. I ordered milk way cookie dough, but instead received kinder doughnuts. Because of the time of night, I felt it was too late to correct order and for them to re deliver. Not what fully ordered, but tasty all the same & it wouldn't stop me ordering from here again 🙂

Delivery time was good but that’s about it. Sundae was flavourless and ice cream was too soft. The large size looks like a medium. Would not recommend to anyone.

The order was good bar we never got my cola can that was in the order which is very annoying cause im not feeling well and the cola was all i wanted but also too far to call and ask them to drop it off other than that can't complain.

Prices are way to high for the amount you get

Chips and burgers were really good, but the vanilla in the waffle was really overpowering as was the yeast in the doughnuts

Both slushes were melted and no flavour as most ice had melted, after phoning shop was told this couldn't be, but i stated my case as a regular customer. Guy told me he would get Just eat to refund me for both, unfortunately after contacting shop on Separate occasions three times they were not refunded. Unfortunately i will not be returning

My iceblast was liquid when it was delivered, disappointed. No point trying to get your money back as if you don't get a pic of it at the time then your told no.

Zero stars. First time ordering. I will never order again. Over two hours for delivery. Delivery delayed and even at that it was still 20 minutes later than expected. Not even an apology. Oh and it was just a pick n mix I ordered!

Ordered 2 milk shakes on a Tuesday night and they took 90 minutes to arrive. When they finally arrived they were very good, though.

First time customer…wow.! Genuinely impressed. Early delivery. Nutella dip was so warm..great start. Churros, even warmer.! & So fresh & crispy.! Glad I tried it.!

Tiny cold portion of cookie dough, “white chocolate” Ice cream was a cheap vanilla with white chocolate sprinkle bits on top. The pick and mix had a variety of 2 sweets. Utter garbage.

The tiniest portion of cookie dough with a really bitter under taste. Absolute rip off. Wouldn’t order from here again.

I left a note in the comment section asking them not to put jalapeños in the nachos and to swap the chocolate ice cream for vanilla or honeycomb and they didn’t do either. Food was ok but would have been much better so a bit disappointed

Food was 20 minutes early. Told them to surprise me with a sauce on my food and they done it without just basics sauces.. food was good. Second time ordering from here, I will be back a third time soon!

Although the food was late but because of a breakdown, the food was awesome. My daughter loves the waffles, and the Milkshakes are amazing so was the burger

Food bad, I took one bite from the burger and it went into the bin, it was the cheapest of the cheap burger patty. Not worth the money unfortunately. Tried to call but phone but the phone disconnected after two rings Twice. Would not recommend. Want money back

My order appeared wrong when it arrived I didn’t order milky bar dark chocolate sundae I was under the impression it was white chocolate milky bar as on the menu (white choc ice cream , white choc sauce also) however it had dark choc pieces with dark choc ice cream and dark choc sauce and was rather disappointed sorry

i love the food from this place it’s always delicious and absolutely amazing every time i order actually magic! but i think the prices are a bit expensive and the delivery time range is completely wild and all over the place i did get a free scoop of ice cream in my order which was nice (but it would have been nice if it was the same flavour as the one i had ordered but still lovely nether the less)

I ordered a milky way cookie dough, mint ice cream and a diary milk caramel shake. Now the cookie dough was lovely but couldn't really see or taste milky way. The ice cream was vanilla not mint and the shake was average. Would order again but yeah bit annoying

Not impressed with ice cream. Ordered 3 tubs. 2 scoops tablet/chocolate flake , and 2 scoops ferrero/ tablet. But tubs were vanilla with a thin layer of Ferrero in one and vanilla and thin layer of tablet in other. Said we had one free( but we paid for it ) as they had no chocolate flake left? So why not use chocolate etc. Vanilla obv cheaper.

The food as usual was good. Today not sure what happened the delivery got extremely delayed. Decent tasty burgers with still crispy fries and excellent Hot Brownies.

Asked for no salad and sauce got salad and sauce chips not cooked right and cold chicken was over done and dry as well not happy with the food

Chips are class, man who does orders and stuff was nice and chats away quite the thing, go to place for ice blasts even tho I live 10 min drive away because they are not too icy and there’s enough juice in it

While awaiting on my burger and milkshake i found the man unsure if hes the manager or owner shouting at one of the girls was really unpleasant and made me very uncomfortable although the food i recieved was nice i found the chaps attitude not so nice ,i understand that maybe they where busy but the staff should not be bellitled infront of customers that is very unprofessional .

Ordered 4 cookies & two of the boxes were delivered side ways so the cookies were all over the place and had to scrape them off the box. Felt like there wasn’t much for your money either.

Food was early and it was probably the best dessert I’ve had in Ayr, will definitely be back!

For a place famed for its desserts dont overlook its hot food.The Half pounder burger with chips and cheese is a feast of a meal

It was 10pm at night and we were very tired. We were so thrilled to see What The Scoop in sight, surrounded by boarded windows it was a diamond in the rough. One of the finest establishments in the Ayr vicinity. We can only thank What the Scoops for their amazing staff who felt so homely and welcoming to us. See you shortly at 11:03am tomorrow

The milkshake was incredible, however the food was horrible. I ordered a chicken crispy wrap which was completely soggy, the wrap looked as if it had been dunked in water and cold. Lettuce was all brown as well. The chips had no salt and were also soggy, I understand when you order a delivery some normal condensation happens and it won’t be perfect however the amount of water that was sitting in the bottom of my container was terrible, honestly looked like it had all been run under a tap of cold water. I think the wrap would have been better if it were left out on its own instead of being placed on top of the chips. I wouldn’t say I’d never order again, I just won’t be ordering hot food only sweets. Just Eat were able to refund my food, I would have been happy to pay for the milkshake though.

Yuk 🤮. Iv genuinely never had churros that was this bad. Spent £20 on two large boxes of churros and 4 dips.. (which were wrong and I didn’t revive them all) The churros were minging, all we could taste was oil. Bite through a crunchy layer of batter into soft oily dough with barley any flavour filling. Gads. I’m really not one for bad reviews but there were 4 of us trying these and it’s safe to say my £20 was wasted. 😐 Order was suppose to be ready for my dedicated collection time however there was another 10 min wait in shop.. maybe a bad night as I’m very aware this happens but it’s put me off completely 😟

Churros were dry and i did try to phone shop was engaged for a bit .... no ice cream as it said u get wmnit what advertised

Tasty food but a bit pricey for what u get but overall tasty food , £3 delivery from content st to kincaidston is a bit expensive also 15p bag charge when most only charge the 10p

Milkshakes are amazing full of flavour and thick aswell. The crispy chicken wrap is really good aswell amazing juicy chicken with a creamy mayo xx highly recommend

Walked in and after no-one acknowledging us initially, I asked for a blue raspberry ice blast, was given a cherry, when asked if I could change it I was simply told "no", that I would need to pay for it and "we can't do anything the manager isn't here". Terrible customer service based on their own mistake, won't be back.
