Shere Punjab in South Ayrshire

Well so far I can't really complain as I've not had bad food yet, but they have gotten the order wrong a few times,

I ordered a hot lamb dish with rice and as usual it was delicious, as too, was the nan bread and popadoms. the service too was quick and the staff friendly.

Forgot part of our order and then offered no resolution or apology. In fact we're rude and gave attitude on the phone. Terrible service

Best pizzas in the town. Didnt see what i wanted in their selection so told them what i wanted on it and it was done no problem. Arrived roasting hot and tasted fresh. Partner got a burger which looked amazing and she said it tasted good so no complaints there. Also got kebab and chips which were decent too . Our go to

Normally very happy with food, however that twice now foo delivered cold ridiculous, im 5mins away ,customer service a disgrace if you complain never a refund or even an apology firvthe terrible service. Delivery guys has way to many in car at same time just vokd food. Terrible

Visited this place the other day. Foods ok . Service is always good. The only thing that let the place down was the girl sitting waiting . As i said to her on you go and you can get served . Only for her to say im not wanting anything . Im here to sell my gear to then .( Drugs )which I take . A bit disappointing selling to the staff while customers are waiting to be served . . 🤔

My previous review was alot better but just ordered a mixed meat hoggie and did not get any donner meat like previous time, unfortunately have to leave a poor review. £17 and you don't get what you order. Wife got her mixed meat OK tho. Poor show

Love a good kebab from here. Have the best chilly sauce in all of Ayrshire. One of the cheapest kebab shops aswell.

Ordered mixed kebab.chicken and lamb were both chewy chips were cold with a weird taste. That's not the worst thing. Trying to chew a bit of lamb felt something hard and I pull out a peace of metal scouring pad. Called them and they hung up on me without saying a word to me. Never again worst place ever. Health and safety need to visit.

Stinking cold greasy kebabs, so much grease it looked like the meat was laminated.

Waited on pizza being made for 38 minutes sfter order being placed. Other customers who placed pizza orders after me managed get there's before me. Usual its just coming , just be a minute. No apology nothing. Dreadful

Despicable behaviour from their delivery driver Sandy Mcluckie captured on CCTV urinating on a customers carpet after handing over their food order. Contacted the shop but they didn't want to know. Beware!

Got a delivery for a munchy box and all the food was freezing cold and phoned up straight away and they refused to come collect and give us a refund. Terrible customer service. They also then hung up the phone and wouldn’t answer when we phoned back,

Good food and portion sizes that could fill up elephants

Took almost three hours for our meal to be delivered last night. Called up and the man hung up the phone on me and told me the food would be there soon... “soon” meant and hour and a half later. Food was bad too, oily curries, stale and oily naan bread and watery rice.

Saturday night Vegetable Pakora and Chicken Kebab to take away. Was superb everything correct and came with extra salad.

Great tastes, I was there for 10mins and several people came and went, I was only one wearing a mask so be prepared

Used to love the food, usual was chips, cheese & dinner meat. Got a delivery tonight and it was awful!! Chips were mostly hard, meat was horrible and I’m sorry but the cheese wasn’t the best either. Best part about my meal was the chat with the delivery driver! Really disappointed!

Don't eat the kebab unless your drunk. Drink hot water to was the grease down or your wake up feeling like you've eaten a pound of lard

Hands down the best kebab shop in Ayr.

Food is amazing but delivery is absolutely shocking. They will tell you half an hour but reality is nearly an hour and a half! When you phone to query delivery they are rude and abrupt. Will be going else where in future as this happens every time I order

Their spicy chicken pizza is awesome!

South Indian garlic chilli chicken is delicious! Had it with the garlic and coriander nan. These guys make very tasty food!

Refused to give me the 'meal deal' price on the flyer, as I'd already handed over the money for the full whack price. Check their flyer before you order. This ended up being an expensive takeaway!!

First time we have tried a curry and we defo will be back. I work 2 mins away and have never been here before but curry was great price was amazing and staff really nice. No complaints

Food is normally quite good but won't be using again very poor service especially 1 very rude staff member- this has lost them a customer.
