Girvan Pizzeria in South Ayrshire

This really has to be the worst takeaway I've had, I literally thought this was a joke!! Everything was just dripping in grease it was inedible or maybe people from Girvan like it this way. Even the outside of the wrap was full of grease, as was the pizza and kebab. If this is anything to go by from takeaways in Scotland I think I'll give them a miss. Massively disappointed. Its not even worthy of a 1 star rating. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog.

It’s fast food so it really depends on what you like I used to go here a lot not much anymore and that’s solely due to not eating fast food it’s a great take away has vegetarian options and also a eat in section it’s quite small and parking along the high street

Very high quality freshly made pizzas, and a great family run business. Staff super friendly also. Very satisfied regular. Recommend 10/10

Really tasty pizzas with lovely crispy base and generous toppings. Friendly staff. We stopped here on our way home from the ferry and will definitely stop here again.

First time in the area, ordered, kebab and chips, 2 pizzas and cheesy chips with garlic butter. The food was all piping hot and well made. The kebab meat was nice and thinly sliced. The cheesy chips were the bees knees. Will certainly order again if we're back round this way again.

Food arrived one and a half hours late and nearly two hours from when we placed our order. Pizzeria rang when it was due to be delivered (7.30pm) to say they were running late on deliveries and that ours was the next due out. Rang again 45 minutes later to say it was leaving soon but there was an issue with the delivery amount we had paid when we ordered online and even though the order was nearly an hour late by this point they were demanding we pay an extra £3 before they would confirm delivery. When the food finally arrived just before 9pm it was lukewarm and had clearly come out of the oven a long time before we got it. Would not recommend.

Only passing through but got hungry, tried here for the 1st time and will be back, the only thing I found strange was the kebabs are build your own, must be a village thing as I only find villages do this, but will be back.

From Manchester visiting family n fancied a pizza let me just say its the BEST pizza and garlic bread I've ever tasted!!! That coming from a manc who has a takeaway ever 10 feet... walking back I had to swap hands coz they were so heavy ... if u ever open a place in Manchester u have a customer for life !! Lol

Delicious fresh pizza with tasty tomato sauce

We had a takeaway delivered from Girvan pizzeria. The food arrived when it said it would and it was still lovely and hot. The food we ordered was delicious and there was plenty of it. Great value and service.

Meat feast pizza excellent. Plenty of topping. Chicken pakora good quality. Will definitely use again.

It was utter gash. Peely wally chips and a big doughy bit of tomato bread that was meant to be a pizza caked in salt. Will probably die of a stroke or have a cardiac arrest by the time a manage to digest the single slice a had. Howlin,avoid if you value your health. Would need to be post apocalypse for me to venture into girvan for a pizza again.

A very well presented and maintained shop. Friendly and considerate staff, great customer service. Top quality food, beautifuly made. Lovely fresh ingredients and quality hand made pizza dough. Very tasty, filling and well enjoyed pizzas. Looking forward to tasting other dishes on their menu. Will recommend to others. Will be a regular treat.

Had a really nice mixed kebab and a small donor kebab last week. The meat was by far the best I’ve tasted locally. Other places in the area use cheap meat and it really shows when a take away focus on quality produce. Will definitely be returning

First time ordering from the place. (On holiday in Maidens) Went down and collected, polite and friendly staff, apologised for running behind on our order which was no problem. Food was still piping hot after travelling back 15 minutes. Food was amazing. Burgers were juciy and tasty and the pizza had plenty of topping and was delicious. Excellent value for money! Excellent portion sizes! Definitely be back!

Honestly? I'd eat here any time, food is great. Girvan has some of the best takeaways I've ever been to. Albeit they could all do with catering to vegetarians and vegans a lot better. However this pizzeria seems to almost cater to everyone! Go here for a great pizza. Heard good things about the pakora and kebabs as well!

Have had two orders delivered a munchy box, kebab and chips on one and a pizza and kebab on the other as well as Gary's special chips which are very special indeed. Despite the distance the food was hot enough to eat straight away and so very tasty, even small portions are a good size. Definitely recommend.

The box of donar meet was only half full the pizza was not given to us and had to be delivered the only thing in componsation you gave us was a bottle of cola and it was not worth£30

Honestly, pizza from this place was just perfect. The guys that work there made us feel welcome and the costumer service is spot on. Nice conversation about places to visit in the area as we are staying in the area for a week. Definitely will be visiting here again ❤️😊

Food is excellent, but times are shocking! Have waited nearly 2 hours for online order and this is not the first! Have phoned up several times and said to message/phone customers. Response tonight was that its up on Facebook that they are busy, I'm not on Facebook frequently so did not receive msg. Had I known there was going to be a wait I would have collected myself! Phone customers if there is to be a wait

Wow! Fab pizzas! Meat feast with half a ton of meat! Garlic bread with what tasted like roasted garlic, lovely thick fresh crust. Buy a smaller one than you think, these are very filling and super tasty.

Brilliant followed ozzy and kerime from troon just for the pizzas and burgers they just need to start doing the good old king burger and then boom toats amaze baws

Left a fair review yesterday on just eat because my food arrived cold, chips were soggy and delivery arrived 5 minutes late after an hour and a half delivery window, i tried to be decent about it but the owner basically called me a liar and said it wasn’t late and couldn’t be cold. Won’t be back👎

I haven't tasted a cheese burger this good in nearly 25 years. Treated kids and myself to 12" pizza, chips, cheese and donner meat and a medium cheeseburger meal and it only came to £23.65 and we received a free bottle of red kola too. Would highly recommend Girvan Pizzeria.

Without doubt one of the very best kebabs I've had. Chicken and Doner had loads of flavour and no grease. Good value for money and fresh salad and sauces. Friendly staff and quick service. Would highly recommend

Great pizzas. We always stop here for takeaway pizza when passing through Girvan. Pizzas are top notch. If you order the meat feast, make sure you're hungry. Loaded with lovely meaty topping.

Gorgeous pizza. A slightly different style to previous. Very full of toppings and base fairly thin, totally Yum!

Good pizza, poor doner kebabs. Slabs of grey meat are not very appealing, you should try cooking it, put some colour on it! And charging 50p for sauce on a kebab is plain rude, never mind £2 delivery to an address a couple of hundred metres away!

Best take away in girvan. Gary's special is amazing and the pizza is always really good.

Good quality food at great prices. Lots of variety to choose from, whether it be pizza, kebabs, or pakora. If you spend £17 you get a free 2 ltr bottle of fizzy pop too.

I bought the most delicious pizza of my life from here recently. I ordered cheese & pineapple 10", wow, totally amazing, pizza perfection, and served with a smile. Best pizza ever & that's after many years of living near several takeaway restaurants. I'm just sad that I don't live nearer to enjoy these pizzas more often. 😁
